Some of my go-to products

Over the past year and a half I have tried so many different brands! I've done countless tastetests and, through trial and error, a few products have managed to make it to my shopping list:

My favorite brand for dairy free and nut free cream cheese and sour cream is Tofutti.

The best vegan cheese I've found is CHAO. Although a little not the expensive side, it melts well and tastes SO good on sandwiches, in wraps, in grilled cheeses, and with Breton Garlic and Herb gluten free crackers. My favorite is their creamy original, but the herb one is a close second.

I am obsessed with O'Doughs gluten free bagels. They are so thin and tasty! These bagels are my breakfast go-to when I don't feel like making a tofu scramble or oatmeal. They are perfect for making a breakfast sandwich with some scrambled Just Egg and a slice of CHAO cheese, and maybe avocado or sriracha.

My #1 choice of bread is one of Schar's artisan sliced breads. Not only are they hearty and delicious, they don't need to be frozen like my second favorite brand, Canyon. All of Schar's products have exceeded my expectations.

These were really good. Nice texture. Very soft and "bread" like. I tried them first with #barneys #almondbutter. That was my favorite. I used #justegg #daiyacheddarslices #bacon #sausage for breakfast Sammies. Also tried with a #beyondburger. Overall very good. Gourmet the crap out of everything! That's my husband's motto anyways. Like these gourmet @beyondmeat burgers. Take their ground round, add spices, onions and make your own burgers! Recipe 👇 . We don't often eat processed vegan foods but when we do you better believe we will be gourmet-ifying it. From adding clean cheese, spices and tons of raw veggies to packaged mac n cheese. Or by adding spices, onions and such to vegan ground meat. And they have the added bonus of beefing (lol) up the meal. So we always get extra leftovers 😊 . ⚠️Recipe👇 • 1 package of@beyondmeat ground meat •1/2 small onion, chopped small • 1 tbsp paprika •1 tbsp garlic powder • 1 tbsp oregano • 1/4 tsp salt __________ Start by placing your defrosted ground into a bowl. Add in the spices and onion and mix well. Go ahead and use your hands. . Form the ground into patties and place them onto a non-stick baking sheet or parchment paper . Then pop them into the freezer for 15ish minutes. This helps firm them up and makes them easier to cook. . Then cook them on a BBQ until they are nice and done! Top with your favorite toppings. We love res onions, sauerkraut, pickles and BBQ sauce! And I always eat them on a gluten free bun. @odoughs is the BEST gluten free bread! I am not going to track my dessert tonight because it’s Christmas Eve.

I’m gonna have cookies and hot cocoa and that’s just how it’s gonna be. No point on lying and saying I’m not eating them but I’m not interested in advertising poor eating behaviors. I say this because I’ll be eating things I’m allergic to (literally I’m allergic to milk, eggs, wheat, and soy) and these cookies and milk and cocoa have these things in them. I am not gonna promote dangerous eating behavior, only acknowledging that it exists and I do it and I’m gonna suffer the consequences.

Vegan personal pizza! I got some @odoughs vegan multigrain flatbread from the store the other day because I've been SERIOUSLY wanting a vegan pizza 🍕(which is weird because I normally don't even like pizza?) . I got to use my garden basil too! 🌿🌿🌿 . I used avocado as a base🥑 and lots of yummy veggies! The bread was SOOO crispy around the edges and soft in the middle ❤️❤️❤️ I am in love with it now 🥰 Im excited to try making my own flatbreads soon! .
