We have already given up lots of things (no regrets ❗️) But, why CARDIO too? . I know that we are all different so, I’m not trying to impose generalizations here . But I cannot hear other people say that CARDIO is the reason why they are not losing weight, the reason why they struggle with hormone imbalance without giving my humble opinion or asking : how often do you do cardio? For how long? Are you really sure that is cardio what’s making weight loss and hormone balance so difficult to achieve or is it the way in which you eat (poor nutrition) and train (over exercising)? . . . We are not here to judge but to learn from others.
