Hey guys

I just started my first day off the pill for the first time in 7 and 1/2 years. I started to take birth control pills since i was almost 17 because of pcos and i have finally decided to stop because i am scared of the clot sideeffect that may happen

I did some research and i am trying my best to stick to a gluten and dairy free diet while still eating well and gently exercising.

Is there any other advice you can give me to help with this off-the-pill Journey?

Hey guys, I have been diagnosed with PCOS for more than 10 years.

I know when I was first diagnosed with this condition, I did not know where to get information, advice or help. I felt lonely and it was really hard to navigate through the first few months being on the Pill.

Fast forward 10 years, I don't want someone new with PCOS to go through what I have been through. I would like to try and help as many people as possible by answering your questions on PCOS. We have already given up lots of things (no regrets ❗️) But, why CARDIO too? . I know that we are all different so, I’m not trying to impose generalizations here . But I cannot hear other people say that CARDIO is the reason why they are not losing weight, the reason why they struggle with hormone imbalance without giving my humble opinion or asking : how often do you do cardio? For how long? Are you really sure that is cardio what’s making weight loss and hormone balance so difficult to achieve or is it the way in which you eat (poor nutrition) and train (over exercising)? . . .
