DICK KNUBBLER MAYE STILL BE ALIVE

Alright before I do anything take this with a grain of salt, cause it’s probably a continuity error / can be easily explained away BUT if you all would like to hold onto some hope please just hear me out. And also it offers a question for yall.

Alright! So!

On twitter someone had asked Brendon and Gene about Murmaider III and its placement on Dethalbum IV ( which btw shoutout to Gene’s wife that was brilliant ) and Brendon had mentioned that what sets 3 apart from the other two was that it was more dreamlike, and that it was made AFTER Army of the Doomstar. Now since Brendon and Gene weren’t the ones to make the order on the Album we can’t set a timeline for the songs ( though they are set in Brutal to Dreamlike order once again shoutout to Genes wife you goddess ) we can at least say that some songs were made post Army. In fact we could also make some assumptions about what songs were made DURING army. So I’ll separate that list here.

NOTE : YALL DONT NEED TO READ THIS PART THIS IS JUST ME RUNNING WITH “ some songs were made post AOTD which ones could they be teehee “ JUST KNOW MURMAIDER AND SOS WERE AFTER KUBBLER DIED OK SORRy I’m not deleting that whole thing I like it

Songs with “ * “ are canon, the rest are personal interpretation.

DURING ARMY OF THE DOOMSTAR:

* Aortic Desecration ( the first song of salvation but obviously not )

* SOS ( song of salvation )

Gardener of Vengeance ( Nathan directly references this during the scene where he confides in the band and Knubbler that he doesn’t write songs about hope and he’s just doing what he knows. I believe he wrote and recorded this but felt it wasn’t good enough to be the song of salvation and moved on. HOWEVER the language he used could place this as post AOTD because it sounds more like a thrown out there example kinda like how he figured out SOS in the cave )

Poisoned By Food ( Again I think this is a scrapped song of salvation since besides the actual poisoning of food a lot of the imagery feels like the what the metalocalypse was described like )

BLOODBATH ( guess what another scrapped song of salvation. This one feels like a ‘you don’t scare me I’m going to confidently stop you because if I go down you go down with me’ song. Also it could be Nathan trying to reach out to Magnus since he was one of the people on his list. Also quick note I’m going song by song so I don’t know if I’ll notice if any other songs would reflect the list I just got out of work so I’m not gonna catch it all rn )

Horse of Fire ( this is tricky because lyrics like star still blazing allude to this being written before aortic desecration but also Nathan didn’t have the talk with the whale until the deadline came up in which he had to go with aortic desecration <he wouldn’t have had time to write about the fist or the hand.> But the lyrics don’t have the <we should reach out to the fans> revelation that SOS has. Maybe this was a draft for SOS but I think once Nathan figured out what SOS was meant to be it just came to him naturally. I’m not sure. HOWEVER since the doomstar is referred to as a star that is still blazing and not a portal that’s been destroyed it’s safe to say this is not post AOTD. Either way this is an important song to keep in mind if you look at this speculating )

POST ARMY OF THE DOOMSTAR:

* Murmaider III ( stated by Brendon Small in the interview. He said he feels that the boys would have written this after AOTD and based off of interviews he’s had in the past about his songwriting process it’s hard to not take this as canon so. )

DEADFACE ( I think this is post because while the song plays during the movie only Skwisgaar knew about the possession so the lyrics wouldn’t quite make sense yet. It’s a tricky placement but I can see Skwisgaar playing around with it since he does play the notes during the movie )

Mutilation on a Saturday Night ( this feels so much like a we survived so now we’re gonna party song I can’t see Nathan Skwisgaar or Pickles make an argument for this being a Song of Salvation. Also all the fucked up shit they talk about references what happened during the metalocalypse but it’s spoken in past tense like a ‘hey we fucked shit up but we fixed it so now we’re just gonna keep fucking around haha’)

I am The Beast ( simply cause I don’t see this as something Nathan would write during AOTD but the ‘ I am a beast this is my domain and when I speak you scream my name ‘ could work as a salvation line but it feels too much like a Mutilation Saturday Night ‘I can write whatever I want cause I lived and I’m not gonna hold back’ vibe )

Satellite Bleeding ( this feels like the first song they would have written and recorded after the doomstar died. Kinda like watching the sky clear up after a storm. )

Now despite me rambling on about this I would like to draw attention to what’s canon. Specifically SOS and Murmaider III. These songs came out after Knubbler died. Yet Dethalbum IV credits Knubbler for production.

Drawing your attention to how crediting in the Dethalbum works, each album has a little section for Dethklok to get musical credits and thank whoever and whatever. There’s also production credit and location credit. On ALL of the Dethalbums Knubbler is credited as producer. Cause he’s the producer makes sense yeayeyaeyah. But whenever there’s a change in location or production, there’s additional credits.

ANOTHER NOTE: I DONT HAVE THE KLOK OPERA CD I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE CREDITING SYSTEM LOOKS LIKE ON THERE but if someone happens to be selling that cd outside of eBay please let me know

Let’s look at them.

Dethalbum I ^

Shit ton of credits right, and on the other page which I didn’t take a picture of and can’t because I’m not home at the moment there’s credit to Snakes N Barrels for “Kill You” with each member listed. Take note that songs that are considered exceptions are credited differently and locations not at Mordhaus are credited.

I lied I have the other page. For those without the dethalbum cds the actual credits are usually on another page and “Kill You” got mixed in with it

Anyways

Dethalbum II

Hey Knubbies gets to thank someone this time! Anyways once again Knubbler is credited for production, but also Dethklok. Keep this in mind. Also the fact that different location credited for Murmaider II but it’s recorded at Mordhaus

Dethalbum III

Knubbler credit AND Abigail credit along with Dethklok AND once again location credit is Mordhaus and another fuckass place. Only thing that’s not really credited is Magnus with The Hammer but idk if he was like Toki and William where they play the songs but don’t really write or if he actually wrote The Hammer. I’m not a HammerHead, I’ve seen people interpret him as both, but at the end of the day idrk.

So what about Dethalbum IV

Knubbler is credited. At Deus Keep. Only Knubbler. Only at Deus Keep. “But he’s not credited as a Producer” True! If the album was released in universe it would probably be a producer credit. Especially since Brendon and Ulrich have Producer credit on the page prior. Maybe it’s because Knubbler didn’t make it to the final production stage. Or maybe he’s staying hidden undercover..

Remember earlier. He canonically was not around for two of these songs on this album. He could not have recorded OR mixed SOS or Murmaider III. Even if you don’t fully think that Murmaider III was made Post AOTD, SOS was done post Knubbler death. Hell, the song was dedicated to him by William! But there’s no separate credit for SOS.

If we went on the same basis as previous albums SOS would have been credited to that part of Norway where they traveled to that I forgot the name of and I’m not gonna look up but you get the point. Or even Dethklok would have been credited as production. I could also say something about how Murmaider III wasn’t recorded in the Mariana Trench and how the whale isn’t calling to Nathan anymore but that’s for another day. Right now though, it’s just Knubbler. Just Knubbler and Deus Keep.

Which leads to 3 possibilities.

Knubbler Lives: Knubbler survived ( the flashing things on the ground were teleporters ) and Deus Keep is rebuilt. To celebrate their survival they make Dethalbum IV but don’t release it

Knubbler Died: The band recorded the last few songs on the album at the remains of Deus Keep. Knubblers presets aren’t changed so credit remains to him. Once again not releasing it.

It’s not an album: Dethalbum IV doesn’t exist in universe. That’s why there’s no producer credit. That’s why Nathan doesn’t thank the klokateers ( he thanks the army of the doomstar which is just him thanking fans ). Dethklok recording it post AOTD is more to do with how Brendon records dethalbums than in universe writing.

I like to think that this is just an unreleased album in universe since the record label is more than likely destroyed, but it has the possibility of releasing one day if society is rebuilt to what it once was. But it really depends on if you think the album is canon to the universe. Cause there’s no Mordhaus credit on Dethalbum IV and there’s no way for SOS to have been recorded at Deus Keep and blablabla

The group of oc is composed of many i havent introduced yet but the major ones are here i think except my Bad Guy. so keep in mind the story is cringy and bad lmao but i still like it to this day...

post apocalyptic earth where humans live under domes bc the outside is too toxic + technology evolved so now cyborgs exist + a while back some government doctors & scientists were working in a secret lab to implants animal genes w humans to make hybrids & something about genetic preservation whatever whatever. anyway.

eve is the protagonist. she's the only daughter of head doctor of that hybrid lab. it exploded 20 years ago which cause people inside that specific dome to mutate into hybrids (people woke up to agonizing pain bc their body was breaking and morphing and it wasn't made for that. josephine was one of those people ! she was a wolf hybrid :3)

we follow eve and her then group of friends until for some reasons (<==== guy who does not remember what that plot point was) the dome had to be evacuated. something about a deadly virus ? ofc as always the rich people got away first until the dome got closed off completely <3 . eve meets several people including chronos (human guy, future bf, hes a simp) maria & arthur (yes i will draw them at some point OTL) and they stick together to survive as the inside of the dome is becoming a battleground. doesn't help that part of the reason the dome was closed off so quick was that ~mafia~ (idk how else to call it, its not rly mafia tho oTL) boss stanislas was in here and has always escaped the government's assassination attemps thus far.

SO this virus slowly contaminate everyone but its slow and rots you from inside. terrible deadly soulcrushing. + stanislas is using every means he has to try to control the city & find a way out. except ex cop and also ex girlfriend jo (josephine) is here to basically kill him lol (he broke her trust & her heart and also killed a lot of people and revenge is her whole life). josephine at first is a lone wolf (haha) until she gets very badly injuried and ends up in a small alley where eve & her friends took quarters. they get her inside and find a way to keep her alive. also at this point the group has also met gabriel ! (bunny guy! he has a tragic past and i love him. hes my mary sue) and stephan ! (his not yet boyfriend who also has a tragic past and that jo feels very guilty about). gabriel used to be a test subject in the hybrid lab. he and eve used to know each other :] they are best friends now.

at the same time nath (who was supposed to be dead) shows up like hiiiiiiiiiiiii btw im here (hes one of stan's agent but when he was supposed to die he actually survived and got turned into a cyborg with special modification in his brain which makes him obey. but he did not Forget and he will fight what stan makes him do <3)

SO um after they all meet its basically just. a fight to survive and also moments where they're like. oh we're gonna die here. lets party so hard.

stan also realises he doesn't rly have a way out and dedicates himself to ending his and jo's fight for good this time which also put eve's group in danger since jo . stuck around . there are casualties which is why she feels she failed them..................

I think I have a curse.

Raptor Attack #3 went fabulous. I tried punching them off the swampward cliff, but they weren't getting shoved, and I think they broke all my legs, sooo I just jumped off the cliff. I looked behind me and was soothed by the sight of both these fucking raptors launching off the cliff after me. And as I watched them eat my corpse, I was happy.

I snuck down there again and lured them even farther away. We don't need a repeat of Red Raptor That Hid Nearby And Then Ambushed Me.

So I get back home and decide to build my new, second, better watch tower (first one kinda on hold).

And theres a Long Claws SO close. So I say "Topaz," (that's my igua's name), "let's get outta here. Let's vacay. I know a hill on the other side of the beaches. We can get cool stuff. Let's go."

We are sprinting gracefully along, and get onto the beach. And in the corner of my eye I see RED MIST. Oh fuck. Wait--an alpha?? This is the easy zone? I'm on easy mode?

No time to investigate. Do not stop running if you maybe see a raptor. Investigate later, or even never.

So I get across some water and finally turn back and YEAH ITS AN ALPHA RAPTOR.

Okay. Good thing I'm going on vacay!

I turn to face my route. I do not take one step. There is a SPINOSAUR. I retreat as much as I can without re-entering Alpha Raptor Danger Zone.

And I have nowhere to go except home. I'm about to sneak up a beachside cliff path when I remember: shit! that's where the Long Claws is! Okay plan A B C D? Plan D: I'll go the long route around, once the raptor meanders a bit farther from the beach. But that's when I remember:

Shit! If I go that way, I'll end up on the base of the cliff where I threw those fucking raptors!!!

🤭🤭🤭 I am genuinely having a great time. This is fun for me lol.

Okay so I ask my clever smart darling wife, who analyzes the situation and then suggests my "Thread the needle through the Spinosaur and the Alpha Raptor, which will absolutely take me right to the Long Claws, BUT Long Claws gave a fairly agreeable space bubble so i should be able to time things right and slip through.

I make it up the beachside cliff path and I'm hiding on the very edge. The Alpha Raptor has meandered quite a ways away down the beach, so I figure if the Long Claws attacks, I might need to leap off the cliff to escape (pretty sure Topaz can survive it).

But what do I come NOSE TO NOSE with?

A GIANT BEE NEST.

I could go back, but then I'd still have to get passed either the Spinosaur or the Alpha Raptor (who was currently hogging the southern end of the beach, which blocks my other routes). But I sure as fuck can't sit next to this stupid beehive! These things killed my first Iguanadon!

The Long Claws is having a nice little meander over to the cliff. Appreciating the seaside breeze maybe? I lingered for a couple seconds and as soon as the Long Claws turned a little, I BOLTED.

ALL THE WAY HOME.

And I decided: I needed to deal with the bees that had spawned. After getting chased across a cliff, beach, waterway, and second beach by TWO carbonemys (I stole their egg RIP), I was worried the bees would follow me home.

So I whistled for my two toughest dilfs: Walker and Nath. And I lure the bees into the opening, where my dilfs start doing their best to fight em. But...I did not realize the dilfs lack of height would hinder them so much. And these GIANT BEES will not stop chasing me. I basically do a Scooby-Do gag, running back and forth, being chased by angry bees and slightly slower loyal dilfs. I loop back around to draw the bees right over the dilfs but they just cant take them out.

OH. ITS ONLY TWO BEES BTW. But ONE killed my last Iguanadon.

Topaz's health gets low. Panic mode. What the fuck. I can't hit these bees any better than my dilfs. I don't even have cool poison spit. And there's no way I'm risking killing Topaz while trying to hit them with spears or arrows.

I sprint home. It's my savior on my roof: Potato Shale. (She's more gray in the sunlight). And zip as close to her as I can and then wait. "Easy, Topaz. Let 'em come. I know it sucks to be bait, but if we can get 'em over here, we got a raptor on our side."

Success! Though, apparently I also left my house door open during my panic, which means every dog I own tried to come join the fight. Night was setting and I was scared and hurrying but I finally got everyone tucked into bed (aka, Dimorphodon on my table, dilfs out of my way, Moschops in the forge, Topaz on the third-floor roof, and Shale on the second floor roof.

What a day. Time for bed I don't know how to sleep so I stay up all night making uhhhhhh.

Okay I'm not using that word because the bots will find me.

I made sleepy goo :)

Cue the lovely morning. Triumphant! Brave! Amazing! Wonderful!

I decide that Topaz and I oughta make a loop and check things out. Maybe find a new friend!

LONG CLAWS. He's on the OTHER SIDE of my little home, somehow, and I almost walk right into it because he's in the thick trees with bamboo stuff and I barely catch a glimpse of those long claws silhouetted between the greenery.

"...No way. I don't even see it anymore. I'm being nervous, is all."

Linger...linger... Oh, okay! Its the Long Claws. Seems to be the same one from before, though I have no idea how it got across my area without issue.

Okay, fine, the Long Claws is fine. I'm going to the beach to see if that Alpha Raptor moved on.

A trio of parasaurs are foraging on the beach. What a good sign! If they havent been eaten yet, then maybe that Alpha Raptor moved on.

Wait. What is that, further inland? Is that another parasaur? It looks...different...

No red glow, though. And definitely too slow and steady to be a raptor. I would have guessed it was a Long Claws based on its size and movement, but it clearly had a more raptor-ish body plan.

Did I forget a dinosaur? Who else is that big and slow? Iguanodon are quicker and take smaller steps. But not a parasaur; no long head horn. I am trying to remember other slow, bipedal, parasaur-y raptor-y dinosaurs when it hits me.

So first of all, there are TWO.

And second of all, they are... They can't be! This is the default starting area! I've already fought off THREE raptor attacks, dodged an alpha raptor, had my vacay cut short by a Spinosaur, snuck around 1-2 Long Claws, and got into a fight with BEES, which I WON.

I sneak a little closer... And yeah. They are indeed carnataurs. Carnitaurs? I don't know. They look like if T Rex had a brother and you thought "oh that's your little bro?" and then the 'little' bro runs up to you and headbutts you with the full force of a charging dinosaur and roars 'DONT CALL ME LITTLE.' Like, they're not as big as T-Rex, and they have the siiiiillliest little arms, but they have two horn nubs and 95% of all the rage in the universe.

I've seen them ages ago, in my previous play. They were in the mountains, and on the other side of the conifer trees. And in other zones where you can respawn, briefly, if you want a quick glimpse around before one of the many predators kills you without even being seen. They make GREAT areas for a base...once you have a Yuttyranaus or something to fend off the carnitaurs.

I am on Baby Beach. Why are they here. I don't think my raptor can even fight them off. Raptors have the speed and strength to kill most things in a few seconds, but if the battle doesn't end soon, their low stamina and low health are easily overpowered once their speedy attacks have worn them out.

Maybe I need to move somewhere safer. But?? Where is safer than Baby Beach??? Uwa.

You can now catch the 30-year-old on Comedy Circus with her Kuch Kuch Hota Hai co-star, Archana Puran Singh. Sana SaeedĪn incredibly successful child actor, Sana made her comeback with Student Of The Year and was even seen in Munna Michael. Right now, Salman Khan is hosting Bigg Boss and it seems like he’s finally found his true calling. At least I was oblivious to his real-life personality back then. On the other hand, Rani Mukherji continues to prove what a great actress she is! 4. Tina was just the third wheel who wasn’t meant to last this long. Let’s be honest, nobody liked this character. Well, until she grew up and realised she was perfect the way she was. Her character as Anjali gave every underdog a second chance in her head. Kajol was off the big screen for a while but Dilwale proved that this actress is still a superstar at heart. He was the Badshah of Bollywood then and is still the legend that makes our hearts swoon. Not much has changed with the lead of this film. Shah Rukh Khanįrom being a heartthrob, Shah Rukh Khan went to become a… heartthrob.

The Moth and Peafowl are in good hands, and the former is given out to Marc. If it weren’t for the extreme comphet Kagami and Nath are dealing with, things would be so much easier for all parties involved… 

There’s obviously more magic out there Miraculous wielders, but I’ll only tell you more if you’re interested.

The villainess in this AU uses Roaar as Tiger Queen… take a wild guess who that is by looking at the main two. Nathalie works for her and uses the Goat, BTW.

heyyyy, so, christmas is coming and i’m not really entusiastic about it, but recently I saw the image from 2015 christmas event and I-

ik we got fINALLY our prom photo but I wish we have seen more with everyone really, I live for this image, it’s really pretty. 

And that’s why I tried to make all of the girls there in picrew! I’m using

some quick headcanons:

The situation is, as in the photo, a chistmas party! but a casual one though, to like, hang out using as an excuse the holidays :)

The first girl is Kim, she went totally casual. I would actually love to have more color options for her oufit, but I think she looks really pretty :D As A LOT of other people have done, I headcanon her as a lesbian.

Then we have Priya! I love the variation of skin tone color in this picrew, but I couldn’t really achieve her brown hair color. I imagine her under a mistletoe with Iris yet again lol, but Iris was really shy so she just like, kissed her on the cheek. I actually don’t know if she’s canonically bi, lesbian or pan, but for me she’s pan.

Melody is next, and I just want to say, Melody is really pretty! you may be wondering why does she have the aro flag, and my response is that i headcanon her as aro. Listen up, The whole thing with Nath was like, yeah, she did liked his attitude but she never really liked him that way, but she thought she did because of the spectations she had for herself regarding how her life was supposed to go. As we know things are never as planned and actually I don’t think she would say outloud hey, i’m aromantic, but after what happend she will lost interest in romance. She thought it was temporary, like a sort of seasonal depression, but then she was like, yk what? I don’t need that kind of love to be happy, in a happy relationship! it would take her time but I just- I just really want some character development for her. About a sexual orientation, I haven’t thought about it yet.

Peggy is activating her sixth sense: gossiping and putting all together to make it make sense.

Peggy is always on-the-go, so she doesn’t have that much time to invest in a romantic or sexual relationship with people. She feels passionate about her carrer and that’s what makes her happy, so the thought of “maybe i’m waisting time with all of this... my friends have their significant others and I don’t” doesn’t have any weigth on her. 

Next up is Rosalya! I haven’t really thought a lot about her, I just headcanon her as omniromantic (preference for boys and masculine aligned people) heterosexual.

I have a whole post on Vio, I just want to say, she’s enjoying herself in a comftable sofa drawing her friends. They are a full on lesbian!

Iris is so pretty. That’s it. Oh, and she’s bi. (Ik she has very bright hair I didn’t had the option to that tone specifically but she is still pretty)

Karla for me is like, she can be stylish but she always has this childish tone with the accessories or the patters. Like, people would say oh, she’s cute! but she wants to be hot. I can’t believe I said that lol. 

Um, she likes boys and masculine aligned people romantically and sexually, but, aesthetically she can’t with girls. She just finds them so pretty but she doesn’t see herself in a romantic or sexual relationship with anyone who is a girl or femenine aligned.

Laeti is the definition of “life of the party”, believe me. She’s funny, she’s charismatic, and yeah, she can say some things that aren’t really appropiate sometimes but it isn’t with the intention to make people feel mad with her. She’s working on it. 

I feel that Laeti may be omniromantic  (preference for boys and masculine aligned people) heterosexual, or omniromantic omnisexual, or bi bi bi- I don’t know people. I only know she isn’t fully straight.

The End Of My Candy Love

Warning!

Alright, so. This post will contain a lot. First of all, it's gonna be really sloppy. I'm very emotional person and I easily get attached to games, movies and stuff. I know it's a bit weird, but yeah, I'm a weird person. Anyway, that's why there's a warning: there's gonna be a lot of sloppiness, grammar mistakes (at least I think so, specially since english isn't my native languange) and it's probably going to be long. So, if you're intrested in reading my thoughts about everything - good luck.

First Adventure

I first heard about "My Candy Love" in 2015, six years ago. So, I was basically a baby (I'm pretty young). And I started playing a year after, I got totally obssesed with Lysander and I fell in love, seriously, haha. I was into writing back then, but I couldn't find any ideas on "what to write?" and MCL gave me just that - inspiration (that's most likely why I'm just a romance freak).

My Story

You know, I was a child so I couldn't really pay for AP, but I always found some kind of way to get them. But then I got my phone I just used money from that, geez, I was nuts. The old AP system was so iconic, looking for Nathaniel, finding Kiki, I'm gonna miss it.

Anyway, I got along with Castiel pretty well (which suprises me 'cause I found about walkthroughs in 2017, like year after, so maybe it was because I was a brat?), but I adored Lysander. Oh, I also loved Ken (I was so sad when he went away) and Nathaniel. After I met Armin, I liked him too.

Again, being a child and playing a game like this I came across all diffrent kinds of emotions. I was laughing, crying, dying from embaressment (this thing with Nath and locker room, aaa) and getting seriously mad (Deborah's arc, Priya, Charlotte). I remember impatiently waiting for new episode to come out or crying my eyes out during Lysander's amnesia plot. Jesus. I loved the way Castiel was teasing Candy, I loved this cute-clumsy Kentin, I loved the old Nathaniel, I loved Armin and most of all - I loved my precious Lysander. I adored the interactions between characters, how funny or cringy they were and how much fun I had. I even like this secret-dating plot even when it got on my nerves. I still remember staying up late to watch videos like "lysander illustrations" and stuff. I also really enjoyed reading MCL manga and I spent hours trying to translate it from Spanish to English or my native languange (funfact: I still haven't finished it! I don't know where to find those mangas) or trying to draw something from the game up ending up terribly failing. Anyway, I was crying during the prom thing, my Candy was so grown-up, I got emotional, haha. So, 40 episode came in. I was pretty excited 'because, me, being extremely naive (I got to say, I've never had a problem with Beemoov before, I started playing MCL in 2016 and Eldarya in 2017, so there were no major issues with them, only the price of PA, I think) thought that my Lysander is going to propose (I was a child, ok?) and maybe, there's going to be a second season with us living together. Haha, how naive I was. Whole episode 40, really got me tearing up, I was a wreck, seriously (When Kentin couldn't take Candy's bra off I lost it or this whole ananas thing in Castiel's route, omg). But I finished it feeling happy. I truly enjoyed spending my time on this game. But, then this whole university thing came out. And the fact, that Lysander, Armin and Kentin won't be with us foe the next season. I spent entire vacation crying (I was a kiddo, ok?) and being mad at everyone. I felt like I got robbed. It was horrible.

"A New Chapter"

I was one of these people who just couldn't accept the change. Not in the world. Never. They stole my Lysander, Kentin and Armin from me and changed AP system to some kind of bullshit. God, I was mad. Really mad. Seeing Castiel was quite nice, but I didn't fill the void of my baby. But, oh, my, God. When I saw Nathaniel I just couldn't believe. I said I was mad? Then I was furious. I really liked the old Nathaniel, he had his own vibe, his backstory, his character and it was just, damn, amazing. But they changed him completely, for what? They wanted the second Castiel? Yeah, they got it. Priya as a love interest was quite a good move, tho. I even though I didn't like her (in highschool or in university) I liked the idea of adding a female interest. But the thing that hurted me, was the fact that Lysander was taking care of the farm. Like, no! He didn't want that. He didn't like the countryside. He had such a potential to become a author and Beemoov didn't let him. God, that broke my heart. Anyway, I didn't spent a single penny on MCLUL, but I have to say - I kinda enjoyed it. You know, it was the guily-pleasure kind of thing. I didn't like it as much as I liked highschool, but there were some good or funny moments. I loved Rayan's kiss scene. I adored Chani. Or Hyun making us watch "Toy Story". Nathaniel's ulgy green hair or all these crazy threesomes. I liked it. Kinda. I hated Nath tho. The ending, hm, it was okay, I guess? I do feel sort of nostalgic thinking about it 'cause I got some nice memories from it, in the end. But yeah, going on.

Love Life

Oh. My. Lord. I was so sceptical about it. Like, I was sure that, at this point they're going to do "My Candy Love Mid-Life Crises" next or some other shit. But in the end, I "kinda" like it. It wasn't good like highschool or fresh like university, but I was nice to see new chapters with our annoying-cringy Candy, that I love (btw, I started playing other otome games and I realized that Candy wasn't that bad). Meeting Eric was nice, even tho, this whole cheating plot really got me ragging. Like, damn, Beemoov, seriously? And if you going this, why not with old LIs? Just kidding. Anyway, I truly enjoyed meeting Dan and Eric, the two of them were quite a characters. I won't forget them, hah. I was happy with single ending, 'cause I think about it as a "open ending" when my Candy can go back to my baby and everything's going to be alright.

Regrets & Complaints

Now, now. Where do I start? AP system was a freaking nightmare. Replacing old Nathaniel with some kind of weird Castiel was a nightmare. Removing Lysander, Nathaniel, Armin and Kentin was a nightmare. Not finishing plots was a nightmare. And why in the whole Love Life I haven't seen Amber once? Why Alexy never mentioned Evan like they're not brothers? Why Castiel doesn't care that I was dating his bestfriend? And why, in the world, after changing the system finding Kiki is so damn easy? Why AP is so expensive? So many questions!

All The Good Times

But, I got to say. I will never forget this bitchy Castiel, cookie-monster Ken following us around. Or cute Nathaniel. Castiel buying Candy some kind of weird McDonald's. Or Lysander's parents exposing him having crush on Candy. Or seeing Kentin kissing Amber (ew). This super akward-funny sex ed lesson. Deborah's arc and losing my shit over it. Or Thomas (this weird child) stalking my Candy and her LI in the park. And Lysander asking us how to hide a body, aaa. Or Armin telling us he loves us. Or Kentin. And Cookie ripping this huge teddybear apart. Or the water fight in Kentin’s spin off. And crushing on Alexy and later on finding out he’s gay. Or spin-the-bottle game and Lysander getting jealous. Or Dake, being a creep for entire game straight. Or guessing what was guy's surnames. And for sure, I will never forget this demonic Kiki dog.

What it worth it?

In the end, yes. Have I ever told you that I want to become a professional writer? Silly dream, I know, but writing is a huge passion of mine, and well, my first story was based off My Candy Love (it is cringy as hell, but I feel kinda nostalgic thinking about it). All these years spending on playing game that I wasn't supposed to be playing was amazing. It was one of the best experiences I had in life and I will never, ever forget that.

What now?

Well, Beemoov is working on a new game and I'm kinda optimistic. I know, it's really naive of me, but I want to believe that they won't f*ck this up, this time. And going back to Sweet Amoris, well, I truly missed this place! And the teachers... And Kiki. I wonder, when it will be released and will Beemoov finally open up about telling us surnames and ages of love interests. Anyway, I want to believe they learnt from their mistakes.

In the end. Thank you, My Candy Love, for creating so many memories. I will be forever grateful. 

(I just re-read this post and it seems like I have really love-hate relationship with this game)

Which of MCL's LIs do you like and which you dont like?

Oh, man. My route in mclHL was Kentin, followed close by Castiel. I know, a weird combination. A little part of me is a sucker for the friends to lover trope, only when it's well done, though. Kentin is so sweet, so caring towards Candy, there's no way I couldn't love him. And yeah, he was my route and will be my route forever so I hope we get mclAL Kentin or otherwise I'll crawl to a corner and cry.

Castiel is also great, but Castiel HL >> Castiel LL >> Castiel UL. He's entertaining, funny, sweet, hot and rich, the perfect man. Maybe one of the things I think says most about him is how regardless of your relationship with him, he still saves Candy's business. He's always been kind and caring, even in HL. Definitely much more than "a bad boy".

Eric is interesting and hot. I didn't play love life cause I didn't have any crush I was passionate about, but If I had played it, I'm confident I would have ended up with Eric. Not because I adore him, but for the sake of the drama. I loved the cheating plot, I think it's the best thing Love Life has to offer.

I didn't like Lysander in mclUL. Y'all gonna kill me, but I found him dull and boring. The only part of him I found interesting was his jealous side, which make me laugh a bit and find him more human and real, he was too perfect for my tastes. I like him waaaaay better in AL. If he had been a love interest in Love life, I would have played it as my route. He's more confident and interesting now, also I'm a countryside girl, so I like his way of living.

Armin is cool. I didn't like him romantically cause I've dated a "gamer boy" before and let me tell you, he'll totally choose League of Legends over you, (Not that I can blame him though, I'd choose my games and books over him too). He was funny to befriend and I always enjoyed his dialogues. I started liking him better in Iri's arc, and I'm very excited for his possible return. Also, he has a hot brother (Evan), he'd be a hell of a brother-in-law.

Rayan was meh. I was thrilled about the forbidden relationship between student and teacher, a shame we never got to do it in the campus. His writing in UL was well paced and great, but it became boring for me in LL. If I hadn't lost interest in him romantically maybe he could have been my route in love life cause the plot was great, but I can't stand his long, boring, philosophical speeches.

I don't have much to say about Hyun. That already says a lot 🤣. I'm not a person who searches for stability and the opportunity to found a family, so I was anything but interested in his plot. I don't like soft boys either and I found his marriage proposal very creepy. "Now, we'll be together forever." Iugh. Step away from me, sir.

Dare to tell me he doesn't look evil here:

I was excited about Priya at first, we didn't have any wlw routes before so I was genuinely interested in this one. I didn't really like it. Many of Priya's speeches were... EJEM, not to my tastes, to say at least. If you want to play a good wlw romance route, I suggest any of the wlw routes of Seduce me which is free btw, and especially Diana's in Seduce me 2: the demon war. Livia's route in Errant Kingdom is also great.

I'll be brief. I despise Nath. Ofc that doesn't mean I dislike Nath stans, I'm very glad and happy you could have him during three seasons. He's what I would call in Spanish a "mosquita muerta". Reasons? I hate he acts like a good guy when he has a little demon inside him. He plays nice but he can be a real nightmare when he wants to and even arrogant. To romance him properly you have most likely to agree with his way of thinking and share similar interests, also I think that sometimes he thinks he's better/more intelligent than Candy or that his job is more important than hers, but that's just probably me disliking him.

An ironic thing since he was my route in University Life. Yeah, I pledge guilty, his plot absorbed me into his route. He reached his peak in UL anyways. But what I most hate about him, what I truly despise.... Is that he's way too hot. Look at him goddammit
