Blazes for good reason weren't overly fond of rain, no matter which world they hopped to. The rain stung and left ashy streaks along his, Jack's burning skin, as he stood in the shelter of the trees.  He fiddled with the remains of soil under his nails.  Cap smiled at him and ran a finger through the blaze's hair, the man's fingers seemingly leaving an etherial glow in the flashing signs.

"Stealing briars isn't my usual or expected activity." Cap, whispered. “Especially not expected for this evening.”

"Yea, but C'mon," Jack spoke back, voice cracked with pain, "look at the weather - it's not typically we get the best gardener, the merling of central park, doing an abovewater installation.I got the tulips."

As they held a jacket above their heads, they saw the curving arches, of bramble, their flowers like clouds.  And in a corner, a spray of yellow roses and glowing pink and orange tulips shaped like open flame.

Merling Nikki| Origin SMP

Finally finished the piece for Nihachu. I am deadass proud of the color and shading in this. I was worried the water would come out like hot garbage but, it just pops. I based Nihachu's origin off a the Yellow-Bellied Sea Snake (Hydrophis platurus), a neat little venomous snek, which is one of the few water snakes in the world who can traverse (even for short periods) on land. It gave her a kind of naga appearance. I also had this fixation with her having a hermit crab friend. idfk why.. I just wanted a kreb friend.
