🪧HWT will be closed for maintenance & welcoming well wishes 🥰 😮‍💨To be completely honest wrapping my head around this has been something. I am not used to asking for help, I am the helper. Asking for help is a very vulnerable act. Why do you think most people don’t ask for help? 🛎Ding ding ding! Fear of rejection & who wants to be rejected? ☺️I have been leaning into vulnerability and it’s only the first steps as I will be needing assistance for a whole month afterwards. Yup the Universe was like child you need to STOP. 🙋🏽‍♀️So here we go, into a place I have not been in quite some time: 🤮Not being autonomous makes me queasy. 😴Rest is my number 1 job, I get ants in my pants after 2 hours cause Gemini & Mani Gen. 😳Relying on someone else to get my needs me, yikes! 🚶🏽‍♀️Required to use my legs a whole lot but no no, not your hands. 📺A month of TV & walking and waited on hand and foot, ok I’ll lean into this perspective. Because I know how important community is for our survival. I have created a group of like-minded 💎gems to support one another. My loves I’m going to venture into my first ever SILENT retreat. Yeah a Vipassana.😳 No phone📱and no talking. So mums the word for a whole 14 days.🤐 I’m leaving next week and yup you guessed it, I will be gone for Christmas. It feels super bad ass of me to sign off for this holiday but it’s funny cause I have some anxiety over the fact I have no idea how I’ll react.😬 If you’ve been following me for a while, you kind of already know how nonconformist I am. So it’s the perfect time for me to peace out✌🏼 and go inward like the mad rebel I am. So if you don’t see any activity on my end you will know why. Anyway I wanted to let ya’ll know the different ways to still work with me while I’m gone. Cause I know my presence will be missed. 😁 💻I have a YouTube channel I started at the start of the pandy. There’s some gems in there, like some introductory yoga poses and even some Breathwork. 👩🏽‍🔧I’ve listed the different services I offer which are all on my website or the link tree above. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼Thank you thank you thank you for all of your support. 👇🏼Because of you I am better able to serve you. I honestly never thought I’d be brave enough to do this type of work. I have been on the healing bandwagon for quite some time and was really called into this work. For so long I could not find work that aligned with my Soul, nothing resonated. I tried different jobs in different fields, but nothing was sticking. From outdated systems to micromanaging, oh, the polarity of work expectations? Not for me🙅🏽‍♀️ 🕹So I was called to create my own path, I create my own schedule, I create my work, make deadlines or lack thereof 😑 It’s a 24 hour job cause lets face it, being your own boss is something you don’t entirely leave at home. 😓I can’t say that its easy but it is worth it.🤗 I have been invited to podcasts🎙 , blogs💻 but what’s most important to me is getting your feedback. I am honored to have this beautiful work of art done by @made.bylari she intuitively added all the right elements. Roses 🌹 have been a plant I’ve wanted to work with to bring in the sweetness and protection they imbue. Butterflies have been my omen of transformation. I see them and I am reminded to stay light amongst the change. The moon is my guide to let me know that I too have cycles.
