#it's so fucking tiring that NO picrew that i try no matter how diverse has a nose that looks like mine #(slightly crooked /roman nose idk what it's called in english without being derogatory) #and they rarely have eyebrows like mine that are thicker on the outside #but yeah the nose thing is UUUUGH #it's already enough that everytime i search for this kind of nose on the internet no matter which words i use to describe it; all I get is #before/after surgery pics 🙃🙃 #now there's even ads for nose surgery on instagram...................which i signaled cause pettiness #anyway .the worse part is when there are like 15 choices for noses and they all are variations of pretty much the same 3 noses. #or when there is one hooked nose ...it's not very well drawn compared to the others #or it's not well placed on the face but they won't let you move it #i mean it's not that important. i dont think a lot of people manage to make picrew that LOOKS like them for real. #i was just getting angry on a pricrew i just tried that had like 15 noses and not one hooked except maybe one but it's so slight i cant #tell if it's on purpose or not #i also did one yesterday which was VERY diverse in terms of skin colors; disabilities; scars; etc it even had diff animal ears #horns #wings #BUT A HOOKED NOSE ????????? EWW NOOOO why would it need that #and yes it is 3/4 view one. #it had one nose that was probably what the author thinks as a hooked nose but honestly it's just a straight nose where they drew the bridge #i dont even look special #or anything #I exaggerate a bit #i actually manage sometimes to do somthg that looks like me ish. like that has my energy #but it would be nice to have more hooked noses you know :3333

relistening to tma and losing my mind more with each episode. anyways. today we're talking about how there are three characters in the show who are meant to be/groomed to be "the chosen one" for some specific purpose (agnes for the lightless flame, gerry to carry on some esoteric bloodline, jon for the watcher's crown/the web's escape plan) and all three of them have that running theme of being completely powerless in every aspect of their lives despite being made to be something powerful. we never get agnes' own perspective on her own life, gerry dies and is kept in limbo for *years*, and jon is marked to be the antichrist from age 8, like all of them were used as tools rather than people and if you couple that with all three at some point expressing that their fantasy is to live a normal life and be a normal person but they were trapped by divinity......fucked up if true

You don't need to believe that people as a whole are good or well-intentioned to be an optimist about fixing climate change.

A lot of the time, it's enough to trust in this: people hate being screwed over. And even more than that, they hate feeling screwed over.

Climate change is actively screwing over almost every single person on this planet, whether they know it or not. We just need to keep making sure that people do know that they're getting screwed over, along with all their loved ones, and who's doing it.

Spite and righteous anger will honestly do a lot of the rest.

Grian is a danger to have on your team not because he'll kill with no problems (well, he will probably do that) but because he has a way of subtly convincing people to do the stupidest thing imaginable. Things that normally you'd think "What?? That's stupid! I'm gonna die!" but Grian is like "let's play a game!" And everyone is always like "alright," And he'll say "Let's all get eachother with a fishing rod and I'll push you of this high pillar" in Double Life or, in the first Limited Life episode "Let's dig straight down!" or "Let's set fire to the building and who lasts longer wins ;)" and the people, who should know he's the person with most kill counts on the whole series, still go “that sounds like a perfectly reasonable and fun game.
