There's a character in the Dishonored series, Luigi Galvani, whose house can be robbed in the second and third missions of Dishonored 1 and the first and last missions of Dishonored 2. You never meet him in person, but he actually has a huge impact on the series' plot.

If you read his letters, he's the one who first realised that the import of Pandyssian rats (from whence the plague arose) wasn't accidental. He sent an anonymous letter to Empress Jessamine Kaldwin, whose subsequent investigation into the affair precipitated her murder - because the person responsible was Hiram Burrows, her spymaster, and he was worried he’d eventually be discovered.

Basically, this dude - who doesn’t even have a character model - is responsible for the plot of the entire Dishonored series.

Mouse Protector and Ravager! 

More minor characters for my collection. These two have some of the least time on page among Worm’s cast. One, MP, appearing only once in a flashback, and the other never once appearing as herself.

It’s fascinating that we actually see Murder Rat, the Frankenstein abomination made from their corpses, more than the amalgam’s components. 

We have little information on these two, beyond meager glimpses of their personalities and powers. Mouse Protector’s a Spider-Man type (how topical, heh) who was a shitty brat as a teenager, and Ravager’s just a total idiot (seriously, who tries to hire the S9 after they decimated Brockton Bay’s villains for the same attempt, probably creating a more dangerous Butcher in the process?). Also that, according to WoG, they’re not of the same Cluster, which personally feels like a missed opportunity.

Still, I find these two fun, albeit largely for the implications for how Murder Rat (more specifically a surviving Murder Rat clone from the S9000) could turn out. More on that when I finish my drawing of Murder Rat.

How about you and me go out together” he leaned in closer to you still with a cocky attitude as if he was giving you a chance at being together with him. “No thanks” you quickly responded as you try to walk away to your locker only to be stopped by the boy again “the fuck do you mean no thanks!” He looked at you confused and mad “I mean I’m not interested in going out with you” you quickly shut him down and walk away.

That was a week ago and to this day he still continued to ask you out. It was lunch time and you were putting well trying to put your books into your cramped up locker almost breaking a nail when a big hand grabbed you by the shoulder turning you around dropping a few books in the process

“Ay mami I’m all for the style and whatever but I’m wondering why in the world do you need this” he pulled out your burner phone.

Your pink bedazzled flip phone

Before you could try to take it from him he had it back into his blazer pocket

“¿Quieres decirme por qué una chica como tú tiene un teléfono plegable?” (Want to tell me why a girl like you has a flip phone?)

“That’s none of your business!” You retaliated back “so give it back?”

“Nah mami first you gotta ask a few questions for me then I’ll give it back” he leaned against the wall staring at you

He folded his hand out pulling out your flip phone examining it

“Because I like it”

Miles chuckled and your answer but as a man of his word he gave back your flip phone with a note attached to it

Idea for a movie:

The movie is called “In the Background”.

An anthology film comprised of three different stories that are all wildly different from each other. The concept is the idea that every person is the protagonist of their own story and that even background characters have a story worth telling. So, the protagonist of one story shows up as a minor/background character in the previous one.

Here’s how I’d structure the movie -

1) Cold Opening: The first few minutes could be seen as the end of a crime drama movie. A notorious bank robber (played by Brad Pitt) is busted in his final job. Not wanting to spend the rest of his life in prison, he commits suicide-by-cop.

2) The first main story: The main protagonist (played by Gemma Chan) is one of the bank tellers from the cold opening. Her story is a dramedy/romance movie and is about her deciding to go backpacking in Asia to escape how traumatic the robbery situation was. While backpacking through Indonesia, she meets and falls in love with a local musician (played by Iko Uwais).

3) The second main story: The main protagonist (played by Michael B. Jordan) is a CIA agent who was one of the passengers on the plane that the bank teller took. His story is a spy thriller since he had gone to Indonesia to track down a nuclear weapon that ended up in the black market. The agent’s hunt for the missing bomb takes him all the way to London, where he manages to save the day by taking the bad guys out and securing the device. The agent’s story ends with him going to the pub, deciding that he really needed a drink after all the chaos he went through.

4) The third main story: The main protagonist is the bartender (played by Natalie Portman) who served the CIA agent, although she’s unaware of his true identity. The bartender’s story is a psychological horror film and is about her adopting her niece (played by Millie Bobby Brown) who recently lost her parents. As the movie goes on, it’s slowly revealed that the niece killed her parents and is planning on doing the same to her aunt. The bartender’s story ends with her being forced to kill her niece in self-defense, which results in her getting arrested.

5) The ending: After the bartender is driven away by the police, the focus shifts to one of the police inspectors at the scene (played by Simon Pegg), indicating that if the movie were to go on, he would be the new main protagonist. It’s not clear what type of story he would have, which is intentional.

This one is for all the teachers in the skam fandom. There is a lot more of us than you might imagine. The concept is absolutely brilliant, watching Isak, Even, Sana and the others through the lens of their teacher and how it impacts her and her own journey. Aren't we all Nipples?
