This is the Buddy for March 8th. What a little shit, right? I could forgive the freckles and the bulb nose, but, a striped black-and-white sweatvest over a pink collared vest over a white turtleneck? What the hell.

And you can tell he's evil, too! Disgusting.

Coincidentally, today's Buddy looks a little bit like something from classic Archie Comics. I never read those when I was a kid, and in fact I didn't even know they existed until I was over 18. So, when you don't grow up with something, you're more likely to find it creepy when you're an adult.

With all due respect to Dan DeCarlo, the art in Archie comics looks like the weirdest thing ever to me. It always looks like the characters look angry when they're supposed to be smiling, or scared when they're supposed to be laughing. Jughead, who's supposed to look lazy, looks more like a snob to me - so reading it now is a weird experience; you have this cheeseburger-loving sluggard who's acting like a haughty nobleman.

On the other hand, it does make for an interesting read. It's a pity there isn't like a proper collection of the Dan DeCarlo stuff only, without all the filler drawn my ghost artists and so on. That would be a worthy buy, especially since he's been drawing for ages.

Ugh

I'm currently wearing my sweat-vest...haven't wore it in a month. I am dieing right now. Have to wear it overnight, wake up every hour to drink a cup of water, then in the morning pick up my yoga and work out routine I had going and quit for a year(my 2 yr old has separation anxiety and refuses to let me out of her sight but touches my gym stuff also moved 3 times and had 5 family members pass away within 5 months)...so not looking forward to it. I've lost alot of flexability and gain alot of weight due to stress/emotional eating.

I need to scream about something. As Harry’s gotten old his face has filled out in the most....adorable yet sexy way. From 2014/2015 to 2019 (specifically in the yellow polka dot sweatvest it’s noticeable) like....ugh his cheeks.
