So, today was the 1st day I tried the meal replacement shake. I have banana, chocolate, and vanilla to choose from and I started with banana this morning. That was very yummy. Then I had my second one for dinner, chose chocolate this time. Another yummy one. Take note, I only added 8 fluid ounces of regular milk with each shake, nothing else. No ice, no frozen fruit, no extra sweetener. It calls for either water or 1% milk. But I didn't have 1% at the moment. Either way, both tasted good. I'm not disappointed. So, today's the day I'm going to make myself accountable to finally lose that extra 25 lbs that's been hanging around. Hoping this shake will help me.
