For the anon who asked for a Treasure Planet descendant, here's Isobel! (Named her after RL Stevenson ‘s step-daughter) she’s the daughter of Jim and Katherine Blake, Jim’s love interest from the cancelled Treasure Planet sequel, a fellow cadet he would have met at the Interstellar Academy. I feel like Isobel is less a spacer then a scholar, picture a Jane Porter mixed with Evie O’Connell but for space, actually archaeological adventures in space sounds amazing, we could really flesh out the universe of Treasure Planet that way, maybe link back to ancient Earth and such and how humanity branched out into a wider galaxy/explore various alien civilizations and such. Plus like, ancient space mummy curses 👌🏻

she actually took so long to nail down because I kept comparing her to Amelia when they are CLEARLY different subspecies. I finally just started drawing her face more like a lion king character and ironically that made her immediately more human and appealing. Mostly just tying the original concepts into something more solid, but I AM changing her body type to fit her face better. Also what's the point if she's not strong enough to pick Jim up like a little baby
