honestly, my favourite part of prime!michael and mirror!philippa's dynamic is that michael is a vulcan-raised human who pretends she has no emotions, and philippa is just like "emotions?? who's she?? i only know Smug Superiority, Sarcasm and Genocide" and then they spend the next two seasons actively trying to die for each other while experiencing extreme confusion and irritation at the other doing the Exact Same Thing

I know a lot of people dislike the way Mirror Georgiou is treated because she was like, a gleefully murderous fascist dictator and that's a pretty awful thing to be, and she was never really made to face any sort of justice for her crimes. But like, she's also not real. None of the people she harmed are actually real. So seeing her get a redemption arc and an opportunity to grow into a better person was nice. At least for me. You, see I have moral OCD (sometimes referred to as scrupulosity) that's always telling me I'm the worst person ever, and I'm past the point of no return. But if she's got a chance to change her perspective and do better after everything she's done, then maybe I, with my much lesser mistakes, can finally forgive myself.

Alone in the middle of a secret hideaway had never really been how Katrina Cornwell had expected her life to go. She had never thought she could end up here, much less with the Terran Empress who came through to take the lost Philippa’s place. Still, she wakes peacefully, contentedly curled against Philippa, the two soaking up each other’s closeness. They had stepped away only once, to rescue Una from her fate, but even now, even with Una with them, it feels like home. It feels right. They will never have to be alone again. Slowly, of course, the world changes. Their world expands to welcome La’an, Una smiling and a little flushed when the girl comes home. It is a new world, but it’s here and it’s hers and it feels right. It feels like she was always meant to end up here.
