This is eating me up inside, I genuinely want to know why is Steve so okay with putting himself down and everyone just thinks it’s fine? Like no one questions why he thinks so lowly of himself even though he’s done a lot to prove that he’s more than what the show let on. I think it’s weird how in a conversation he’ll slip in comments about himself that are negative. I also think it’s so gross that he can’t have a moment of confusion without being disrespected and I know it’s supposed to be funny but at a certain point someone should really ask “is Steve okay?” I can bet money that the answer won’t be yes.

Well, I feel bad for Raul who has to sit and listen to all the creepies online, white knighting him as if there was anything to white knight over. By also attacking and derailing and defaming his person of interest, Kat, for absolutely no fucking reason, all while choosing to be tone deaf to the whole reason why she’s the “asshole,” to begin with. And the fact that he stays with her throughout on his own accord because he genuinely likes her no matter how you choose to look at it, he’s not an imbecile and understands why she is having a hard time intrinsically (and from experiences,) and simply wants to support Kat.

Here we go again!

Zac getting bullied per usual. Social media multiple platforms spreading absolute bullshit to justify appearance (and body shaming) based on misinformation which is being peddled by incels, who purposely took photos of him which were taken one year ago while on set of a film (The Iron Claw) which required (it is literally his job to transform for characters) him to look like an 80’s pro-wrestler, who by the way was 6’4 and in ridiculous shape.

It’s really sad to see this happen yet again, because he recently opened up about how he almost died, which is the result of his appearance change and how he struggled badly with depression (and anxiety) which led to neglecting himself, wondering if letting himself go if it would make him feel a lot happier; it did not. It also seems like because he’s a man, people think it is perfectly acceptable to shit on his appearance for fun.

He stays far away from social media and shuts out from it because the negative comments really affect him mentally and led to him spiralling a long time ago.

It’s really ridiculous that there are people so miserable and hate filled that they feel the need to celebrate his appearance downfall. They did this during the year of him filming Baywatch too, saying he’s botched, handsome squidward, Hasselhoff which was in no control of his, because he was required to look a specific way for a film role that not only put strain on his mental health, but body too because of diuretic usage (kidneys affected) … He also spoke against not idolising that look as it’s a mentally negative impacting body image standard to hold.

It’s really disappointing seeing this rubbish happen all over again. It seems like nobody had learned after what happened with Chadwick Boseman.
