It’s crazy how racist & racism works in the USA. A racist don’t see another wrong with racism or racist practices because it doesn’t affect them or they don’t cares. Then when you mention fact, they didn’t want to talk at & down to people. Ignoring Mental Health in Covid-19
In Covid-19 we’re not living in the way we used to. We’re reminded every day by government decisions, that we need to continue to be careful, to be mindful of a virus that we can’t see that has claimed millions of lives.
The care-free days where you could go out and not think about your mental or physical health are long gone. Those days are now replaced with us having to be mindful, to know that we can get caught off guard.
Tripple-jabbed
Triple-jabbed doesn’t means you’re safe or 100% protected and you can still catch and spread Covid. it simply means you need to be mindful on how you choose to go about your life. Although it means you have some protection, the protection it gives, continues to deplete through the days and months ahead, until your next jab.
I talk about mental health more than I ever have on my blog. Having dealt with mental health issues since I was a child, I know how mental health goes. Although 2 years in and life is somewhat orderly now, many may still be living in fight or flight mode.
Fight or flight mode, is a response that refers to a physiological reaction that occurs when something terrifying happens, either physically or mentally. It’s hard not to be mentally, emotionally or physically affected by Covid on some level.
Be open and honest
Be open and honest about how you feel, how you’re coping. Covid has touched and continues to touch and affect many lives. The key is very much for to be open and honest. We’re closed and shut off. It’s now business as usual as we’re choosing not to talk about mental health.
For others they may feel anxious because they know what is happening is affecting them, but they’re not always able to articulate how they feel. Through media reports, it has been suggested, we have become more closed, shut off, separate and divided. I believe that to be true.
The human species is changed
The human species is completely changed and we’re ignoring mental health at our peril. This is exactly the time we need to be dealing with our mental health and yet it is largely ignored.

One of the hardest parts I found of becoming a mother, was bettering myself. Not the act of bettering myself, but watching others who are parents, not. Becoming a parent, it was easy for me to reflect on my childhood and to know that some things when I grew up were very wrong, and that I wanted to do a lot better for my child. I know many parents feel and think they are doing their best, but I also feel that there is an immense amount of support for struggling parents freaking out during hard times and not enough support for the children also going through the hard times. As a society, we continue to see more and more emerging education in cases of mental health struggles. Three-quarters of the population struggle with their mental health at one time or another. I truly believe it has to do with the way previous generations raised their children, and the emotional neglect begins to surface when those children have grown and became self-sufficient adults. Author’s note: I was messing around with writing styles during that 14-hour-drive my family took after Christmas. This is one of the results of that that I ended up kind of liking.
Fandom: Sanders Sides, shockingly
Summary: Virgil and his online friend, Princey, have been chatting online for years. Princey wants to bring their virtual friendship to the real world, but Virgil isn’t sure that’s a good idea.
Warnings: Insecurity about appearance (birthmarks specifically), and maybe teasing about typos? I don’t know if that bothers people. I don’t think there are any others.

But that day wasn’t today, and that was fine.)
