Please remember that this is always only about the cubitos and never about the actual CC themselves. 🫰Also this is just me word vomiting because I have no one to talk to about this stuff lol.

Something that seems that a lot of people have forgotten is that before guapoduo ever even existed, early in the egg arc, we talking first two or three weeks, a lot of the other parents were super jealous of what Phil and Missa had and that they were THE couple.

Like not even at a distance. On the way to rescue the eggs when they got kidnapped the first time, FitMC of 2b2t straight up said, to their faces, that he was jealous of what they had as a couple and then proceeds to go off on Spreen for leaving for cigarettes. Missa adds to this saying that on twitter, everyone was saying that they were also jealous of them. Then there is also the instance of Slime and Mariana (literally within the first two hours of having the eggs) saying that they were too happy together and that they want to trade, to which Philza ("come to bed partner" in our deluxe double bed) Minecraft proceeds to huddle next to Missa saying that he's plenty happy with his partner (this was before he would add platonic in front while Missa was gone, to which he immediately stopped doing as soon as he got back as far as I'm aware).

After all of that, jump to current date, post guapoduo, who are the biggest Phil and Missa fans? First a foremost Chayanne (my god the kid has a backpack named Phissa and caged Forever when he was flirting with Phil in protest), Mumza (came up with Pissa/Phissa as their ship name) Tallulah, and then Richarlyson or guapoduo themselves (Roiers "no mamas" to Missa calling Phil handsome then asking when the wedding was and drunk Cellbit full chest shipping them, telling Missa that Phil is just shy with his feelings and also immediately clocked that the skull on Phils backpack was for Missa once he saw them together).

Also being in a QPR doesn't necessarily mean absence of romantic feelings (coming from a aro/ace person in a romantic QPR) but there is nothing wrong with seeing their relationship as strictly platonic on Philzas side of things and you are completely valid. 💛

We're having a stupid migraine where it's pressure not only on the outside of our head pushing in, but also inside of it pushing out. It's also been putting us in trauma pain loops because of course it is.

not sure why people don't seem to understand that shiv being the victim of misogyny and vitriol from all the men in her life can and does coexist with the fact that she is not a feminist liberal hero fighting to save democracy. why is it that we never afford her any nuance? she's either the only good person on the show and deserves to kill every man in a ten foot radius (twitter) or a uniquely evil cruel sociopath with no heart fueled entirely by spite (reddit). is it not just so much more interesting for her to be a fascism aiding and abetting character like the rest of them who also views herself as more progressive in spite of everything else about her and who undergoes horrific treatment at the hands of the men around her yet has no interest in undoing the system that allows them to do so, only in ruling it herself? shiv is not any better than the others nor is she any worse than them. there's no Evil Olympics here guys, nor should there be. snook said it herself in the after credits sequence -- shiv was just lucky that her interests aligned with her sympathies. who knows what she would've done had mencken been her best personal option? yes she cares infinitely more about politics than roman, yes she is still very much interested in maintaining the capitalist, fascist structure and even strengthening it, so long as it ends with her on top (which either way would be a win for liberal causes bc Woman). fascism isn't one-size-fits-all. it's not just mencken and trump. it's also mattson. it's also logan. it's also roman and shiv and kendall. that's... kind of one of the main points of succession? but even so, that does not negate the fact that as a woman it is so hard to watch some of the scenes with her and tom/roman/kendall -- of course that misogyny will resonate with female viewers, as it should!!! but that resonance needs to coexist with a deeper understanding of her character -- if you want to root for a bad bitch fighting against misogyny go watch, i don't know, captain marvel or whatever. what makes shiv interesting is that she's so so so much more than that -- she is the product, victim, and perpetrator of misogyny and fascism, two concepts so heavily intertwined they're virtually inextricable from each other. tl;dr it's one thing to be like my god someone give shiv a gun and it's another entirely to say, entirely seriously, that shiv is the Good Liberal Feminist One and the rest are all evil. like i absolutely adore shiv but i would honest to god find her so fucking boring if she were actually the person these tweets make her out to be i'm sorry

roy in titans 99 is so funny to me because it’s like he got a daughter (lian) a while back then went “wait lowkey i love this parenting shit” then decided to get a teenager to parent (grant) because nobody else was doing it and he felt he could’ve done better by the kid then went “i need someone to look after my little girl” so at the event held to celebrate his newly self-actualized ex/best friend he picked up YET ANOTHER teenager (rose) like that’s the funniest found family known to man, actually. and he fought rose’s dad at least once during that same comic and took out his anger at the cutout of rose’s dad. AND he’s got insane amounts of baby mama drama. nobody is doing it like him. if they’d kept grant around for longer we could have had a great family dinner.

It's so weird looking back at this drawing now. (ft. little and roy)

tw: childhood trauma/toxic family unit/medical trauma/anti-vax/mindbending/did/dissociation/derealization/trans related family issues

Roy:

When I drew this, it was originally for me to mentally separate myself a bit from the image of a young girl my family still had in their heads about me so I could be more comfortable as myself as non binary. Since I was winding up to go to my first therapy appointment, I wanted to at least get a bit of leg work going before hand.

This was the last thing any of us drew, but more specifically I drew before we started going to therapy and we found out we concretely had DID at the beginning of 2021. At the time we were severely struggling with finally having escaped a extremely toxic family unit and all that goes along with that, aka our whole world was actually (mentally) collapsing and unraveling.

The little girl on the left is (now unsurprisingly) our oldest alter. Even though the context of the drawing it is completely different now, it very much still fits. She never got to grow up and is still is only 5-7ish. Our traumas started much earlier but 2007/8 is when she couldn't take things anymore and has spent most of our life in and sudo timeloop.

Side note: We also didn't know at the time but we are intersex but since we hadn't gone in for any sort of medical doctor since we were twelve (it's complicated) we never knew until last year (2021).

This drawing is one I drew right before the other one in this post. I had only just started drawing myself (Roy) much more non human in nature.

These are some of the more recent portaits that I did of myself or that someone else in the system did of me.

These first three I did of myself. The first one was while I was processing how traumatized we actually were (/neg) and the second was me in the color pallet of the aro flag. The last one is the most recent one I did and I would say a mix of it with the first one is probably most accurate to what I look like.

Side note: I recommend looking at these on mobile for the most accurate version of the images.

Now these two were done by Ari. In my opinion she is probably one of if not the best artist of all of us. All of the B&W art she does starts on a black canvas and white charcoal is definitely her tool of choice. She just has a way with how she does lighting that never fails to blow me away.

everyone knows that the bats (mostly) aren’t powered, or invincible, but it’s hard to really get a grasp on it

with the way they all move and act in and even out of the field, it’s unnerving in a way. they all have a certain aura of otherworldly power, even the newer members

everyone of the original members of the league has had a run in with batman injured and in need of help, being the first few to earn the vulnerability and subsequently trust from the bats

when wally held dick’s limp body in his hands as he rushed him back to the base for the first time, feeling his best friends pulse stop between his arms and subsequently jostling the injuries more. he almost wasn’t fast enough, dick was out of commission for three months

or when roy was told of jason’s death, ollie had to hold the kid as he scream cried for a friend and the life his friend never got to live, even though they were just joking the other day about how nothing could touch the bats

with kon still not 100% understanding his powers, and understating tim’s calcium intake, felt the bone crush in tim’s arm underneath his touch during a training exercise. it takes years for kon to trust himself again

jon and damian fought a lot, and damian was as stubborn as jon was determined. both are young when damian tells jon to not treat him ‘fragile’ and it ends with damian in the infirmary, and jon shaking and crying, telling his father he needs to put himself into a kryptonite prison for doing so

jefferson being the leader of the outsiders and understanding that, but it still being hard to grasp with both cass and duke. both are strong, and often taken for granted, but that makes them more powerful, enhanced it enough that when they both get knocked down by the villain of the week it’s really startling

and it’s a cycle that never ends, everyone seeing the bats as godly, and then inevitably losing it and freaking out when it’s revealed that they bleed like anyone else
