Guys, I really need your help....

I do not know why this is happening, or what to do about it anymore. But every time I try to take a shower, my intrusive thoughts go crazy. I honestly cannot take it anymore. I have tried everything, like essential oils, music, adjusting the temperature, everything. There is just something about being in showers that does not help my brain. Every time I get in the shower, I start having intense worries, ones that are not even directly related to the showering.

I am so sick of feeling scared and hopeless. The fear caused by these awful, intrusive thought makes me feel sick, trapped, and helpless. I am not quite sure what to do anymore. My mother yells at me if my hair is not washed perfectly, which also scares me. I am literally trapped, and washing my hair in the sink while pretending to take an actual shower is not working either.

I just want this to stop.
