Beads of sweat dripped down your forehead while your chest rose and fell, your breaths growing heavy by the moment. Sephiroth held you in a protective embrace, giving you a sweet kiss on your neck as you entered labor.

"I-I won't let you go..." His slit eyes were shut tight, as a singular tear trailed down his face. You forced a smile, attempting to reassure him as much as you were trying to reassure yourself. This wasn't your first time going through this, having experienced it four times already, but the discomfort and pain became no easier. Unlike the last times you two went to the clinic in the village, you and Sephiroth had chosen a home birth for the final part of your ten-year vow renewal.

"If this isn't a girl like you promised, you owe me big time," you chuckled, trying to lighten the mood.

"I'm certain of it," Sephiroth replied, attempting to force his own chuckle. While he appreciated your attempt to comfort him, his sole concern was your wellbeing. He had never enjoyed this part of your pregnancies, even with the assurance that nothing would go wrong. In his mind, something always could. When your whimpering started, he tightened his grip on you, hating to see and hear you in pain. Your midwife urged you to push more, prepared to catch your baby.

Your eldest children, especially Angelica, were watching your labor process closely and quietly. Sharing her father's love for science, Angelica in particular, was excited to witness this special moment and gain more knowledge. You gave her and the boys the opportunity to witness this moment, as long as they felt they could handle it. And thankfully, things had been going well mostly so far.

"Don't you want to see this part, Loz?" Angealica said, placing a soothing hand on her brother's shoulder. Loz had his hands covering his eyes, desperately trying to stay calm. He wanted to be supportive, like his siblings, but it seems even the star player of his school sports team had his limits.

"I can't look! You can just tell me what it looks like!" He croaked.

"...You ever seen a chocobo blink its eye?" Yazoo said to him. A piercing scream suddenly escaped your lips as you got closer to getting your child out. Even more tears trailed down Sephiroth's cheeks as he nuzzled into your neck. Oh, how much he wanted to relieve your burden of pain, or at least bear it alongside you. It's only right for him to do so as your soulmate. You screamed for so long, you lost track of time, silently praying for this agony to be over.

"Mother, Father. It's all over now!" Kadaj said, excited to see his newborn sibling now brought into the world, cradled in the midwife's arms. Both you and Sephiroth opened your eyes, beholding the crying baby before you. Once the baby was carefully attended to, the midwife swathed her in a gentle blanket and placed her into your trembling arms. Sephiroth's arms supported yours, allowing you to continue holding your pride and joy.

"Baby Lucrecia..." You whispered, holding her close to your chest for skin-to-skin. Sephiroth's hands caressed yours gently, as he rested his head on top of yours. "You were right, Sephiroth..." You murmured. A mixture of a heartfelt chuckle and a cry escaped him in response.

"I'm only glad that you're both here, my love..." He said. As you two took a moment to recover from the intense moment, Loz finally removed his hands and opened his eyes. Tears of joy streamed down his face as he saw on his newborn sibling for the first time. Meanwhile, the other three engaged in a lively debate over the perfect nickname for their little sister.

"Lulu should be her nickname," Angealica declared confidently. "because I'm the eldest and that's my decree."

"You may be our big sister, but I'm the one who leads us!" Kadaj retorted at her.

"Lucy sounds better. Much more dignified." Yazoo remarked in his usual monotonous voice.

You quickly shushed your eldest children while Sephiroth gave them a wary glance, conveying the same message to them. You two were in no rush for this beautiful moment to end so quickly...

The easiest way I can explain the Remnants to anyone that does not know every God forsaken detail about FF7:

Accurate Explanation: Imagine asking three of your closest friends to completely recreate you from your personality to your physical appearance. Each one is going to focus on different traits you have, but none of these three creations will be completely accurate.

The one thing all three of the yous have in common is your one life goal. Most of us don't have a God complex so it's more difficult to grasp that understanding.

Pairing: "Fluffy" Sephiroth/Pregnant Darling

Content Warning: Yandere Sephiroth. Monster Pregnancy.

"Again," Sephiroth ordered, conjuring more fiends for your precious triplets to strike down.

"You said to kill them in one blow, and that's exactly what we did!" Kadaj protested, while Loz groaned and Yazoo sighed. Despite his gentle smile, Sephiroth's serious and grim tone left no room for argument.

"Those blows were too weak. You need to be faster and precise," He continued. The boys pouted. "Again." Sephiroth then turned his back. His gentle smile became a sneer once he laid his slit eyes on you.

With a seductive sway to his hips, he approached you. You were absolutely stunning in your white lacey maternity dress, like a goddess prepared to birth another. Your enormous swollen belly that had ominous dark veins over it looked just as massive as it did a decade ago when you were carrying the triplets. But this pregnancy felt anything but normal compared to your last one.

JENOVA started to show more signs of activity in your womb recently, although it is still lower than expected for this stage of the pregnancy, which reached forty-two weeks now. To help induce labor, Sephiroth had been taking you and the boys on frequent excursions, since that outdoor exercise could help you, and it also provided more opportunities to train and indoctrinate the boys. He sat behind you and embraced you.

"Our boys are getting stronger... But they still have much to learn." He whispered. His velvety sent shivers down your spine. You wanted to squirm out of his grasp, yet something about him compelled you to stay close, craving him. You heard the triplet boys shout triumphantly in this distance once they defeated the fiends. They ran toward you and Sephiroth.

"Mother! Did you see that!?"

"Hmph. She was obviously watching me!"

"Yet I was the one to do Father's objective the fastest."

You forced a sweet smile as you waved at them, while Sephiroth quickly wore his own gentle smile. He briefly removed his arm from underneath your swollen breasts, raising it to summon more fiends to stop the boys in their tracks.

"Good, my children. Now eliminate more," he gently commanded. They pouted and took out their weapons to continue honing their skills. As soon as the boys were preoccupied again, you and Sephiroth's expressions reverted. At least you two agreed on one thing - keeping the boys as innocent as possible. Even in this dark world, they should be able to express themselves and have the love of both parents while growing up.

"Why did you do this to the world, Sephiroth..." you whispered, your voice trembling with despair as you looked around. His luscious lips briefly brushed against your cheek. On these excursions, the environments your family went through shook you to the core; The trees stood withered, and the once vibrant plant life clung desperately to the dwindling light. No doubt that your beloved husband played a role in this. A dark chuckle escaped his lips in response.

"Because the energies belong to me and my heirs. And once it's fully contained in the Lifestream, our family will be at the center, together…" Those last words he spoke were surprisingly affectionate and brought back memories of the person he used to be as he nuzzled against your neck.

A sudden, powerful kick from JENOVA in the womb made you wince in agony. The sheer force alone knocked the breath out of you. Sephiroth gently massaged your back with one hand, while the other stroked your swollen belly. "Relax, my darling," he cooed, closing his eyes and attempting to communicate with your unborn daughter. In unison, you closed your eyes, not even knowing what he's doing. You just wanted the pain and discomfort to stop. But your mind somehow intertwined with Sephiroth's as he tried to reach her.

Your blood turned to ice from what you saw next from that mental connection. You expected to see a human baby, but instead was a small creature with slimy, pink-red tentacles. At its center, a glowing pink eye stared back at you, surrounded by a dark void. The terrifying sight made you break into sweats as you hastily blocked out the vision. Sephiroth had to stifle his disturbing giggle, not at your distress, but at the anticipation of a new goddess ready to enter the world.

"Don't be afraid, darling... The reunion is upon us."

All three Remnants appear as actual children and now Sephiroth, Angeal, and Genesis are stuck in charge of them (unless they want these weird Sephiroth children to get trapped in Hojo's lab). They attempt to take the Remnants to your average sit down dinner restaurant.

Angeal is trying to mold the boys into good eggs by teaching them some manners. He is watching them like a hawk inside and always instructing them to sit up straight, albeit to mixed results. And he's also trying to keep Sephiroth strapped to his seat as well since Sephiroth is ADAMANT about bailing on the little brats.

Sephiroth is extremely disturbed by the Remnants and wants nothing to do with them. Even this facade of normalcy is driving him crazy. He glares at Angeal while eating, ignoring Kadaj and Yazoo tugging at his bangs, trying to eat his steak in (relative) peace until Loz throws up in his lap.

Genesis finds this all HILARIOUS and loves the little gremlins. Everything they do delights him. Flinging food at each other across the table? Hell yeah. Crawling under everyone's legs? Hell yeah. Making Sephiroth completely miserable? HELL yeah. He actually gets along really well with the kiddos. And lowkey wants to keep them out of some secret knowledge that perhaps they really are Sephiroth's babies.
