Oh Madeline - first of all, thank you so much!

This question ... oh boy, friend, do I have thoughts! I'm going to nerd out, so my (lengthy) answer is after the cut.

Frankie - I'm with you that he enjoyed Space Mountain in his younger years, but as he's gotten older, he realizes just how jerky and not smooth that ride is. It hurts his back and makes his head hurt. He's a big fan of Millenium Falcon: Smugglers Run in the Star Wars section of Hollywood Studios. On the ride, there are six positions - two of which are pilot. He lowkey gets really salty whenever little kids are given that role because they inevitably crash the Falcon. He also likes Soarin' at Epcot and Avatar Flight of Passage at Animal Kingdom because they're flying-based and remind him of flight simulators.

Benny - Two rides immediately jumped out for me. Jungle Cruise at Magic Kingdom because Benny loves a dad joke and cracks up every time he goes on the ride. He also likes Test Track at Epcot because he loves cars and going fast. Another one I thought about for him (based on my headcanon for him related to my Delta Landscaping fic) is the safari ride at Animal Kingdom because he is an animal lover.

Santiago - He's a PeopleMover kind of guy at Magic Kingdom. It gives his knees a chance to rest for about 10 minutes. Same thing for Living With the Land at Epcot (a personal favorite of mine). It's a relaxing indoor ride and gives him the chance to kick his feet up.

Will - I struggled with him, but he seems like a competitive guy. Therefore, he likes to kick the guys' asses in rides like Toy Story Mania at Hollywood Studios or Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin at Magic Kingdom. Benny always wants a rematch, but Will has studied the rides and knows all the tips and tricks to get extra points and bonuses. There's no beating him on either ride.

I know I've mentioned it before and it's a total crack theory (don’t take this too seriously). But the possible hints that lonnie may be El's bio dad are kind of crazy.

ps: last point explains why I don’t believe Andrew is El’s dad. Long story short- i read all the novels and comics (they contradict the canon show in various plot-significant ways and are probably not canon). And if they wanted to surprise people- Andrew would certainly be a good misdirect. Let’s begin...

background: in s1 We see Hopper with his daughter (who is holding a tiger plushie). And in s3 we see Hopper attack a soviet in a carnival ride which has tiger decor. The ride warns the soviet of a tiger. Then the tiger growls as Hopper yells(aka Hopper is symbolically the ‘tiger’). So like tigers connect to him and his daughter. we even see Hopper’s hairband in the shot (another connection of father and child).

Ok... so what’s my point?

1.well lonnie has many name meanings.one is "lion". We see in s1 el and Will have lion plushies (similar to Sara's tiger plushie). Hopper sees Will's lion plushie and has a flashback of his daughter with her tiger. So... like... cat plushies maybe hint at paternity??!!!

Also Lonnie is lowkey the embodiment of lion-fathers lol...

2. A witness sees el, hopper asks "could it be lonnie's kid?". Witness: "it could have been . yeah that’s (pauses). I mean, yeah could’ve been". Suspish. But maybe nothing... I know the literal reason for this scene is for Hopper to think El is Will. But it’s still weird verbiage...and also makes you wonder WHY they look so alike.

3. Jane is the feminine form of the name jonathan. But also... Lonnie and Elenor ( they called El this in s1) have the same name meaning . Coincidence...maybe???

4. Lonnie is known for being a hunter. Teresa/terry (El’s mom) also means “huntress”. El is compared to princess Dianna (wonder woman): Diana is the roman goddess of hunting. Lonnie is also dating cynthia ( Cynthia means “the hunt”and cynthia is another name for DIANA). So maybe he has a type (woman who have names associated with hunting)- and he had a kid associated with “hunting” too-via the Dianna parallel. I joke.But it’s another weird name parallel.

5. El's storyline is heavily based on star wars and she's directly paralleled to Luke. Again luke has an estranged opposite-s*x sibling. The duffers are twins - so they prob loved that star wars plot twist that luke and Leia were separated siblings all along. Also them being related could explain their resemblance (and past parallels) . Thor ragnarock was also on the s4 inspo list- thor realizes he had a secret 1/2 sister.

6. Why is Lonnie always associated with yellow flowers?? talked about all the examples here, and the possible symbolism. But... bro in s1 even has a sunflower blanket (Which is also linked to Terry and her daughter El in s2). Also why was a car that looked like the Byers car in the Terry flashback... I want answers XD

7.Lonnie started flirting with joyce despite having a live-in gf (in her 20s) , that was half his age. Would I be surprised if , when younger, he had an affa*r with a college student while married. Not really. He's at the very least... a d0uche.

8. Lonnie made jonathan hunt a rabbit. Jane/el is associated with rabbits. In s1 when she first escapes Benny's: the song "white rabbit " plays as she runs from her papa. And her room at Terry's is covered in the white rabbit decor (from the alice in Wonderland story).could just be a parallel of lonnie/Brenner being horrible dads. I mean both Brenner and Lonnie tried to make their kids k*ll animals.

9. Also no I don't think Andrew from the prequel novel is her dad. I read all the novels and comics fyi. The novels and comics constantly contradict the cannon show. Max novel says she met billy a year before s2 and that's when they became stepsiblings : s3 shows they met as little little kids (when billy is like ... 12 at most). And not saying how, but i saw the S4 opening clip- it proves in very plot-significant ways that " 6 & into the fire" st comics are 100% NOT canon. So why do people blindly believe Andrew is her dad, cause the novel? Literally Andrew would be a perfect idea to get people to stop wondering about El's bio dad.

And if there's foreshadowing for later seasons in the comics/books- it's probably little eastereggs they were told to incorporate . But , regardless, how convenient a random-normal, de*d guy, with no plot relevance (who is never mentioned in the show) is supposed to be her bio dad. And make everyone stop wondering about El's dad. It certainly stopped people from asking questions about el's paternity- i'll give them that. I wouldn't even be surprised if adding Andrew was an intentional misdirect. EVEN I DON’T 100% BELIEVE IN THIS THEORY, but please stop using the st novel as proof against it cause ... like I said it’s the books/ comics don’t really seem canon at all. XD

The idea of “Greatness” is at the core of Los Angeles artist St. Panther’s latest enthralling single. It is not a greatness satiated by tangible, momentary highs or copping the next drop, but one found by taking the time to celebrate oneself and the community around them. Released as a double single alongside “Places,” which slows things down to unveil another impressive side of St. Panther’s artistic vision, it’s little surprise then that “Greatness” plays out like a victory lap, measured by an effervescent bounce and nonchalant charm.

We had the chance to speak with St. Panther about their latest double release, taking the time to celebrate themselves, and the latinx artist who inspires them above all else.

St. Panther: Hi! St. Panther is a nonbinary Mexican/Colombian musician/producer/songwriter stationed in LA at the moment.

You have such a bold sound and personality. How is your artist self different from you the individual, if at all?

Thank you! Recently, I'm feeling less of a separation between the two. I'm not the kind of person where either hat comes off/my art feels like an identity apart from my core self. If I had to put a difference on them, I'd say my artistic identity is more extroverted and my personal identity is more lowkey, I'm in on weekends watching Gossip Girl.

What’s “Greatness” all about?

"Greatness" is about taking stock of your blessings and celebrating yourself, your community, and your life whenever you can. It's about being thankful for where you already are, and starting to resonate with our abundance from that perspective.

What’s “Places” all about?

"Places" is a little more loaded. The inspiration behind it speaks more from my own personal journey. This year, my music has seen so many blessings, and it's allowed me to remember where I came from. It's a bit of a "you wouldn't believe where I've been to get here" kind of song. And for those listening, for me it's all about giving them a place to go to relate this music to their own stories. For comfort, really. A lot of us have been places people wouldn't believe.

What made you pair them together? Is there any interwoven connection between the two?

The pairing actually came from combining the videos to both of these songs together. In "Greatness," you see my life now. In "Places", you see a bit of my life growing up. The theme of having them together is a bit of a before and after.

We love Ricky Reed, what’s it like to work with him?

Ricky! I love him too. You know how Harry had Dumbledore? Ricky is a lot like that. A guiding force, a friend, but someone who genuinely brings the magic out of you. He has his own special way. The questions he asks, the things he seeks for in a song. We're always learning from each other.

Can we expect more of this sound in the future? Or are your influences too broad to be locked in?

I think we can count on my music staying explorative, always. But more of these last two sounds I just gave? There's tons of, and I can't wait to share even more.

What else should we be on the lookout for?

Have a music video for "Places" coming in a couple of weeks. I'll be in two songs on the new Benny Sings Beat Tape II project out in December. More on a movie I'm scoring/a show I'm excited to have my music featured on soon! Top secret for now..

Outside of music, what inspires you?

Right now, a lot in my personal life is changing, and at first it was a little daunting, but I'm drawing a lot of inspiration from it recently.

Who is your One to Watch?

To me, Arca does no wrong. As a latinx musician, I'm just so excited that the boundaries of the music coming from our cultures are being broken and what was once conventional for a latinx artist is now being completely reinvented through artists like Arca.

Eleven: Her new style is half clown, half edgy teen in the 2010s that was born in “the wrong generation.” Highkey looks like Screech from Saved by the Bell. A lil shit who’s super badass. We loove.

Will: seriously, GIVE. HIM. A. BREAK! HE JUST WANTS TO PLAY D&D WITH HIS FRIENDS, IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR??? Lowkey could be gay thoo. They dress him like he’s still season 1 Will, even though Noah has grown and looks like... WAAY too old to pull anything of that off. it’s like he’s a fourteen year old cosplaying as a nine-year-old. 2. Are there any popular fandom OTPs you only BroTP? Hmm, maybe Midge and Susie from The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel? I kinda agree that Susie has an unrequited crush on Midge but they work better as friends imo. Oh, and Beth and Benny from The Queen's Gambit, sorry, no chemistry there.

5. Has fandom ever ruined a pairing for you? sethk-te (from dusk till dawn) and k-thony, lmao. i swear I don't have a problem with characters named kate! In relation to sethk-te, there are things about the ship itself I don't enjoy (and I don't think they had much chemistry tbh), but I could've lowkey shipped if the fandom wasn't so annoying. And k-thony, I don't think I need to explain, but knowing your ship is endgame and still being so insecure you need to spill hate towards anyone who ships anything else? And the very much historical prejudice they have against Siena, the elitism from most of "the reasons why Siena and Anthony would never work", yeah, that all made sure I could never enjoy them and they haven't even had a scene together! It's sad.

7. Is there anything you used to like but can’t stand now? I guess marvel in general? I was never the biggest fan, but I did enjoy reading the fics a lot (and might still re-read old ones or new ones from my favorite fic writers), but I don't think I'm ever watching a movie/tv show again. It's just...oversaturated.

Czech Republic brings their language back to Rotterdam 2021

Reviews coming in a little too into rehearsal period? Honestly don’t care, I’m happy I have caught on with quite the speed right now (only to lose it soon after I guess), because the last two actually came out on two days in a row, hah! Up next is Czech Republic to be talked about, let’s go.

ARTIST & ENTRY INFO

Joining the trend of Czech-Men-Surprisingly-Looking-Like-How-They-Are-In-Their-30s, here comes one Ben da Silva Cristóvão (aka Ben Cristovao, aka Benny Cristo), and his Angolan father explains why is his original surname so funkily Portuguese. Mans went to the finals of the Czechoslovakian version of Pop Idol in the same year Czech Republic finished with 0 in the semifinal and ended their Eurovision career for a brief moment in time (thanks for the fact linkage, Euromovidas). Since then he has quite significantly exploded in their music scene, releasing material after material, performing as a supporting act to Mr. Worldwide himself, and doing all kinds of concerts back in the day. Most of his material is in Czech, so like for TIX, Eurovision is an opportunity for him to present himself better in English, somehow.

As his Eurovision entry, “Omaga”, is MOSTLY in English. Until the miracle strikes and you hear two lines in Czech - that is right, Czech Republic having lines in Czech on their entry is a miracle in the regard that we last heard Czech Republic sing in Czech on their very debut in 2007, when the entire song was in that language. It did not give them fruitful results, but that’s not language’s fault. Now say what you will about 2021 having had that potential to kill languages that we have heard in 2020 (Slovenian, Amharic...), but 2021 is quite the greater kind of thing in that regard that we have, because of Czech Republic and the entry I’ll write a writeup for next, Denmark. "Omaga” is a clubby-ish pop song with guitar influences, something that Benny himself has never really done before stylistically, because from his repertoir, he does kinda have something somewhat laidback and toned down more than those upbeat energetic kinda stuffs, but if that is not usually his style, then he has got to be a master of many styles, lol. Lyrics are about a man wanting to woo some girl who is tired of his stupid things but she really makes him happy and he is stunned by her beauty so much he can’t help but go “omaga” “oh my God” at her constantly. Benny did that one thing about “Kemama” to “Omaga”, which is simplifying an otherwise already easy-ish phrase into a somewhat made up but catchy word (in “Kemama”’s case it was something along the lines of “OK mama”), but does that matter in the end? It’s the music that does, in this case.

REVIEW

And in this case the music is reeeeeaaaaally THAT good.

It’s an instant turn on, if not from the lowkey minuscule-tropical beginning, then it gets going from the verses on, which features some insane catchy bass chops(?) and engaging fast singing from Benny.

I also love how differently does he sing the second and third choruses from the first one, like, he goes higher on some words (“happy you’re here” and “beautiful”), and the post-chorus chorus?? The repetition of “oooooh-my-GOOOOD, oh my Gooood” is just working me the right way?????

And the Czech lines are pure magic. Whenever I hear them, my mood is made, the time feels like it freezes, I just feel smitten by the fact that it exists. Now will it be the first entry with Czech lyrics to make it? I dunno, you decide, and I trust you, even if foolishly.

I don’t know what is it with these lyrics and what was it with “Kemama”, but it’s one of those songs dying to be turned into a dance sensation, like, a song viral on TikTok thanks to a dance challenge. You can make so many simplistic moves to whatever he’s singing.

Also the music video is pretty fantastic. Full of movie references I both recognize on spot, and don’t! For instance, this is also a movie reference, and also I’ve seen this piece of music video clip material as a ČT exclusive backstage preview of whatever they were filming for Benny.

Literally quite a lot of things in the song are perfect, and so are about the rest of my top 5, maybe even top 6. Switzerland has a great second pre-chorus among many moments, Malta has a perfect combination of the chaos within itself, San Marino is a fantastic pop song with a cool little feature verse, Italy has THAT bridge, Lithuania has the unexpected good vibes. Czech Republic is just perfect for me for the most part, without a specific moment, because there are a lot of specific moments. Good vibes all around.

Though at first I thought he was singing “you’ve been hung too long, I’ve been hung too long” (it’s “home” instead in these words). *-* doesn’t help that the “why don’t you let me have it” line sounds like Benny’s asking for sexual favours that are constantly rejected against his favour. Go simp somewhere else :P

Approval factor: SAY YES SAY YES SAY YES (- Ben & Tan) Follow-up factor: Stellar! ČT had to give up their future televised NF project due to drop outs of their previous HoD for 2020, but even then, his good pals are making sure that Czech still retain a really good maintained interest in Eurovision with their songs and all. And they gave up the NF itself to have Benny Cristo to participate for the second year in a row, with an internal song, and all is fine and dandy. “Kemama” and “Omaga” are two kickass songs in a row. Qualification factor: I really want to be optimistic about the chances of this guy. I really do. I just really want to shrug off the deadpan reactions from the press center that he was constantly getting. But what if there is no hope, and his rather lackluster looking performances are what we getting live. The visuals don’t please me a lot, with the wide shots towards the arena and not much more focus on Benny, and I would absolutely hope he’s gonna do well vocally... but... I was at first really sure he would, because he’s energetic and electrifying. Now? Might be swallowed over the competition + hopeless-ish acts performing way better than him on the night + he’s on 3rd, and while Manizha will escape that, Benny could get sadly torpedoed. Hope it’s not the case :(

INTERNAL CORNER

There were some nice moments to talk about, but they’re mostly few and far in between, BUT there was this one livestream that stood out to me in a weird way - ESCZ, the thing that is in charge of Czech Republic’s Eurovision ordeals ever since like 2018, had an Instagram livestream with Benny to talk about his Eurovision related details, that among 3 songs shortlisted they’ve chosen one, that some sort of a preview will allow a singles only early peek into the entry, and so on.

There’s also this, which made me think that Omaga’s certainly qualifying.

Just... wow. And the last higher notes he’ll certainly attempt to pull off in Rotterdam as seen in rehearsals, so I cross my fingers nothing goes awry with that.

Please Eurovision Gods, for the love of Verka and Conchita and whoever else, GIVE THIS SONG A QUALIFICATION. During the season the Czech Republic managed to slide into my top 3 and take that 3rd place spot from San Marino (yeah San Marino in my top 3 who’d’ve thought??), and that alone tells me that it is such a good song, and one of those that would seriously break me if I lost it in the semis. Please. Don’t let Benny flop. He doesn’t deserve that. Not even an ounce of that.

A solar flare that knocked out all electricity on the earth and then it all went down hill from there lol I dont think I planned out how long it was but that story takes place two years after it happened. I'm terrified of space so thats like the scariest thing I could think of.

All of them! From my lowkey interest, past traumas, queerness, and odd ball obsessions they all have small pieces of me! Benny is probably the one I projected on the most tho lol

Daughter of the Village Chief// H.H. x Female Reader Pt. 1

Warnings (throughout story): Slight mentions of sexual things, sexual misconduct, rape, and cuss words.

Wow so lowkey this is kinda bad and there’s not a lot of Harry in this right now but this is more of a intro chapter and a setting up the story chapter to what’s to come! If anything confuses you feel free to dm me. I also take requests so please feel free to ask as well :)

Summary: Being the daughter of Moana did have its perks from time to time. The ocean who once was a friend of hers had now grown to be a friend of yours and you wouldn’t have known what you would’ve done without it. However one day might come to pass where you will need to know the truth about your past. The real truth. Because all though you had been swimming with the ocean and talking to tefiti all your life, being at auradon was about to change everything and bring the biggest twist to your life, that your mom might not even be your mom and that a certain pirate was soon to be someone to love and not to hate.

“28.... 29..... 30!”

Suddenly light, light everywhere as you took your hands off your eyes and took in all the sights to see.

You were currently in a game of hide and seek with your favorite friend, the ocean.

“Hmmmm I wonder where you went ocean....” you began, sarcastically looking around. “Maybe..... there! Got you!”

Pointing at the water, suddenly the ocean seemed to rise up and nod in response. You laughed at the body of water, clearly it having no where else to hide every time so you were always destined to win.

“Alright how about best 50 outa 100?” You asked, tying up your H/C locks up.

“Yeah I don’t think so little one”

You froze at the voice already knowing who it was.

“Hey Uncle Maui! I was just about to go to bed I swear but isn’t the sunset just so beautiful? haha...”

You tried so hard to stall your time but your Uncle always could see through just like he could with your mom.

“I’m sorry Y/N,” he began. “You have a big day tomorrow remember, first day at a great school with great new people! Better than being stuck on this small little island village for the rest of your life! Now come on, you need to be in bed right now so you can wake up early tomorrow and wish everyone bye.”

The new school he was talking about was in a kingdom called Auradon, meaning that the school was obviously fit to be called “Auradon Prep” run by a King named Rolland and his wife. You wanted so desperately not to go, you weren’t a princess or elegant at all! You were adventurous, outspoken and the daughter of the village Chieftess, yet you would have to fake a smile and go anyway to please your mother and make the village proud.

You sighed and bid the ocean goodnight returning to your cot and resting for the next day.

When the morning did come you made sure to wake up extra early to do all your favorite things on the island for a final time. You helped Hei Hei escape a crazy cook, played tag with Pua, hide and seek with the ocean, and had a lovely girl talk with Tefiti to whom you poured your heart and soul out to.

It was soon time to leave and You hugged your mother tightly, tears pouring down your cheeks. You really would miss the island, a friend as much as the ocean and much more, a home.

Saying your goodbyes to everyone, a black limo then pulled up, the royal car to Auradon. Out stepped a young boy, no older than you, who looked to be about fourteen or fifteen. He smiled a bright smile at you, the creases of his eyes going up in the process.

“Hello I’m Ben!” He exclaimed. “I’m the soon to be future king of Auradon. It was my idea to invite you to join our school, I’m trying to branch out to more students from around the world and you just happen to be the first person I chose! I’m really glad you’re joining us and I hope we can get to know each other some more and become good friends!”

He stuck his hand out for you to shake smiling all the while long. Shy and like a small child, you hid behind your mother slightly peering over at him. You couldn’t help but stare into his eyes. You saw something in them, almost longing, as if in for a friend. You swallowed any ounce of fear you had and walked forward towards him grabbing his hand and watching his smile somehow increase even more.

“I’m Y/N. I hope we can become good friends too.”

About three to four years later and here you were. A young woman, sprawled all over her bed, studying for a stupid final that was going to kill her.

“Ughhhhhh” you groaned out in frustration.

“Come on Y/N it’s really not that hard I promise!” said your roommate of almost three years now Lonnie. She was a beautiful girl and was one of your closest friends. Being the daughter of Mulan gave her excellent agility and intelligence as well.

“I know it’s not but it’s just... UGHHH!!!” You screeched in annoyance and anger at the problem on the paper.

“Knockity Knockity! How are my favorite princesses doing?” you heard a voice say, looking up at the doorframe to see it was only the new king and your first ever friend, Ben.

“Ok one im not your favorite princess for sure, and two Y/N is the daughter of the Chieftess! Not a princess.” Said Lonnie knowing how annoyed you’d get whenever someone confused the two.

You slowly perked up from the bed at the sight of Ben. You never got to see your best friend due to all of the new duties he had and all the new students he had to deal with.

“Ah Mr. Bennie Boo! How can we help you?” You said teasing him with the nickname his ex Audrey used to call him and his current girlfriend Mal, who kept it alive.

“Haha funny” he began, “hey I actually wanted to ask you a personal question Y/N/N...”

“Oh sure! Of course! Lonnie can you give us a sec?” You asked your brunette friend with apologetic eyes. She simply nodded and smiled leaving, probably going to find her crush Jay and talk with him more.

Ben took a seat next to you on your bed and suddenly became serious.

“Y/N... it’s about Mal. Something has been off with her lately and I don’t know what! I’m asking you because she seems to trust you a lot and tell you everything and I just need to know what’s happening... am I doing something wrong? Is she not happy with me?”

It was true, you and the VK kids had gotten very close when they arrived at Auradon. At first they seemed to hate everyone but because you guys could relate very well with both feeling new to the place and since you weren’t so girly they eventually almost took you in as a VK yourself.

You assured Ben it was nothing and told him to give Mal some space. Yes you knew what she was going through but couldn’t just give away all her secrets to him and betray her trust. You just told him she was going through things and needed to think alone.

He sadly smiled but agreed with your advice, talking a bit more about how life had been treating both of you before he had to return to more kingly duties that awaited him.

About two hours later and you were still having no luck in studying for the stupid final that awaited you. Because Lonnie had decided to bring Jay to your shared room to talk and giggle, rather loudly might you add, you simply moved your self to Mal and Evies room thankful no one was there so there would be silence.

Yet not even two minutes after you got there Carlos arrived with duke in tow ready to chill and play around with the dog. When you had first met the VKs you had to admit you had an adorable little crush on him but now... now it was so much more. You began twisting your hair around your finger from the ponytail it was in nervously but tried to remain calm none the less.

“C-Carlos” you began, “as amazing as you are and as much as I love duke I’m really trying to study! Do you think you and duke could possibly play at the park?” It hurt to ask that as the truth was you really didn’t want him to leave but you just needed to study. Little did you know it hurt him a bit too.

“Sorry, I promise to be a good boy and listen to you ahaha” he said getting ready to leave but coming over for a hug before he did so.

“Atta boy! Good boy!” You said playfully giving him a hug and a nice, gentle rub on his head. This definitely earned a small content sigh from the boy but he simply played it off as nothing more.

“I’ll see ya later Y/N/N!” he exclaimed now happy and ready to play with duke. You chucked to yourself and prepared to continue studying when not even ten seconds later Mal came bursting in hyperventilating.

“FUCK STUDYING ITS NEVER GONNA GOSH DARN HAPPEN!!” you swore frustrated at this point but then immediately softened as you saw one of the closest friends you had here burst down in tears. You immediately ran to her side and engulfed her into a hug which she returned sobbing all the way.

“Mal, Mal! Girl are you ok?! What’s wrong? What happened!?!” You asked bombarding her with multiple questions.

“I don’t belong here” she sobbed. “I just wish I could go back to the isle, I can’t be the perfect princess they want me to be...”

you knew you shouldn’t have said it but you were desperate to make your friend happy. You’d do anything to see her smile... even if it meant it could hurt Ben in the process...

“I can take you there... follow me”

And now you were here, at the edge of Auradon overlooking the sea and the isle of the lost sitting on it.

“How are we supposed to get there? This is stupid Y/N.... you don’t have any transportation at all, any magic, nothing! We’re just standing here on the sand and it’s itchy and cold!!! Why did I ever agree to this....” Mal ranted upset and over the whole situation already.

“You’re right I don’t have a vehicle, I don’t have magic, or pixie dust, or a mermaid tail or nothing. I’m an ordinary person. But I do have one thing. I have an old friend...” you stated, satisfied with your answer and began walking towards the water. Mal rolled her eyes thinking you had completely lost it, waiting for your feet to hit the water when suddenly they didn’t and you were walking further and further out and the water around you was retracting more and more.

“Woah....” she gasped amazed at what was happening to her friend.

“Hey... long time no see huh?” You said meekly at the walls of water surrounding you. A mass of water rose higher above you, getting close enough to where you could feel drops on your face, and it nodded.

“Ocean... I know I haven’t spoken to you in a while and I miss the island and you and Tefiti and Mom and Maui and...” you stopped, realizing you were ranting and paused for a bit before continuing. “I need you to help me and a friend cross. We need to get to the isle. I know you might feel forgotten for all the years I never spoke to you but I really need this old friend... I always thought about you and really have wanted to talk! I just haven’t had so much time but I love you and I need this... I promise... once it’s all over I’ll come back and we can play hide and seek like the good old days haha...” you finished with teary eyes and a hopeful smile.

Mal watched in amusement at the sentimental scene playing before her. The mass of water inched closer to you and sucked up your

H/C locks into a swirl of water as if to playfully tease you. You giggled and took that as a “yes” and an “I forgive you” urging Mal to edge near so you both could cross.

After introducing the two you had made it closer to the isle and one more step closer to Mal’s happiness. What you didn’t know however was it was also one step closer to revealing who you truly were.

As you were wandering on the shore of the Isle with Mal you began to discuss more of a plan to everything. After bidding farewell to the ocean you both would go to dizzy tremaine’s salon and give Mal a new doo and you some new “blending in” clothes. It was really the only way to not stand out in the giant crowd of thieves and beggars.

When you had finally arrived at the place Mal shared a long over due reunion with the little girl and introduced you to her. She was quite kind to you despite it being the isle and gave you a bunch of leather outfits covered in spikes to make you fit in more. To add a finishing touch she let your hair down, letting some natural curls fall all around you. You thanked her thousands and told Mal you were going to go out and explore to which she warned you to be careful and then let you leave.

Among many annoying sketchy shops you came across while wandering the isle you found something that drew you to it. A voodoo shop. One that could tell things about you that you didn’t even know.

You couldn’t understand why but next thing you knew you were walking inside the green door to the very sketchy shop. As you looked around you saw a very young girl who looked about dizzys age. Once she saw you a smile spread to her face.

“Hello miss! Step right up! Have a seat! I can tell you things you’ve needed to know your whole life” she said with a gleam in her eye. And so you did. You sat in the seat at the red clothed table and watched her intently.

“Pick a card any card!” She exclaimed. “You can’t see the card but I will. I’ll read whatever facts are on the card about your life.” You knew there was no way any of this could be true but you just simply nodded and picked a random card anyway.

“Well miss lets see... Definitely not a princess but definitely not a VK either so more in the middle. Daughter of a Chieftess I’m guessing huh?” She asked. You nodded again.

“Well” she continued, “you like the water and the ocean is a friend of yours. You are really close friends with a certain group of VKs and a certain King may I add. and.... woah! What do we have here! Some family history and drama!”

“W-what? What is it?” You began more curious and curious to know what could possibly be wrong with your family.

“Honey have you ever asked about your father?”

“N-no” you responded. You had always wondered about that. Your mother never seemed like the type to settle down or fall for a guy but yet you were still here somehow.

“Honey I hate to break it to you,” she started. “But your mother isn’t your mother. Your real mother had you and couldn’t keep you and so she tossed you in a basket into the sea. The ocean washed you up on the shore of the island of your mother and that’s where your mother adopted and raised you.”

“W-what!?? But then... who are my real parents! What happened what....” you couldn’t think straight, your mind was a mess of thoughts.

“You’re mother was a kind soul. A Native American named tiger lily born and raised on Neverland. She was a daughter of a great chief as well and fell greatly in love with a man. Eventually this man broke her heart and left her for another girl leaving your mother devastated. When he finally wanted to have some fun again he... I’m so sorry.... he raped your mother and created you... Tiger lily in fear that he would find you and hurt you sent you away to where the ocean saved you.”

You could not breathe! Everything was getting tighter but you just had to know one more thing.

“Who... who was the man?”

“They call him.... Peter Pan.” And with that you were out. You slammed some money on the counter and ran, running as far as you could away from everything. Tears began to spill down your cheeks, the world feeling all too small. You despised your father.. how could he? And how could your mother never tell you? What was happening?!??

You were so focused on every new thought swimming in your head you didn’t notice someone was walking in front of you and you crashed right into them.
