write down what u wanna manifest
write down every limiting belief that u can recollect
limiting beliefs can be things that you've been told to believe for a long time and anything that u classify as limiting, for example the idea that money is scarce or "money doesn't grow on trees"

write affirmations that directly flip ur limiting belief into something favorable
affirm every day at least once
note ; repetition is rly key bcuz thats how the brain learns and adapts. so i highly recommend affirming more then just once a day. the more that u affirm and persist the quicker your mind will be reprogrammed.

-Make a list of your beliefs and non beliefs
-beliefs (ie, for me it would be something like my eyes are hazel, things that are undoubtedly true)
-add in what you're trying to believe to your beliefs list (ie, for my purposes it would be I have shifted or something along those lines)
-write down non beliefs in a separate list (ie, i don't believe in the easter bunny)
-reread beliefs and non beliefs
-manifest that these beliefs are true (use any manifestation methods you like, the 3 6 9 method is what I'll be using)
❣️ .Day Two

-meditate while thinking of shifting
-be grateful of your shifting journey
-take a "break" from shifting but think about shifting and have gratitude
-repeat that "i can shift" connecting to our previous days beliefs
-you want it to feel annoying by how much your saying these things
-remind yourself about shifting the entire day

Reminder that worthiness is an illusion. Too often do we not feel worthy of something or someone, so we hesitate, wait too long hoping for us to feel so or don’t peruse it at all. The idea of worthiness was created by a system that does not even adhere to it, so neither should you. If anything, it’s a feeling that’ll come & go, and is often rooted in past events/trauma. Know that you’ll always be worthy of whatever you desire — even things you’ve not yet realize you desire yet.

Reprograming my mind to Shift Realties
so basically i have just watched this youtube video and i decided to reprogram my mind because i have never shifted before and i wanna start it. i don't know where should i shift first so it would be great if you suggest me some dr.
anyway here is what i learned from this video :
the reprogramming takes 4 days
day 1: list all your believes and nonbelieves, it could be anything , even very simple things. for example i believe that my hair is brown and i also believe that i can shift easily. however i don't believe in santa and the easter bunny ( i know it sounds funny but you really need to set your mind that you actually CAN shift and you do it very often )
day 2: repeat affirmations , listen to sublimals... don't stress , that's very important
day 3: watch/read success stories of people you trust to further your beliefs and knowing that it's real and you can do it too.
day 4: THIS IS THE DAY YOU SHIFT. are you excited ? prepare as if it's a party you were waiting for so long. lock it down in your head. anything you do, relate it to shifting. drinking water brings you closer to shifting, brushing your teeth, showering, breathing, eating, literally anything you do you'll tell yourself is bringing you closer. do it all day long ,with everything you experience (even if its negative)

Saturating Your Subconscious
repetition is really essential in reprogramming your subconscious.
make a song about your desires... it could be written silly, doesn't have to rhyme, remix one of your fav songs!!!
just go crazy talking about it in the shower, whenever you're alone like in the bathroom etc...
right now my bf is at work and it's just my baby here with me so I'm going to take 20 minutes just reading out my affirmations and saying anything that naturally comes to me. the again and again ANY chance that I get..
The more you do it... the more it impresses your subconscious mind!!
***BOOSTER*** make a list of EVERYTHING YOU WANT... visualize it as you write it down and then once you've finished constantly affirm that you have everything that you want!! Add on to the list as needed...

REPROGRAMMING AND THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND
Have you ever thought to yourself that you can't shift, that you failed, or that it isn't worth the effort? Well let me give you a little help hon!
REPROGRAMMING:
Reprogramming is the action of rewiring your thought pattern, or reframing your thoughts to better fit your desires. That's all it is! Now, you may ask yourself, "how do I reprogram my thoughts?" Well, the first step is being mindful of your thoughts. Slow down, think about what you've been internalizing. If you say you can't shift, then you won't shift. But we can reframe the thought of "its impossible to shift" to "well, impossible isn't possible. The universe, and I, am infinite, and therefore, shifting is possible."
I reprogram my mind every single day! I do subliminal, I meditate, and as I'm listening to these subliminal and meditating, I affirm to myself that I am infinitely powerful. That I allow myself being a master shifter. That I *am* a master shifter. This has helped me shift before!!
THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND
When talking about the subconscious mind, many people have the idea or thought that they can't control the subconscious. That the subconscious controls them, or that it's impossible to remake themselves. That isn't true. You can. The most terrifying part of using your subconscious is taking accountability for what you feed it. What you give, is what you get. So many people are scared, going "well if I can control it, how?" And that's easy. You consciously make an effort to shift. Affirm, daily, reprogram, meditate. Use your intention to control your subconscious.
When I speak to my subconscious mind, what I do is that I slow down. Take a few breaths. Then, I ask myself, within my head. Visualizing the words. Visualizing my subconscious mind. Or even the universe. And I go "I have control over my subconscious. I am all I need." And then, I just know I've got it. How do I know I've already gotten what I've affirmed? Well, since I've affirmed it, Its already happened.

Shifting 101
As you guys read on my last post, I am going to reprogram my mind during my trip and shift again as if I just knew about shifting, a method recommended by my deities.
So I read some Amino posts and made a document with their explanations (I added the links of the posts) so I have zero credits about what is written there, as I haven’t written anything since I am acting as if I don’t know about shifting at all.

how to trick your subconscious
answer: you don’t 😃
i’ve done more research over the past couple of months and the truth is...you don’t trick your subconscious at all.
’to trick’ means to cunningly deceive someone. if you’re tricking your subconscious by acting as if you’re in your reality that means you’re lying to it, and implies that *thing* is not a fact, or not true. when ‘tricking your subconscious’ you are trying to CONVINCE your own subconscious mind that you have your manifestations which means you, yourself, do not believe you are in your dr. if you did believe you were in your dr then you would not feel the need to lie to your subconscious.
if you don’t trick your subconscious then how can you get it to cooperate and make it believe you are in your 4d?
”the conscious mind impresses the subconscious mind, while the subconscious expresses all that is impressed upon it.”
this is a phrase that really stuck out to me.
the more you repeat something, the faster it becomes ingrained in your subconscious. repetition and consistency is a shortcut to aligning with your desired reality.
all you need to do is be consistent with the feeling of already having whatever you want and maintain that feeling for as long as you can. eventually it will become natural and you will fall out of alignment with the things in your 3d
that means saying affirmations regularly, revising at night and in the morning, staying in the god state, imagining talking to people in your dr- whatever it is that you do. do it as if you’re in your dr right now and your subconscious literally cannot and will not reject that.
it might take an hour, a day, a week etc for your subconscious to squash your old beliefs and perceptions but it WILL happen, it has to happen. your outer reality has to reflect your inner reality.
you can write down your affirmations in case you forget them, find a video you can use to visualize a scene, literally all you need to do is find a state you want to be in and ✨that’s it✨, stick with it and don’t react to your 3d reality.

how do you program yourself to still manifest something even when you think it isn’t possible? Due to laziness in high school i’m a junior who wants to attend a prestigious college but i’m afraid my stats will automatically set me up for failure. I’ve did the work to have amazing opportunities come to me about my career and allow me to network with people that i didn’t think i could do but in in the back of my mind there’s always that “what if?” telling me that i can’t do it.
ok so from my own experience the best way to reprogram ur mind to believe something that u categorize as "impossible" is to think of reasons why its NOT impossible. my favorite reason to use is "because i said so" whenever that doubt would pop up in my mind i'd just be like "um no thats false because i have x,y and z BECAUSE i said so". when u give a reason that combats the belief of it being impossible. also, repetition is key. make sure ur subconscious knows that NOTHING is impossible. the only thing thats impossible is u failing <3

Reprogramming your mind can help your mental health and your manifestations. Reprogramming your mind doesn't have to be hard, it can be the small things, it can be the big things, it doesn't matter but now I am here to tell you how to reprogram your mind.
Get off the internet. This is honestly self-explanatory. You waste so much precious time on your phone, when you could easily be adapting a new hobby, manifesting something, reflecting, working out, literally anything, but instead you decided to scroll mindlessly on your phone. You might be wondering 'but oh, it's too hard' Hard doing what? Scrolling with your fingers? Is it really that difficult? I know it can be hard to get on your phone and to put a stop to this addiction but this is your sign to put an end to the high internet usage.
You are surrounding yourself with toxic people. Literally I know how hard it is to drop them, but I'm being serious. Ever since I dropped some of my old toxic friends, I instantly felt better, more alive, I felt like I could finally breathe. Now your problem can be fixed with a simple 'i don't want to be friends anymore' a simple seven words that can break off a friendship, that is how powerful you really are. Don't waste time writing those paragraphs, seven words are all you would need. You will definitely become more and more like the toxic people that you are surrounding yourself with, you will become more negative, rude, change your standards etc. Don't change yourself just because of toxic people.
Don't stop believing. People might make you think that you don't have the power. Before I thought 'i can't manifest, it isn't even real' because those YouTubers, tiktokers etc. Have made you think that you aren't powerful enough or how manifestation is a myth, but if you are here, you know that it is not and you should know that you have all the power.
Not having enough exercise. This can affect your mental and physical health as if you aren't moving around as much you feel sad and empty and for your physical health it isn't good either. Also would you like to be that girl that does her exercises and is super fit? that's ideal. To get more exercise also exercise your brain/mind, keep that in mind.
Do what you love and don't waste your time on things you don't. Doing things that you love is so amazing and it feels so good. Don't waste your time doing something you don't love, it's a waste of time and at the end you'll regret not doing what you really love.
