I don’t know how is you guys, but I’m only now from the March slightly through stage of depression coming to the stage of acceptance and still not there. But I hope to be there soon. I was thinking I’m as an endlessly optimist and introvert will do my closed isolation (mainly I mean the lack of real cultural life) very easy cos I work usually at home and not a big fan to go out, I don’t need lot of real meetings and communication. But... found out it’s difficult even for me. How to get quicker this acceptance feeling? Do you know some recipe? I choose to try to keep (better say start) living day-to-day. Yesterday was not so optimistic art news for me, but today I got the good ones. You can see in my Stories came a morning press with the big interview with me by Dr.Mathias Richter in @maerkische_allgemeine Brandenburg 📰 И что теперь? Я почти каждый день задаюсь этим вопросом каждое моё ноябрьское утро. Похоже что я ещё не прошла стадию депрессии, а только влипла в неё (хотя тут я имею в виду скорее не серьезное заболевание, а ту самую хандру с опущенными руками) и никак не приду к желанной стадии принятия. Есть рецепт как подогнать процесс? Вообще-то я думала что со своей склонностью к безудержному оптимизму и интровертности я достаточно легко могу пережить изоляцию (тут я скорее про отсутствие реальной культурной жизни), так как я такой себе творец в коробочке - никто мне вроде не нужен и всё сама, но нееет. Оказалось никакой я не Итан Хант. Единственное к чему пришла - пробую жить сегодняшним днём, так как планировать всё равно тупо. Вчера например были так себе новости, но пришёл новый день, принёс хорошие. Вон вышло в местной Бранденбургской прессе большое интервью со мной и скажу, за последние годы, эта была самая увлекательная и интересная беседа об искусстве и жизни с доктором Матиасом Рихтером.
