the sex was definitely fully consensual but also i’m deeply unsurprised that ed could not find it in himself to reassert that he wanted to take things slow after stede grabbed him and pushed him up against a wall. there’s a moment after stede pins him there where they both pause and ed nods and then they both go in for the kiss so like, obviously stede wasn’t gonna go any further without permission. but ed was incapable of having a normal response to stede bossing him around in the goofiest mean voice of all time, poor guy didn’t stand a fucking chance after being manhandled a little bit. and honestly who among us hasn’t made an unwise decision or two while incredibly, painfully turned on.

I can’t believe that the “a kiss can’t solve it all magically”, the theme that seemed linked to Maggie and Nina’s story, was actually just foreshadowing for Crowley and Aziraphale. It’s been 3 days and I still think about it.
