Ok. I have a random question. Going on the basis that Rappa joined the Hassaikai before pops was put in a coma, how do you think the two would interact?

In my version of canon, at least, I honestly don't think they'd interact much at all--in my mind Pops knows very little about the Precepts/Kai's 'side' of the Hassaikai (or Kai at all). If they did interact, possibly through either Rappa wandering over to the 'main' Hassaikai base (as opposed to Kai's mostly-underground wing) or Pops wandering into Kai's wing, I think that he'd be kind of surprised and off-kilter from actually meeting someone Kai had taken under his wing, and from talking with Rappa about the rest of the Precepts would be a little surprised that they seem to be both so devoted to Kai and so...well, normal. Happy, even. Pops would probably end up reevaluating some of his assumptions about his adopted son, and Rappa would go back and tell the other Precepts about it and something about that--whether it was something Rappa said about Pops or what he said or Kai's reaction to finding out that Rappa talked to Pops--would probably make the rest of the Precepts seriously concerned.

As for personality, Rappa would probably think that Pops was boring and stuck-up, if nice about it, and Pops would likely be a bit overwhelmed from Rappa's boisterous-ness and general overbearing and enthusiastic presence. He'd also find Rappa's general dismissiveness of authority uncomfortable and yet morbidly impressive, and wonder just how someone like that could live as long as he has underneath Chisaki's command. They wouldn't be antagonistic towards each other, but I don't think they'd like each other as people.

Idk remember the last time i posted but like--- I'm back!! With rappa headcanons of his past!!!

• so he grows up in a strict household and his parents are expecting him to grow up academically and become a doctor or something

•when his quirk roles in he develops a sense of wanting to use his quirk, but overtime it grows into an obsession of fighting. He starts fights in school and after the 10th time of his parents going into the principal's office they decided to home school

•this didn't work out though. He'd mostly beat up the tutors without fail. Eventually he started stealing money from his parents and he used it to bribe a tutor to let him go out without telling his parents

• oneday he just happens to stumble upon the underground masquerade fighting ring. He goes in to find a fight going on and stares in awe as a fighter completely crushes his openent. He come back day aftee day to see the fights

• months pass and oneday when he watching some guy bumped into him and wanted to start a fight with him. Rappa doesn't back down an starts it up soon peoole starts to surrond them

• it goes on until someone breaks up the fight. It's the same guy that he saw the first time he came here. The masquerade champion. He breaks up the fight and drags rappa outside sparing the other guy

• he tells rappa to go home that this ain't no place for a kid. 17 yrs old rappa ain't happy and yells at the guy saying he could have finished the fight himself. Rappa challenge him to a fight but he refuses saying it wouldn't be fair as rappa is already injured

• he explains his code of honor to rappa and offers him the chance to train under him and teach him properly. Rappa agrees and comes back everyday to learn

•they champion grows to be rappas father/mentor figure and he spends years fighting. By then rappas like 23yrs old and has ran away from home and his parents aint too happy about this.

• they report to the heroes that their son has been kidnapped and they get sent after him. His mentor fights and almost wins but then he gets shot and stabbed repeatedly. This is heartbreakinglu traumatizing for rappa

• he then dedicates his life to fighting in the ring. He will not spare anyone at all and qill give them a fight to the death. But then overhaul enters the fight. He uses his quirk to win and rappa us not happy.

•He did not want to lose this way. He wants to die an honourable death and go out fighting. So rappa joins the shie hassaikai just to duel with overhaul. And will not stop until overhaul kills him with his bear hands

•he has a pet snapping turtle, dont ask me why

•he secretly loves sweets and baking

How about an AU where Kendou Rappa is Izukus uncle, who trains him how to fight and teaches him about the underworld from a young age. Later on he also helps Eri and leaves her with his Sister Inko.

Inko is sure that her brother Kendo is a criminal but he's good to her and Izuku so she doesn't really care.

Since Kendo only really cares about getting a good fight, he gifts most of his prize fight money to Inko and Izuku, leaving them both decently well off.

Kendo's training is harsh but not cruel, and Izuku is quite physically capable for his age. Kendo knows what someone can and should take in training and not to push it. Eventually these lessons start including details about the underworld, which as an aspiring Hero, Izuku finds extremely useful

Kendo has a strong sense of honor, and would never go behind Overhaul's back, or ambush him, or anything like that. But he was left in charge of Eri for a day, so... And besides, if Overhaul is pissed he might get that rematch that he wants.

Thanks to his training with Uncle Kendo, Izuku can get One For All earlier and would have a better grasp on it right away thanks to his experience.

-How he could’ve ever ended up with someone like you is a mystery to him and everyone around you two. The two of you are like night and day. He’s wild, impulsive, brutish. You’re reserved, very graceful, someone that should’ve turned their nose up at the first site of him. Honestly he’s scared you’ll get enough of him and turn tail at the first chance you get. However, you seem to be never deterred from him no matter how out of control he gets. If anything, you’re probably the reason why he’s tried to control himself more these days. Even Chisaki sees a noticeable difference with the way Kendo has been acting. He’s afraid not of you, but to lose you. If you had the time then you’d take it to reassure him that you love him as himself. Afterwards you finally see that fear start to slowly leave his eyes. Lucky for him since he hates all that insecurity he’d been feeling lately!

~Overhaul~

-Wouldn’t you know it but this man feels as though he’s the perfect match for you and vice versa. If anything, he’s probably the one that chased you first. I suspect you didn’t have the time for some street thug to pursue the likes of you. Unfortunately for you, he was willing to play the long game. So day and night for a bout a YEAR straight, he attempted to get at you, to capture you heart as his. The way he sees is that you’re his first and only love. He’s already mentally made plans to turn you into a yakuza wife/husband/partner. He won’t really take no for an answer. It’s a good thing courting never boiled over. Eventually he was just barely able to woo you. After that, the rest was history! The two of you became a power couple within the Hassaikai. With you having the attitude and mannerisms that you did, it wasn’t hard for the others to respect you. Honestly a lot of the lower men end up respecting you more than they do for Chisaki. He’s not pleased with that but there’s no way in hell he’d try to display dominance when it comes to you. You made it clear from the moment you accepted his hands that you wanted to be equals and that you’d never be below him. He’s accepted this by now.

~Chronostasis~

-Like Rappa, he’s a bit insecure when it comes to you. Compared to him you’re like gold and he’s like a dirty little lump of coal. Nothing but a common gangster trying to woo a socialite. He felt like you’d belonged with someone in a nice home with a LOT more money than he could ever hope to have. It’s lucky for him that you didn’t see it that way. He’s one of the only people you had a soft spot for. You can be a bit snobby and snappish with others but with him it’s different. You love him and it means everything to him to know how you feel about him in all honesty. You also let him know that you’d kill for him but that’s a story for a different time lol. With you he feels like he could somewhat aim for an image of a better man. He even tries to dress up more but you remind him that you like him better when he wears those hoodies all the time. Aside from this, you don’t always get the best reputation from others. A lot of people tend to put down on him at a chance for getting with you. It takes the two of you together to shut it down. He should feel like he’s much tougher but not when he’s seen you chew someone out the way you did. He makes sure to never get on your bad side.
