Today's Tarot card of the day was the Page of Cups clarified by the Ace of Pentacles reversed. If the Page is about trusting your intuition, and the Ace is about financial caution, then I am going to guess that the message is to trust my intuition when it comes to my next big financial investment (a new car).

Tarotology

Tarotology is the practice of using a Tarot deck for divinatory purposes. Though the cards were first recorded as being used to play games, they are now primarily used for divination.

Their use for this purpose seems to have begun in the mid-1700s, with a manuscript from 1750 describing the divinatory meanings behind the cards.

Tarot is not an exact science and there are many disputes within the community itself about how the practice actually works. Some say that there are supernatural agents at work, whilst others believe that a person’s subconscious projects the necessary meaning onto the card.

Most practitioners do agree that the practice is helpful because it helps a person see or form meaningful connections between life events, both past and prospective.

The Predator in the Witchcraft Communities

Hey babes! I wanted to talk about a predator lurking in the witchcraft/occult community here of tumblr. he calls himself lenord and prays upon women and girls claiming to be the prophet and saying they are a incarnation of some other goddess or spirit.

At first I just boosted post about him about I was recently contacted by him and had my internal alarms set off like crazy, so I blocked and reported him, Although im shaken up about it( I probably shouldnt be) I wanted to write a quick post about it so its fresh in my mind.

If he contacts you or you see him block and report him as fast as humanly possible, hell curse him while you’re at it, we dotn want anything like that in our communities and want this to be as a safe place as possible.
