"He just texted me 'screw y'all for going on a camping trip without me'." Jungkook chuckles at Jin's message while he reads it out loud.
"That's what he gets for being on a honeymoon in Greece." Jimin sassily remarks, knowing he's just joking and is extremely happy for Jin's happiness and fresh marriage.
The rest of the boys join, joking about it for a few minutes before you finally sit down and talk about today's plans. Hoseok is the one who seems to take a somewhat leader position as he starts to talk.
"Okay, as I mentioned before, there are four tents. One of them is bigger so three people can easily fit there." he explains, looking at each of you before Jimin speaks up.
"Me and Taehyungie can share a tent." he says, causing Taehyung to nod in agreement as they bump their fists like it wasn't expected. Those two are like twins.
"Okay, who's next?" Hoseok asks, looking around again.
"Me, Seulgi and Minjae can share the bigger tent." Kiko speaks up, smiling at her friends who nod and agree immediately.
It still feels weird to have her here, even though it might be a good thing. For all you know, Jungkook is still trying to win her back and this might help. No matter how many times you tell yourself she doesn't deserve him, you want what's best for him. And if his undying love for her isn't going anywhere, who are you to tell him otherwise. Jungkook is stubborn and you've never seen him being in love with someone so much before. Yes, he stopped talking about her like he used to, but him stealing glances her way whenever he thinks nobody is watching, just tells you otherwise. He still wants and loves her.
"Okay, Jungkook and Y/N are staying together. That's obvious, so me and Joon are gonna share a tent," Hoseok says to everyone, before he turns to Namjoon. "Please just don't snore that much." he whines, causing everyone to chuckle while Namjoon seems to fake offense.
"It's not like I can control it!" he exclaims, but still assures Hoseok he's better with snoring these days and even offers that he can sleep in his car if he's going to be snorting.
You kind of feel bad for him, but Hoseok assures him he was just joking and from what you've seen so far, Hoseok likes to joke around a lot but he really cares about his friends. Now that you think about it, him being so protective about Kiko just proves how much he loves his friends. You did the same thing with Jungkook. Still do. You're protective over him to the point you snapped at Kiko at Jin's wedding. You've never snapped at someone you barely know. Well, you know her but in a way, she's a complete stranger to you. She's just his ex that used to spend her time with him all the time, those two were inseparable. Just like you were with Jungkook, until he started to date her and they preferred to be alone rather than hang out with anyone else. The only difference between you is that you're Jungkook's best friend. Not a woman he fell in love with.
The more time you spend with everyone, you find yourself relax. Having Jimin and Taehyung here definitely helps, as those two fool around all the time. When Jungkook and Namjoon have successfully brought wood for the fireplace, two tents are already built thanks to Jimin and Taehyung because it seems like all the girls are pretty bad at it, including you.
"Weren't you saying you used to go camping with your uncle?" Jungkook jokes as he builds the tent like a pro. The grin that's plastered on his lips tells you that he's teasing you again and you take that time to slap his shoulder, causing him to laugh.
When all the tents are successfully built, thanks to none other than Jeon Jungkook himself, you finally eat some ramen that's the easiest to make. You gasp at the sight of the grill and all the other culinary equipment Hoseok brought, which makes everything easier. You can easily cook whatever you guys want. With stomachs full, you decide to go swimming in the lake since the heat starts to be unbearable.
Rummaging through your travel bags, you let out a set of curses while you feel Jungkook's body behind you.
"What's wrong?" he asks, setting his hands on your hips as he tries to look over your shoulder at what you're cursing about.
"I forgot my swimsuit, I thought I packed it. Fuck," you whine, tossing one of the crumpled shirts you manage to wrinkle in the process of your searching back in the bag.
"You packed your stuff into two huge bags and you still forgot your swimsuit?" he asks in bewilderment causing you to glare at him.
He's not helping. At all.
"Just put on whatever," he shrugs, and you glare at him again causing him to roll his eyes. "I don't think it matters. You brought some extra underwear, right?" he asks, causing you to nod.
"Yeah, I'll just leave on the one I'm wearing." you mutter, still disappointed that you managed to forget such an important item. Okay, maybe it's not that important but everyone's wearing a swimsuit and then you're going to be in your underwear.
"Well, I meant—"
"Okay, Jeon. Thanks!" you give him a thumbs up and get into his car to take off your clothes. Thank God for the tinted windows.
You hear him sigh at you, causing you to grin while you take off your clothes.
On the other side, there's Jungkook already wearing his black swimming shorts when Taehyung appears wearing similar ones, in yellow. "Where's Y/N?" he asks him, causing Jungkook to nod his head at his parked car.
"She's changing," he explains.
"Cool, meet us there." Taehyung tells him, already running to Jimin who's been calling him while everyone makes their way to the lake.
Jimin and Taehyung jump into the water, before Minjae and Seulgi do the same thing, squealing their hearts out at the temperature of the water. Jungkook leans against his car, arms plopped on the top of his car while he drums his fingers against the sleek black roof, waiting for you. It doesn't take you that long, door from the back opening as you step out of the car. Jungkook straightens his eyes widening at the sight of you.
"Are you kidding?" he asks straight away, eyeing your whole body as you look at yourself with a frown.
"This is the most decent underwear I packed." you reason, wondering if it's really that much.
It's not even lacy or too revealing. Okay, the bra could've been sport one and show less cleavage, but it looks like a bikini.
"You're not showing yourself in front of the guys like this." he tells you, mirroring your frown as he shakes his head.
"I'm not asking you," you tell him, earning a tough glare from him. "What the fuck am I suppose to wear?"
"Just put on my shirt over it." he suggests, already opening the truck before he pulls out a fresh white shirt. You know it's one of his own, considering the size and the fact you've seen him wearing it before.
He outstretches his arm to you, eyes daring you to say otherwise and you take the shirt but not before you whine.
"It's so hot! I'm gonna melt with this on!" you exclaim, grasping the soft material of his shirt in your hand.
He pats the top of your head, smiling down at you that makes you mentally curse at him. "No, you'll be fine."
Rolling your eyes at him, you put the shirt on knowing you might've felt uncomfortable in front of the guys if you just wore your underwear. Jungkook's got a point but you're not going to admit it in front of him, not when he's already grinning at you in triumph.
There's already a lot of squeals and splashing water when you get to the rest of the guys. Your eyes widen at the sight of so much skin, especially when you've never seen Hoseok and Namjoon topless.
"That's not fair. They get to be topless and I've to wear a shirt." you grumble at him silently, shifting your eyes off them before they can notice your prying eyes.
Jungkook's lack of response causes you to turn around, seeing him taking off his shirt as he tosses it on the floor. He's got the same grin plastered on his lips, his nose scrunching as he sees your scandalous expression.
"Really? You too?" you exclaim, eyes dropping down at the sight of his exposed abs and toned chest. Fuck, is he trying to kill you?
He walks up to you, picking you up with so much ease causing you to squeal in shock as you hold onto him tightly. "Life's not fair, Y/N." he comments jokingly, causing you to roll your eyes.
Legs wrapped around his frame and arms around his neck, you let him carry you. You don't think about it too much, that's until he's very careful while stepping into the water. And that's when you start to curse at him, trying to avoid contact with cold water.
"Jungkook, I swear to god! Don't drop me, don't you dare!" you start to scream at him, laughing when the cold water touches toes.
You hear the rest of the guys laughing at you, urging Jungkook to drop you which causes you to yell 'fuck all of you' before Jungkook gets even deeper. His low chuckle rustles in his chest, but he still holds you tightly. He's not dropping you, he even holds you tighter before all of your body is under the water, except your head. Surprisingly, the water isn't as cold as you expected it to be and you allow yourself to relax in his hold.
"Why would you do that?" you ask him quietly, admiring silently his face.
He's beautiful, the reflection of water sparkles his face that's so close to you. You can feel his warm breath on your face as he chuckles. "I knew you'd take a good hour to get into the water. So I helped." he smirks, causing you to snort.
"Oh, you helped? Is that it?" you laugh, splashing some water into his face. He gasps dramatically at that, causing you to laugh again. "You're such a good person, aren't you?" you tease him, splashing him once again.
He tries to dodge your attack by turning his head, but it still splashes the side of his face and he turns to you with a devilish smirk. "Y'know what? Suddenly, I don't feel like being a good person anymore." he says before he lets go of you, causing you to cling to him for your dear life.
He's laughing, putting his arms above his head so you can't reach him. You hold onto him, cursing at him. "Fuck you, Jeon. This is not funny."
You can swim, but you're more confident in your swimming when you can actually reach the bottom. Considering Jungkook barely reaches it, it means you wouldn't and you don't want to risk that.
"Maybe later, baby." he smirks, hands on your hips again before he walks closer to the shoal.
Heart beating at his words, you choose not to think too much about it. You can't let yourself get horny because of simple words. There are people around you, watching you.
You finally let him let go of you, legs meeting the bottom of the lake, but not before you splash him straight into the face. You hear Jimin's laughter at that, but it soon dies down when Jungkook jumps at you, diving both of your bodies underneath the water. You fool around for a few minutes, completely in your own worlds before you get out of the water to put some sunscreen on.
Your eyes find Kiko sitting on the towel with crossed legs as she stares at you. Surprisingly, she smiles at you and hands you her sunscreen which you take with a soft 'thanks'. The thought of her watching the both of you makes you somehow uncomfortable.
Was Jungkook fooling around because he knew she was watching? It certainly felt natural and just something both of you do. It's not the first time Jungkook has done that, fooling around with you or getting you into the water with you protesting and cursing him out. This trip is supposed to be fun. He didn't know she was coming as well but he's still trying to win her back. You both have to pretend to be dating here, but the question is...
Has he already started to pretend?

Astrology observations: LONG DRIVE EDITION 🛣️
LET'S GOOOOOOO!!! 🏁 🚘
🚋 This post is dedicated to my prominent mercury and third house placement folks who love their long drives, cars, and road trips.
🚋 Uranus/Aquarius in 3rd house ppl may own a car which may have a unique aspect to it, like the model of the car has been stopped being sold by the company, not many people may buy it, it may be electrical, etc.
🚋 With Uranus in 3rd house, you may also go on sudden, spontaneous trips.
🚋 Okay but my condolences to the Sagittarius folks who love traveling but also have Virgo placements (especially if they are squaring), y'all how are your motion sickness and stomach problems while traveling 🫣, mine ain't better.
🚋 Growing up, folks with Sagittarius moon/ Jupiter conj Moon/ Jupiter in the 4th house may have traveled to a lot of spiritual and pilgrimage places with their parents.

walrus vs. fairy
the funny part is that people who answer walrus are mostly like 'I disagree, but I understand why you would answer fairy' and the people who answered fairy are tearing their hair out. some of them are getting mad and/or mean about it, which is kind of upsetting.
so, I will try to help explain.
this will not be about walrus logistics, I promise.
some people believe in fairies. full stop.
fully believe they are real. probably a lot more people than you would be happy about, but you have to allow for this to be true.
even among those who don't wholeheartedly believe in fairies, there's a lot more people who are agnostic about fairies.
people willing to admit that they're not sure if fairies are real, but willing to hedge on the side of maybe the fairies are real.
like, if you rephrased the question 'would you be more surprised to see an angel or a walrus at your door' you would probably be less surprised to see that people would be more shocked at the walrus, because you probably already understand that a lot of people believe in angels and consider them real, whether or not you believe in angels personally
also the SPN fandom would go ham on that, probably. (this is said with deep affection)
there was a fairly famous road built in Ireland that got rerouted because there was a bush that was important to fairies. (source) the fairy tree stalled the plans for the road for a fucking decade. this happened in my lifetime. people talked about it happening on the internet as it was happening, it's not some weird thing that happened in the middle of nowhere in the 1950s or something. they agreed to go around the damned bush in 1999. I know that seems a long time ago to some of y'all, but it really, really isn't.
there are still people who think the cottingley fairies were real. not a huge amount, but I hope enough to make my point- there's some people who believe in fairies so much and want them to be real so much that they think a famous prank (hoax is stretching it, imo, these girls were pranking their families and the press kind of coincidentally got involved) proves the existence of fairies.
there's a lot, lot, lot more people who believe in fairies and also will admit the cottingley fairies weren't real. the cottingley fairy truthers are a small a percentage of the people who believe in fairies.
I cannot emphasize enough that there are plenty of people who believe fairies are real and even more that could be very easily convinced that fairies are real
people have believed in fairies and been superstitious about fairies for a long, long fucking time
setting aside all of that
some people are more likely to see a thing that isn't real at their door than they are to see a living fucking walrus at their door.
fevers, migraines, mental stress, sleep deprivation (especially if you have sleep disorders, like insomnia or narcolepsy), and infection (among a very long list of other things), and prescription medication side effects can all cause visual hallucinations, and they're all states that you might not be aware that you're in when you start to see weird shit.

Y'all ever notice that Fujiko receives a disproportionate amount of hate in the fandom? I'm sure it's something we've all seen, especially if you're a fan of her, but I don't really see it discussed.
I'm bringing it up now because for the past couple of months, I keep running into new fans that are very vocal about disliking her. And while I understand that everyone has their preferences, the reasons they give for why they hate her bother me the most:
"She's a bitch, she's so awful to the poor guys and especially to Lupin."
"She's a slut. She's constantly using her body to get what she wants."
"She betrays the gang so much it's annoying how she always does the same thing."
"It's the writers' fault for making her so unlikable."
While I partially understand one of these points, some of these other ones confuse me.
Fujiko is a character that looks out for herself. She goes into every heist with the thought of "what can I get out of this?" And despite this, she's been shown many times to care about all of the gang. Yes, even in part 2 where folks usually base their hatred of her off of. This is because she is a multifaceted character that isn't just driven by a single motivation.
"But Jigen and Goemon hate her!"
Do they? Because while they do get mad at her shenanigans, we also see them going out of their way to protect her and comfort her. Hell, Fujigoe is a common canon occurrence! Do you really think Goemon would be dating her if he didn't like her? Or that Jigen would be pushing her out of the way of bullets or shielding her with his body if he didn't care about her? Being mad or annoyed with someone's actions aren't the same as hatred. No one ever points out how they get mad at Lupin, and I'd argue that happens more often!
And on the point of her being a slut...where? I'm genuinely confused with this one. Fujiko does use her beauty and charms both to manipulate rich men into giving her treasure and to get out of dangerous situations. That's kind of the point of her being a femme fatale. But how often does she sleep with the people she manipulates? Most instances I can think of, she knocks them out when she gets that far. In fact, I would argue she doesn't seem to be that interested in having sex at all. Do they count her flirting as being slutty? If so, c'mon. And even if she did sleep with her targets, why would this be a bad thing? Are women characters not allowed to have sex? And again, how come Lupin doesn't get the third degree for HIS sluttiness. In fact, I see people joke about it and celebrate it if anything.
On the point of her betraying gang, yeah it is very one-note and does get old. You know what else is very one-note? Literally the actions of every other character in the show. I don't see people complaining about Zenigata chasing the gang getting old. Or about Lupin flirting with every woman he sees. Or about Jigen and Goemon using the same weapons in the same way to get out of every situation. Y'know, maybe this is just a repetitive show! And tbh, the writing lately has been shaken up. The modern series doesn't really have Fujiko betray the gang much anymore. She's either off doing her own thing or she's working with the gang as a member of the team. A lot of people complain about parts 4-6, but I think this is one of the elements it does right.
And finally, on the note of "poor Lupin", I think this one pisses me off the most lol. The fuck y'all mean "poor Lupin"?? I think fans either forget or don't realize that Lupin is a pretty smart guy. He knows Fujiko is most likely going to betray him if he does something for her, the bastard LIKES IT. This is foreplay for both of them. In case you haven't noticed yet, both of them are kind of freaks lol. There's a reason that most of the time, Jigen and Goemon are mad at HIM. Lupin is not a poor sweet baby that needs protection from Fujiko. He specifically loves the chase, the constant push and pull of their relationship. She's an exciting challenge for him, he's a stable home for her.
While I agree that Fujiko has not always been written great in the past, and I'm sure a lot of that was due to misogyny, I think fans need to reevaluate why they criticize her more harshly than the rest of the gang. There's a lot of things she's done that the fandom deems unforgivable, yet the boys have done some of the same stuff without so much as a slap on the wrist. Lupin constantly puts them all in unnecessary danger. Jigen has made some really unsavory comments about women. Goemon has betrayed the gang more than once. And I don't see nearly enough discussion about how Lupin really used to push himself on Fujiko, to the point of it being uncomfortable sometimes. Like damn I'd sell his ass out too😬.
I think it all boils down to Fujiko being a woman. And as a woman, she has to work harder to please the fans. If she's too nice, then she doesn't really have a personality or a reason for anyone to like her. If she's too selfish, she's a mean bitch and everyone should hate her. What if people saw her as a character first? Because no she's not a good person, but neither are the rest of the gang. Their morals are all on a sliding scale of what works best for the plot. But damn she's a great character. She stands out on her own and really makes you remember her. She's so much more than "the girl" character, and I'm so grateful for that. I hope more fans come to this conclusion too.

it's so funny because he was definitely the kid that got sat next to you thinking it would make him shut up but it actually made you speak.
now y'all are all grown up and he will sit and watch a 5 hr long video on fear & hunger with you because its your current hyper fixation even though he has to take a break and walk around every 30 minutes because it's just too much. he eats everything that you won't because your sensory issues are so fuckin bad.
all his jokes fly right over your head, he constantly has to apologize because you misread his tone and think hes making fun of you but it's okay because even though you think he isn't paying attention he absolutely is and sends you funny videos about your current topic of interest and even your old ones. on that note he often has to explain to people that you are in fact having fun and joking with them you're just awkward and your tone doesnt match the social situation
even though you're both extremely disorganized he does his best to keep certain things consistent like the chair you sit in or the side of the bed you sleep on and doesnt mess with your pillow arrangement because he knows you can't sleep if its wrong.
also sleeping in his shirts because the fabric is so soft from being worn down its the only thing that doesnt make u wanna kill yourself

Bad Joke
"Amor, can I talk to you please?" Pablo called me from the bedroom and I finished cutting some tomatoes for the salad before walking in and seeing him sitting on our shared bed.
"What's up Pabs? Everything okay?" I said sitting down besides him touching his hand and he pulled back which immediately made me realize that something was wrong.
"I want to break up..um I found someone else..I'm sorry" he said and I froze wondering weather this is some horrible nightmare that I will wake from in a few seconds..this wouldn't be real..it isn't real!
A few days before..
"Oh come on! Don't be a pussy Gavi! We've all done it to our girls!" Mario said tapping Pablo's shoulder trying to convince him to pull this stupid break up prank on you but he wasn't convinced yet.
"She's different amigo..my girl is very sensitive especially with everything he had to go through with her dad leaving..I think it would be a cruel joke" Pablo fought back but even Javi said it would be fine..it's just a prank after all.
"I heard girls with daddy issues are hottest in bed..is that true Gavi??" Ale said and Pablo gave him a death glare clearly not amused with his comment.
"Drop it Ale! Fine! I'll do it if y'all will just shut up about it already!" Pablo said as they continued talking about other topics.
Back to reality..
"Do you love her?" I asked doing my best not to let tears escape my eyes.
"I don't know yet..we just met..at the party" Pablo answered and I sighed nodding my head looking away from his eyes not wanting to cry right now.
"Um..o..okay..I..let's have dinner..and I'll sleep in the guest room till tomorrow morning..I don't want to make you uncomfortable" was all I said getting up and leaving the bedroom before he could react.
Pablo sat across from you reaching for the bread the same time as you and your hands touched. Usually you would both giggle at this point but that touch made you pull back and feel a sudden urge to cry. It was really over..
"I'm not hungry..sorry" you said walking into the guest room and slamming the door behind you as tears finally spilled down your cheeks.
You were laying in bed scrolling through all your memories: form Barça games and you proudly wearing his name to the small family dinners where everyone smiled happily..he was no longer your family and that hurt unimaginably!
Pablo was wondering what to do sitting in the living room finding the best way to tell you it was a prank and wondering weather you will hate him afterwards. He should have never listened to boys! Joder!
When it was time to sleep, Pablo walked towards the guest room after showering really not planning on sleeping alone. He leaned and rested his ear on the door his heart breaking when he heard a light sob that made him open the door quickly.
"Amorcito? Are you crying?" he said and my heart broke a little more hearing that nickname leave his lips again..why was he hurting me like this.?
"P..please..don't call me that..please" I couldn't help my voice breaking feeling the bed dip as he laid behind me his strong arms surrounding me as he pulled me against himself.
"I'm such a cabrón, mi amor..it was a prank..all of it..I didn't meet anybody else..and I couldn't imagine being with anyone but you..tu eres mi chica preciosa" he said and I turned quickly looking into his eyes as if I needed reassurance that he was speaking the truth.
"It was a bad joke.." you said sniffling while tears still fell from your eyes but at least you were relieved that it wasn't the truth. He pulled you close and you hid your face in his naked chest hugging him back tightly.
"A very bad joke..and I'm sorry..so sorry mi preciosa but yo te muchisimo and you know that.." he spoke while running his hand gently down my spine and kissing the top of my head.
He told me that all of his friends did it too and were pastering him to do it but that he should have never agreed. I still felt sad but also a little relieved that nothing was changing and I was staying with the love of my life.
"I'll get you back for this Gavi!" you said and he raised his eyebrows matching your smile especially since you were calling him 'Gavi' which meant you meant it teasingly.
"Oh you will princesa!? Can't wait to see it..now come here!" he tickled me a bit before carrying me back to our bedroom and we fell asleep entangled in each other.
I am definitely getting him back! ;)

Heyy I would like to make a Minho x fem reader request but it contains slight SA and if you aren't comfortable writing that, it's okay :). So one night the reader isn't able to sleep so she decides to take a walk around the Glade but a boy decided to attack her and threaten her with a kn¡fe to do stuff with him but she manages to break out of his hold and hit him so he can faint (Minho's fighting lessons came handy here ;) ). But she is in shock of what happened and got cut on the hand at the progress so she just goes to Minho's hut to help her (Kind of "I didn't know where else to go" trope) and he takes care of her but also makes sure to banish the piece of shit that tried something on her. Thank you sm <3333333

SUMMARY: See above, but I am going to try to not describe the assault very much so there is nothing explicitly violent. This takes place after the direct aftermath of the attempt. Takes place before the arrival of Thomas.
WARNINGS: Themes of sexual assault and references to blood. Nothing explicit. Inappropriate language.
It was meant to be a simple night. You'd always been restless and sleep never came easy to you. It was kind of common knowledge that you're an insomniac, so when you decided to go on a late-night walk earlier, you never expected to end up on Minho's doorstep, blood dripping from your palm, physically shaken.
Another Glader, a Builder called Darren, had come onto you a couple of times, so when he'd tried tonight, you thought nothing of it. That was until there was a knife pressed to your throat.
It's almost a blur. You got away- there's no way you weren't going to put up a fight. A swift knee to the groin, grabbing the knife and headbutting him square in the nose was more than enough damage to sprint away.
Though, in your desperation, you'd grabbed the blade of the knife, causing a deep gnash to spread across the delicate skin of your hands.
You knock again. You know Minho has to be up early in the morning- he has to be up early every morning. Being the Keeper of the Runners is a demanding and hard job to do, and under normal circumstances, you respect this.
But not tonight. Minho is your best friend. He was the one of only boys that treated you like a normal person when you first arrived. Sure, he still made some flirty passes, but whilst the other boys stared and stuttered around you, Minho was smooth and joking. And with Newt and Alby always being caught up in something, you spend most of your evenings with the Runner.
And you trust him.
And you're desperate.
You knock again. "Minho!" A pit forms in your stomach. Darren could easily still be around here, recovering in time to attack again.
"Jesus, you wanna see me that bad?" Minho's playful tone reaches you through the poorly constructed door, but his face pales once he sees you.
Tears threaten to roll down your face as you tremble in front of him, cupping your injured hand in an attempt to nurse it and ease the sharp sting.
"Shuck, what happened?" Minho steps forward and reaches out to you, but you immediately flinch away from his touch.
"Hey, it's me," he pulls his himself back, "you're safe with me, yanno that."
"I didn't know where else to go," you confess, and he visibly softens, his tough guy facade crumbling under your teary eyes. "Can- can I just come in? Please?" You sniff, trying to stay reasonably stable.
"Yeah, yeah, of course," he steps aside, and you brush past, hearing the click of the door behind him.
You've never actually been in his hut before. It's surprisingly nice- homely even. It's simple and clean, only a couple of maps scattered around the room to show that Minho actually lives here.
"Sit down," he gestures towards the bed and you obey, sitting on the edge whilst blood starts to pool in your hand. He rumages through a drawer, pulling out what looks like a make-shift first-aid kit. "I'm no Med-jack, but you can't be bleedin' everywhere."
You attempt to laugh at his poor joke. Concern is written on his face. He's never seen you like this. You're always capable and competitive, always bringing fire to your work and getting shit done.
He sits next you, not close but not too far as he holds his hand out, wanting you to show your injury to him. After a second, you do so.
You hiss slightly as the antibacterial wipes contact the wound, earning a string of mumbled sorrys from your friend. The cut is deep and angry, making you cringe as you look at the state of your own hand.
Minho is incredibly delicate. Something bad has happened, and he can tell- hurting you further is definitely something he doesn't want to do.
He cautiously puts glue strips against your palm. Like he said, Minho is no medical expert, but he's used to getting scraps and scratches out in the Maze, so he is well prepared. Though he's unsure if this will actually stay in place. It looks like it'll need stitches, but you look in no state to be asking Med-jacks for help.
As he cautiously starts to wrap a bandage around your hand, he finally speaks.
"What happened?" His eyes flicker up to meet yours. You'd calmed down a bit now; the feelings of panic having faded into a numbness. Silence settles for a second and he knows better than to push you.
You take a shakey but deep breath. "I couldn't sleep, so I went on a walk- a-and this Builder, Darren, he came up to me," you pause, processing everything like you're starting to understand it yourself, "and he started hitting on me. It was nothing new and I told him I wasn't interested, and I don't really remember what happened next, but..."
"But, what (Y/N)?" It's rare that Minho uses your name. He's nervous himself and rage he's never experienced before has started to bubble in his stomach.
"I don't even know what happened next, I just remember being pinned to a tree with a knife pressed against my throat. He was saying all this shit and told me to be quiet and tried to undo my belt and-"
Minho's knuckles go white as they fall to his sides, fury seeping through his veins. He's in the right mind to go and find this guy right now- but he knows he'll be the one that gets banished for what he'll do to him.
"-and I kneed him in the balls and ran off, I cut my hand escaping." Minho stares at the ground, his gaze fixed on some invisible spot.
After a few seconds pass, you grow concerned, "Minho?"
"I'm going to fucking kill him."
Minho isn't exactly known for being the most level-headed shank around. He's picked a lot of fights in his time and is no stranger to a night in the Slammer. But this? This is different. He looks like he might actually stand by his words.
"You can't do that, man-"
He's on his feet, walking towards the door before you can stop him. "Minho!" You scramble up too, blocking him as he gets to the door. "The shuck are you doing?"
"I've gotta tell Ably, slintheads can't be getting away with this klunk!"
"Alby will be asleep."
"I don't care," he goes to move past you, but you grab his wrist.
"Please, can't this just wait 'till the morning?" You sigh, "I don't wanna think about it right now. Please."
It's his turn to sigh. He doesn't want to make things any worse tonight than they already are. "Okay. Fine. But I'm getting his ass banished- he hurt another Glader. He hurt you- he tried to do worse. I'm not letting that slide."
Minho is murderous. He's protective and angry; something you expected but not to this extent. He's literally going to get Darren killed. Not just get him killed- but make sure of it.
He's right, though. That's the penalty for hurting another Glader. And if everyone else can respect Alby's rules, why can't this Builder?
"I have to tell Alby." He's more definite this time, and you give him a soft nod.
"I know," you fall into another round of quiet and he's heart-broken seeing you like this.
"Can I, uh, can I hug you?" He doesn't want to cause you anymore discomfort, so asking for permission is key. You nod.
He's quick to wrap his muscular arm around you, something you accept easily, burying your face in the crook of his neck.
His comfort and the emotions catching up to you finally cause you to break. A sob shakes you and Minho's grip tightens as you cling to his shirt.
"Hey," he rubs circles on your back, "hey, it's okay."
You can't speak, and you both stand there for a while. His warmth is swallowing, and you've never felt safer. Minho isn't going to let anything bad happen to you.
You're safe with him.
You look you, sniffing, feeling slightly guilty when you see his tear-stained shirt. "Can I stay here? With you? For the night?"
He blinks at you. He was too blinded by his own anger to consider what he was going to do with you. Obviously, you're not going to feel safe going back out there.
"Yeah, yeah, 'course." He steps away, looking around his room, trying to work out the best way to go about this. "I'll uh, I can sleep on the floor and you can take my bed."
"You don't have to do that-"
"Dude," he sends you a sympathetic look, "you've been through a shuckin' lot tonight. I'll take the floor."
You give him a sad smile, choosing to nod in agreement instead of using your words.
Minho stole a pillow and a blanket and you both settled into your sleeping arrangements, but it's clear neither of you are getting any sleep.
Minho's bed smells like him. It's strangely comforting, and it's helping relax you. But that doesn't stop you from tossing and turning. After what must have been an hour, you give up.
"Minho, you awake?"
"Yeah," his voice is groggy and rough, tiredness taking its spot in his mind.
You turn to face him, opening the blankets. "Get in."
He sits up on his hands, using them to level him up. "What? I don't want to-"
"Just get in. Please."
Minho hesitates, but does as you say. Standing up, he slips under the covers with you. Normally, you'd be too embarrassed or anxious to even dare to be so bold, but you need comfort.
Once he's lay down, he opens his mouth to speak but you shuffle closer to him, once again hiding your face in his chest and flopping your arm over him. Minho stills for a second, deciding to keep up the wordless interaction and wraps his arm around you, pulling you closer.
"It's gonna be okay, (Y/N)," he mumbles as he soothingly strokes you hair, "I'm gonna look after ya- you're safe here."
Here is another request for Minho. I love writing for this man and it's a nice change to write something softer, even if it is under some horrendous circumstances. I didn't want to write anything explicit because I think that's unnecessary, but I hope that works here.

Some opinions on PJO/HOO!
. First and foremost, The Lost Hero is a great fucking book! Y'all just don't like it cause Percy's not in it.
. Also Percy shouldn't have been one of the main characters, neither should Annabeth! The other two should've been Nico and Reyna! Who should've gone down to Tartarus? Leo and Piper! There could've been a lot more depth to Leo's powers and Leo's and Pipers relationship could've been a hell of a lot more expanded on! Platonically, of course.
. I hate people who say "Piper was so useless!" None of it could've happened without her bitch! Leo and Jason would've killed each other at Medeas place! This woman put Gaea back to fucking sleep I don't wanna hear it!
. Hazel isn't 'uwu' 'couldn't hurt a fly' SHE KILLED A GIANT BY HERSELF AT 13 AND CURSED OUT NUNS!! SHUT UP!!!
. SAME WITH FRANK!!! HE'S NOT ALL INNOCENT EITHER!! HE'S A DAM PRAETER FOR A FUCKING REASON!!! Also so many people are like "Leo insults him so much!!" Honey they insult each other! They argued!! Arguing goes BOTH WAYS!! Also character development happens people!! They got better!! Stop it!!
. I've only seen like 1 or 2 people say this but Lester is NOT a P3do! "He's 4000+ years old-" yeah in a 17 year olds body. He has actual hormones and Mortal shit now, having a small crush on Reyna does not make him a fucking p3do!! You wanna talk about a real p3do let's talk about Luke!! Or how Poseidon got Sally pregnant at 19???
. Adding to that yes Calyso is a p3do!! It's not the same as Lester!! Lester was thrown right into this teenage body, as a Mortal, he didn't have any experience with knowing how to do ANYTHING Mortal!! Calypso had thousands of years of maturing!! She's physically 15 but mentally she's like 10,000+!! Even if you skip that part, Caleo is still toxic! They fight all the fucking time!! If you think that's healthy, you've been brainwashed by the herteronormative agenda!!

. Leo is the main main character period!! Gaea went after him at 8 because he was destined to destroy her and she knew that!! Hera herself babysat him to train him for it!! If that's not main character energy, idk what is!!

note: Alejandro Thee Stallion's fine ass is gonna carry all that weight. Or something like that. But you and Rudy are there to help lessen the load. Somewhat. lmao. Anywho, hope y'all enjoy it!
So, uh... yeah, you're in a relationship. With two men. Two very handsome men at that. One of them is a phenomenal leader through and through. The other is damn good at having said leader's back and keeping things going when shit goes down. And making his leader facepalm or groan inwardly more often than not.
Okay, you can admit you play a role in that, what with you encouraging and laughing at Rudy's corny ass jokes. But that kind of humor suits Rudy, though, and Alejandro does get a chuckle or two out at the absurdity of his jokes.
Contrast that with your... naughtier sense of humor. Naughty enough that Alejandro and Rudy cannot and will not acknowledge the glint in your eye every time you hear something because they KNOW you'll turn into a double entendre or something similar.
To date, Alejandro has fallen victim to this to the point that he's lost count and you get him every. single. fucking. time. (e.x. - "My men are inside!" "...of me." "....") Rudy usually clears his throat to keep from laughing but just know he wants to guffaw so goddamn bad. Alejandro shooting you two a glare doesn't help, either.
Speaking of humor, you and Rudy also have inside jokes. Which may or may not be inspired by Alejandro. And Valeria. Or some of the other members of Los Vaqueros. Sometimes. Okay, fine, fuck it, a normal amount of times.
Let's talk about the fact that you and Rudy love to watch telenovelas (they are fucking amazing and I stand ten toes down on this) and other dramas in order to de-stress from the day. Alejandro doesn't watch so much as he uses it (and you two) as white noise. He's the one who's reclining on the couch with a sleep mask on just relaxing. No, he isn't sleeping. He's listening to everything. It helps him to be in the present.
Rudy is the one who usually cooks. Because of reasons. And because his food is fucking delicious.
When he's really tired, Alejandro will practically bury himself under the cover. And will not move for the rest of the night. His bed hair is also everything and you managed to snap a picture of it once. He was not impressed.
Doesn't matter what time of the year it is, Rudy almost always gets hot in the middle of the night and so he'll sleep under the sheets with the covers pulled back (because y'all just had to insist on having a thick-ass comforter).
You tend to sometimes sleep with your hand on top of Rudy's head because... you don't know. Your only explanation is that it's comfortable up there. Or something like that.
Their names on your phone are Rue and Lee. Because he refused to accept Allie. Or Lee Lee ("Heh. I think the name's fine." "No."). He'll take handsome, though (because he's handsome). Rudy let Lee Lee slip out one time, you were crying of laughter, and Alejandro gave y'all the silent treatment for the rest of the day. Unless he was giving orders, that is. Other than that, he'd glare at you or Rudy every time you called out to him.
