由4月開始，我就放棄了運動，回歸平常任食不動的狀態。當時有起息，做一個10mins abs workout 是大汗超爽⋯一直覺得這来樣下不行，不想痛苦老死。想穿甚麼就穿甚麼。
今天開始做abs workout…一半已升天，腹部也筋肉痛。若能保持，就不會跌到谷底再回來。我很後悔。
運動，有些東西是要持續，不能放下，就好像每天食飯大便一樣。

Every relationship, good or bad, is a life lesson that you can grow from. You have not lost anything by losing someone who no longer wishes to be in your life. Instead, you gain an opportunity to grow personally, and invite positive energy into your life! You know you are a beautiful soul, with a kind heart, who loves fiercely, and trust me when I say that there are people out there who will see that about you. As painful as heartbreak can be, you will come out of it stronger than ever before, and pay attention, because you will also learn things about yourself that you may not have known.
I want to share with you what I have learned so far from my relationships in this life. I learned how crucial it is to truly be yourself in every situation, and how important it is to keep yourself as a separate entity from the relationship. I learned that practicing daily self-care isn’t being selfish, but that it is a necessity for a relationship to remain healthy. I have also learned a valuable lesson in standing up for myself, and I learned what love is not. I learned the art of stepping back and observing who someone really is, by paying attention to their actions and the effort given, instead of relying on their words. I also learned that people do not love you just because you have love for them. I learned a greater sense of self-awareness, and what I’m looking for in a partner. Most importantly, I now know my worth, and I will never again settle for anything less than what I deserve.

Sadly it is true that you tend to learn more from disagreeable things than from pleasant ones.
In addition, your WILL to improve such situations is vastly increased. If you are unhappy, you have FAR more desire to fight against that unhappiness, than you do to improve a life that is already going (even relatively) well.
If life is not at its best right now.... Don't sit in a mire of despondency - fight, learn from it, and make your own future success!
