En una familia de conejos blancos, no fue fácil ser una conejita blanca oscura, pero no fue por mi familia. Ellos han sido muy receptivos conmigo, los prejuicios eran míos y ellos me detuvieron muchas veces.

Yo era una conejita blanca y tenía que ser femenina, rosa y cute. Pero un día, me topé con otras estéticas y pensé: ¡woah, es genial! Por alguna razón, me convencí de que eso sólo le quedaba bien a los que veía en Internet. pero a mí, una conejita blanca, ¡jamás!

Todos en mi familia son típicos conejos blancos y no me veía saliendo de esa norma. ¿Cómo iba a salir del status quo?

Un día, mis primas, que también son conejas, pero de otros colores, me vistieron como siempre había querido mientras jugábamos, como en esas fotos que había visto en Internet y en el espejo, amé lo que vi.

Me sentía tan cómoda y bonita, poco a poco empecé a arriesgarme a usar cosas fuera de ese estilo que ya me había definido. Fue así como las miradas se volvieron hacia mí, todo el tiempo recibía halagos.

Todas esas cosas que me daba vergüenza aceptar que me gustaban, ahora las abrazo y puedo disfrutar de ellas libremente, fuera de la prisión que me había creado. ¡No tengas miedo de ser tú mismo!

Muchas veces nos auto-saboteamos para ser lo que creemos que se espera de nosotros, ser feliz y libre es lo más importante. Siempre sé fiel a ti misma, sin importar quién se supone que debes ser.

Lo más importante es quién eres, ser auténtica te hace feliz y, por ende, más hermosa.

recently (a day ago) i've found a way to make mapping for 3d projects much much easier; especially if you're used to the CSG / BSP mapping style and would like a way to export not only the map itself to new engines, but the triplanar UV textures, accurate scaling and all with the added features of modern engine technology (material properties, shaders etc)

mapping for games and 3d projects has consistently been an issue for me and i'm sure others, in that there's so many "things" that need to be done for both a map to look good, have correct texture implementation and scaling in exportation

by exporting a T3D unreal-ed 1 or 2 file, using martin sedlák's t3d to obj converter and re-exporting from blender as both an OBJ and GLB, you get a result which both looks and works nice with modern development software (unity untested; but i see no reason why it wouldnt)

naturally there's probably many easier work-arounds to modern day CSG-ing, but this i've found is the most useful and compatible working solution with most modern day engines -- while not sacrificing mechanics from both old and new

from this, you can touch up your export, add or remove textures, shaders, environmental lighting, etc; im sure you could even acheive a much more nostalgia-tinted retro style by making all texture blend modes "closest" and baking a light-map into the map model itself, but its really up to you
