Golden Fleece

#my art #cotl #cotl lamb #blood #it was really fun to ponder this one #cause in the game sprite the body on the fleece has the scale-like texture but the hem is sharp like the standard fleece #i felt a 2 tiered piece would work nicely to show both of these contrasting elements #the sprite always makes me think of gold scale mail but i wanted to avoid it looking explicitly like armor #since the fleece gives you stacking atk damage in exchange of taking 2x damage when hit #although tbqh gold armor would be fucking pointless anyways. gold is a very soft metal. which may have been the point but w/e #instead i wanted the shapes to be more reminiscent of wool since like. yknow. the golden fleece #and i wanted it to speak of luxury and power but be rather impractical for movement or protection #i just wanted to do an axe for funsies and by wonderful coincidence remembered the godly axe was gold :] #anyways this pose is brought to you by my stupid ass who spun too hard with my upper body when swinging a bat and felt cool for 1 second #before totally unbalancing myself and falling #the instant after this image lambo eats shit. rest in peace

#like arrfgggdiakaktmcksmsama this was literally all for me like they knew what they were doing #i love character design i love pokemon i love miku. and then you put ALL THREE TOGETHER.... #i will explain some of my choices here #poison miku is just too good but also i am a big sucker for freaky scientists with constant “worry” eyebrows #her design is just so out there and crazy (this is about the shoes. some understand the greatness of the shoes and some dont. and thats ok.) #every other miku in peak i think establishes their theme exeptionally well especially ghost bug and fighting #for ghost i already love spooky and gloomy looking characters and that miku delivers tenfold (of course shes designed by the GOAT take) #esp with the mix of ghostly and electronic/digital regarding the glitchy parts n the 01 hologram #she looks like shell invade my computer and give it a virus if i dont send the chainmail about her tragic file corruption to 10 friends #(in the best way possible) #for bug miku the big dress is a huge plus but also i just think shes adorable nuff said #for fighting - i love a delinquent character and she fits that really well. the half coat thing is a big highlight for me #also the leek theme is absolutely iconic #for the ones i didnt like as much - i honestly just think the koraidon one is a leeeeetle bit boring #dont get me wrong. it has really cool aspects like the hair and the koraidon like cape but idk #it feels like theres a lot going on but not that much at the same time? its still a really nice design tho esp the hair color #for the ones in yellow tier - i just dont like the color palletes very much . theyre still really nice designs esp fire miku #but all in all these are genuinely all amazing designs and i dont want to be too critical or mean to any of them esp seeing im not a pro #but this was really fun to see unfold!!! cant wait until the songs start dropping #in the topic of miku as well - hey muse dash where's my miku on the switch version.... #please dont make us wait too long 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

HOWEVER: #oh my god the ending felt so fucking rushed. i was expecting like a typical rpg ending slideshow at LEAST but nothing??? #like you only get One cutscene with your romanced partner (a short one too) but i don't get to see what everyone else is doing??? hello?? #gale is literally like 'lets celebrate' and we don't get to see the celebration??? or at the very least a chance to talk to everyone again #like in act 1 and 2???? #imo i think the most satisfying one was lae'zels. god i love her #also act 3 is hella buggy especially towards the end. a lot of broken dialogue. but ah well #OK NOW SPOILER THOUGHTS SAMMIE DONT LOOK: #the game Really wants you to turn illithid but i ended up just letting karlach do it ... i felt bad .. but like #i found the arc of my tav like. getting So close to going full power hungry and martyr and hero only to finally be humbled like - #'you dont have to always play hero' was really interesting. like doing that and then hearing the post credits 'the power' song. gshldgksmal #guy who is soo miserable abt the fact that all their cool illithid powers are now gone. has to go back to being normal #ALSO.
