Taken this past Wednesday I was excited at the strength in my shoulders which protected my neck. The core stabilization that still isn’t 💯 felt remarkably stronger and I was feeling feeling more absolute as a result! When I began to practice after class, and just let the phone record & see what i did & check out my form, I wasn’t sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Progression not perfection and I’m kinda embracing that idea. There is more acceptance within myself. With more acceptance for me become more acceptance and toleration of others. Some times it is truly incredible how turning your body upside down can do the same for your perspective if you let it!
