am i?? losing my mind here??

okay, so, like, subnautica, right?

recent news is that subnautica 3 is in production/in the works, hooray!! literally cannot be more excited about this, it’s my favorite game ever and i am so thrilled to see where the next one is headed but, i feel like, what the next one is going to be about is. . obvious?

who knows!! maybe im losing my mind here and i am just a tad too into these games so other people didn’t think about this but, sub3 is gonna be about the architect home planet. it has to be, doesn’t it?? 

the exact quote from the people working on the game is “I dream of visiting new worlds, exploring intricate alien ecosystems and lost civilizations. I don't think I'll ever get tired of the fantasy of making contact with intelligent life. I also dream about going on these adventures with friends. Getting lost, together.” and people are theorizing that the game takes place either in the past, showing 4546B a thousand years ago, takes place in the crater’s edge, or another unseen part of 4546B but. . .4546B’s story is done? the only loose end there is Ryley, who i would love to see again, but the planet’s mysterious have all been answered? i don’t know how they are coming to those conclusions when BZ perfectly sets up what the next game will be about?

“I dream of visiting new worlds, exploring intricate alien ecosystems and lost civilizations” this??? seems so much like they’re talking about exploring the architect homeworld??? new worlds implies we’re going to a different place, doesn’t it? and lost civilizations, yeah, going through the arc homeworld and piecing together what happened??

“I also dream about going on these adventures with friends. Getting lost, together.” some people are interpreting this as sub3 going multiplayer, which would be okay i guess, but wouldn’t this make more sense if it were referencing Al-An and robin???? especially with the line BZ ends with?? ‘with you, I am ready to face whatever awaits us’ like???

also the second game ended with a cliff hanger!!! it ended with showing us the architect homeworld!!! WHY WOULDN’T SUB3 BE ABOUT THAT???? WHY WOULD THEY SUDDENLY SHIFT THE STORY ENTIRELY??

i dont know, maybe im losing my mind here, maybe theorists on youtube know something i don’t but the plot of sub3 seems obvious to me, because BZ literally ended with showing us where the story was headed.

am i crazy? or have other people also realized that exploring the architect homeworld seems like the only logical next step in the story? to find out what happened? we found out what happened to sam and the game ends with robin promising they’ll find out what happened to the architects. why are people thinking ANYTHING ELSE would happen????

who knows, if sub3 comes out and im completely wrong, i will take that L and dig myself a grave but until then, i will hold this thought pretty confidently

As someone with dirty blonde hair

I tend to just use the word blonde, especially when having to describe it in another language.

My hair was light blonde growing up and has become darker. If I'm in the sun long enough it lightens. In the right place at the right time you will see golden streaks in my hair.

It's not light brown, well it's bascially a mix at this point, its dirty blonde so I'm not going to use brown instead of blonde. It was blonde first and its still got its blonde elements.

I don't come over to the green eye world and tell yall how to describe your eye colours

(In other words me and some friends were looking at my old French book in which I describe myself as having blonde hair and they said I didn't. Then they said I use jensen for Leon's face claim yet say he has blonde hair. Idc what anyone says that man was blonde and than dirty blonde. Shawn is dirty blonde (in more ways than one) Leon is a dirty blonde, I just don't want to use the word dirty blonde everytime I describe a characters hair)

Also, humble flex, but my hair dresser loves my hair. Tells me if I ever dye it she'll kill me because it's natural colour is beautiful. Also people tend to be jealous of how thick it is. Like bitch, have it, do you understand the pain of heatwaves with thick hair? Even with my undercut and having shorter hair. It kills me .

BUT someone pointed out dragons exhale fire not breath fire

Which is a good distinction

A fire breathing dragon may have to live in fire to keep breathing it, like a fish in water or maybe it's like a frog and can do fire and air

While a fire exhaling dragon can't inhale fire just exhale it

Imagine living in a world with two different breeds of dragons, the ones that exhale fire, large and terrifying and the ones that breath fire that are like tiny and live in your fire place and hope out sometimes to collect coins or tug on your pant leg for food while you're cooking

They're backstory keeps getting better and better. Fucking Edward pointing a spear at the president, who let this kid have power? I feel like all of this all powerful stuff would have been better in the hands of Al, he wouldn't do anything though.

This is eating me up inside, I genuinely want to know why is Steve so okay with putting himself down and everyone just thinks it’s fine? Like no one questions why he thinks so lowly of himself even though he’s done a lot to prove that he’s more than what the show let on. I think it’s weird how in a conversation he’ll slip in comments about himself that are negative. I also think it’s so gross that he can’t have a moment of confusion without being disrespected and I know it’s supposed to be funny but at a certain point someone should really ask “is Steve okay?” I can bet money that the answer won’t be yes.

I also want to add how come Eddie (someone who doesn’t even know Steve from a can of paint other than school) find something nice to say about him and not put him down. This also adds to my list why I think steddie is real but that’s for another time

Don’t Sleep on Headless

Hey everybody. Real talk time. If you want @shipwreckedcomedy to be able to keep making stuff, if you want to support female/POC indie creators, you need to watch Headless: A Sleepy Hollow Story. We NEED you to watch and share it. 

Headless is it for us. We pulled out all the stops for this. This show cost us a quarter of a mil to make (thanks to you!). The four of us at Shipwrecked paid ourselves none of that. We’ve worked on this show for three years now. This is what we gambled on.

The response to the show thus far has been so positive, and we’re so happy! But even for the small channel that we are, and even with the INCREDIBLE cast who gave their time to be a part of this project, the views we’ve been getting on this show are fewer than we hoped. 

I remember a few weeks into The Lizzie Bennet Diaries, Hank Green made a vlog talking about how the show wouldn’t be sustainable if it didn’t start getting more views. And it really helped! And that’s where we’re at. We can’t keep doing this if we don’t grow. 

Don’t get me wrong, we are going to continue to put out Headless until Halloween and make it the absolute best show we can. But if we can’t grow as a company, we can’t keep making shows like this. It just isn’t sustainable for us. 

We really thought this was gonna be the one to do it. We thought this was gonna be the thing to take us from small creators with less than 50K subscribers and a handful of views to a real, bona-fide channel with reach and influence that pulls the kind of viewership on our projects to match the amount of work we put into them. And I think it can be! It looks good enough to be on any streaming network. It makes me laugh every thirty seconds. But we are a small group and we NEED word of mouth for this show to succeed.

Shipwrecked is primarily female-run, making narrative content in a space where other (more successful) creators are predominantly male. I’m sorry to harp on this, but I can’t help but feel like we have to work so much harder to get the same amount (or a fraction) of attention. 

The episodes we have yet to come in this show are so wild, so wacky, so Intense, and so heartfelt. SO many people put their hearts and souls into this show. I believe it can catch fire and become one of the most successful digital series out there. But WE NEED YOU TO WATCH IT. 

The story we have playing out over the next few weeks is Shipwrecked at its most Shipwrecked. We have some surprises and reveals up our sleeves that I think you are really going to love. More than anything, we love unfolding a big story over a period of time and bringing people along for the ride. I’m so excited for you all to see what we have in store, and I promise you are going to want to do what you can to experience it in real time.  

It’s free. It’s fun. It’s spooky. It’s funny. If you want Shipwrecked to be able to continue to make shows like this - original content, inspired by literature, with a mysterious twist and fresh humor - help us make Headless a success. We need you to take us there - we can’t do it on our own. ♥️💀🎃

Why tf are people on this app ignoring the fact drew genuinely carried quarantine era just because their tribal chief decided to turn up when it was in the thunder dome and leading to getting back to normal.

Like yeah Romans cool and good at what he's doing, but don't brush off all Drew did just because you want roman to even look at you.

okay, mega evolutions...fine, whatever. Pokemon amie tho? Can I pet my damn pokemon again plz? hand feed them? EV train with cute little games or play games for pokepuffs ?

SV seemed it was all about the meta, which is fine I mean it must be making money because it's easier than ever to make tournament ready pokemon, but I miss little casual things that fill out the game world and make for little excursions from just battling. Growing berries, food making mini games (sandwiches are okay but like...c'mon) I'd even be happy if contests were a staple again. I'm talking about for the next gen of course, not remakes and stuff. SV was just so...well, it was fun to traverse so freely at least.
