okay it’s been 9 minutes since you sent this and I hadn’t really stopped to think about it before, but… the universe is whispering to me that simon wanted to be a vet. as in veterinarian.

it’s just with how gentle he is. how soothing. he loves helping others, but I feel like ps!ghost still has a small touch of canon!ghost in him where he enjoys his time alone, too. and when he is with animals and you, he feels like he is alone, in the sense that in their company he can truly be himself. they don’t drain his social energy, but quite the opposite.

he does not regret quitting college, though. while work is work and some days filming are tougher than others, he is extremely content with what he does for a living. but he definitely has a dream of something very domestic: of a house with a spouse and a dog. maybe some chickens. don’t ask me to elaborate on that, I just—look at him. he’s someone who’d name every single one of them and know their personalities too. in the mornings, he would go to them with a cup of tea in his hand, and chat with them while throwing ball with his german shepherd.

so you can take this as a grain of salt and absolutely refuse to see it as canon lmao—I get it—but to me, ghost wanted to be a vet. (eeek I love it)

I am very tired and I'm trying to put into words how much I loved your arsonist/ firefighter au. Its incredible how you managed to take these two characters turn them into something new and yet keep them true to themselves. I love how you managed to create dynamics that felt like they were so dependent on the world they were set in and transferred then into a new one and still made it feel natural.

arsonist!neil makes me feel a new and special kind of sad. his loneliness is just as crushing as in the beginning of the foxhole court he is still paranoid and isolated. the feeling isn't the same however its a different kind of desperation that drives him. your story is wonderful and I thank you for sharing your writing with us.

I love how fitting it all is. neil starting fires and andrew being there for the aftermath. it's their deal all over again. firefighter!andrews relationship with renee, his calls with aaron and nicky, all of it.

I wish I could give you more thought through praise but I am tired and just want to type this as the feelings are fresh now ig.

Why on earth does the Wiki and searches about NukaWorld claim Preston becomes hostile if present for Taken for a Ride or spoken to after the player becomes Overboss??? I’ve played the entire DLC twice now, different PCs, different saves, regular and survival, and I took Preston both times for the DLC??? I never even got a ‘disliked’ from the man, except for being too forgiving to Harvey. He loved a lot of my sass at the Raiders?? And if I talked to him just would say I’d shown him I’m one of the good guys/repaid my trust in him. I mean, I’m sure if you agree to go Raider and like, kill settlers and shit. But I completed most of the questline short of taking over settlements or hurting innocents (took over the park, turned on power, etc) first save, and still completed grand tour and home sweet home on survival, before Open Season. I romanced the man in the overboss office yesterday before starting my raider killing spree. He never doubted I was just scoping out the place, which I was.
