Happy Cinco De Mayo! This is my pressure cooker Keto beef chili, 4.5 net carbs per cup➡️scroll for macros and read for recipe🥘💃🎉 add avocado to even out that fat ratio per cup and you'll be good. Or sour cream. INGREDIENTS 32oz stew meat 16oz beef 2-16oz cans diced tomatoes One medium red bell pepper 1tbsp onion powder 1 heaping tsp curry 1/4th cup red chili powder 1 heaping tbsp purreed garlic 1.65 cups broth 1/2tbsp smoked paprika 3tbsp oregano Lots of pink salt, maybe 2 to 3 tsp Maybe half a tbsp pepper 2 bay leaves Sprinkle of cayenne powder Sprinkle of Cajun seasoning Sprinkle of Kirkland signature organic no salt seasoning. DIRECTIONS -Brown the meat ahead of time for 15 minutes in the pressure cooker. -add all of the ingredients -set to pressure cooker and "beef" _set timer for 35 minutes -press stop and do a natural release for 15 min or until steam is out. This is the best chili I've ever made in my entire life, ENJOY! Keto Reminder: Pink salt is great for helping with energy while fasting and keto: Being on a ketogenic diet I supplement w/ pink salt daily, 1& 3 grams (1-3 tsp) depending on if I have a sedentary day or workout. On a keto diet, your glucose levels lower because of your low carb diet, then your insulin hormone lowers & signals hormones via renin-angiotensin - aldosterone system, in the kidneys, to excrete more water - i.e. you lose all your electrolytes, all the time, bc you don't retain water, so you have to replenish constantly.
