When I was 13-14 I had just come to terms with the fact that I was attracted to women, but I was very closeted and so I would try to “cleverly” hide my true feelings in my drawings. I really though writing “cat suits are never not not not going to never not be not not hot” would somehow throw people off the trail of what I was trying to say. Same with writing “girls with guns,” (and then, in tiny letters) “are hot” would keep people from realizing I’m a homo. Truly one of my baby gay moments of all time

I love your twisted wonderland stuff so much even though I barely sporadically keep up with the fandom, what’s white queen riddle? Is it a fanon or canon thing?

aw thanks! ❤️ it is actually canon -- long story short, during episode 6 Riddle gets some of his lifeforce/magic/whatever drained and his hair turns white as a result. (which ends up being foreshadowing for something similar happening to Vil, with a...much more dramatic outcome.)

(fortunately Malleus took care of that one.)

the white hair is probably not going to stick around, it's too easy to have a throwaway line of "oh it turned back once he recovered" or "he dyed it" (though I still think doodle suit would be the cutest way to handwave it) (come on the opportunity is right there). plus if the prologue is really a flash-forward as Some Theories Go then he has red hair in that! but episode 7 is far enough away that as far as I'm concerned, his hair will be white until they say it's not. 👍

Nothing like a friendly little Quidditch match between mortal enemies!

I‘ve been rereading HP, currently on book 5, and man is Draco annoying. Like, I know fandom is obsessed with him, and I get why, but omg he‘s so infuriating. He‘s just a bully and a whimp and a racist and I want to punch him in the face. I want him to be Zuko so bad, you know, a character who acts like an asshole because of pad parenting and trauma and eventually gets redeemed, but Draco is just not that in canon. Maybe my opinion will change in the last two books, but currently I have come to the understanding that Fanon Draco is just a different person than Canon Draco. I love redemption arcs, but iirc correctly Draco never makes a choice to do literally anything except what is expected of him bc he‘s too scared to do anything else. I think this is what kept me immune from becoming a Draco fangirl as a kid. Back then I hadn‘t discovered fanfiction yet and canon Draco is just so fucking unlikable. (Just for the record, I totally get the obsession though, he‘s got a lot of fic potential)
