Just walked for an hour. 230 calories burned, idk how many I've eaten today (probably about 100)
I've only done 6000 steps though which is like, half of what I should get. It's more than I've done in a while though so, I'm proud ig.
I've barely eaten anything today (a green smoothie and a packet of crisps) so I'll be able to eat some Easter chocolate later after dinner (😭)
Today's Sunday, weigh in day 😭 I don't want to.

I’m starting a step challenge.
For the next 5 days, I am going to challenge myself to take 20,000 steps each and every day.
I’m getting a pretty nice paycheck on Saturday, so for each day I reach my step goal I am going to give myself $25 to spend on clothes (or whatever else I want). And if I reach my step goal every day this week, I will give myself an extra $50 to spend!
This will be my motivator for each day, and I will post my step totals either before I go to bed, or the next morning so everyone can see! I can’t wait to see what my shopping spree will look like :)

Keeping motivated to meet your fitness goals can be tough. If you’re struggling to get on the treadmill, you can give yourself an extra incentive through a tv show. Pick a new show (or old favourite) on @netflixca, @amazonprimevideo or other streaming service and only allow yourself to watch it while walking. Doesn’t matter how slow the pace, just don’t allow yourself to watch even a minute of that show while sitting or standing still. If you really like the show, time should fly by as the steps accumulate. Warm up interval run. I love my treadmill runs at the gym because I get in some tv time. They used to have a cable package that carried x files and star trek, which I miss terribly but how can I complain that they no longer have premium cable 😭😞
After my run I had back, biceps, and triceps day which consists of:
3 sets each of (supersets in like colors)
Lateral arm raises: 12 × 12.5 lbs
Front arm raises: 10 × 15 lbs
Flyes: 12 × 15 lbs
Wall sit: 1 min with (2) 45 lb plates on my lap
Bicep hammer curls: 10 × 15
Tricep skull crushers: 10 × 15
Squats with alternating leg raises: 20 reps; 10 each side
Tricep pulldown: 8 × 30
Sit ups with medicine ball: 15 × 15 lbs
Mountain climbers with bosu ball: 35 seconds

Oh! And as I was walking out of the gym I met my 15 k step goal. Feels good man.
