i've been feeling not very good lately 🤧 so i decided to make a board that looks like my regression to cheer me up. it helped a little bit 💕

and also i wanna talk about it 🌼 so here's some of my favourite things about being small:

🐣 being such a tiny baby who gets pampered and cooed at

🧸 plushies, especially horsies and bunnies

☁️ fluffy cosy socks and blankets

🧃 teethers and pacifiers and just nibbling on everything

🧴 getting all clean and having my hair brushed

🪆 playing with sensory toys and lying down for tummy time

📖 reading picture books but especially soft books and board books

🥐 having food from little pouches

💌 contact napping while curled up on the couch

Babies can be so busy playing that they forget to take care of themselves 𑁯ᰍ Before starting a game or movie, ask if they need to go potty, its not good for a little one to go to long without a potty break!

𑁯ᰍ Suggest calling on discord and listening to music! Find a regression playlist on youtube or spotify, and find a music bot that will play links. Listen to music as they begin to regress 𑁯ᰍ Play games with them that will keep them regressed. A message 💙

🧜‍♀️ Being a parent doesn’t mean you can’t regress or age dream. You are still valid.

🐙 Being a childcare worker doesn’t mean you’re not a valid regressor or dreamer. You can still regress or age dream.

🐬 If you’re a carer for bio children, you aren’t obligated to be a caregiver for regressors as well.

🐠 It doesn’t make you weird or creepy to work with or parent children and still be involved in age regression / dreaming in your private life.

🐳 There’s nothing wrong with wanting to the baby for once instead of the carer. And if this coping mechanism works for you, you shouldn’t abandon it simply because of any guilt of not being a good parent/childcare worker, or not feeling like you’re a valid regressor because you take care of bio children in your daily life.

As someone who currently has two jobs working with children, and also wishing to be a mother one day - I can experience guilt or shame for regressing. I wanted to post this for others that might feel the same. You’re valid, what you do is cope for you alone 🩵
