On the topic of tiny Legacy-
Consider- a litter of even teenier lil Legacies. Like smaller than kitten-sized moths. Easy to take handful of bb mothmen.
Woe moth be upon ye >:3
it'd be like reaching into a bag of cotton balls... my goodness...
there is always at least one tiny moth in the room with you at all times, either sitting on your head or shoulder or watching from some nook or cranny in the room. you can hold out your hand, facing up, and moments later something fuzzy snuggles itself against your palm, purrs sounding more like light buzzing. if you sit down anywhere for more than five minutes you'll soon attract the attention of all the Legacies, tiny claws skittering across the floor as they hop onto your lap and settle into a fluffy pile of fur and little glittering wings, looking up at you and cheeping happily. they all want to be the one you're petting, nibbling your fingers and hanging off of your hands, their little talons barely even making a dent on your skin, and when you have to stand it's as if they become a waterfall of tiny moths as they all jump off and cluster around your feet to follow wherever you go
this also makes it easier to take them with you when you do chores!! or, well, some of them. even though the Legacies are tiny, there's still a good number of them, so you normally invite only a few to accompany you. and Archons, they absolutely adore it- usually they'll burrow in your hair, or if it's cold, your scarf or the collar of your coat, peeking out and chittering at the world and the people around you. there's almost always a little argument as one of the fuzzy Abyssal fluffballs peers too far out and is promptly yanked back by another, chastised in a flurry of high-pitched trills. they like helping you pick out fruit most of all, proudly holding up singular grapes and strawberries for you to take and munching on any snacks you might've already bought- don't worry, they don't eat very fast. there will be plenty left over for you and the other Legacies at home

advice i think we should tell children is that when adults say stuff like ‘now that i’m an adult i get really excited about stuff like coffee tables and bathrooms and rugs etc’ they don’t mean ‘and now i don’t care about blorbo and squimbus from my childhood tv shows anymore’ bc your average adult still loves all the same pop culture stuff they always did; they just have a greater appreciation for the mundane as well. growing up just means you can enjoy life twice as much now. you can get really excited about a new stuffed animal AND about a new kitchen sponge. peace and love

Listen man, you guys can't be like "you guys need to be normal about asexuality" and then turn around and get weirdly judgemental when you find out someone doesn't have sex by choice. Like that's weird that some of you do that.

a concerning amount of witchblr will be like "um actually new years was stolen by europeans from the ancient god scroobus mcdoobus" and then you actually try to research scroobus mcdoobus and it turns out he was invented in the 1940s by a conspiracy theorist who powdered every meal with ketamine and thinks that queer people are reincarnated fish

my top bit of advice going into the new year: compliment people. especially strangers. literally everyone you interact with if you can. when you buy coffee in the morning compliment the barista's tattoos. when you're chatting with a coworker tell them that by the way you like their outfit. always find something they've chosen to do on purpose. nail polish, jewellery, tattoos, hair colour/style, statement accessory, outfit, etc are all good bets. things people hope will be noticed. things that aren't too personal so it doesn't make them uncomfortable (eg probably not their physical features). i've gotten into the habit of scanning everyone i talk to for something about them that i think is cool so i can tell them. it's a great habit because it makes me notice people and realise just how many neat little details there are in people's presentation of themselves that might pass me by if i wasn't paying attention. and it brings out so much joy. you'd be surprised how much it disarms people to receive an unexpected compliment from someone they don't know. it is the most sincere smile you will see all day long. it feels nice to make people happy but it also means you win the social interaction. establish dominance by complimenting a stranger's earrings and disappearing into the fog

this is a poster i made for my call to action assignment in humanities! it's a bunch of basic and easy stretches for people who sit and work at a desk all day (me)
the idea is that you'd put the poster up above ur desk and do the stretches every 30 minutes or so,, the whole routine won't take more than about 6 minutes to complete and when done regularly it can prevent wrist, shoulder, neck and back pain! :)
all these stretches can be done while sitting (although i HIGHLY recommend you stand up and move around while taking a break from working)
you can get a free digital copy of this poster here on my gumroad!
and you can order a print/poster here from my inprnt!

the people(me) want more of foul legacy embarrassing ajax!! ajax finding out about how embarrassingly cat-like his counterpart is and turning red!!!! silly boy!!!
yeah!!!!! i agree!!!!!
Ajax who blushes deeply when you tell him about how Foul Legacy rolls over in the sun, stretching out on the grass and closing his eye with a blissful purr- it's the perfect position for you to rub his tummy, and his purrs only increase in volume tenfold when you do. you sing praises about how Legacy would nuzzle against your palm, giving your hand tiny licks and nudges, and Ajax's cheeks only darken, turning the color of late sunset. he lets out an undignified squawk when your finger reaches out and pokes his freckles, tapping each of them in a constant, familiar pattern, and the Eleventh Harbinger stubbornly buries his face in your shoulder to hide his bright flush. you merely give him a mischievous grin and ruffle his soft ginger hair, already coming up with schemes to make Foul Legacy even more adorable
to say that you encourage Legacy's cat-like behavior would be an understatement- it helps that you love it either way, always laughing in delight whenever he snuggles up to you or flops over on the floor with an exhausted huff. you're on a walk together one day when a butterfly flits past, first landing on your finger before fluttering over and perching on a fascinated Legacy's horn, who lets out tiny chitters and coos of joy as to not scare the insect off. you smile and raise your kamera, snapping a quick photo, the colorful butterfly contrasting beautifully against your Abyssal monster's crimson mask before it eventually flies away and Legacy lets out his purrs at full volume, sparkling wings fluttering and flitting with uncontrolled delight. he bounds over and nuzzles against you, looking over your shoulder at the photo with a cheerful trill- you simply must get it developed and put it in your album!
Ajax, on the other hand, turns completely red when he sees that picture. you can almost see his ears glowing in embarrassment as he lets out a groan and buries his face into his hands, only stopping when you wrap your arms around his waist and give him a tight, firm squeeze

also the way that the nimona movie showed that hate is a taught behavior?? the way that gloreth, the hero worshipped for slaying monsters, was fully accepting of nimona until her mother told her what to believe? until that generational bigotry was passed down? the way the director’s motive wasn’t even power like most evil government figureheads in media, but rather a fear of monsters destroying the kingdom because that hate had been instilled in her too, like it had in gloreth? the way ballister was also indoctrinated into hatred of “monsters” until he was just as outcast as one? because only then was he willing to change and learn?? and how even people with good hearts and good intentions like ballister and ambriosius and even the queen herself are still capable of perpetuating bigotry and unnecessary violence when they don’t take the time to understand or learn about the “others” they supposedly hate????????? i need to lie down

I like to think that Vulcans who come to understand that Humans just can’t try to process emotions the same way as them, it’s just healthiest to let it out in harmless ways, decide that venting and stuff should be taken just as seriously as Vulcan’s meditation time, and will encourage the Humans around them to complain about what’s upsetting them
People who are used to aloof Vulcans who avoid Humans at all cost running into one comforting a Human
“-and then they said my cheesecake was subpar, and they didn’t even bring a dish!!!”
“The purpose of this event was that every participant brings a food item of sorts, correct?”
“Yeah!!”
“And they did not follow this rule while insulting dishes that were brought?”
“Mostly just my dish but yeah >:(“
“How illogical”
“That’s what I’m saying!!!”

Apparently this needs to be said so
Forgetting things is morally neutral! Memory issues are morally neutral!
You're not a bad person if you...
forget things quickly
forget people
can't remember entire stages of your life
can't remember important things
can remember some things very well and forget other things all the time
can't remember things (or anything!) about your interests
forget to eat, sleep, go to the bathroom, etc
forget to reply to texts
remember things and immediately forget them again
can't remember birthdays, events, etc
frequently answer 'I forgot' to questions
can't retain new information
forget things you used to know
only remember things when it's too late
have vague, distorted and/or unreliable memories
depend on others to know how an event you were in played out
have other symptoms that are worsened by memory issues and vice versa
... and anything else I might have missed!
