Hey Cait! Well there are so many good Quintis oneshots, of course, and I’m still catching up on all the new ones from the Secret Santa. But here are a few S3 gems you’d love if you haven’t already read them!

Mummyhood by @scribeshan: Cute Quintis, cute pregnancy stuff, cute fruit references. This is a Halloween fic from when we all thought Happy had an actual bun in the oven. This is a classic Shan fic, which is the best thing I can say about it; the characters interact and you just go “Of course that would totally happen.” It’s hilarious and heartwarming, which is everything you want from a Scorpion fic

There’s Hope for the Future by @sheisagenius: One of the amazing fics written for the Scorpion Secret Santa. This one was one of my favorites of those, it’s a really nice read. I loved the idea of getting Happy and Toby far, far away from the garage in order to discuss some of the heavy things that have happened in their relationship this season; in this fic you can just feel how it frees them to openly have some hard conversations. And it has that wintery holiday feel to it :) (Rated T)

in search of us (oh, the answers i’ll find) by @whataboutateakettle: The strawberry rhubarb pie fic! :) This one goes a direction I was not expecting at all when I made the request, and I ended up loving it even more than I thought I would. It’s set in that early S3 era of rocky Quintis, which makes for a very soft and hopeful fic (rated G)
