Just a reminder that there are not *more* queer people in the world, there’s just more people able to be out. Left handed people were forced to be right handed for hundreds of years- there aren’t *more* left handed people these days, just more people who are allowed to naturally write. We aren’t new, we’re just allowed to show ourselves in public now. It’s got nothing to do with “being trendy”- it’s a natural state of being that up until recently was suppressed in the exact same way.

If you have ever struggled with accepting yourself, please know that you are loved. You are allowed to be yourself without fear of judgement. You are allowed to be free from self doubt. You are allowed to be you.

We are here, we are queer, and we will be seen.
