Chloé Bourgeois, plus 1 bonus Zoé Lee-Bourgeois. I did a hard overhaul of Chloé's design and character. The yellow sweater and white pants were truly atrocious. I liked her concept design with the monochromatic outfit but for my redesign I gave her a deep blue jumpsuit, and a white jacket.

I knew I was going to have Lila as the primary antagonist for Marinette's civilian life. Meaning having Chloé as one too would be redundant. They seemed to understand that in canon as they started playing with the idea of giving her a character arc.

So how to make Chloé an antagonist without her being villainous? Why by making her Marinette's rival of course! And Chloé is like- really into their rivalry. She has a very "Only Marinette is worthy to best me" attitude about things. Which means its no fun if other people butt in.

Chloé does have a bit of a "I'm better than you" attitude, but most don't realize it's unintentional. She works hard to maintain both her fathers political favor and her many investments. But she doesn't lie to the people she respects, and is rather brutally honest about her opinions on her classmates. What she thinks is constructive criticism usually comes off as rude, but any compliment is 100% genuine.

There are few people who understand that, Adrien and Sabrina are two of them. Marinette is the other, over their years of knowing each other she slowly began to realize what Chloé's word meant. That changed her view of her rival, and the two now push each other to their best.

Alya does not understand how Chloé works and tends to get frustrated with the girl, and vice versa. However, the Rena Rouge and Queen Bee are best friends. Bonding over their love of super heroes and devotion to bringing villains to justice.

Now onto Zoé, I'll go into detail for her later. But the main thing you need to know is she's 9 years old, and her big sister loves her very much. Chloé will never forgive her mother for cheating on her dad, but the one thing Audrey did right is giving her the most wonderful baby sister to adore.

Hope Van Dyne/Red Queen (MCU Redesign)

Since we’ve heard that Evangeline Lilly has had an interest in exploring Hope Van Dyne’s darker sides in the MCU, I thought I would throw out this piece of an MCU-inspired redesign of the Red Queen suit her comic counterpart dons in the MC2 Universe.

Personally, if Marvel doesn’t want to risk completely destroying Hope’s character in the main MCU, I think seeing a version of as the Red Queen in a title like What If…? would give a lot more creative freedom to explore that part of her personality.

This is the first one I did, very sharp and not anything like chloe’s style, but fun to come up with! I love how I drew her bangs in this. This might be closer to a lazy Queen Wasp (or whatever her name is) redesign

This is a more moth-y bookish Chloe, very soft colors and a cute little vest. As you might have noticed, I really like poofy sleeves <3 I also love the little hair bow/tie

ok, and this one is a little more joke-y but I love it and most likely will do a more fleshed out version. Basically Chloe likes to think she’s a Queen but she’s more like a joker, so that’s what pollen dressed her up as! This would require Pollen to actually have a bit of a spine tho 😅

So I just stumbled across your page, and I absolutely love your redesigns for the characters.

I was wondering what your rough plan for Chloe's character was? Since I saw that you're not using Zoe.

Chloe....

My plan for her isn't all that complicated, It's literally to give her her well deserved redemption arc.

First of all, I'm keeping all of the episodes before Queen Wasp that featured some sort of development from her, ending on Style Queen where we find out why she was being a mean bitch. After giving up the miraculous, Miraculer (or an episode similar to that) will happen to explain to Chloe why she can't be Queen Bee anymore. But that's basic stuff, let's talk about bigger changes.

Obviously, being raised with everything given to her on a silver platter, she won't be able to compeltely get it out of her system. She's not going to be super encouraging or nice, but she'll be tolerable to others - especially Sabrina. Over the episodes, her and Sabrina are going to grow closer. Sabrina at one point will have a very heated argument with Chloe which will result in a break-up of their friendship, but I really want Chloe to work on that - to realize that she's better than her habits and need for attention and will actually start seeing Sabrina as a true friend and will even start trying to enjoy the little things. The scene where Sabrina brought her cookies but she rejected them for sushi? Nah. She takes that cookie. Visibly apprehensive, and she starts asking for the contents, explaining she doesn't want to ruin her diet, but she takes a bite and maybe even enjoys it!! Sabrina could ask her to come to her favorite shop, but Chloe is so disgusted with the cheap shops, she just takes her shopping in one of the shops she buys clothes in. It's kind of the little things, you know? I might not be able to fulfill all the potential she has, but honeslty anything's better than whatever the fuck happened in canon.

Now to her superhero persona. Obviously, she won't be able to play superhero too often after Queen Wasp, but that doesn't mean she won't get to do it at all! In one of my previous posts, I illustrated a short, little concept with her, Volpina and Monarch and It's probably going to happen! I won't extend how, but a situation like that is likely to happen. I really hate how the whole "we know that Chloe is Queen Bee" wasn't extended in a really cool way where Chloe could further trick Hawk Moth... they instead did Miracle Queen.

My writing might be a little bit messy and very spoiler-avoidant in case I start making the comic, but in short: Chloe goes from a bully to a sassy friend and there's no need for her to have a Mary Sue sister to replace her :D

She is sass, she is the moment, she is Chloe (I'm a severe Chloe apologist)

Ok, SL just gave us Queen Wasp's redesign, and I recommend looking that up bc it it looks amazing. It's the upgrade Miracle Queen should have gotten instead of the fugly tiara

New AU idea from your friendly neighborhood Weeby! @artzychic27 @imsparky2002

This is based on an idea me and Sparky tossed around a while back. The basic premise is that it’s a shadow version of Paris where everyone is their akuma selves. (To clear up confusion, I’d have Sabrina would be Vanisher, Luka is Silencer, Kagami is Riposte, basically just their first akuma if they have multiple, expect Chloe, who would be Queen Wasp.) They’d terrorize the ‘light’ side of Paris, which would be protected by a rogue group of heroes led by the people who are antagonists in canon, such as Lila, Gabriel, Felix, etc. Also, Adrien and Marinette would be Chat Blanc and Miss Fortune respectively. The akumas basically rule the city, with Nadja (Prime Queen) and Alya (Lady WiFi) controlling the media. (They also wouldn’t be their ugly canon akuma outfits, I prefer the redesigns done by Zoe-Oneesama for the Scarlet Lady headers.) All my normal ships would apply, and group dates consist of going out and causing mayhem. What do you guys think?

My Vesperia redesign and a bit rewrite of a queen banana:

I want to thank everyone that participated in the poll for this and the upcoming Kitty Noire redesign post I’ll be doing next. Just wanted to say this post is for pure fun and not for malicious intent just like my sole crusher redesign and sorry that wasn’t clear enough. Anyway on to this post.

My opinion about her original design:

Honestly, I like Vesperia’s design, it looks pretty great. And look, I know it has its drawbacks and may not be the best design but it is far from the worst design in the whole show. That goes to Aspik, Snake Noir, and Hawkmoth/Shadow moth/Monarch, huh like father like son. Okay back to the discussion beforehand, yeah Vesperia looks more like a wasp than a bee but I don’t find any issues with it since some of the heroes also don’t like their respective animals as well and some people weren’t complaining about them, to be honest. Also if I did have a problem with it then this post probably wouldn’t exist. Honestly, the things I don’t like about her design are her camouflage mode design, her hair, and the slider (what the wiki calls it) on her chest. Her camo mode hair comb is just a bee design but with her usual colors for her clothes, which doesn’t look that pleasing to me. Her braid isn’t just working for me and I’m kinda confused about how it looks when it is unbraid compared to Queen Bee's hair where that hairstyle makes sense. And why the slider on her chest, it feels very out of place, to be honest, and it doesn’t need to be there at all. So yeah this design is pretty solid in my book. I like the design even though there are problems with it that people have that are genuine criticisms of it.

So let's redesign Vesperia and see if the design could work for her as much as her original design.

Her Redesign:

Okay, so I ended up changing the design a lot more than expected so here we go. The things I’m keeping are her boots, her mask, her stripes, and her antennas since I like them and would fit here. First I would give her a short half-down and half-up hairstyle so the hair comb with the antennas can stay in place while her bangs and bottom layer are black hair color and then her mask being the same as before. Then I would give her a sleeveless swan-necked black shirt with warm yellow stripes and the collar is warm yellow as well. She has black fingerless biker gloves with spikes on them and warm yellow shorts with suspenders hanging down and chains belts which is where the spinning top is. She has bee wings as well because it would work for her. Lastly, having black ripped tights and boots from her original design. And as for the disguise mode for the miraculous, I would have two pink bougainvillea flowers one on the right and one on the left and they each have a skull head in the middle while having gold leaves and thorns as well for the rest of the hair comb. Okay I know this is the part where I do a personality rewrite but honestly, it is the same as her canon self so let’s move on.

Before I do the quotes, here are some things that I would like to mention:

She can be very snarky whenever Chloé gets akumatized.

She is very close friends with Rooster Bold and Purple Tigress. And may or not ask them for love advice sometimes.

I think during Queen Banana, Zoé had a bag of honey chocolate chip cookies and gave Pollen to recharge, and ever since Pollen loved them.

She may not know Pollen that long but she and Pollen have a nice bond where Zoé was mostly scared of her at first but ends up thinking Pollen is one of the sweetest things in the world. While Pollen would help Zoé with her self-confidence and always be happy to see her (and lowkey shipping her with her crush).

And her antennas can emote as some anime ahoges can even without her noticing it.

Now here are some quotes for you guys to enjoy (and sorry these are a bit weaker than usual) also I'm did use @artzychic27 ocs in this I’m tagging them for that reason:

Reshma when Queen Banana appears: … I swear to god, the more she gets akumatized the more she looks tacky in each one.

Jean: Yep and the fact she got a gaudy car and gorilla as well is stupid.

Ismael: I’m starting to think ShadowMoth is getting worse in Akuma design as we speak that is even low for him since some of the early Akuma designs weren’t even that good.

Zoé: It's my fault that she’s acting like this and terrorizing everyone! If I wasn’t in the movie, she wouldn’t be ruining it and got akumatized. She was probably right to want to send me back to New York. *starts tearing up* I’ll just keep messing up things for everyone else just like I did back in New York.

Cosette: Zoé, none of this is your fault.

Zoé: What?

Cosette: *gently holds her hand while blushing* You didn’t do anything wrong in this situation and Chloé is just trying to pin blame on someone else so she wouldn’t have to admit that it was her fault in the first place. There were many times when she got akumatized because she didn’t get what she wanted those were way before you came here. Even if you mess up, like I said, I and many others are going to be here to help you, no matter what. Overall, you did nothing wrong in this situation and I’m going to keep telling you that until you believe it, okay?

Zoé: *blushing* … Okay, I believe you.

Cosette: *hugs her* Good.

Zoé: *hugs them back and then let's go when she hears chaos coming from outside* But, I need to face her alone. She’s my sister and I can’t sit by and let her hurt others because of me. So I want you to stay here so you can be safe because knowing that you aren’t hurt, makes me happy, Cosette.

Cosette: Okay, just be safe out there.

Zoé: I will. *hugs it real tight before leaving* I’ll be back!

Cosette: *blushes while smiling* Okay! ‘That’s my girl.’

An alternative way to defeat Queen Banana (sorry this is too corny for you):

Queen Banana holding Ladybug while her banana gun is against her head: Give me your miraculous, or else I’ll turn her int- *gets pulled into the ground by a yellow string and drops her banana gun* What the?! Who dares to stop me?!?

Vesperia: I did, banana brain.

Queen Banana: Who are you supposed to be, my pathetic clone?! Because there is only one Queen Bee and that is me!!!

Vesperia: .. You're right, you are the only queen bee around here. You know the one who almost caused a train to crash for her selfish reasons, the one who decided to work with Shadowmoth because she didn’t get what she wanted, and put every other hero in danger by revealing their secret identity to him not realizing the consequences of what will happen next. No one wants to be Queen Bee because she is nothing but a pathetic person that expects things to go her way all the damn time. You are queen bee since no one wants to be anything like you, especially me. *grins a sly smile* I’m Vesperia by the way! *wields her spinning top back into her hand* VENOM! *stings Queen Banana and takes her hair clip* Here you go! *throws it to ladybug, who catches it*

Chat Noir: … That was unexpected.

Zoé: Oh no thanks, I don’t be the third wheel on your date and don’t want to make things awkward when you two decide to make out in the movie theater. *she’s wink while MarcNath blushes*

Nathaniel: We better get going, bye Zoé.

The project I'm MOST proud of so far though is Astar City, and that extended universe. Currently I'm trying my hand at a scientifically minded spec-bio project for one of the aliens featured there, the Aska'a Thani, but I don't have any details yet.

Instead, I'm going to gush about my bugs ♥️

The Viispaa species were made artificially by the Kuana as a means of interacting with humans early on; they have traits primarily taken from wasps and bees with human, Kuana and some other DNA snippets thrown in to make them intelligent and emotional, sentient creatures.

Viispaa Primes are the default, original variant, standing between 5-8 feet tall with heavy gender dimorphism and moderate coloration that sticks to the yellow and black scheme of most bees. In recent years, newer generations have gotten more colorful with new pigments being added in.

From this mold are many variations, some of which haven't been fully figured out yet. Above are the current examples of the standard: Vaivron (left) and Zivv (right), who are due to get a redesign to simplify their patterns a bit.

From them is a specific mutation only referred to as a "hornet".

Hornets are easy to spot because of their sharper features and reddish-brown or black-blue coloration and are, well...

Angry lil bastards. The aggression that was dormant in the Primes becomes much more prominent in the Inimicus mutations, making them unpredictable; many of them are required therapy and stimulation to provide safe outlets for their anger, and often end up in labor jobs or in the military to help curb that behavior in a useful way.

They are not mindless, always raging beasts though, and tend to dislike that label. Many are fully aware of their triggers and how they feel and behave when set off, they don't always lose themselves to the anger, it's simply how they are and they take measures to control themselves. Usually.

Some are just assholes and want to get away with it because it's "how they are".

After them are the Puer.

Puer are the honeybee drones of the Viispaa species, majority of them being small, child-looking, genderless individuals who exist as safe companions to actual children. Called "nanny bugs", Puer drones are stingless and extremely hardy, meant to play with children and be able to go with them where they want to be when parents can't or won't follow. They come in an array of colors that make them popular and easy to spot amongst kids and parents alike, making it easy to find them in crowds and for little ones to identify their "safe bug".

While made for children, Puer are intelligent and can reason like adults in order to explain things as needed when kids can't communicate well, but often come off as childish themselves as they naturally know how to age regress to match the demographic they're part of.

Being genderless though, and sexless, Puer have to be bred from a Queen, much like a beehive.

Queens are called Zinnias and have a chance of morphing from a clutch of eggs at a rate of roughly 1:1,000. They can breed with any standard male wasp (including hornets) and are integral in the care of Puer drones, as well as being social safe zones. Zinnias are well protected and often sought for safety by children and young women, as where there is a Zinnia, there's likely one male wasp eager to protect her.

They can be spoiled rotten as well, as Zinnias with favorable color genes tend to be better off than regular ones.

After them are the Curantis, the fluffiest of the Viispaa.

Being the first to fully deviate from the wasp body plan, Curantis were developed for a handful of reasons but mostly as not only an inverse of the Zinnia variant, but also as caretakers for non-children. With inherently friendly, positive dispositions, Curantis's ended up gravitating to mostly customer service and retail spaces, as they enjoy helping and chatting with others.

Astar City's customer service scene is very mindful of the well-being of the Curantis and thus customers don't get away with nearly as much nonsense as they do elsewhere, though you wouldn't catch a moth mouthing off to someone for no reason. Except the males.

Avalons are similar safety beacons to Zinnias and very easy to spot with their wings, but tend to be more crass and direct, as they're very protective by nature and dislike their wards being picked on by others.

Stay tuned for more bugs! There's quite a few variants left to go, including the Artifex (ants), a few military grade versions, and some spoopy Bois meant to do the dirty work :)

So since we've seen you give your opinions on the hero suits, what are your opinions on the villain (just the miraculous holders) suits in miraculous?

Gabriel's suits get uglier as it goes on. HM design wise wasn't my favorite, but I didn't hate it. I do think, given that he's a fashion designer, they could've done something more visually interesting with him as Hawk Moth. Like, this artist did an amazing job for a redesign. Same goes for him as Shadow Moth. A Peacock + Butterfly combo should just demand to be creative and visually fascinating in design. But sadly these guys don't have a lot of ideas for visual designs.

Mayura's not too bad, but I miss the long skirt she used to have, but she's more active than anticipated so I get it. But sometimes it's about the aesthetic. I also wish her mask was a full on face mask, and that when she speaks, her mouth doesn't move.

If they did that, that could've added onto the unnerving aspect of her as a villain. Make her a little uncanny as her mask looks simply like her face, but there's no movement when she talks, only in her eyes. Mindful, this would serve better if Mayura was meant to be a bigger bad than Gabriel, but we can't have nice things.

Lila as Volpina I actually did like design wise. Like, yes, it's a tight jumpsuit, but visually it went well I thought. Chameleon though was boring in design choice. It's like Vanisher all over again. It's almost like this power shouldn't be abused for 5 seasons giving that they're running out of ideas, need to reuse akumas, or just not give an akuma an actual design, just use the civilian.

Chloe as Queen Bee I did like design wise, though the black streak in her hair was awkward. Antibug was visually boring but that's more on Ladybug's base suit design that she was copying. Queen Wasp I wish they kept that stinger ponytail.

Miracle Queen was boring as she was just Queen Wasp with a crown. Queen Banana was just kinda funny. You could tell they were reaching to try and keep the theme of Chloe's akumas being yellow and black. And Penalty, not my favorite but I didn't hate her design.

A major redesign from generic space squid original from the dream. Lives in small colonies like wasps ruled by a queen. The stinger arm under the head has two types of venom. One that is a painful defensive sting, and the other for immobilizing prey causes numbness and euphoria in order to keep victims calm and compliant. They use this to keep control of their victims used to grow their parasitic grubs(bottom left). The effects of this venom make it a popular black market drug. They can change their skin color with chromatophores. Despite their horrific reputation, they are an inquisitive and friendly people(unless you make yourself a threat); even called adorable by some.

obviously, spoilers...for this and the og series since I compare and contrast a bit at the end (I give my final thoughts at the end for the new anime overall, too!) ^^

EP 7

-OHHH the aliens new ship design looks Interesting. I see theyre just floating outside of Earth instead of some kinda inter-dimensional pocket area like they were in the original? Neat. the ship still looks super sparse, which, is weird imo. I get that on a meta level filling it w objects would take time and budget from the team doing this tho. but also I want to see their personal rooms or whatever. what do they eat. what do they do all day when they arent being menaces. -ik it happened in the original but its still very funny that deep blue basically grounded kish hahah. get grounded loser (affectionate) -ichigo's strawberry bento bag is so cute -ichigo BOOKING IT AND LEAPING A RAILING TO THANK AOYAMA FOR THE HANDKERCHIEF LMAO -and then her just awkwardly clutching his back for a full 30 seconds. I imagine he was like 'wtf' -masaya 'i cant figure out my feelings At All bc ive never Felt Them Before Now' aoyama and ichigo 'i feel SO Much So Intensely All The Time, loudly' momomiya are sO Fucking Cute I cant HANDLE anytime they speak to each other. glad aoyama initiated the next date!! -MINT LOSING HER MIND OVER ZAKURO IN UNIFORM. EP 8: -my god, showing ichigo's crush on aoyama then mints crush on zakuro directly after. really hammering it home. we GET IT they are IN LOVE. -lettuce scaring the shit out of some punks I am Losing My Mind. the fact dudes like that even walked in this ultragirly cafe…pls -supposedly environmentally minded cafe mew mew goes on a cruise, smth that is notoriously Bad for the Environment. lol -aoyama whipping out those environmental facts on the fly..once again I am saying autistic king. -PUDDINGS SIBLINGS!!! CUTIES. and they gave one of them a sort of personality. thats fun -and her lil sailor hat i am crying shes adorbs -not lettuce being infused with a porpoise and getting seasick awww…poor girl -wait are all the girls (sans ichigo) wearing each others colors in dresses…thats so CUTE I love their dresses -lettuce being SO good with puddings lil siblings further enforces my headcanon that shes a teacher as an adult. fuel for me personally -ichigo u got a MAN ON LAND. getting COZY with shirogane on a BOAT. the scandal. (really tho…dancing is fun! esp with nice music! its ok to have Fun queen. EP 9: -aoyama trying to deny ichigo was his gf when the friend gave him tickets but dude. ur friend never said who he thought ur gf was. u just immediately thought of ichigo. shes totally ur gf lol -did not expect to see seiji again. hm. nice surprise hes so involved with mints life ig, just. surprised -mint u absolutely cannot leave for america. what in the world. i feel bad tho bc the mew thing isnt gonna be forever and this would help but also. mint ur RICH rich. u can prob get any job or college u want bestie -ICHIGOS PJS NOOOO THEYRE SO CUTE. her heat shaped chair and strawberry pillow too!! -all the girls gawking at aoyama like hes a zoo animal. i do the SAME THING when my friends tell me they like someone LMAO theyre so real for this scene. nosy queens -then all of them GOSSPING PLSS LMAO -keiichiro side eyeing ryou while all the girls are looking at aoyama. he sus. rightfully so -THE GIRLS ARE SCHEMINGGGG. and it being zakuros plan. obsessed -THIS IS MY MOST FAVORITE THING EVER. EP 10: -god damn I love the aliens new ship design SO much. its a creature! -kish is officially ungrounded. good for him I GUESS. -ohh, the tokyo tower stuff! is the season finale going to be a 3 ep long thing?? Very Cool -god damn the tension between aoyama and ryou. lmao -does aoyama just always grab ichigo's wrist when hes nervous? EP 11: -the aliens posing for the helicopter camera HAHA -no way…mint and zakuro on a motorcycle together….the rituals...they are intricate….. -oh more alien lore -WHAT. did they change it from them being from earth originally??? they…said their HOME planet is no more than dust storms and heat (lava??) now….thats NOT EARTH??? ohhh. interesting. dont think I like that choice…bc them being originally from earth and humans being descended from db explained why the aliens look so humanoid!!!

-perhaps the concept of them being from another planet is a lie the trio was told? (I am def thinking too hard abt it. but also why would mew aqua let her see that? ? activity from a non-earth planet?? why does it suddenly have that power??? its MAGIC WATER.) -oh my god the underground/cave cities!!! fucking line up with my fanfic/headcanons!!! I am Living -PLSSS BABY ALIENS THEY ARE SO CUTE LITTOL PATAOTOES -I do wonder why their planet chose to send (3) children. like its assumed pie as the oldest is prob not older than 17-18? right? and kish is assumedly 15-16, tart is DEF puddings age….they took an entire ship! (that from the one room weve been seeing looks EMPTY, altho maybe thats their. um. special deep blue contacting room?? ?) EP 12: -oh my god, in the og anime kish broke her phone, which is BAD, but this time, a chimera ATE IT??? THATS SO MUCH WORSE IMO. at least with the broken phone most companies have insurance, u could prob easily get a new one!! how do u explain a MONSTER ATE UR PHONE. -god damn kish still is a lil crazy huh. i love that and respect it. itd be boring if he was nice but up until now he rly hasnt been a Huge Menace. but some of the faces hes made so far this ep. I still like the og more I think, but this one isnt bad or anything!! and the attack was amazing tbh -ryou almost had a heart attack. my headcanon of him greying before 20 is real. -ichilettuce pose near the end. cute -….I was fully expecting the blue knight to show up during that fight. season 2, I guess?? -zakumint momence near the end….sweet -OH M Y GOD THEYRE PLAYING THE SONG FOR THE FINALE. THE S O N G. A slowed version, too!! NOPE. i am weeping. I just got hit by 40000 tones of nostalgia -they didnt have to do this to me. AGH -PLEASEE MY GOD I CANT HANDLE THIS. THEYRE SO SWEET. SO TENDER. he 100% saw her ears and was being polite by covering them. -NOOO HES CRYING TOO. THEYRE SO CUTE. HE DOESNT EVEN PRESS FOR AN EXPLANATION EITHER. -and a deep blue tease! ok! kind of expected as much. OOF THOUGH that my sweetheart got me so good im still reeling. the girls mustve lost their minds when they heard that. im girls.

-overall thoughts:

-VERY good!!! there were times the animation got wonky, but that happened many times in the og anime too, so. eh. this one at least kept mostly stylistically similar, whereas in the og the faces style could change WILDLY ep from ep. this one was more like, quality changes from scene to scene but still roughly the same style. which is fine, I know how budget and time restraints are. its Understandable.

-there were other things I def liked better in the og, too, like the outfits n transformations, but the colors here were amazing, the costume colors esp worked super nice when all the girls were in the same shot, they looked awesome together!

-I love that each girl will assumedly get a turn w the mew aqua rod! and it changes color to suit each one!

-I loved the OST. So Much. def gonna have to listen to each song again

-and all of the masago moments were REALLY cute. idk, ppl who know me know I love them both a lot in the og anime and the ship. but this one, it rly felt like they let aoyama be more..shy?? I guess?? it was CUTE. also he was a damsel far more, which was also cute. really, I love Strong Catgirl GF and Awkward Normie Shy BF. (normie for NOW. season 2 when)

-the pacing was nice (I do like the og animes fillers, but I can do w/out them! it still felt fleshed out enough! things happened at a really nice pace when u watch back to back, not sure how it wouldve felt waiting a week between and digesting them more?)

-I didn't super love the changing of the aliens backstory from earth to some rando planet, or masha being the mew aqua rod?? or something?? but those are SUCH minor nitpicks honestly.

-I loved how scheme-y the girls got together. their friendship is so sweet and the best thing from the show for me. mint being the og and ichigo not being like, The Leader (yet?) but all of them feeling pretty equal standing is Nice. they rly seem like real friends and I love just. how supportive they all are of each other!! I rly do feel like they work so well together by the end of the season as a team.

-im glad they kept the animation pretty silly and let the girls make goofy funny faces!!! like, they were still cute/pretty in a lot of shots, but they kept the Silliness and Antics at a Max Level. they felt their age if that makes sense. I appreciate that

-like I KNEW what would happen, but the OST and lighting/color schemes on a lot of the scenes made me like. Genuinely Feel Panicked or Excited!!! (of course I was excited to watch)

-my god 'my sweetheart' got my blood PUMPING HEART RACING AT THE END I COULDNT BELIEVE IT. AAAAH!!!

-when is season 2 I need it NOW!!! Im still glad I waited to watch, bc now I have fanart to go thru :3 and I didnt have to wait to watch the next ep, waiting for s2 is gonna HURT. I want it SOON.

Hoping on the redesigning of Beelzebub wagon because her original design was SOOOOOO INSANE it physically hurt my eyes and made my brain itch i legitimately had no idea where to look at especially when I tried watching cotton candy i legemitly couldn't continue, and calling her design a kid's oc is a insult i showed a picture of her to my niece and nephew and they were both said and I qoute: ewww what is this? This is so ugly ! So even kids think her design is ugly LoL , anyway back to the point for her design i decided to make her a wasp and went with a disco outfit and put her lava lamp hair into 2ponytails i also gave her two fingers in her hands and feet so that they look like forks and put teeth on her head and neck and her torso has a few mouthes because yknow gluttony,i also remade her to be Beelzebub 's DAUGHTER instead of being the literal queen because that's confusing as heck ( i do have a design plan for Beelzebub herself but i needed to erase it and start from the beginning so I might take time posting it I am a traditional artist so bear with me) so she instead she is one of her many children and a princess instead and named her miza she uses her status to be a celebrity and enjoy the attention and admiration she gets from parties and like to make parties to lower class citizens because she thinks they are easier for her to impress and she thinks she's doing them a favour i also think i might erase Tex being her boyfriend they are not a bad couple but they are extremely confusing

Here's an OC redraw/redesign I did quite recently, and I feel quite proud of it.

Name: Cerana Vesp "Model X-007: Burner Wasp" was a code title given to her after being turned into a cyborg prototype... I'd drop a lore bomb here, however, it'd be a tad extensive.

All that you need to know is that she has the most (currently) in-brain lore and story within my anthology, and that she is inspired after E-102 Gamma from Sonic Adventure, I even associate her with Gamma's song. Oh, and design-wise, I based her off of Hornet Man from MegaMan 9, Blast Hornet from MegaMan X3 and a bit of Terraria's Queen Bee.
