that trope where one of them is hit by a spell/potion/whatever so they have to do whatever they’re told and A says something crude like “kiss my ass” or “fuck you” to B and immediately panics and takes it back because hahahaha they’re just joking around, do not do that
and they go their separate ways like nothing happened except now person A has that image of person B in their head and person B is actually a little disappointed they didn’t actually get to do it and, well, they’re both learning a lot about themselves and their feelings for each other tbh

what i like especially about the pronouns in the goblin emperor is that this language doesn't just have the T-V distinction (aka informal vs. formal second-person pronouns, in this case 'thou' vs. 'you'), it also has informal and formal first-person pronouns. having BOTH of these distinctions in the same language lets you fine-tune your tone by mixing and matching. with only one axis of formality, when you use informal pronouns, are you being familiar in an intimate way, or in an insolent or dismissive way? when you use formal pronouns, are you being polite or standoffish? you can't tell just from the pronouns; there's ambiguity. but a language where you can use a formal first-person pronoun in the same sentence as an informal second-person pronoun allows you to distance yourself (via the formal first) while also being familiar (via the informal second), thereby achieving the conversational tenor known to linguists as Fuck Thee Specifically.

'Is this like an Alice in Wonderland thing?' Leo called out, paddling towards Sensei and trying not to swallow water as he moved. 'Did you cry all these tears?'
'The mindscape does love a good metaphor.' Sensei called back, and he sounded fucking wrecked.
old dead bones that don't get theirs (death wish sidefic by @remedyturtles) was written to kill me, specifically, personally, actually. i still think about it Constantly

new headdress I'm working on for my shop. Lambkin, the pet name varré gives us in elden ring, is such a cute word. The pink yarn is very light against the cream, it's hard to capture but it "blushes" in light, almost disappearing under certain angles and light! Accented with antique lace, and it'll have a gorgeous matching ribbon and bows.
I haven't posted any personal work in a while so here's something I'm taking time on for myself ^-^

Simple dark circles for TS2 - 10 colours ×3
There are 10 colours (shown in the first preview) but 30 swatches, because each colour has regular version as well as softer (more transparent) and darker (more opaque) versions. Sims in these previews present regular one. Each sim have right half of their face with dark circle and left half without it to show the difference it makes. Sim with black hair is presenting colour 10, brown - 8, red - 1, green - 3. Each sim in this preview has skinblend from different creator to show those dark circles can be used in different game styles and on big skintone range. Below you can see the difference between opacity versions - left is soft, middle regular and right darker. Which one is better depends on skin you're using and effect you want, so test out in your game. You can have all 30 files if you want ofc.
Available for toddlers-elders unisex. Found in makeup → blush category; not layarable with eachother; layerable with other blushes and make-ups; eyeshadows and eyeliners layer on top (because I think it makes sense)

No no no. You don't understand how INSANE eye symbolism is in bsd. You have Dazai with his covered eye and the switch in beast. You have mafia dark eyes and Tanizaki dull eyes and light sparkling in Kyouka's eyes as she gets better. You have Yokomizo without any visible eyes and Poe with his eyes usually covered and faceless panels. You have Ranpo with glasses that emulate abilities, something that makes him see this world better in more of a psychological than physical sense. You have Jouno with his blindness and Tachihara getting his eyes slashed.
It's about the symbolism of sight and the perception of your own reality. Are you seeing the world for what it is, seeing the world beyond the pages of a Book, seeing the world and wishing to be blind to it except you CAN'T because you're still so curious, not letting the world see YOUR eyes, covering your eyes except for when they're focused on one person?????????
And what about the more meta eyes? OUR eyes, what we see in the manga versus what we see in the art and what character's eyes we're perceiving the manga through in this essay I will -

i often really do feel like an .. unwanted part of the fandom, i dont draw beautiful landscapes, i have unpopular but strong opinions im constantly annoying about and rarely change, dont like/dont draw the pretty young popular twinks and hot gurls to fanboi over nor do i turn characters into one, the opposite moreso, draw only one ship no ones heard of really, got little energy to interact with the few people that are nice to me and send me asks so it probably looks like im ignoring everyone and unfortunately but still rarely get so stressed i get overwhelmed and emotional about pehaps seemingly minor things and spiral almost into a breakdown feeling super embarrassed about it afterwards but the damage is already done and i look like a freak or agressive weirdo
