“Guess who...?” Someone says, throwing one arm around Sarahs waist while their other hand covers her eyes.

“Who?” she reply's sarcastically, laughing as she turns around in their arms, removing their hand from her eyes.  

“John Booker Routledge, you sneaky dog” Sarah laughs, kissing him before smacking his chest. “You bout’ gave me a heart attack” she says, her sentence drowning with sarcasm. “Sorry, you just looked so cute while trying to survive on a deserted island” John B said, rolling his eyes, his free hand caressing Sarahs cheek.  

“Aww. Was that sarcasm I hear?” she asked, laughing, giving John B a quick peck on the cheek.  

John B looked around, a shit-eating grin on his face.

“You know... Nobody’s around, just you and... me” he whispered, nibbling the bud of Sarahs ear as he grabbed her waist, pulling her closer, making his boner far more noticeable than before. Sarah gasps and pulls away, giving a quick glance around.

“JB...” Sarah starts, John B’s lips silencing her as he presses them against her neck. Sarah lets out breathy protests as John B explores her body.

“Fuck.” John B whimpers as Sarahs fingers wrap around his clothed length, Sarah looking back at him innocently before moving again. Removing Sarahs hand, John B sat down on a nearby log, patting his thigh.  

“Come, sit here beautiful” he said, eyes full of lust as Sarah made her way to him, mounting his thigh. She moved swiftly, rolling her hips over his thigh as she got herself off. He was so taken by her that all he could do was sit there and watch her grind herself onto him. John B lifted Sarahs shirt over her head, allowing himself to cup her breasts through the remaining cloth.

“Feels so good,” Sarah whined, groaning when he smacked her ass with his hand. She kept the rhythm, only losing that momentum when the smacks came. It felt so good - John B could hardly contain himself, grabbing Sarah by the hips and helping her grind harder. John B lifted Sarah briefly off his thigh so he could remove his boxers off himself and suddenly - There was the sound of leaves shuffling and laughter from within the distance. Sarah on the other hand had already mounted John B once more, grinding harder than before as she plastered wet kisses along his neck and chest. “Fuck” John B breaths, momentarily forgetting about the chatter in the distance.  

“God you're so perfect” John B hisses, smacking Sarahs ass. Sarah stops and just stares for awhile before pressing her lips to his, cupping his cheeks in her hands.

“I’m far from perfect John B” she said, kissing him again, allowing her tounge to explore him. She left wet trails across his body where her tounge had once been, tasting him. Suddenly, the distant chatter had become very clear.

“What the fuck-” They hear JJ exclaim, the two slowly trailing their eyes to the crowd that now stood before them. Sarah jumped up, causing John B to fall back off the log.  

Sarah cleared her throat.  

“Uhm. Hi- I can explain” she said, voice full of embarrassment and face ruby red. Cleo came beside her, throwing her arm around Sarahs shoulder.

“No need, we already know girl. You should get yourself cleaned up-” Cleo said, handing Sarah her shirt and JJ kicking john B his shorts.  

“Thanks Cleo” Sarah breathed, still out of breath from her and John B’s past activity. With a nod from Cleo, the rest of the Pouge's were on their way back to cook dinner with whatever they could catch in the day.

“John B! I can’t believe they-” Sarah laughed, arms wrapping around John B’s waist as she kissed him. John B’s eyebrow raising, “They what?” he asked, a smirk plastered across his face as Sarah pulled away.  

“You know... Saw us” she said, putting her shirt back on, giving a small sigh as she helped John B with his. “I was really hoping to finish. I was so close” Sarah whines, turning to leave before John B grabbed her wrist, pulling her back to him, arms snaking around her waist as his lips attacked hers hungrily. John B pulls away moments later, breathing heavily from the lengthy kiss. “We can finish later, Peach” he hisses into Sarahs ear, sending shivers down her spine. Sarah shoves John B in hurry and leaves to find the rest of the Pouge's.

“So...” JJ announces, looking around at the campfire. Kie, Pope, Cleo, Sarah and John B were all eating silently, the slight intrusion from earlier still making things awkward for Sarah and John B, as well for the rest. “About earlier...!” JJ started, Kie shoving sting ray into his mouth to silence him, shaking her head. “JJ just stop”

Happy and wholesome (JJ x reader)

Summary: The reader gets sad and JJ is mad at first but there to help

A/N: Okay so I had this adorable wholesome idea and I will be very disappointed if this is already a story. Please like and share! I hope you enjoy it!!!

"JJ look!" The young girl exclaimed in pure joy. She had built the most amazing sandcastle ever and she was pretty darn proud of it.

The blonde boy saw her smile and felt his heart thump harder against his chest. "Woah! That's one sick sandcastle Y/N!" He said laying on his stomach next to the girl.

"Thank you JJ." She grins as a small blush covers her cheeks. Y/n began explaining the details of the sandcastle. She was just so proud of it that she began to rant. About how there was space for her, JJ, and John B to live in, about the way she made it so her room was facing the sun and his was facing the ocean, and about how she made a very strong door in case of sharks. JJ was so amazed at how much time and thought she put into this little castle. She was so smart and so caring JJ just loved spending every minute with her.

"Sharks?" JJ asked with a small amused smile. "How would sharks even get over here."

"You never know." Y/N shrugs. It's true. What if one day a shark were to come up in front of the sandcastle and you didn't have a sturdy door. That would just be ridiculous.

"You're silly." JJ said lightly tapping her nose. She hated when he did that but gave up on telling him to stop so she simply rolled her E/C eyes.

"You won't be saying that when you get eaten by a shark." JJ laughed loudly.

"That would never happen!"

"And why not?"

"Cause I would punch the shark in the face and protect the castle."

"Or you could befriend the shark." The girl smiled innocently at JJ.

"Hey over here!" A loud voice says stopping the debate that was about to form. Suddenly the sandcastle she had worked so hard on crumbled apart and sand flew in all angles. The big brunette boy countinued to run, barely glancing at his damage.

"Hey, you ruined my castle!" Y/n pouted feeling like she was going to cry.

"Oops." The tall boy shrugged careless, before he threw the football he had caught.

"Oops?" JJ asked started to feel angry. He stood up from his spot and stepped closed to the older boy. "She worked hard on that!"

"My bad dude! It wasn't even a good sandcastle it's nothing to cry over." The older boy shrugs feeling annoyed at the situation. He kicked the sand where the sandcastle once stood before catching the football in his hands. Y/N hung her head low not knowing what to do. She wanted to cry but this bully would surely make fun of her.

JJ saw a small tear slip from her eyes and he felt like he was going to burst with anger. He went up to the bully so that they were face to face. "You better say sorry to her!" Young JJ says poking the older kid in the chest.

"Or what?" The older kid snarls. He tucked the football under his arm and effortlessly pushed JJ to the ground.

"That's so rude!" Y/N growls standing up herself, with small tears still leaving her eyes. JJ jumped up as quick as lightning, and jumped on top of the older boy so that they both fell to the ground.

"JJ!" The small girl gasped. She watched frozen not knowing how to help. JJ seemed to be winning the fight. He punched the older kid in the stomach and then in the face but before he could punch anymore the older kid punched back. He grabbed JJ and punched his stomach a number of times.

"Stop it!" Y/N yelled seeing the now pained JJ. She went over to the boys and roughly pushed the bully off of JJ. "Get out of here!" She screams at him. The bully got up with a small amount of trouble before he hurried away back to his group of friends. Y/n leaned over JJ with her knees gently touching his back. He held his stomach while in a fetus position, a position Y/N would soon come to know.

"JJ...JJ are you okay?" Y/N asked sweetly.

"Yeah, I'm fine." JJ winced while sitting up.

"No, you're not."

"I'm fine."

"You're hurt."

"I. Am. Fine." JJ said trying to explain it to her. He stood up with her help. She could tell he was still hurt but didn't say anything.

"I'm sorry your sandcastle was destroyed." He said empathetic.

"It's okay." She shrugs. JJ still felt bad though he looked around him before his eyes caught something in the water. He limped over to the shell and picked it up before giving it the the girl.

"Here." He said dropping the small shell in her hands as he started to blush. "You can have it."

The girl instantly felt happy again. The beautiful pink and white shell was going to mean so much to her, she already knew it.

"Do you remember this?" I ask JJ holding up the seashell around my neck he had given me years ago.

"Of course I do." He smiles closing his eyes. He laid his head down on the soft sand. The same beach we always went to. The pogues were laughing loudly and splashing around in the ocean water. JJ wraps his arm around me and pulled my body closer to his. "I should've beat that kid up more." He says quietly.I laughed shaking my head.

"When we get the gold...I'm gonna buy you a real necklace, with diamonds and rubies and all that junk."

"JJ...I'm happy with this necklace." I said still holding it gently in my hands.

"I know but...I just want to give you more. You deserve so much." He said kissing my forehead.

"So do you." I smiled. JJ hesitated at first he always doubts himself but he really does deserve so much.

"I'm so glad I beat up that kid who ruined your sandcastle." He said. He always says beat up but it was more of a little fight. I wouldn't ever say that though, he did defend me when we were younger and still does. Just then I got an idea.

"Wanna rebuild it?!" I cry excited while sitting up.

"Umm...sure!" JJ then stood up and took my hand in his.

We walked down the beach a little bit away from the other pogues.

"If I'm being honest I don't really remember what the castle looked like." I say trying to remember.

"That's okay." JJ shrugs. "We can make a new and improved one."

I grin at the sweet shaggy haired boy and we begin making our sandcastle.

"Oh wow." John B says looking at the sight of the two teenagers on the beach with the sky turning a beautiful purple and orange hue. "I have never in my life seen JJ build a sandcastle."

"Told you he's become a softie." Kie smirks.

"Yeah, they're cute though." Pope shrugs with a soft smile on his face. JJ sat behind you with his arms around your stomach and you leaned into him.

"They're so wholesome." Kie smiles. The pogues didn't know it but they all had the same thought.

JJ and Y/n were the cutest and most wholesome couple. It made them glad to see their best friends as happy as could be with each other.

chapter 7

JJ and Sage had never been a healthy couple. For the whole year and a half they were together they broke up 8 different times. All for the same small petty reasons. And now they were leading onto time number 9, except this time maybe it would be permanent.

“God JJ I don’t get it! You’re touchy with Ruby like that all the time, how was this any different!” She scoffs, leaning back against the wall, watching as JJ paces back and forth to blow off steam. 

“That’s completely different! I’ve known Ruby my whole life basically, we’re always touchy with each other.” See, Sage has always known that JJ likes Ruby. He’s always liked her, but when Sage found out she was too far deep with him. She thought that maybe if he was with her long enough he would end up liking her at least a little. At least a fourth of how he likes Ruby. 

She doesn’t blame Ruby, there’s no reason to. Ruby’s always been someone she’s looked up too, finding comfort in how on track she seems with her life despite everything that’s going on. 

“I don’t get it anymore JJ. Why are you even with me anymore? You don’t care, you’re barely around!” She pauses, taking a deep breath. “Do you think I’m stupid..? Blind? Come on i deserve to know what it is!” JJ stays silent, for once in his life, not knowing what to say.

How would he? He’s always thought that he at least liked Sage a little. Maybe it’s just as a friend way, or even something less than that. All he knows is he’s crazy for Ruby but can’t act off of it. The stupid No pogue on pogue macking rule John B made. 

“We’re done JJ.. you can’t even say anything.” He just nods, the only thought in his head being what happens next. Is Ruby gonna try and convince him to run back to Sage? Go fix the mess that shouldn’t even be called a relationship anymore? 

While in Sage’s mind she’s wondering why she’s even trying to fight for this. None of the pogues have ever liked her, she’s always been out of place with them. Everyone knowing each other since they were little kids and her just being there. 

After a couple of minutes in silence, JJ just walks out, nothing else needing to be said between the ex couple. And that’s where it’s left, JJ being weirdly happy and Sage exactly where she was 2 years ago when she first got to Outer Banks, feeling alone.

Kiara, she always tried getting her and JJ to breakup and Ruby finally had enough after Kiara made the mistake of kissing him at a party.

Rafe, he was her ex before JJ and was extremely abusive, she gets a thrill of seeing his blood splattered on her knife and mask.

Luke, need I say more? Luke Maybank is an abusive piece of shit to JJ- remember how Tara stabbed Ethan in the tongue? Ruby would get excited watching him suffer, knowing her precious JJ would now be safe.

JJ would absolutely survive!! She loves him far too much and he loves her, no matter what he would try to understand and be there for her, absolutely leading to a JJ x Ruby ghostface duo💜

Topper, he was her ex and absolutely disgusting, only caring about sex and making her feel bad when she denied him. Let’s just say his death was interesting..

Her own mother, after finding out her mother had cheated on her father, with Ward Cameron of all people? Sage lost it, seeing red as she grabbed the butcher knife, painting the walls red.

almost John B.., he finds out and becomes terrified of her, and Sage knows uncle T and Lydia are cops, so she roughs him up a bit- but one look in those big brown eyes and she drops her knife.

Eventually her and John B also team up, bringing out his darker side in the end.

yes! They get away with it. Ruby’s uncle and cousin are police, she knows the law and how to do a perfect cover up😉

One of the downsides of living in the cut, is trying to find creative ways to make some money. I lived in a rough part of town, right next door to Barry actually. I’d moved to Outer Banks at the age of 18, being totally & completely on my own. Barry was, of course, quick to flirt with the new attractive bad girl neighbor. I hastily shut that down, but he did become a good friend of mine. He introduced me to people, invited me to parties, & gave me some pot to sell to help make ends meet. Being a female, I quickly became the favorite dealer to all the guy pogues & kooks that liked to party. I was pulled back from my memories as I heard my phone ring. “What’s up Maybank?” I answered as I saw JJ’s name on my caller ID. “Heyyyy. So there’s a party at the boneyard tonight. I need some weed. Wanna come hang & smoke it up with me & my friends?” He asked. “Sure. Can’t turn down my best customer. I’ll be there in ten if my stupid ass bike doesn’t give me shit.” I said rolling my eyes. “See ya then!” He didn’t even bother saying goodbye, just ended the call. I ran my hand through my wavy hair trying to tame it, & looked in the mirror while putting on my favorite ruby red lipstick. I had a red & white striped vneck top that showed off just the right amount to catch some guys attention. I had on my dark wash denim ripped skinny jeans & my red vans. As I walked out the door, I grabbed my leather jacket off the hook, I threw it on as I hopped on my bike, kick starting it & off I went.

Once I got to the boneyard, the party was in full swing. People were in various stages of intoxication. People danced, smoked, & hooked up all around me. I glanced around searching for anyone that I knew. I spied a blonde head weaving through the crowd heading towards me. “You made it!” He said coming up to me & doing our handshake we’d made up one night when we were stoned out of our minds. “Cmon come meet the gang” he said as he started to lead me across the beach toward a group of friends spread out on logs surrounding the bonfire. Halfway there, a tall blonde kook boy that looked super full of himself stopped us, grabbing my arm & spinning me towards him. “You need weed?” I questioned. “No. I wanted to see if you’d be interested in finding somewhere quiet where we can get to know ea-“ he was interrupted by JJ. “Dude, you might as well turn on around. Save yourself the embarrassment. It ain’t happenin” he said snorting. The guy turned & walked off muttering some choice words about me. I just laughed it off & followed JJ to his friends. “Okay so this is John B, Kie, & Pope” he said motioning to his friends. My gaze never made it past John B. He had sun kissed skin, & his unbuttoned shirt that was left hanging open showed off his rock hard body. He had full lips & pretty eyes that you could see when he took his hand & brushed back his golden brown wavy locks. I forced my eyes away from him & did a small wave while grinning at the group. “Guys, this is our new resident bad girl, very much a pogue at heart. Her name is (Y/N) & she’s also the one that’s been selling me that fire weed we’ve been smoking lately!” “Girl yes! That is some of the best weed I’ve ever smoked” Kie said getting up to high five me. “Let’s roll one up, yeah?” JJ asked.

After smoking two joints, we were all laying down, spread out on the beach, just talking about life. John B was next to me & he propped himself up on his arm, looking over to me. I felt his eyes on me for a few minutes before he spoke up. “So are you a whiskey girl?” “Is there any other kind of girl?” I sassed. He pulled an Evan Williams bottle from his other side & took a swig of it. He offered me the bottle as he swallowed, only slightly making a face. I took it from his hands, an electric feeling shooting up my arm as our fingers brushed. I took a long drink from the bottle, enjoying the feeling of the burning liquid sliding down my throat & handed it back, keeping a completely straight face. John B’s jaw dropped & I just laughed, looking out at the dark churning water. We kept passing the bottle back & forth over the next hour.

“I don’t care where you live at, just turn around boy let me hit that” I heard Ke$ha blaring from the speaker someone had set up by the fire. I staggered to my feet, leaning down to pull John B up with me. “I love this song. Dance with me!” I demanded, never giving him a chance to tell me no. “I wanna dance with no pants on, holla” I sang turning to John B, running my hands from his shoulders down his abs. He had a drunken smirk on his face as his fingers gripped my waist. His warm skin on mine made my whole body feel like fire was coursing through my veins. I wasn’t sure if it was the alcohol or the way John B’s eyes were raking over my body. I spun in his arms pressing my ass against him. Our bodies moved together to the bass beat of the song. “You say I’m playing, I’m never laying the d*ck, saying blah blah blah” at the point in the song, John B wrapped his arms around my waist pulling my back right against the front of his body. His warm breath hit my ear & sent goosebumps all over my whole body. “Want to get out of here?” His voice was husky. I turned in his arms pressing my lips against his. He deepened the kiss, one hand gripping in my hair while the other wandered down & inserted itself into my back pocket. I leaned back to look him in the eyes. “Does that answer your question?” I smirked, grabbing him by the bandana around his neck, & connected our lips again, like two puzzles pieces finally finding each other. Finally breaking away for air, he laughed & pushed me in the direction of chateau. “Let’s go! Oh the things I’m going to do to you.” He said quietly biting his lip & swatting me on the ass.
