Step into this Monday motivated, inspired, encouraged knowing nobody can do what you do better. You only are as good as you tell yourself you are. . I know I’m not the only one who fights comparison-itis. It can be crippling where I don’t want to do anything toward my goals because I tell myself I’m not good enough or they’re better than me so what’s the point. Negative self talk is the worst. . I encourage you to stop yourself at first recognition of this talk and reverse it. Tell yourself you are good enough, they aren’t better than me, I can accomplish that goal and I will. . It’s a conscience decision of how we talk to ourselves and so I challenge you to catch yourself when your starting to self sabotage and turn it around.
