Hi my name is Millie

So, this is my first post on Tumblr ever!

I suppose I’ll just explain what this is for

I’m using it for myself and motivation for a healthier and happier me by 2021

I am going to go into each of these things in more detail but this is a quick summary

There’s a few things I need to do:

1) Believe in myself

2) lose weight (60 pounds to be exact) Current weight: 178 pounds Goal weight: 118 pounds

3) Improve my mental health and work toward recovery

4) stop putting endless amounts of pressure on myself

5) To no longer fear living. (This might sound odd but I will explain in a future post).
