OG anon of the Reborned Desmond in Unity. I'm mighty proud that my ideas spur you fun writing. I'll confess you a secret, I'm also og anons of the ideas I've sent you prior but I don't wanna have you see me aggressive or pushy because I enjoy your content immensely (I had bad experiences of people's harsh words in irl and online on my personality). Anyway, it's similar in Unity idea. What if Desmond is reborned in AC Rogue, like became Shay's childhood friend or Liam's older or younger brother. Or possibly in a time earlier so can Desmond be established in Brotherhood maybe master assassin for Connor's happiness. Haytham's confusion and frustration in some point in the plot that Desmond won't kill him but has a look of a disappointed or pained look of a family member and Lisbon is saved. Desmond and Shay could become platonic soulmates or slow burn childhood friends to lovers (up to you) or better yet Desmond unintentionally became mentor (he was supposed just be an assassin in the background damn it lmao) and Shay is like a bodyguard or right hand which had these intense sexual tension between the two. Sorry for messy and long ask

Ah, well, I don’t see a problem with your personality and I like the ideas you throw at me. To be fair, I do try to limit my time with everyone’s asks to a certain time so I can still write. So if you don’t see an answer, that only means it’s been pushed to next day or something.

Alright, let’s think about how to make this work.

As usual, we’ll keep the same limitation as the Unity AU one

Desmond remembers his life as Desmond Miles

Desmond will have his ancestors’ memories and skills but those memories will be vague

So he either gets reborn as Shay’s childhood friend or Liam’s older/younger brother. Since Liam is Shay’s childhood friend, we can combine the two and make Desmond’s Shay’s childhood friend who is also Liam’s sibling.

Now, according to AC wiki, Liam was Achilles’ first acolyte and it was Liam who also recruited the rest of the Colonial Assassins. He’s pretty much Achilles’ second in command and maybe even being groomed as the next mentor.

In this scenario, Desmond and Liam would both be inducted into the Brotherhood together (whether we keep the whole “Liam’s father got executed to save his son” part of his backstory is up to you, nonny) with Desmond being more of Liam’s shadow. Many will see him as the little bird who whispers in Liam’s ear. Everyone in the Brotherhood knows that if you want Liam on your side, you get Desmond on your side.

We’ll get to Shay later as we need to talk about how Desmond’s inclusion would affect the Colonial Brotherhood as a whole.

Achilles Davenport

Desmond would still remember how Ratonhnhaké:ton thought of him as a father-figure. He also remembers how Achilles sometimes treated Ratonhnhaké:ton like a stubborn child so he has mixed feelings for Achilles. What he does remember is that Achilles’ family would die. Here’s where we get a bit creative with this. Desmond doesn’t have actual medical know-how. What he did had was a Shaun who was more than happy to explain what killed Achilles’ family and how that could have been prevented, which literally boils down to “cleanliness”.

So, in this scenario, Desmond is kind of a clean freak. People assume it’s because he used to live in a dirty place and Liam never tried to correct them that Desmond had always been a clean freak since they were children. The homestead is always clean, especially the kitchen. Achilles learned to live with it because his son loves the ‘wash your hands’ song that Desmond taught him. In this case, Abigail and Connor live and that means that Achilles would be ‘milder’ than his canon characterization. (Maybe Abigail even treats all of Achilles' students like her children as well?)

Hope Jensen

The main difference for Hope in this scenario is how she controls her gangs. Desmond knows it would be impossible to stop crimes from happening but his words and his adherence to the Creed would resonate with Hope. Instead of having something akin to a Proto-Rooks, Hope would be in charge of something similar to how the media portrayed the golden age of the mafia. They’re criminals, yes, and they sell illegal shit but they’re organized and they have a code. They protect the people in their district and take care of crimes not their own. In exchange, the people (and maybe even the police) look the other way when they do illegal stuff. (Hope becomes a mix of Vito Corleone and Red Hood in this scenario… does this mean Desmond accidentally created the mafia in New York during the 18th century?)

Kesegowaase

Not much would change for Kesegowaase although he would consider Desmond as a close friend. They’re also hunting buddies and Kesegowaase would notice how many of Desmond’s movements are very similar to him or to other tribes that he knows of. Desmond would just wave it off as a coincidence or maybe even say “I had a great teacher”. Kesegowaase would seesaw between thinking Desmond had been trained by one of his people (or one of the other tribes) and thinking Desmond may have been blessed by one of their spirits.

Louis-Joseph Gaultier

Oooohhhh bbooyy. This one… okay. So… Gaultier will be the one that keeps butting heads with Desmond. A lot. Desmond would even argue against his inclusion as he sees Gaultier as violent and arrogant but Achilles will argue that his connection with the French army made him invaluable. Even his suggestion of just keeping Gaultier as an ‘ally’ would be denied because Achilles sees how loyal he is. “He is loyal to a master, not to the Creed!” will be Desmond’s main argument. So there are a lot of times that he and Gaultier would argue on what it means to be an Assassin and what the Creed means. Gaultier would emphasize on Desmond’s Irish immigrant heritage to belittle his knowledge about the Creed and Desmond will argue that blood doesn’t matter. On the flip side, Desmond’s constant arguments with Gaultier and critiquing of Gaultier’s actions make all the other Assassins have a better understanding of the Creed and what it means to be an Assassin.

Liam O'Brien

Honestly, I think Desmond should be his younger brother, mainly because that would make Desmond be of a similar age as Shay and because Liam just has big bro-vibes. Just imagine him being a protective older brother who likes to tease Desmond. In this scenario, Liam would feel responsible for Desmond’s safety (especially if we do decide that their father still dies for Liam’s mistakes) and he’s a bit overprotective at times which Desmond finds both tiring and also makes him feel warm inside. Liam would also be torn whenever Desmond and Achilles would butt heads. On one hand, Achilles is like a father to him, on the other hand, Liam also knows his brother long enough to understand that everything Desmond does is for what he believed is right. Achilles may have been the one to choose Liam to be an Assassin but Liam knows that it’s Desmond who embodies what being an Assassin is supposed to be.

And now, we get to Shay Cormac.

Shay met Liam first and Liam was the one to introduce Desmond to him. Desmond has no memories of Shay at all since, even before the memories of his Bleed took a hit, his memories of Haytham stopped before Haytham met Shay. Not only that but Achilles never told Ratonhnhaké:ton anything. All Desmond knew is that the Colonial Brotherhood will be destroyed by the Templars while Ratonhnhaké:ton was young. So he grew up treating Shay as a friend. They separated due to their family situations but Liam later reunites with Shay and invites him to the Brotherhood.

And this is where Shay gets hit.

Growing up, he saw Desmond more as Liam’s little brother. A small kid that Shay needs to keep an eye on because he can be a little strange and has a mischievous streak that no one would believe. Shay has lost count of how many times Desmond had made some asshole’s life hell without anyone realizing it was him.

So when he heard Desmond was one of the high-ranking members of the Brotherhood, he wasn’t surprised. Desmond had always been a sneaky little shit.

Then…

He saw Desmond as a young adult for the first time, maybe while he’s looking over reports Hope was showing him concerning the current situation in New York, and Shay just…

Stared.

Desmond as a child was cute. Maybe a little too thin but that was unfortunately normal for them. He always wore Liam’s old clothes which were too big for him.

But Desmond in his Assassin robes? Wearing clothes that actually fit him? Having grown up into a fit young man?

Shay gets hit hard. And Desmond is simply too happy to see him again to see it.

But Hope notices it.

And Liam freaking notices it too.

And now Shay doesn’t have to just deal with his growing affection for an oblivious Desmond. He has to deal with Hope’s teasing and Liam’s seesawing erratically between teasing him and threatening to eviscerate him. Shay’s crush is going to be the worst kept secret in the homestead that even little Connor Davenport knows about it.

But Desmond doesn’t.

Why?

Because Desmond is too focused dealing with the whole Kenway drama at the moment.

Because no matter who Desmond gets reborn to… He will always prioritize the three men he cared for the most.

And, at this point, Haytham Kenway was already in America (but Desmond has no idea where) and there were even slow ongoing talks of an alliance with Ratonhnhaké:ton’s tribe that Desmond has taken charge of.

And this is where I go back to my try-and-tested idea of Desmond spending lots of time with baby!Ratonhnhaké:ton and being bff with Kaniehtí:io. (*whispers*Ratonhnhaké:ton and Connor Davenport being brothers *whispers*)

But let’s focus on the first part of Rogue for this one.

One way for Desmond to learn that Achilles is messing with Isu bs is thanks to Hope. Hope and Shay were the ones to be ordered to find and analyze the precursor box and either of them could tell Desmond about it but, at this point, Shay is still ‘new’ and may be trying to get some brownie points from Achilles. On the other hand, Hope has long been converted to Desmond’s side and would definitely tell Desmond about all of these because she’s heard of how dangerous these items are from Desmond himself.

Desmond would strongarm his way to being part of the mission and might even sneak into Morrigan as a stowaway and only show himself when they were nearing Lisbon. Thanks to Desmond’s ‘affinity’ with POEs, Lisbon will definitely not happen (hell, we can even use some of the plot points from A Pirate's Son for this part XD) and the second part of Rogue would be changed to Desmond and Shay trying to secure all the other POEs in the manuscript they have.

And… maybe they start getting close during their travels and something develops between them during that time… (nudgenudgenudge)

Sidenote: This is also a bit similar to the idea I was thinking of based on @twitcherpated’s suggestion in AO3 of Desmond being reborn as the actual Connor Davenport. The only difference is that Desmond would be a bit young in that one and won’t be able to stop Lisbon but, even if he’s young, he can still comfort Shay and stop him from doing anything drastic while still in shock.

(Liam O'Brien x Reader)

(A/N); Ollo and welcome to my first Assassin's Creed fic!! I figured whilst stumped on my other WIP's, I should follow the call of my inspiration and write for this underrated man! Do enjoy!

Plot; After Shay is presumed dead, you are left with a choice

Pairings; Liam O'Brien x Reader (Romantic) , Shay Cormac x Reader (Platonic)

Warnings; angst, mature themes, coarse language, suicide attempt (canon), violence, unrequited love, floofity-fluff

The night air was taut with tension and restlessness at Davenport Homestead, an uninvited chill being carried upon the snowy breeze. It was long after midnight, the light of the fire's dying embers dancing across your face and illuminating the trails of tears that were left upon your cheeks.

Your throat was tight and raw from the screams and cries that had ripped from you naught but an hour previous. Blooded nail marks trailed your tremoring hands, your hood brought up to shroud your face from onlookers and the elements.

A hollowing pain sat within your chest, your mind drifting to the horrible events that had taken place earlier on in the evening.

Everything had been peaceful, until Shay��

You winced at the sting of your inner wound stirring, trying to banish the memories of your best friend's death from your mind to no avail.

Shay Cormac had taken his own life after stealing the manuscript from Achilles.

There had been a wild chase, and at the end; his untimely demise. The man you'd looked upon in those moments was the furthest thing from your best friend and you knew that his eyes would haunt you forever.

"That's enough!", Liam's scream halted the younger Irishman, his pistol drawn to hold Shay at gunpoint. Little did you all know, it wouldn't matter.

"Give back the manuscript, Shay!!", Hope begged. "I'm sure Achilles—".

"I cannot!!", Shay's cry cut through the howling wind, the fresh stinging of tears filling his hazel orbs. "I will not let this happen again!! All those souls lost—". He turned to look over the knife-edge upon which he stood, anxiety leaping into your throat at the realization that hit you. "One more hardly matters". He was going to—

"Shay!", you called to him, inching forwards with only the intent to save him; the man who held your heart. The manuscript could be thrown into the depths of the sea for all you cared. You just wanted him back.

The Irishman turned to you then, his chocolate hues trained on you with suspicion, a deep-seated trauma reflecting through them.

"(Y/n)—", Liam tried to coax your return out of fear that Shay in his current state may hurt you. But, your trust was deep for the younger man. Achilles held his arms out to prevent the others from following you.

"Cast that damned book into the ocean", you told him, unconcerned with the consequences that you may face from your mentors. You had to try. Extending your arm outwards with an open palm, you paid no mind to the sharp cold of your hot tears freezing against your skin. "But, don't take your life, Shay. Please step away from the edge. Please".

Whilst he knew your intentions were pure, Shay was unwilling to face the consequences that undoubtedly waited for him upon giving in to you. He would die with the manuscript and his beliefs held intact. He had to ensure that what happened in Lisbon or Haiti would not happen again.

"Take my hand, Shay", you begged, inching your steps to try to close the short distance between you. "Please".

"I'm sorry, (Y/n)", he murmured, your feet moving into a sprint far too late. A shot rang out, Shay's figure falling from the stone ledge whilst he attempted to jump.

"SHAY!!!", your throat burned with the wail that passed through it. You fell to your knees at the cliff's edge, spying only the rough seas, icebergs and sharp rocks below. Shay was gone, his image burned into every crevice of your mind.

Various cries tore from your lungs, two strong arms winding around your midsection to pull you from the dangers waiting below. Liam.

"He's gone, (Y/n)!!".

"NO!! NO!!", you shouted, the taller man turning you to be flush against his chest. You fought his touch, trying to break from the stronger hold he had upon you.

Your eyes were clouded and blurred with tears, barely able to spy the gentle kindness that sat within his own. Despite your flailing and blubbering, Liam held your face steady and attempted to hush you.

It all fell to tatters, however; when you spied smoke rising from the barrel of Chevalier's gun.

Shoving yourself from the Irishman's arms, you marched towards the Frenchman naught but a few feet away. "You killed him!! You bastard!!", you spat, Liam quick to pursue you once you gripped onto the older man. "It was you!! You bastard!!".

After landing a few hits against him, your hands were forcibly pulled from Chevalier's overcoat, the Frenchman grinding out his mutual distaste for you from between his forked teeth, "Va te faire enculer! Putain!!".

"(Y/n), stop!!", Liam yelled, Achilles nodding for your counterpart to bring you away from the situation at hand.

It was true; you loved Shay. At the best of times, he was a man who was rather hard to love. Rough around the edges, irresponsible, immature. But, he was lighthearted, humourous and easygoing.

Oftentimes, you were guilty of laughing at the colourful digs or arguments he made at your mentors, or the failed attempts he made to woo other women.

The one thing that set you from him was his inability to see you how you viewed him. He never loved you back. You knew.

You knew when he would gawk at Hope, you knew when he would ruffle your hair like a child or talk openly about other suitors. His heart never belonged to you. It was agony at times.

But, there was also Liam.

Kind, warm, supportive Liam.

Having known him from your youth, the bald Irishman had mentored both yourself and Shay thoughout your lives, despite not being much older than yourselves.

You would be lying if you said you weren't the slightest bit taken by him.

Liam's protectiveness and respectful nature both attracted you deeply. Always, he would await your say-so in marksman practice, hovering those strong hands above your own until he was certain that you were consensual to his guiding touch and whispers.

Even on his worst day, did Liam always have patience and words of encouragement for you. "Bluebird" and "my favourite marksman", were names for you that often tumbled merrily from his lips, leaving you frequently flushing hot beneath your skin.

Liam was a man easy to love and had always been there for you, consistently leaving you torn between your yearnings for both young Irishmen.

Now you were torn between something different entirely.

Steps crunching in the snow broke your focus from the icicles settling into the ground, a steaming beverage being offered to you within your peripheral. You spared only a glance at it before turning your gaze to the detailed ridges of the log on which you sat.

"If you're not going to eat, please drink something at the very least", Liam's familiar Irish brogue was mellowed down to a feathersoft gentleness that had your eyes gathering tears once more.

Your throat was tight, anxiety harping it's way into your pained heart.

You had to tell him.

With a quiver to your lip, you had only two words on your mind. The hardest two words you'd ever speak to him.

"I'm leaving". You regretted the words as soon as you'd spoken them, bracing yourself for the worst in the uneasy silence that fell between you both.

"You're what??", his voice was an astonished whisper. The disbelief in his tone and the way his words broke whilst he spoke them wounded the tethers of your already broken heart further. Your silence left him at a loss, a panic seeming to rise up within him. "What are you on about, (Y/n)?".

"The Brotherhood", you replied with an unusual amount of cold that had hurt flickering into those blue hues once you had the courage to meet them. "Between leaving and staying, I'm torn. We've lost our way, Liam. I see that now".

Despite the words of argument that threatened to boil over from within him, Liam kept himself composed and listened intently when you continued,

"We are not what we were before. We've become desperate. So much so, that now we resort to destroying cities to gain even a slither of power. And I want no part in it".

"(Y/n)—", the Irishman gaped. "You cannot just leave the Brotherhood! You swore an oath to the Creed! To save the world, don't you remember??".

"And I suppose you're going to stop me, Liam?", you challenged, standing to match his height. The fury and hurt that poured through your eyes was carried from the very depths of your soul and couldn't be masked from him.

"That's the second time you've underestimated me tonight", he murmured, his surity meeting to combat your resolve perfectly.

"Are you going to kill me too?? Like Chevalier—". You choked up before the words could leave you, your eyes drifting from Liam to the fading lights of the Homestead in the distance.

"No", his head shook, gathering your unyeilding stare once more. "But, if you think for a second that I'll let you leave without a fight, (Y/n); you are sorely mistaken".

A sigh that stilled his inner rage passed through his nostrils, Liam's ocean blues travelling the features of your face with a kind softness. "Shay wasn't in his right mind and neither are you right at this very moment! You're making a mistake, (Y/n)! You're a good person. The Brotherhood needs you!". You marked the apprehension in his demeanour when his voice cracked with the words that followed. "I need you".

For a moment, you were in a state of disbelief of your own. Never had Liam shown this kind of vulnerability to you, always poising himself to be the strong and independent mentor the Brotherhood needed. That you needed. Yet, not even that could make him falter now.

"I know that you are grieving over, Shay. But, I've also lost a person I care about tonight!", the Irishman insisted, your keen eyes able to spy the tears welling up within his own. "And I'll be damned if I'm losing another!".

"Liam—", you started, only to have him cut in,

"I love you, alright?!". Just like that, his words completely melted your resolve. Stunned from the confession, your gaze searched Liam's for the chance that he was being dishonest or that you may have misheard him. You found neither.

"I love you", he repeated softer this time. The gentle brushing of his hand hovering by your own set goosebumps ablaze within your skin, drawing your gaze to the hope glimmering in the soft blue of his eyes. "I've always loved you, (Y/n). Perhaps, even before I knew what love was".

For the briefest of seconds, you became sharply aware of the details within Liam's gentle complexion and the misting of his breaths in the air; realising you were a heartbeat's distance from him. "If you stay, I know that we can make the Brotherhood a better place. Together". His hand was open to you, restraining from holding your own despite his constant urge to offer you solace. "What do you say??".

With your words dying in your throat, you reached for the nape of his neck, tugging his head forwards to seal the short gap between you both. Liam's breaths stammered within his chest, his lips flushed with a warmth that felt searing against your cooler skin.

His calloused hands pulled you to be cradled against him, your own bracing on the broadness of his chest. Every brush of his lips was a delicate caress, tasting of the salt from the tears you both had wept. Your heated breaths mingled in your concentrated passion, the Irishman reluctant to lose your touch.

Weaving his fingers with your own, Liam finally drew back to rest his forehead against yours, seemingly breathless. There was a rasp in his voice when he laughed, mumbling, "I'll take that as a yes".

"Good". Pressing another brief kiss to the Irishman's now swollen lips, a laugh to mirror his own slipped from you, "Because I love you too". Both of you marked it as perhaps your shared first steps to healing from Shay's death. Together.

Chapter One: The Freshman Gang's POV

It was a lovely day in the city, the gang all had graduated from Hartfied and living in their new lives. Mikaylyn and her friends are living happily in their lives since graduation. Right now seems like the group all had been reunited in a buffet restaurant after a while last time they all met up. Everyone seems like having a good time by talking and having fun conversation. Some conversations were deep as continuing to have a conversation.

"Hey guys! Check this out!" Chris says as he showed his phone to everyone at the table.

It was a news article about King Liam Rys and Will Williams together. Mikaylyn and Sumi looked into Chris's phone and both realized that Will was getting married. Everyone else was invested about them while Sumi and Mikaylyn overthinks this, they used to have a trio with Will but when he had to leave their state to Cordonia, they kind of stopped talking to each other but they were still considered friends despite that.

"Man.. How has it been?" Mikaylyn ask as looking at Sumi.

"I think.. like a year or two?" Sumi answered.

"Wait about what?" Zig asked.

Mikaylyn sigh then takes a deep breath.

"Me and Sumi used to know Will actually. He is still our friend but when he moved to Cordonia, it kind of changed and we all stopped talking to each other." Mikaylyn explains.

Zig wrapped an arm around Mikaylyn's waist and gives her a reassuring smile. He then talks to Mikaylyn his sweet tone as looking into her eyes while holding her hand rubbing it with his thumb as he tighten her waist a little bit.

"I'm sure he still remembers you or us since Will met me before but look Mikay... It will be okay amor just remember he still is the same annoying man we knew." Zig says in an amusement trying to light up Mikaylyn's mood by saying his banter jokes about Will. It worked though, Mikaylyn chuckled a little and smiled then looks at Zig smiling.

"Yeah... You're right Zig.. I have nothing to worry.." Mikaylyn says in her normal tone that everyone knows her for.

Zig nods his head and he softly smiles, "That's my girl." Zig says in his sweet tone.

"Hey! I got an idea! We should totally go see Cordonia." Zack says with a grin.

Everyone stared at Zack with a shock, surprise and disbelief look on their faces. Like they think what Zack just said was either a stupid idea or is he actually crazy. The slience tells it all then a few minutes later Becca speaks up first.

"Uhm. I think you are insane or double insane because huh?!" Becca says in her reaction of confused and conflict with disappointed facial expression.

"For once, seconded because you know we are literally asking for a death wish and seeing a king and his people or friends that are literally well known everywhere!" Tyler says.

"Okay. but Mikaylyn is famous and she has no problem with it." Zack says being defensive.

Mikaylyn then spoke up, "Zack, there is a difference with being well known writer and heroes in a kingdom. I think you are crazy for going to Cordonia, like.. there's no way we'll be accepted!" Mikaylyn stated.

"Okay but like do you have any other ideas?" Zack said with a pointed look at Mikaylyn.

"Okay but at least we gotta let Will know that this is happening." Kaitlyn stated.

"I got it." Mikaylyn said as she got her phone out then texted Will.

It took a few minutes and after Mikaylyn putted her phone away, she looked at her friends and husband.

"Well.. Will said we can go to Cordonia in a week for his wedding with the king." Mikaylyn stated.

"But... is the King like going to be okay with it?.. More likely I am nervous of meeting the other members there.." Abbie says nervously.

"I meannn if I can meet the all time badass Olivia Nevrakis, that would be cool so I am down to give a kingdom a visit." Becca says in a small smirk on her face.

"Sooo am I a genius now?" Zack says grinning.

"I think this might be fun for all of us!" Chris says.

"Sure... But we never know what is going to happen so I say it'll be a experience.." James says.

"I guess we'll see each other at the airport next Wednesday?" Kaitlyn ask.

Everyone nods their head in agreement.

As time went on, the dinner was over and everyone say their good byes. They all went into their separate ways, Mikaylyn and Zig headed to their car to drive home. It only took them like ten minutes to reach home. Zig parked the car in the driveway and stopped the engine. He then unlock the car for both Zig and Mikaylyn to walk out of the car and head inside. Mikaylyn gets out of the passenger seat as Zig does the same of the driver seat. They both linked their arms together and walks towards their house. They both then walk inside their house as Mikaylyn unlock the house door with the key. The couple took their time to be ready for bed since it was almost like 8:45 Pm at this time. When they finished getting ready for bed, they both hopped onto the bed and were now cuddling for a little while as talking to each other.

"What do you think about Cordonia and I mean be totally honest with me.." Mikaylyn spoke as holding onto Zig as looking at him.

"My honest opinion? I think it'll look beautiful and fancy." Zig answers.

Mikaylyn chuckled to Zig's answer.

"Of course hehe, I did not expect a different answer." Mikaylyn said smiling at Zig.

"Okay but babygirl think about this, I mean we are literally going to meet Will's future husband and his other friends there. It's like, we are meeting celebrities basically-" Zig said in his normal tone of reaction but bit shocking.

"Okay fair but you kind of know Liam but we have not met like you know everyone else like... Drake, Maxwell, Hana and Olivia." Mikaylyn stated.

"But we should see how this goes for all of us eh?" Mikaylyn added.

"Mhm but well we should sleep amor.." Zig says.

"Yeah alright.. Good night Mi querido esposo." Mikaylyn grins as she gives Zig one last kiss.

Zig grinned back at Mikaylyn and responded, "Good night Mi amada esposa." Zig kissed Mikaylyn's lips softly before laying down on the bed with his arms wrapped around Mikaylyn.

Mikaylyn wrapped her arm around Zig's neck and falling asleep in his embrace. Zig does the same as he leans in closer pressed his side on Mikaylyn's peacefully now sleeping.

Time Skip: A Week Later At The Airport

Mikaylyn, Zig and their friends all met up in the airport with their bags packed, they all did the security gate and together as a group. When they went through the security, they all go walk together. Mikaylyn and Zig are holding hands, Abbie and James are holding hands as well while everyone else just talk and walk side by side.

"Okay.. so what number was our gate again?.." Sumi ask.

"I think.. Gate 9?" Tyler answers.

"Actually um.. Will texted me yesterday and told me that.. Liam was nice enough to helps us by getting into his private plane.." Mikaylyn stated.

Everyone stopped in their tracks and looked at Mikaylyn, even Zig who is still holding her hand was even shocked.

"I'm sorry. Did you just say... PRIVATE?!" Zack shouts in shock.

"Zack!!" Mikaylyn tried to calm him down.

"Wait.. Are you serious?.." Becca and James both ask at the same time in their shock tone.

Mikaylyn showed everyone her phone of the text message from Will. Everyone was stunned to speak.

"Okay.. This is already scaring me.." Kaitlyn says.

"Uh girl? You mean this is great!!" Becca says.

"I never thought we would go in a private plane.. the only fancy good thing is first class and I always did not want to take first class-" Zig said in shock tone.

"Well... Let's go enjoy the hell out of it!" Abbie says.

Everyone nods their heads and agrees by cheering

The group all spent their time just doing last minute things on their phones and and devices before they all head to the airplane as walking towards the private plane gate. As soon everyone sees the plane in front of them they all stopped and looks at them with their mouth dropped.

"Okay.. Will was not joking.." James stated.

"I still can't believe that this is real.." Tyler says.

"Seconded.." Chris added.

"Well let's go guys!" Zack said excitingly as going into the plane first.

Everyone stared at each other then all head inside the plan one by one. They all taken their seats and waited for the take off. The whole plane trip was kind of fun since a lot of things to eat and drink including good signal as well so everyone could go on their phones if they needed to. Zack and Tyler were playing video games on their switches. Becca was reading a magazine as Kaitlyn was listening to music. Sumi is drawing while Chris was reading a book. Abbie and James were cuddling in their seats taking a nap. Mikaylyn and Zig were holding onto each other as looking through the window while drinking some soda.

"I never seen the ocean this big since the last time we traveled after Japan.." Mikaylyn stated.

"Yeah me either.. I never thought Cordonia would change my opinion of that besides Japan..' Zig adds.

The rest of the flight was more smoothing than what everyone thought. It was also kind of an over night flight so everyone fell asleep in the plane on their seats as the sun went down.

The next day though, the plane was landing in the Cordonia's private space for the plane to land, The gang realized that they made it to Cordonia.. One by one everyone gets up and walk out of the plane carefully to not bump into each other. As everyone walks out of the place. They all admire Cordonia and how beautiful the kingdom looks.

"This is it..." Mikaylyn says as she held ZIg's hand.

Okay so I have t/m/a on the brain and I'm curious: Which of the Fears would each of your OCs serve and/or which would they be most afraid of? Feel free to say why, too, if you have the energy because I would LOVE to know

OK HERE WE GO, this is probably going to be long and rambling so I'll do a cut so people not into TMA dont have a wall of text on their dash XD

also if people have their own insights let me know!

Gabriel - I feel Fessor would be very much drawn to the Lonely given his childhood, who he grew up being different, his issues with his father. I think he'd both serve and fear it, like the Lonely would totally try seeking him out. He doesn't have many friends at Davenport and even his time with Michael he was seen as his "odd boyfriend". I know the Lonely is an anecdote for depression and I bet espc after Michael broke his heart, Gabriel would have either been consumed by it or become an Avatar had Liam not been there. Eye would be another, he's definitely marked by it being a professor, a bookworm and loves learning but Lonely in the end would beat it out.

Liam - He'd totally serve the Vast. As close to agoraphobic as he is, his issue is mostly with people, he likes being outside by himself (or with Gabriel) with no one around, he loves the water. I mean he's also my own projection and I serve the Vast XD But yeah wide open spaces are for him, plus he does like roller coasters! So he'd fear the Buried but not in a normal claustrophobic way, he hate being crushed by people around him, being put in social situations he can't escape. That kind of buried feeling. Also Corruption a bit only cuz Liam is a clean freak. It's something I could see begin to push him in obsession if it wanted to consume him. Let's also throw End in here given how much his dad's death affected him.

Aiden - I think they're very Web. Not saying he's a manipulator but they like being in control, being the center of attention. She can work a room like no one else. Aiden wants all eyes on them and everyone eating out of their palm. So yeah Web XD Would totally fear the Corruption, mostly the dirt/disgust side, I mean he has an image to uphold, no messy runways, no dirt or grime! He's obv not a clean freak but image is very important and anything to spoil that they wouldn't like.

Barrett- Given he's a lawyer, probably would serve the Eye, since lawyers generally need to know a lot of information and just being able to "know" it would save a lot of time XD. God I'm not sure what'd he'd fear cuz I'm nearly positive once in an ask I said what his fears was/were and I can't find it so I dont know if I imagined it or not XD For the sake of this I'd probably say Web (which is funny considering Aiden) because it is a loss of control and he's my type A, workaholic so loosing control of something would be a fear of his, being manipulated, etc. So weird that I picked those for Aiden and Barrett XD

Colin - my germaphobe totally fears the Corruption XD I mean do I have explain why? He's got an immune system worse then Gabriel and Ambrose's, has a cleaning service, boxes of tissues everywhere and rules for River to adhere too XD He's not gonna do well around anything dirty or illness spreading. As for serve, as a joke since he's a food critic Id say Flesh but lets not go there XD Honestly for Colin I cant really think of one he'd outright serve, I think he'd be consumed than serve.

River - ok this is a toughy.... possibly Eye cause he likes to read and gain knowledge but not enough where he'd be compelled to do it. God maybe River would be like Smirke and Leitner who dance around the Fears but never is taken by one XD Or he's Joshua Gillespie and just doesn't notice. Yes I like that for him XD

Noll - HA oh man, this one is gonna be fun. Alcohol is his crutch so he's very Web, he needs that control over him. MAG 172 with Francis is like the perfect example of Noll. Except he doesn't try to do better. He'd definitely serve it as long as it provided him bourbon. A healthy pairing of serving and fear. Also he'd probably fear the Spiral, only cuz so much has happened to him and epsc when you're drunk you can't always trust what you see. Lonely fits in there too and Stranger, he's definitely marked by it. He's several fears in jeans and a tshirt XD

Ren - He 100% fears the Desolation. I mean a fire burned down his family's gallery and permanently damaged his lungs. He has a very healthy fear of fire and who can blame him? Honestly next to Colin his fear was probably the easiest to determine. As for serving, I'd say either Eye or Web. He's smart, quite manipulative (good god is this a theme in my OCs???), wants to impress the right people, definitely doesn't want his secrets known to others. Eye and Web can fight over him.

naquele momento, eleanor nada mais desejava que aprender a desaparecer com um estalar de dedos. se apresentar na temporada social como uma participante ativa era uma coisa para a qual acreditava estar preparada, imaginando que seria muito mais agradável ter certo livre arbítrio que somente aparecer no casamento com um nobre aleatório e de outro país que sua mãe escolhesse como seu futuro marido. e estava até desejando voltar atrás e deixar que a rainha assumisse as rédeas novamente. não aguentava mais a sensação de estar constantemente cercada por abutres que só queriam entrar na família real, que insistiam a todo custo de manter contato com ela e a importunava de todas as maneiras possíveis. ouvir lorde davenport discursar a fazia querer sair correndo a toda velocidade, e não conseguia simplesmente ir embora: toda vez que tentava se despedir e se afastar para ir a qualquer outro canto do jardim em que o baile acontecia, liam davenport parecia fazer questão de segui-la e ignorar tudo o que estava falando. poderia ter chamado os guardas e dar um jeito naquela situação, mas não queria parecer que não conseguia lidar com os seus próprios problemas sozinha. muito menos criar uma cena para todos os convidados. estava completamente desconfortável e era extremamente custoso para eleanor esconder como queria se enfiar no chão. “ah, olha lá o braddock.” o escutou mencionar alexander e desviou a atenção para o rosto conhecido, ignorando o que o duque estava falando ao seu lado. não queria lidar com ele ainda. mas, ao mesmo tempo, era a única esperança que tinha de se livrar daquela situação detestável na velocidade da luz - e esperava que ele percebesse que estava desesperada ao chamá-lo: “lorde braddock! estava mesmo para avisar o lorde davenport que rpecisava encontrá-lo. pronto para a nossa dança?.” abriu um sorriso falso, praticamente gritando: me ajuda.

Now, this has been in my head for a bit;

But what if Ziio married Haytham and Ratonhnhaké:ton was raised as a Templar? (Feel free to give him another sibling or two, as well. ^^)

Sibling!Desmond as well, cause not. XD

Also, let's throw Mrs Davenport and Conner Davenport into this as well, say they survived typhoid fever. Would Conner Davenport be trained as an Assassin?

(I'm totally not asking because I lowkey wanna make Laura a Templar now XD)

(It’s no bother. I actually feel a bit bad since I’m like… 10ish days late on asks and 2ish months late on reblogs/replies XD)

Let’s go for the funny things first.

Charles Lee will become Ratonhnhaké:ton and his siblings’ reluctant emergency babysitter. There is no escape. This is his fate. Charles Lee is that annoying ‘uncle’ that sucks up to their father too much so they don’t like him.

Shay could be everyone’s favorite uncle but I doubt it since we’re keeping Abigail and Connor alive. One of the hints that Achilles wasn’t fit to be the mentor was the conversation Shay and Liam had about how the death of his family changed him. Also, I stand by my headcanon that Abigail acted like everyone’s mother and she helped kept Achilles grounded and reminded him to not be brash. So there’s a high possibility that Shay wouldn’t defect in this one but would probably become distant with the Brotherhood due to Lisbon, acting more like a Rogue Assassin that focuses on making sure any Isu-related devices wouldn’t be used by either faction. So Shay could be an uncle of sort but more like ‘that annoying man who keeps getting in everyone’s way’.

Connor Davenport would definitely be an Assassin and might even be trained by Shay himself (although it’s more possible that he’d be trained by his father, Hope and Liam). He would also inherit the Aquila and, if Shay doesn’t become a Templar, he’d see Adéwalé as his sailing instructor as well.

Now, Ratonhnhaké:ton and Laura would have no problem becoming Templars. Hell, they could have looked up to their father and wanted to follow his footsteps. Even if Kaniehtí:io had reservations about it, she wouldn’t stop them from following their desires, only stopping them long enough to remind them to always think about their actions and taking responsibility of the consequences of their actions. The Templars in this one would definitely side with the tribes because Haytham is not impartial anymore and none of the Templars would disagree with him.

And that’s where we will hammer in the angst. Because the youngest of the Kenway children is Desmond Kenway and he remembers his life as Desmond Miles. Becoming a Templar would feel like a betrayal not only to the memories of Altaïr and Ezio but of the Assassin Ratonhnhaké:ton. He loves his family, he truly does, but there are many times when he wondered if this life of theirs was better than the life Ratonhnhaké:ton had back in the original timeline. Sure, he had lost his mother and he was forced to kill his father but… would the world truly be better if he lets the Templar take over America?

Can he truly kill the Assassins trying to stop them? (Even if some of them were dealing with the morally dubious part of the cities?)

Honestly, this can go either way with Desmond. Either he followed the path of the Templar to change it form the inside, becoming a beacon to the moderate Templars like Monsieur de la Serre and his cohorts in Paris and pushing for peace with the Assassin (which will lead him to be in conflict with Haytham who doesn’t believe that the two faction would ever be at peace) or he leaves the family he loves and becomes an Assassin to stand against them (and maybe having some kind of “are we allies? Are we enemies? What are we???” relationship with Connor Davenport).

Either way, there’s gonna be Kenway drama and it’s definitely going to be because of Desmond Kenway.

(sidebar: even if Desmond becomes a Templar, he would definitely have a “are you my enemy or are you trying to help me???” relationship with Connor Davenport, mainly because he still remembers the sadness Ratonhnhaké:ton felt when he heard of how Achilles lost everything and because Connor Davenport is pretty much the most acceptable Assassin in America at the moment. Laura and Ratonhnhaké:ton would definitely mistake this to some kind of forbidden love, no matter what Desmond says. Haytham would stress that he isn’t mad that Desmond likes men, just disappointed that Desmond likes an Assassin. Kaniehtí:io believes Desmond doesn’t have any romantic feelings for Connor Davenport but also she enjoys seeing her family get overworked by something like this.)
