ok so superhero whump scenario:
Villain is Hero's favourite 'bad guy' to fight. Villain never really hurts anyone with their actions, and anything they steal is usually anonymously returned within a few days. The worst crime they've really committed is property damage. Hero is convinced they're just doing it for fun, as evidenced by Villain's very melodramatic and performatively cheesy attitude during their confrontations
Eventually, Villain disappears. Hero assumes they just decided to put down their cape and mask, though is a little saddened that they now don't have any real 'comic relief' in their day-to-day villain fighting.
A few months later, Hero is in Superhero's HQ when they come across a locked door they hadn't noticed before. Overcome with curiosity, they figure out how to get it open and take a peek inside.
Even without their iconic costume or mask, Hero would recognise Villain anywhere. Villain looks awful. Emaciated, bruised, scarred, curled up in a shivering ball in the corner of what Hero now recognises as a cell. How long has Superhero kept them here? And why? Hero doesn't know, all they do know is that this is wrong, and that their old rival needs their help, Superhero be damned.

In march, you wrote a snippet of a love potion thingy with villain and hero. What happens to them next
(Oops I'm very late to respond to this. I didn't forget! I'm just slow and in college)
This is a sequel to THIS. It is recommended you read for context, but it can be summed up as "Superhero drugs Villain with a love potion, then offers them Hero in exchange for Villain not causing trouble."
Content warning: mutual noncon, non consensual touching (nonsexual), noncon drugging, maybe vaguely spicy but not at all NSFW.
Hero had never felt more helpless in their life.
The cuffs on their limbs were unyielding, keeping them locked into the metal chair beneath them. They were trapped in Villain’s hideout, no chances of reaching the outside world, no hope of reasoning with their captor. If anyone noticed their absence, they’d surely be too late to save them.
Villain remained perched on Hero’s lap, legs possessively straddling their waist. Their face was flush, eyes glassy and skin unnaturally warm. Their dazed, blissful grin was uncanny on their face. They looked sick.
The love potion was still clutched in their fingers. Hero knew that once they were forced to drink it, they’d end up with the same blissful, clueless smile painted on Villain’s face.
“Baby, don’t be stubborn,” Villain’s words were clear despite the haze in their eyes. They gave Hero a pleading look. “Just open your mouth for me. I don’t want to force you…”
“P-please, you don’t want this. Superhero drugged you; you’re not in your right mind,” they knew it was pointless, that Villain was far beyond reasoning. But they couldn’t stop themselves from trying.
Their pleas fell on deaf ears. Villain only chuckled, dragging a thumb over Hero’s lips. “Of course I want this. I want you, I always have. Superhero just helped me realize that.”
Villains’s touch felt like sandpaper against their skin. It wasn’t that they disliked Villain, nor that the criminal was unattractive. They were charming at times, quick witted and cunning. They were gorgeous. But Hero didn’t want this. Not when Villain didn’t have a choice, not when it was part of some sick scheme to remove Villain by stripping them of free will. It was sick, and Hero felt dirty for their unwilling part in it.
Their eyes stung. “I don’t want this.”
For a moment, Villain’s grin faltered. That didn’t stop them from popping the vial in their hand open. “I know. I didn’t want it either, until I learned better,” without hesitation, Villain brought the potion to their own mouth, swallowing a mouthful. Hero knew what was coming the moment Villain leaned forward, but they felt paralyzed when Villain’s lips touched their own. For a brief moment, they could only think of how soft Villain’s lips were.
They could taste the potion on Villain’s tongue. It was sickly sweet, like a cake that’d begun to sour. It was viscous, slimey. They tried to pull away on instinct, but Villain’s possessive grip on the back of their head didn’t allow for it. Hero shivered as they felt Villain's tongue brush against their own.
Distantly, Hero hoped that the tainted kiss wouldn’t be enough to affect them. A sudden wave of unnatural dizziness quickly proved them wrong. They squeezed their eyes shut against the disorientation, breathing deeply to steady themselves. They tried to ignore how their senses suddenly latched onto the smell of Villain’s hair.
Villain eventually released them. “There. Now was that so bad?” Villain cooed, breath brushing against Hero’s cheek. They shifted their position, moving themselves to rest their head against Hero’s shoulder. Hero had no room to pull away.
“Villain, please,” It felt like the potion was coating every surface of their mouth, making their teeth ache. They needed to get out. “You got what you wanted, so just let me–,” They paused as a sudden pain pulsed through their body, causing them to grimace. Felt like their every muscle had gone suddenly, painfully taught. Like every heartbeat was fueling a rising pain. Like every inch of skin was being rubbed raw.
They inhaled sharply, taken aback. They’d never heard about love potions hurting.
Villain seemed to read their mind. “It’s a little precaution from your…friend,” something hard entered Villain’s voice, something nearly recognizable as their normal self. “You can’t will it away, Hero. It’s agonizing, I can promise you that. And it’ll only get worse if you insist on being stubborn. So please,” and just like that, the sharpness of their tone dissolved back into a lovesick whine. “Just open your eyes. I can’t stand seeing you suffer.”
Hero didn’t respond, too focused on taking slow, deep breaths in hopes of abating the pain. It hurt, it hurt everywhere, building with each moment. They clenched tightly at the chair beneath them, flinching with each growing pulse of pain.
Their only comfort was the warm weight on their lap. Villain’s touch chased away the growing pain, a reprieve Hero found themselves increasingly desperate for. But every cell in Hero’s body knew that it wouldn’t be enough. It was like dipping a foot into cool water while the rest of their body burned.
They didn’t need Villain to tell them how to stop it. Relief was a blink away. Hero squeezed their eyes shut.
They could feel Villain’s eyes on them. “What point is there in this stubbornness? Darling, you’re only hurting yourself.”
“I have to!” Hero spat through gritted teeth. Their breath hitched, and Hero didn’t know if it was sweat or tears running down their face. “This is wrong, Superhero’s wrong,” They leaned into Villain’s touch, desperate for relief. It wasn’t nearly enough. “And I-, I need to help you. You have to let me go.”
Villain only laughed, and Hero’s heart soared at the melodic noise. “You truly are something. So earnest, all for someone like me…” Villain leaned forward once more, and Hero’s breath caught in their throat. Villain’s voice was little more than a whisper. “I’ll compromise then, yes? Kiss me, and I’ll let you go.”
They could feel Villain’s face near theirs, mere inches away. But Villain didn’t move closer. Hero shivered.
It was a bad idea, a horrible idea. Hero knew that. They were disgusted with how tempted they were to lean in regardless. Their heart pounded at the thought, quieting the morals screaming for them to stop.
They needed to get out. They could escape Villain, wait for the potion to leave their system, and try again. If saving Villain meant a single kiss, then that was alright, wasn’t it?
They desperately wanted it to be alright. The pain rose another octave, and Hero was leaning forward before they could reconsider.
Relief flowed through their body at the contact, quieting their mind. Villain gave a low, satisfied hum, and Hero swallowed the noise greedily. They felt a blush rising to their cheeks, their heart fluttering with joy. They tugged at their restraints, wishing they could wrap their arms around Villain and pull them in.
They felt like they were losing themselves, and it was becoming harder to understand why that was a bad thing. But it was fine. As long as they didn’t let things go too far. As long as they didn’t open their–
Villain pulled away suddenly, and it felt like the floor had fallen from underneath Hero. The loss of their touch hurt more than anything they’d ever felt.
“No!” Their body lurched forward on instinct, chasing after the contact. They didn’t realize they’d been freed until they’d unwittingly launched themselves from their chair. With a startled gasp, Hero tumbled forward, sending themselves and Villain to the ground. Villain yelped in pain underneath them.
Hero didn’t realize they’d opened their eyes until they’d already started diligently searching Villain’s body for injuries. They only found a beautiful, triumphant grin, and found that they couldn’t tear their eyes away. Pain drained away, replaced so swiftly with a pleasant, warm buzz that Hero could scarcely remember it. Their reservations were smothered by all consuming, contented joy.
“You’re too easy, darling,” Villain purred, a mischievous twinkle in their eye. Their hair laid like a halo around their head, framing their flushed face in an utterly hypnotic way. Hero couldn’t remember why they’d ever want to look away.
Hero couldn’t find the words to respond. They could only smile.

A whirlwind of rage, Hero threw the door open, stomping forward to slam their hands down on the desk in Superhero’s office.
“Why do you have to tear Villain down like that, Superhero?”
Superhero looked up calmly from the papers they’d been reading and looked Hero in the eye
“Simple. They don’t have the temperament for this job—”
“What?”
“—they’re not like you, Hero, not like us.” Superhero continued calmly, breezing over Hero’s interruption.
Hero just stared incredulously at Superhero for a moment before launching heatedly into a defense of their friend. “They’re the best trainee in the academy, more than that they’re the best person I know! Villain deserves more than anyone to graduate from the academy and go pro as a hero”
“Exactly. They’re too good, they won’t be able to to make the real decisions, seize the right opportunities. They’re simply not selfish enough. Not when it comes down to it, not like you” Superhero jerked the pen in their hand at Hero as they finished. Hero reached out in retaliation snapping it out of their hands and into the desk.
“I’m not like that.”
Superhero raised a doubtful eyebrow at Hero.
“You sure about that? Why don’t we test that little Hero?”
Hero took a step back.
“What do you mean?”
Superhero stood up and gestured at the door.
“I mean you’re formally dismissed, send Villain in”
.
Villain re-entered the training room dead quiet, eyes gazing into nothing. Hero took a step towards them concerned and slightly apprehensive.
“Villain, what happened?”
Villain slowly turned to look at them, and the moment Hero caught their gaze they burst into tears.
“Villain!”
Hero ran forward, gathering Villain in their arms as their legs buckled slowly pulling the both of them down to sit on the floor
Hero’s voice was soft as they asked Villain again what happened, but Villain could only shake their head mutely before crawling into Hero’s lap and clutch desperately at them as they sobbed into their shoulder.
Hero hugged them back letting them stay together like that for a what seemed like hours
“Hero?” Villains finally voiced with their head still buried in Hero’s neck.
“Mm?”
A whimper, “Hero, please.”
“Shhh, just calm down. You’re okay, just breath , it’s okay” Hero rubbed soothing circles on the sobbing Villains back as Villain sobbed into their shoulder.
Hero glanced up at the smirking Superhero watching them both through the door, and felt a flash of irritation run through them.
They clutched their arms a little harder around Villain’s waist. Having Villain, smart, closed-off kind, lonely Villain, crying and vulnerable and in their lap and clinging to them felt like utter perfection. Damn it. Superhero had been right, they weren’t a good enough person to give this feeling up. Not when this felt like everything Hero had ever wanted.

Fixed
I really love this :D
Fixed Part 2 Fixed Part 3
cw: kinda pet whumpish
———————————————————————
“Villain?”
He looked like Villain, but at the same time, he didn’t.
The man on the floor looked wrong.
Villain’s once slick, shiny hair was now greasy and matted, his fraim unhealthily skinny, and his eyes surrounded by dark rings.
Not only Villain’s appearance, but the whole situation, was alarming for hero.
He was in Superhero's home for the first time ever, even while being Superhero’s successor. Hero had been invited for a “special occasion”, which it definitely was, and nothing could have prepared him for it.
Villain, the cunning, criminal genius, was on his knees, above the icy floor of Superhero’s apartment, staring upwards at Hero in awe.
“Hero, sir!” A wide, genuine smile spread across Villain’s face, squishing his sunken cheeks.
Hero was frozen still, the sight in front of him seeping into every inch of his brain. He almost didn’t notice Villain’s next move. Hero jerked his entire body backwards, almost ramming into the wall.
Villain should’ve been fighting, screaming, throwing insults, just like he had when he had been arrested months prior. When Hero arrested him.
Instead, Villain had been bent down kissing his shoes.
Hero’s.
Shoes.
It couldn’t be Villain. Villain would have never done anything remotely similar, not ever, and he definitely wouldn’t have done it of his own free will.
“N-no!” Hero exclaimed, an expression of shock and disdain on his face. In return, Villain's face fell.
“I’m sorry sir! Please, I-I didn’t mean to upset you!” Villain looked frantic, Hero had never seen him so unkempt before.
“Villain what’s- don’t call me- are you in danger? What’s going-”
“Sir,” Villain met his eyes, a smile returning to his distressed expression. “I’m finally better for you. I’m good. Superhero sir says so.” His hands clinged onto one another, as if begging to Hero.
The slender man swiftly crawled closer to Hero, and clasped with weak hands onto Hero’s pant legs.
“I’m a good boy, sir. I promise. I worked so hard.
For you.”
Before Hero could react, a rough hand clutched to his shoulder.
“You like your gift? I worked pretty hard on it.” Superhero bent down, ruffling a large hand through Villain’s shaggy hair. Villain visibly leaned into the touch, his wide smile returning fully.
“What… what happened, Superhero?” Hero managed, eager to shove the rising bile back down to his stomach.
“You’re pretty surprised, aren’t’cha? I guess I would be too if my nemesis was groveling at my feet.” A deep laugh echoed throughout the room. Superhero walked leisurely toward the kitchen area. “Let’s sit down first, I’ll have the pet make us some tea.”
“Superhero.” The footsteps ceased.
“Tell me what happened.”
A moment passed filled with silence. Hero’s gaze burning a hole through Superhero’s head.
“Damn kid, okay. Didn’t realize you’d be so excited to find out.” Hero’s fists tightened. “You remember when you captured him, yeah? Ah, he was so different then, so fiesty.” His fingers twisted through Villain’s hair.
“Well he didn’t go to prison like you thought he did. He was instead, the first patient in a program set to reprogram villains. To fix them.
And that’s exactly what I did to him.”
Villain nodded excitedly. “Yes sir, yes! I’m fixed now, I’m good!” Superhero’s mouth curled upwards.
“And now that you’re fixed, pet, what are you?” A bead of sweat trickled down Hero’s face.
“Hero sir’s, I’m his.”
“Like I said Hero,
A gift.”

cw: death threat, knife cut, implies future torture
@whumperofworlds
Hero stares. Their heart is in their throat— threatening to rip a gaping, bleeding hole through it.
“Supervillain?” It’s less of a question, more of a panic-dripping breath.
Superhero ignores Hero. He holds a knife— silver-streaked—to Villain’s throat.
Hero watches as Superhero traces that knife up over Villain’s jawline. And Villain?
Villain begs. A stream of blood flows out with their words. “Run! Run! Get out of here—”
The knife digs into their throat, cutting them off.
Hero lunges forward.
Superhero’s voice is like the drop of an axe. “Take another step and they’ll take their last breath.”
Eyes locked on Villain, Hero comes to a trembling stop.
I’m sorry, says Villain. The apology is in their eyes. They don’t need to voice it aloud.
Superhero tilts Villain’s head up with the knife. “I knew you’d come running for them,” he smiles down at Villain. “Some hero you are.” The words are a whiplash.
Hero flinches.
“Don’t worry. I’m determined to use you for something yet. For now, I want you on your knees.”
“Let Villain go,” Hero snarls.
“Wrong answer.” Superhero’s knife flashes as it catches in the light.
Villain cries out. Blood carves a line down their face, from temple to throat.
Hero drops to their knees, the concrete stained scarlet.
“Good, good, you’ll both be still be useful for something,” says Superhero.

*~*~*~*~*
It was two pathetic knocks on Villain’s door that roused them from sleep. Followed by another weak one and then there was a heavy thud against their door. Villain was out of bed after the first knock, bare feet hitting hard wood and padding out to the living room in their apartment. They grabbed their gun from table beside the door when they heard the thud and peeked out the peephole into the empty stairwell. They clicked the safety off and quietly drew back the hammer.
Frowning, they left the chain lock on the slider and unlocked the door, positioning themselves into the crook of the opening and pulling the door open. It flung open and Villain aimed the barrel at the floor to the figure slumped there.
A very bloody Hero.
Villain blinked back the sleep in their eyes, but they were right the first time. They cursed and closed the door again, sliding the chain off the latch and opening it again. They clicked the hammer back, put the safety on their gun and placed it on the table again before bending down to their crumbled Hero.
“Hero? Hey, Hero,” Villain said, snapping their fingers in front of Hero’s eyes. They got a minuscule moan in reply and Villain cursed to themselves. They put an arm around Hero’s shoulders, the other under Hero’s knees and hoisted them up.
Hero’s eyes sprung open, gasping cradling their side and hunching in on themselves. “Hey! Hey, Hero. It’s okay. It’s me. It’s Villain. I’m just taking you inside, okay?”
“V—Villain, I’m sorry. I’m sorry. I didn’t know where else to go, I’m sorry,” Hero whispered against Villain’s chest and Villain shushed them as they closed the door to their apartment. Trying to pretend that Hero’s ragged breathing wasn’t pulling at every heartstring, and gently lay Hero on their couch. “No! No, I’m bleeding… the couch… it’ll— agh, s-stain,” Hero protested but Villain put a firm hand on Hero’s shoulder to keep them lying down.
“I can clean the couch, Hero,” said Villain softly. “It’s really not that big of a deal. You’re more important.”
Hero opened their mouth to protest again, but before any words could come, Hero grimaced, clenching their teeth as they held their side, fingers digging into their waist.
“I’ll get ice,” Villain said after a quick once over. Hero’s clothes weren’t bloody (except from the obvious blood dripping down Hero’s forehead and nose) but the rest was most likely some bad bruising. Villain stood and walked around the couch into the kitchen, calling back to Hero. “Tell me what happened.”
Villain looked into the freezer and only saw a half empty tub of vanilla ice cream and three gel ice packs. Villain took the ice packs, leaving the ice cream a shut the door. They stopped at the sink on the way back, wetting a clean towel and walking to Hero who was still trying to sit up.
“Stay still,” Villain said, “you’re obviously hurt.”
“I’m fine,” Hero denied, but recanted after the deadpan stare from Villain. “Okay. I’m not fine.”
“Can I take your jacket off?” Villain asked, setting everything down on the coffee table.
Hero smiled. “So forward of you Villain.”
Villain smiled back. “You’re bleeding on my couch, Hero, I think we’re past the dinner date phase.”
“Fair enough,” Hero laughed, then stopped with a wince. Villain set their jaw and stood, trying to remove Hero’s jacket as gently as possible.
Hero’s arms were always a shock to Villain. Littered with so many different scars and bruises and burns at any give time, and Hero used them as if they weren’t damaged at all. Continued with their life as if they didn’t even notice they were hurt. Sometimes Villain wondered if Hero even felt the pain anymore, and was kind enough to not ask about the several deepest cuts on Hero’s wrist.
There were certain lines they never crossed with Hero. Some secrets that were still their own… despite the recent blurring of lines between friendship and enemies Hero and Villain had been towing.
“What happened?” Villain asked again, breaking the gel ice pack and handing it to Hero. Hero took it gladly, pressing it against their abdomen while Villain cracked another to activate it and glanced up at Hero for permission to help them.
“My… my ribs, I can—“
“I can too,” Villain told them and Hero bit their lip before nodding and pointing at the sorest spot. When Villain pressed the ice pack to it Hero jerked away, hissing sharply.
“Villain. Villain. Wait— ow! Ow! Ow! Okay. Okay! We switch, okay?” Hero howled, dropping the ice pack on their abdomen and grabbing the one by their ribs with the opposite hand. Tears were in their eyes, so Villain didn’t fight them on their pain. A shaky hand went over Villain’s and Hero said: “it’s okay. I got it.”
So Villain let go and sat back on the coffee table, clasping their hands between their thighs and levelling Hero with a pointed stare.
“Superhero put me on 1st tonight,” Hero began. 1st being the rich quarter of the city with the banks and the businesses and the Hero tower as it’s shining jewel. “I told them I knew the dregs better but they refused, put Other Hero there instead,” Hero grumbled and Villain had to smile at the disdain colouring Hero’s voice.
Other Hero was a fanciful prick at best of times and dangerously incompetent at their worst. Which was all the time.
“So I went on patrol on 1st, and Other Villain appeared for the first time in two months since they blew the warehouse at the docks,” Hero told them and Villain nodded, remembering the burns on Hero’s arms after they rushed in headfirst to save a ship worker. “I reported it and Superhero told me to give chase so I did.”
“Did other Villain do this to you?” Villain asked, voice hard, eyes narrowing. Hero shook their head, and a drop of blood fell onto their cheek. Villain reached forward with the wet towel and brushed it away. Hero’s eyes widened marginally as they glanced at Villain’s gentle hand, then to Villain’s face.
Villain found Hero’s eyes and their breath caught in their throat at the pure openness of Hero. They remembered reading somewhere that the eyes were the windows to the soul, and if so, then Hero was the best person Villain had ever known.
“Did Other Villain—“ Villain began again, but Hero smiled a little sadly and said: “no.”
“No, they got away. Fled into sixth, but I’m pretty sure I stopped whatever destructive plan they had for the night so that’s a bonus at least.”
Villain frowned as they wiped the blood from Hero’s upper lip and leaned back on the coffee table. “So who did this to you?”
Hero didn’t say anything. Though they did gasp when the wet towel touched the bruise on their cheekbone. Villain wiped at the small cut in the centre of it, while Hero avoided any and all eye contact.
Villain nodded silently, pursing their lips slightly and sitting back on the coffee table again. They grabbed the spare icepack and stood, walking to the kitchen.
“Do you like vanilla ice cream?” Villain asked, pausing at the doorframe and glancing back at Hero. Hero peeked over the couch with confused eyes.
“What?”
“I have a tub of vanilla ice cream in the freezer. You want some?”
Hero let out a short huff of laughter. “Umm. Sure.”
“Okay then.”
Villain got to work. They put the bloody towel into the sink, the last ice pack into the freezer and took the tub of vanilla out. They grabbed two spoons and walked back to Hero, sitting down again on the coffee table and opening the tub with a swift and comforting clack clack clack to fill the silence.
Hero gestured with their elbows uselessly and Villain looked down at the spoon in their hand, then back to Hero’s occupied hands pressing the ice packs to their abs and ribs. Villain looked back at the spoon, then dug it into the ice cream and got a decent sized scoop before bringing the spoon to Hero’s closed lips.
Hero laughed then winced, and said: “you’re going to feed me?”
Villain threw their free hand in the air, a helpless gesture. “If you don’t eat it it’ll melt and you’ll be wearing it.”
“Okay,” Hero said with a smile and opened their mouth wide enough for Villain to put the spoon into Hero’s mouth. Villain swallowed as if they were the one eating ice cream, and drew it back out, going back to get another scoop.
They raised it again and Hero shook their head with that same smile that made something warm flutter in Villain’s chest and said: “no, no. You now.”
Villain glanced at the spoon, the same one Hero had just eaten off, and put it in their mouth. Hero’s eyes crinkled at the sides when they rested their head back against the arm rest of the couch.
Then their expression melted into one of sadness, their eyes going to the ceiling. They bit their cheek, then said so quietly Villain nearly missed it:
“Superhero did this,” they said and Villain paused mid scoop. Their head snapped to Hero who was still staring at the ceiling. “When I reported that Other Villain fell out of my jurisdiction and handed it to Other Other Hero in 6th, Superhero called me to their office. So I went, knowing I was going to be punished for letting them—“
“Punished?” Villain repeated, tightening their grip on the spoon in the ice cream.
Hero just nodded, their throat bobbing as they swallowed hard.
“Punished for— for what?!” Villain demanded hotly.
Hero just kept staring at the ceiling.
“For not catching Other Villain. I should have been faster. Should have been better as Superhero’s protégé,” Hero spat the last word. “I let them down. Embarrassed them by being useless. So I get punished for letting them go.”
“You didn’t let them go!” Villain protested, slamming the tub of ice cream onto the coffee table. Hero finally — finally — looked at them. “They left your jurisdiction! It was another Hero’s job to catch them.”
“To pick up my slack—“
“No!” Villain yelled, and Hero flinched. Villain let out a long sigh, running their hands through their hair to try and calm down. This was barbaric, how could Hero be so okay with this? This treatment? Villain’s eyes widened at the realisation, shock colouring their voice as they whispered: “it’s not the first time, is it?”
Hero’s eyes shuttered close, letting out a shaky breath of their own. That was all the confirmation Villain needed.
“Fuck. Fuck! Hero! How long? How long have they been beating you?”
“It was apart of my training,” Hero confessed. “It wasn’t physical punishments at first… they just told me to do extra reps of push-ups, pull-ups, extra ten minutes on the treadmill. To make me stronger, make me fast, build my stamina. Then one day I couldn’t bench the weight Superhero gave me and— and I told them it was too much…”
“Hero,” Villain whispered, reaching forward and putting their hand over Hero’s on their abs. They just needed to touch them, to show them that they were they for them.
Hero shook their head, tears streaming down their cheeks as they continued: “they… they spotted the weight and told me to put my knuckles back on my collarbones so I did, while Superhero put an extra weight on either side of the bar… I was so scared that I just lay there, waiting…
Then Superhero put the bar back down on my hands and it crushed me. I tried to push it up, but I couldn’t, it was too heavy, too heavy for me and the more it stayed there the harder it got to breathe and my whole body was shaking… Superhero just watched me from above, this look of utter… utter disgust. I was trying to make them proud, and I was disappointed them no matter what I did… they left me there until I was able to push the bar up myself and get myself out and when I did they were so proud.”
Hero cut themselves off with a sudden burst of sobs and Villain tightened their hand on Hero’s. They felt so… so useless. How do you react to that? How you do even begin comforting someone who’s been through that.
“That was only the beginning,” Hero sniffed, “after that Superhero started beating me personally, called it sparring. Training, to make me better before my debut. To make me unstoppable. And I still let them down to this day.”
The look Hero gave Villain shook Villain to their core. The desperation on their gear stained face, the puffiness of their eyes and the steeled determination behind them.
“I just want to be good, Villain. I just want to do good and make them happy, but I’m useless. I’m pathetic. I can’t even stop one villain! I deserve this. I deserve this, I don’t deserve your kindness,” Hero said sniffing, pushing Villain’s hand away and sitting up with a grunt of pain. Villain tried to get them to lay back down again but Hero held up a hand and said: “don’t.”
“Hero, please. Let me help you. Superhero is psychopathic! You don’t deserve to be treated like that! Please, please just— just stay the night. We can talk more in the morning, okay? Not even about this is you like.”
“No Villain, I need to—“ Hero winced as they put their feet on the ground. Villain lunged to catch them and right them again.
Villain took Hero’s chin in their hand and tilted their head up to look at them. Hero was breathing heavy from the sudden exertion and stabbing pain.
“You know what Superhero is doing is wrong. Otherwise you wouldn’t have come here, Hero,” Villain said softly, raising their other hand to Hero’s cheek and stroking a thumb under Hero’s eye, catching a stray tear that was about to fall. “You wouldn’t have come to let me help you, so let me help. I won’t ask again, I’ll just keep you here against your will. So please, stay. Just for tonight.”
Hero leaned into Villain’s hand, their soft, gentle touch and let out a sigh of defeat. “Okay,” Hero whispered and Villain smiled.
They reached a hand down and helped Hero to their feet. “Wait, Villain—“
“You’re sleeping on the bed, I’ll grab the couch.”
“No, agh, Villain—“
“No arguing Hero, I won’t change my mind.”
Hero was tired, so they walked with Villain to the bedroom and allowed themselves to be taken care of, for just one night.

Christmas Snippet 2023
Supervillain had just finished making a steaming mug of hot chocolate when the doorbell rang.
“Who could that be at this hour?” they wondered.
They approached the front door to their mansion. It had better not be any Christmas carolers, they didn’t have the time or patience for that. Supervillain opened the door and saw no one. Oh brother, a ding-dong ditcher? On Christmas Eve? Supervillain was about to close the door when something brightly colored caught their eye.
A large parcel lay on their doorstep, brightly wrapped in red and green paper and topped with a gold bow. Supervillain tilted their head, puzzled. They usually didn’t receive gifts from anyone this time of year- or any time for that matter- unless it was a trap. Supervillain bent down to examine it. They picked up a small, glitter-covered tag and read a neatly scribbled note.
To: Supervillain
From: Superhero
May this Christmas gift be an offering of peace
Supervillain scoffed. Definitely a trap then. They were just about to close the door when they heard a very faint whimper from inside the box. Their eyes widened. That better not have been what they thought it was. They lifted the box with their powers- it was quite heavy- and hastily brought it inside, closing the door behind them.
Supervillain worked quickly to tear off the paper. Underneath was a thick, metal box. Lifting the lid, Supervillain held in a gasp at what they saw. Nestled in the padded box was Hero, a gas mask strapped to their face and several straps restraining them tightly. Angry, purple bruises and red gashes littered their battered body, and their suit was in tatters. One of their eyes was black and swollen, and they had burn marks between some of the gashes. Hero had put up quite a fight before ending up in the box. They whimpered in their sleep, as even their dreams couldn’t remove the pain.
Supervillain quickly undid the straps and pulled off the gas mask, gently lifting Hero into their arms. They carried the crime-fighter over to the couch and laid them down, leaving to get a med kit.
Hero stirred on a soft surface. They opened bleary eyes to a grand yet cozy living room. They tried to sit up, but strong hands pushed them back down.
“No, no, stay down,” a voice said, “you’re very hurt.”
Hero’s vision cleared up and their eyes widened.
“S-Supervillain-”
“Shh, yes, it’s me,” Supervillain admitted, “it’s alright, I won’t hurt you. It seems Superhero’s done enough of that already.”
Hero sniffled, tears brimming in their eyes.
“M-my whole team, actually,” Hero said, wiping their tears.
Supervillain stiffened, their gaze becoming dark and hard.
“What?”
“I…I shouldn’t have said that. Forget I said anything.”
Supervillain took one of Hero’s hands- it was heavily bandaged- and looked them in the eye.
“You are going to tell me everything now,” they said, “or I will kill all of them this very minute.”
Hero blinked in fear, and Supervillain sighed.
“Please,” they added, their tone softer, “tell me what happened.”
Hero gulped, and told Supervillain everything.
The plan was Superhero’s. Supervillain had been wreaking havoc on the city since Thanksgiving, and enough was enough. The heroes weren’t strong enough to stop them, but maybe if they had a peace offering…
“Hero,” Superhero had said, “meet me in the training room, please.”
Hero thought it was an odd request, considering it was Christmas Eve, but they didn’t have any plans, so they did as they were told. Once they arrived, the doors swung shut behind them, locking in place.
“Superhero?” Hero asked, “what is this?”
“I’m sorry, Hero,” the older crime-fighter said, “you’ve been a loyal upholder of justice, but we need results now.”
Hero’s team came out of the shadows, surrounding them.
“I hope you understand.”
“Superhero, wait-”
The blast of fire came from the left, the electricity from the right, and the throwing stars went right into their back. Hero cried out, forming an ice dome to shield themselves. Superhero slammed their fists into it, making it shatter. They landed a few good hits right to Hero’s face, while Vigilante got them a few times with a knife. Every attempt Hero made to fight back was weakened by Teammate 1’s fire and Teammate 2’s electricity.
‘Stop it! Stop it!” Hero screamed, “I haven’t done anything!”
Eventually, Superhero put them out of their misery. A sharp pinch in their neck, and Hero quickly went limp. Their former team stepped away to let them breathe.
“Why?” Hero breathed tearfully.
“It had to be someone, Hero,” Superhero said, “you just happened to be the weak link.”
Hero’s vision faded just as Vigilante approached them with the straps.
The room was silent for what felt like an eternity.
“I’ll murder each and every one of them,” Supervillain promised quietly.
“But you said you’d kill them if I didn’t tell you!” Hero protested.
“My dear little Hero,” Supervillain said gently, cupping the side of Hero’s face with a hand, “they don’t deserve your mercy.”
“Please, Supervillain, don’t kill them, I don’t want that on my conscience-”
“Your conscience? You’ve done nothing wrong, and it is no fault of yours if I make myself the consequence of their actions.”
“Please,” Hero begged, fresh tears forming, “it’s Christmas!”
Supervillain sighed. They scanned Hero’s mangled body, their wounds covered in bandages and their eyes pleading.
“I will spare their lives for now,” Supervillain said, “if only for your sake.”
“Thank you, Supervillain,” Hero said softly, “could you please take me home?”
Supervillain paused, then shook their head.
“Don’t those so-called heroes know where you live?” they prompted gently.
Hero’s face fell.
“…Yeah… yeah they do.”
“I will go by your house and get your things for you,” Supervillain offered, “you’ll be safe with me.”
Supervillain got up to leave. They turned to Hero one last time.
“Try to rest, little one,” they said, “I’ll be back soon.”
Hero nodded, settling into the couch. They drifted off shortly after Supervillain left.
By the time Supervillain returned, all the news channels were reporting the vicious attack on the hero team. Teammate 1 had third degree burns littering their entire body, Teammate 2’s scarred body was still twitching and spasming from the repeated exposure to electric currents, Vigilante looked like a pin cushion with all the sharp weapons stabbed into them, but Superhero? Superhero was on a ventilator, every bone broken, their lips and fingertips blue from stage four hypothermia, and one lung collapsed.
Supervillain kept the TV off; Hero didn’t need to see any of that, it would only distress them further. Supervillain, however, needed the closure. Turns out revenge made an excellent Christmas gift to oneself.

“Why?” Villain asked, tears brimming their eyes as they looked out onto the glistening city before them. “I mean… you had everything and yet- it just wasn't enough for you, was it?”
Hero’s finger traced the trigger of the gun which pointed at Villain; the wind perfectly ruffling their hair, “You know me,” They scoffed, a single tear rolling down their cheek, “I always seem to want more.”

Ik we all love the hero showing up at the villains doorstep with no where else to go, but what about the villain showing up at the hero's doorstep, sheltering with someone who could turn them in at any moment OR WORSE the villain turning themselves into the hero's agency, because they've been conditioned to believe they're a threat to the world and themself

🦽 for villain pleaseeeeeeeeeee :D
I love you!!! :D Sorry it took so long :(
Villain coughed weakly, holding his chest as his ribs ached. He didn't know why the high and mighty Superhero suddenly stepped in the middle of their fight with Hero, but he swore he felt their ribs crack into a thousand pieces when Superhero threw the car at him. If only he could get away before they not...iced...
Superhero lifted the car and threw it to the side. "You know how tiresome I'm getting of hearing your name all over the news, Villain?" They picked him up, flying forward and slamming his back into a building. Villain gasped at the intense pain. "Why can't you keep your petty little hands to yourself for once?"
"Superhero?" Hero frowned while going over. "I think they understand."
"Do they?" Superhero chuckled as Villain writhed in pain. "Because I think he still hasn't gotten it through his head." They grabbed Villain's head and slammed it backward into the wall before dropping him. "Maybe that will help." They snorted while looking down at their crumbled form. "Come on, Hero. They won't bother you for a while."
Before Hero could protest Superhero had their arm around them and was pulling him away.
Villain shook a bit, head spinning, chest heaving, palms sweating. He had to get out of here. He tried sitting up but his vision went black and he fell backwards. Coughing heavier as his vision went in and out and everything started spinning.
He tried again several times to get up but couldn't, left there as citizens sneered as they walked past. A young girl watched him before frowning and going up.
"Do... do you need help, Mister?"

Writing Prompt 17
Hero should have taken Villain’s offer to join them. Looking back, Hero really couldn’t say why they hadn’t.
Their loyalty had been betrayed by Superhero, and their own Sidekick had run off to who-knows-where before the real fighting began. Hero couldn’t think of a single reason why they hadn’t.
Now, though, chained to a chair, pain radiating through their entire body from the cuts and burns Superhero had inflicted, they could only regret that they hadn’t.

Whumptember day 30
“You were in my way” Stabbed in the back | Whimpering | Chained to a wall
Content warning: choking
"You know, you really are pathetic. I don't know what Hero sees in you," Superhero mused to their captive. Villain’s limbs were engulfed in metal, leaving them chained to the wall like a pinned butterfly. They were limp, showing no signs of having heard Superhero. “You’re more annoying than you are dangerous, you’re stupid as all hell…You’re like some yappy little dog that doesn’t know when to shut it,” Superhero smirked at that. “Well, I was able to solve at least one of those problems.”
Villain, of course, didn't respond outwardly. They couldn’t, not with Superhero’s powers flowing through them. Superhero had a vice grip on their mind, keeping them thoroughly separated from their own body. They were conscious–Superhero could feel the anger and terror pouring out of Villain in waves–but they were utterly unable to act. To the outside world, they looked comatose.
"You’re a nuisance, and I honestly think that’s the worst crime you’ve ever committed. I’d be doing everyone a favor by getting rid of you,” Superhero made a show of approaching Villain’s limp body, gently wrapping a hand around their neck. They felt Villain’s heartbeat, steady and calm even as Superhero could feel Villain’s mind jolt at the sudden contact.
Superhero squeezed, causing Villain’s body to twitch on instinct as their airflow was cut off. They didn’t wake. Superhero tightened their grip, smiling at the wheeze they forced out. They could feel Villain panicking, blind panic overwhelming any anger they’d felt. It didn’t do them any good. Villain could scream and cry all they wanted, but they still hung limp on the wall.
It was only when Villain’s face had begun going pale, when the waves of fear began to slow with their fading consciousness, that Superhero let go. Villain’s body gasped, and Superhero could feel Villain nearly sob in relief.
Superhero laughed, watching the red marks already forming around Villain’s throat. “I won’t though. Like I said, Hero seems to be fond of you. If nothing else, you’re good for keeping them in line,” Superhero gave a slow clap, grin sharp. “Congratulations, you’re just barely more useful to me alive than dead.”

Villain stared at the cement ceiling above them, vaguely aware of their surroundings. They looked around, the ringing in their ears doubling as they forced themselves to a sitting position. The hand cradling their abdomen was covered in crimson blood, making their stomach churn. Superhero's chuckle brushed the outside of their consciousness and for a moment they considered standing and continuing the fight, but they couldn't seem to form a direct string of action.
".......concussion....."
What? Concussion? They shook their head, trying to clear the fog from their brain. As their eyes traveled over the walls around the warehouse with a lazy gaze a voice pierced through the haze.
"Villain?"
Why was Hero here? This wasn't their sector... or maybe it wasn't Villain's sector? They weren't even sure anymore. The conversation behind them urged them to focus in and listen but the throbbing pain starting to creep up their chest distracted them. They looked down, watching the blood seep through their clothes until they felt a hand on their knee.
"...villain...villain what-"
They looked up, Hero kneeling in front of them. The long-due panic now began to set in, and Villain scooted away, starting to stand.
"Hey- hey woah slow down." Hands wrapped under their arms, a firm grasp keeping them from falling back to the cement.
"gotta...gotta keep go'ng.." Villain slurred.
"Woah, woah no. You're not doing anything, you need to go. I got you five minutes."
Villain thrashed weakly in Hero's grip who had swept Villain up into their arms.
"nn..no..hero.."
"No Villain, stop. Stop trying to play the hero, okay?"
Villain turned to look at Hero, ears ringing.
"That's my job."

A Weak Mind
I’m going insane I’ve been writing so much lately it’s crazy
I reallyyy like this one, so I hope you enjoy!
I wrote a part two as well :D Part two
cw: restraints, mild cursing, hypnosis/conditioning, pet whump
———————————————————————
Villain couldn’t move.
The countless restraints made sure of that.
They also ensured his instinctive panic upon gaining back consciousness. He struggled, fought against the leather straps, but of course the fight was futile. Even while squirming so determinedly, he was stuck.
Almost immediately upon his awakening, the room echoed with boisterous screams and shouts. Some were made from confusion, some anger. “Where am I!? What the fuck’s going on!? Let me out! Let me out! I’m going to fucking kill you!” Furious spittle flew from his mouth.
He could barely make out the area around him, only being able to make out a few cluttered tables. Villain continued spitting malicious roars at seemingly nothing.
Minutes passed.
So many minutes, he had no way of telling how many.
His voice had become hoarse and strangled from the screaming. His words were slowing, quieting, coming to a stop. No one was there. He was alone in a strange place, strapped rigidly to an uncomfortable chair.
“Just fucking… show yourself already… asshole…” No response.
A click.
Villain would’ve looked if he could, but the noise came from behind him, and his head was currently not allowed that type of movement. Or any, really.
His raspy voice picked up slightly. “Fight me… dickhead…” The determined steps approached closer, until the mysterious figure had walked right past him, practically ignoring the man strapped to the chair.
As the figure walked past, Villain caught a mumble stumbling from the figure’s lips. “Fuck. I missed the best part.” In return Villain forced his voice to return out of pure rage, but continued insults did nothing to catch the attention of the person rummaging around the room.
A faint hand reached to the ceiling, and with another slight click a singular lightbulb lit across the room. Villain could make out the person a bit better now, their stretched frame, their long silky dark hair. Every step of theirs was determined, made with purpose as they circled around several locations.
Superhero.
“Hey, fucker-”
“Hush. I’ll be with you in a minute.” Villain recoiled. She was speaking to him as if he were an elementary school child.
The woman flicked a simple switch, and blue light cast upon the room. Half of one entire wall was filled top to bottom by what appeared to be some sort of giant computer. Superhero mumbled to herself comfortably, as if there wasn’t a man subdued in a chair mere feet away. “Where’s that setting… ah, here it is.” They carefully turned several notches on a large dial.
Villain was quiet, too quiet. He couldn’t ignore the fear anymore, his voice wouldn’t conjure up noise any longer. So many terrified thoughts ran through his mind, blocking out the fact that the woman was now walking his direction.
She had something wrapped delicately in her hands, a mask-like object. Wires sprouted from all sides, running to who knows where.
She lifted the bulky box up to Villain’s face, easily slipping it over his head despite his struggles. “Hey, hey! What the hell is going on!? Get this shit off of me!” The mask felt like a mix between a pair of goggles and a VR headset, enveloping his vision and nose. His vision was filled with complete darkness.
A finger rested over his thin lips, ceasing his yells. “Hush. It’ll be okay soon.” Villain could only hear the person’s steps stalking around the room, now.
Seconds later, he heard yet another mechanical click.
His vision was overwhelmed by a bright lavender light. Villain urgently squeezed his eyes tight, refusing to open them. As he sat there, the color trying to seep into his eyeballs, a pair of bulky headphones slipped over his ears, and nimble fingers began massaging his head.
He could hear faint voices at first, or maybe all the same one, he couldn’t tell. Not until they grew louder, and louder. They blocked out any of his thoughts, a tight grasp leaking into his brain.
Most of the voices Villain did not recognize. One of them though, the very loudest, he definitely did.
“Hero…?”
“Open your eyes, Villain. Let the light in. It’s meant to help, Villain, it won’t hurt. Open your eyes.” All of the voices robotically chanted the same words in his ears, constantly looping back to the beginning.
Villain held back, he held back as long as he could possibly manage, but soon, he wanted to do it. To open his eyes. He wanted to see it. His curiosity got the best of him. At least that’s what he believed.
As soon as his eyes fluttered open, he never wanted to shut them again. He couldn’t even make out the images, the words. His brain was clouding, the visuals taking a hold on him.
As soon as his eyes opened, the voices picked up. “Good, Villain, so good. Such a good boy.” An intense, pleasurable feeling spread throughout Villain’s body upon the praise. The scratching upon his head mixed with the traveling feeling felt better than anything ever had before. It had to have been the most enjoyable feeling he had ever felt. It felt like heaven.
Villain yearned for more.
He continued to focus on the screen, the words and imagery becoming clearer and clearer. He was so focused, so obsessed.
“Focus, Villain. Relax, focus.” His body cuddled into the chair, it’s once uncomfortable feel being replaced with an unhealthily beautiful one. “Focus, Villain. You’re doing so well, so good. Read the words, Villain, repeat them.”
The words began to spill out of Villain like water.
“Obedience.”
Good.
“Submissive.”
Good boy.
“Do…cile.”
Good boy, Villain.
“Oh…obediencccceee…”
Good boy, Villain.
“Sub… submisshivvvee…”
Good boy, Villain.
“Da… da-docillllleee…”
Good boy, Villain.
“Pettt...”
Good boy, Pet.
The constant praise was filling his senses completely, overriding everything else, liquefying his brain. The pleasure he felt was constant and unimaginable. The words, the voices, the ideas, mixed together in a mix of marvelous pleasure.
Any previous feelings of fear or anger had melted away so long ago, not even an afterthought to Villain. He wanted this. He wanted the good feels. He wanted it to continue forever. Submitting didn’t feel so bad anymore.
Each new flashing image, surrounded by the tender purple color, pulled Villain in deeper. His brain was melting, turning to mush. He couldn’t think. He shouldn’t think.
He didn’t want to think.
The words didn’t make sense anymore. To him the images were now accompanied by symbols completely foreign to him. The meaningless words though, they pulled him in, comforted him.
The voices continued, whispering sounds, some nonsensically to him, just like the words on the screen.
Except on the screen and in the voices, there were a few he could make out. The words he did understand, the ones he wanted to.
Obedient, submissive, docile.
Sit, stay, rollover.
Good boy.
Sweet pet.
They swirled in his mind, plastered across the walls of his brain.
Villain sniffed vigorously. A scent had been released in front of him, released from the mask. He was caught completely in the familiar smell that filled his nose.
“Sweet pet. Be so good for me won’t you? Your best behavior?” It was just one voice now ringing through his ears. The familiar voice. The one that had constantly remained the loudest.
The scent matched the voice perfectly, causing Villain’s head to go wild.
“Heeeroooooo…” His voice didn’t even feel like his anymore.
The voice, the scent, the words.
He could muster no thoughts, his head empty and smooth, enforced by the firm massaging of delicate fingers.
The imagery looped, so did the familiar words. Over and over again. The many voices returned behind the main one, filling his ears. Villain had no desire for it to end, not a drop in his whole body.
His being was encased in a pure sense of bliss, relishing in the sweet buzz of the voice.
As soon as it had started, the experience stopped. Villain barely even noticed, his mind too compromised to understand. The fingers lifted from his hair, the headphones  gently being slipped off. The mask stayed on.
“What are you?” Villain recognized the voice instantly, one of the many that had been feeding him praises only moments ago.
He wasted no time mulling over a response.
“Pppetttt…” his words were slurred, coated in a fuzzy glaze.
“Who do you belong to, Pet?”
“Hhheerrrooooo…” Each time an automatic response exited his mouth, a feeling of intense satisfaction spiked inside him once again.
“Good boy. You’ve done so well, Hero will be so pleased. We only have a little more to go.”
Villain’s smile, desperate for the praise, stretched.
“Once you can’t so much as speak, it’ll all be over.
You’ll be fixed.”
—————————————————————
Soon enough, the mask finally slipped from his flushed cheeks.
Villain had no idea how long it had been, hours, days, maybe even weeks, the concept of time no longer carrying any meaning to him.
As the restraints he had gotten so used to were all unclipped, his whole body slumped, sliding out of the chair and onto the tiled flooring. He stationed himself on all fours, instinctively. Villain’s eyes sat half-lidded, heavy after being open for so long. He was still, prepared for instruction.
A thin, tall mirror was stationed several feet in front of him. Superhero was positioned next to it, guiding his eyes into the reflection. Someone, the one staring back at him, looked unruly and unkempt. Their hair was a mess, their clothes wrinkled and slipping. Their eyes were hollow, blank. Something sat on around their neck, something thick and irritating.
A dog collar.
Villain didn’t even comprehend the fact that it was himself he was looking at.
“Do you like it?” No response. The words meant nothing to him, not registering in his feeble mind. “Too easy,” the person flipped around, stepping to a hook on the wall. They slipped a long, thin piece of fabric off, with a clip on the end. “I was really hoping for more of a fight.
At least I’ve got a wonderful gift for hero.”
