Sooooo, another fanfic idea told in pictures. At the Department of Mysteries Sirius doesn‘t get killed, he gets captured. The Death Eaters drag him back to Malfoy Manor and to Voldemort. Sirius thinks he‘s going to die, which is not great, but he can make his peace, as long as he can get some revenge. So, as soon as they drag him through the door and he sees Wormtail there, he turns into his Animagus. People react fast, but a few seconds are more than enough for a dog to tear someone‘s throat out.

After that, Sirius is tortured for a bit and forced to turn back into a human. He thinks they‘ll kill him now, but Voldemort has other plans.

Now comes the fucked up part (2 more images beyond the cut, neither is especially graphic, but they‘re the most NSFW I‘ve ever drawn. CW for implied rape)

So Voldemort goes and have some fun. (Others too, presumably).

…So yeah. Sirius is not having a good time. I wanted this to be a Sirius whump, but you know. Poor fucking Harry. Because of course he has nightmares about this, from Voldemorts perspective. Which is a whole other fucking layer of this that I didn‘t even think about when I started this drawing. So Harry is having The Worst Time of his life, occlumency suddenly becomes a whole new level of important. Meanwhile Snape, the boor bastard, has to teach Harry Occlumency and then return to Voldemort to patch up Sirius who is Not Well and who‘s only comfort is that at least Harry is safe. 😬

Snape/Sirius endgame, a happy-ish ending somehow, probably a LOT of therapy for Harry and me wondering how I even come up with this shit. (I know how. My fanfic thoughts start with „wouldn‘t it be fucked up if…“, that‘s why. )

Harry Potter, but in Japan! Imagine: The kids in Japanese School uniforms, the teachers and adult wizards wearing kimonos, Hogwarts is a ridiculously giant array of traditional Japanese buildings and castles, meticulously maintained Japanese gardens tended to by Hagrid and Prof. Sprout, classrooms and the great hall with knee high tables and everybody sitting or crouching on the tatami mats, Samurai inspired Quidditch armor, Death Eaters wearing Japanese masks, straw hats instead of wizard hats, the Katana of Godric Griffindor, The hot springs of Hogwarts, writing not with quills but with brushes, the bamboo maze of the Triwizard tournament, moving Japanese wall paintings, children playing with chopsticks as if they’re wands, cherry blossoms in the courtyard in spring, the bright red and yellow forbidden forest in fall… do you see it?

Nothing like a friendly little Quidditch match between mortal enemies!

I‘ve been rereading HP, currently on book 5, and man is Draco annoying. Like, I know fandom is obsessed with him, and I get why, but omg he‘s so infuriating. He‘s just a bully and a whimp and a racist and I want to punch him in the face. I want him to be Zuko so bad, you know, a character who acts like an asshole because of pad parenting and trauma and eventually gets redeemed, but Draco is just not that in canon. Maybe my opinion will change in the last two books, but currently I have come to the understanding that Fanon Draco is just a different person than Canon Draco. I love redemption arcs, but iirc correctly Draco never makes a choice to do literally anything except what is expected of him bc he‘s too scared to do anything else. I think this is what kept me immune from becoming a Draco fangirl as a kid. Back then I hadn‘t discovered fanfiction yet and canon Draco is just so fucking unlikable. (Just for the record, I totally get the obsession though, he‘s got a lot of fic potential)

Little study session at Hogwarts. I had a vision of all these objects drifting gently around Hermione, but Procreate Dream‘s tweening is so… abrupt? Instead of one gentle rotation I get abrupt little bursts and same for movement, without any settings to tone that down. Disappointing :(
