funniest answer for "what happened during Jason's fight with Krios" is, rather than Jason having a physical one-on-one unarmed fight with Krios, Jason just tears Krios a new one re: legislation by chewing him out for unauthorized activity in a state park. Because one of Jupiter's big aspects is law!

Jason sends the entirety of the Titan Army forces in California marching out of Mt. Tam State Park with their tails between their legs with one strongly worded argument and some threats to inform San Francisco Fish & Wildlife. And he gets made praetor for it.

Okay but like when the pack is ready for pups, imagine that someone who wants to bear pups has a really hard time getting pregnant. So when they do it’s their little miracle baby. But miracle baby also becomes their preemie baby (like a month early) and they all create a little schedule so someone is always there with the pup. As emotionally taxing as it probably is, imagine all the alphas each waiting there to rock the baby and have some skin to skin. There’s so many pictures of both pup and parents asleep in the rocker.

And since the pup is so used to it, the skin to skin sleeping continues as they gradually try to wean the pup off it so everyone can get good sleep. But if that kid is crying, Chan is the first one up and scoops them into his arms.

WHAT IF ONE IF THE KIDS GETS HURT INFRONT OF THE ALPHAS AND BETAS!! Like do they go into instant protect mode?? Lets say the kid was found by their enemy and the enemy attacks them yada yada and gets the kid😍

That soft, paternal, domestic side gets shut off immediately. It's like a switch flipping. They're back in the field, back in that soldier mindset, they're not hesitating, they're out for blood. They're calling Laswell and getting Intel, locations, identification. Everything. All of 'em. Doesn't matter whose kid it is, they're all going full protection mode. They'd even have to stop the reader from tagging along. Those mama bear instincts would be so strong, she's packing a bag and ready to tag along to whoop whoever's ass it was that took her baby.

They'd get their pup back safely, and that domestic mode would turn back on and that pup would be smothered in love and care to the point they'd probably get sick of it. (reader will never let that pup out of her sight again.)
