✧『Summary』: Jotaro gets the idea to bring you with him on his trip to Morioh as a way of cheering you up and bringing you out of your depression.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Jotaro didn’t know how to help you at the moment. You seemed very depressed at the current situation and since he loves you, he’s felt obligated to help cheer you up. He knew why you were depressed but had a hard time saying something first about it.
It was Jolyne.
It’s been a long time since you’ve seen her. Maybe a few years, actually. The situation was devastating and Jotaro could only imagine how a mother must feel.
You went through pregnancy for essentially nothing.
Now, you lay in bed during your breaks, completely consumed by your declining mental health.
While working for the Speedwagon Foundation, Jotaro had gotten his degree in Marine biology and was a proud Marine Biologist. Usually, one would think he’s too busy with his work and studies but the SWF made taking time off 1000% easier so that he could get down to the bottom of the locations of the Stand arrows.
His next destination was Morioh, Japan. There was supposed to be an arrow there and not only that but after taking a look at his family tree, he had an…uncle there. A 16-year-old boy named Josuke.
Joseph was getting old and Jotaro was the one who had to split the inheritance up between family members. Josuke counts too. Now, he just had to tell you.
After getting home from a long day, Jotaro entered your temporary home to see that everything was clean. Not because you had cleaned it but because no one had touched anything. You didn’t get out of bed again.
He entered the room you two shared and there you were. Wrapped in a quilt with your eyes puffy from crying.
“Hey.” He knocked on the door to let you know he entered. “I saw this book and I thought you might like it.” He added. Sometimes, Jotaro would bring books for you to read. They were always about Marine Biology or something that has to do with the ocean. You thought it was really cute and it showed his personality. It’s just that you kinda already knew everything that you could about the world.
You thought that maybe if you were still a human, you could appreciate his gifts more.
“Thanks.” You replied with your speech muffled from the blanket covering your head. You then felt the bed dip a bit from the weight. You guess he must’ve sat on the bed.
“Looks like they were able to track down another arrow. It’s in Japan this time.”
“Mmm.”
“It’s a small town named Morioh.”
“Mmm.”
“And you know that I’m in charge of splitting up the old man’s inheritance since he’s getting old and-“
“Mhm.”
“I wanted to ask if you wanted to…come with me and take your mind off things.”
You slowly removed the quilt from over your head. You got a look at Jotaro’s outfit for the day. He had on his newer white hat and wore a black turtle neck.
You thought he looked cute.
“A trip?” You asked him before sitting all the way up. Jotaro nodded.
You smiled softly at his efforts and lunged over the covers to hug him. Jotaro didn’t hug you back right away but then you felt his arms snake around your waist.
The man knew that it was probably out of his character to act so affectionately. Just hugging used to be out of his comfort zone but ever since the two of you began dating in high school, you’ve challenged his “loner” lifestyle. You were always there for him and now he was there for you.
It wasn’t long before the two of you arrived in Morioh. The place had a bit of a gloomy look but it was oddly charming at first glance. So far, you’ve only seen an airport and the inside of a taxi next to your husband, Jotaro.
You noticed that ever since you had arrived, Jotaro was noticeably more irritable but he never elaborated. You tried prying it out of him with kisses and talking in your cute voice but it only resulted in him blushing and pulling the brim of his hat down to stop you or hide his red face.
Now, you were in the busy streets of Morioh!!
You were so eager to take a trip to the boutiques and dessert shops. You frantically looked around while Jotaro had his head planted in a map of the town. He was trying to look for the residence of his teen uncle.
“Joot, look! That cake in the window looks really good! We should go there first.” You tugged his white jacket, trying to get him to look as if you were a child. He ignored you like as if you were a child too.
“Yeah, give me a minute.” He tuned out most of what you were saying since he was having such a hard time reading the map.
You huffed. “Come on, Jotaro, you’re not even listening did you even see the cake I was referring-“
You were cut off once you realized that Jotaro had bumped into someone! It was a kid who looked like he was on his way to school.
His school supplies ended up flying out of his bag and almost all over the ground until you saw Jotaro use Star Platinum and put everything back where it was. You then felt a sense of stillness before everything went back to normal.
Jotaro used his time-stop ability! You could feel it but you didn’t know why you could suddenly feel something like that. All those years ago in Egypt, when Dio would use time stop, you didn’t even notice.
“Hey, excuse me!” You called to the young boy. “Can you please help my husband with directions? He’s being a bit stubborn right now.” You asked politely as you nudged Jotaro a little bit.
Jotaro rolled his eyes before apologizing and asking the boy about his uncle, Josuke Higashikita.
The boy gave helpful directions and you internally sigh in relief and now you could finally start having a bit of fun!
Jotaro and you began to leave before a few delinquents passed by. They tried picking on the little boy you had just met and you could tell Jotaro didn’t like it. You knew he had gotten so strong from bullies picking on him before the two of you met.
You decided you’d say something but they had already moved on to someone else. It was a boy sitting by a fountain.
You used your cosmic vision to examine the boy. He had a star-shaped birthmark just like Jotaro and Jolyne. Upon realizing this, you pant Jotaro’s arm frantically to get his attention.
“What?” You heard his gruff from beside you.
“That’s Josuke.” You pointed over to the bot with the pompadour hairstyle.
Jotaro visibly reacted to the revelation.
Before you knew it, Josuke had gotten into a fight with those delinquents. They must’ve said something he really didn’t like because now they had run away.
‘Wow! He has a stand too.’ You watched in awe. It was so nice for you to see different stands in action. You could tell the boy next to you didn’t seem to know what was going on. You figured it would be best to not say anything.
You tugged Jotaro’s coat again. “We should talk to him.” You told him. He had to admit, he was a bit nervous but decided that if you were with him then it should be easier.
When you approached Josuke, you saw that he and Jotaro were already glaring at each other.
Jotaro explained how the family tree worked and brought Josuke up to speed on why the two of you were there:
“My name is Jotaro Kujo, which means, since he’s my grandfather, I’m technically your nephew.”
You smiled before clinging to Jotaro. “And I’m (y/n) (l/n)- I mean, (y/n) Kujo! I guess this makes me your…” You thought for a moment, getting a bit confused over how things worked again.
“…niece in law!”
“Oh, it’s a pleasure…” Josuke muttered to the both of you.
You watched as Jotaro socialized with someone who wasn’t you. It was so amusing. You were really the only person he could talk to without being annoyed so seeing him almost smiling while talking to Josuke made you feel warm inside.
It wasn’t until you were almost at the Higashikita residence that things kinda went south. You had been taking in the scenery when a group of girls had come by. You honestly couldn’t tell at first if they had come to fawn over Josuke or Jotaro before you had seen their uniforms.
When you had come to, you saw that Jotaro and Josuke seemed like they were about to go at it. You felt like it was best to diffuse the situation. Especially, if some innocent girls were about to witness it.
“Did something happen?” You asked, reading the room to the best of your ability. “Josuke thinks I was insulting his hair,” Jotaro explained. You couldn’t tell if Jotaro was being truthful or not. You knew he wouldn’t outright lie about it but you did know your husband well enough to understand that he’s bad at recognizing social cues.
“Oh no, I-“ But Jotaro didn’t let you finish. He cut you off saying “Don’t worry.” And revealed his stand to fight with Josuke.
You began to panic, scurrying over to the group of school girls watching the confrontation. “D-Don’t worry. They’re family. You’re here for Josuke, right?” You stood in the girls’ view so they couldn’t see what was going on.
“Is that dude your boyfriend?” One of them said. “It doesn’t seem like he knows about Josuke’s temper!” the other muttered.
The last one screamed. “Josuke, no!”
“He’s bleeding!”
You turned around. Upon looking, the only thing you wanted to do was grab your head and scream in agony. Couldn’t you just have a normal vacation without your husband punching someone? He’s been getting into fights since you’ve met him and you’re always the one trying to cushion the blow to get him out of trouble…
Jotaro and Holly sat in the school principal’s office. Some bullies tried picking on him again and he tried to ignore it as best as he could. When they tried fighting him, he was left to defend himself and since he didn’t have total control over Star Platinum, he completely trashed all of them!
The bullies were such sorry sore losers and made this whole elaborate plan to get Jotaro expelled, trying to convince the district that he started it. There was no evidence that the young boy didn’t start it. It was just their word and injuries against Jotaro’s word and lack thereof.
Until you.
“…excuse me.” You entered the principal’s office on your own. “I saw the whole fight. They were harassing Kujo-Senpai and then attacked him. It was self-defense.” Your reputation saved him from getting kicked out of school and who knows what else…
You felt Jotaro use time-stop again and now he was behind Josuke. The poor boy turned around to be decked by your husband again.
“Jotaro!” You yelled out before dropping to the ground to comfort Josuke. “A-Are you okay? I’m really sorry. Sometimes, he just doesn’t know his own strength.”
You then heard Jotaro cursing at the girls behind you. This man…
“It’s okay! I can manage on my own.” Josuke said shyly before shrugging you off.
“Fair enough.” You heard Jotaro say behind you. You backed off.
Jotaro began to inform Josuke of the lurking evil in the town. Something that he conveniently forgot to mention to you when he invited you on this trip. You didn’t believe the vacation was all sunshine and rainbows but you had thought that maybe some kids had gotten the arrow and went around shooting each other to create trouble.
The little boy you met, Koichi Hirose, reminded Josuke that they had orientation for school. This causes your conversation with the Joestar to come to an end, leaving just you and Jotaro.
You placed your hands on your hips. “And what was that?” You questioned sternly, trying not to laugh at your husband’s ruined hat.
“What was what?” Jotaro repeated, removing his damaged hat. If only he listened to you and brought a spare one.
“Punching Josuke and yelling at those girls. You don’t think I heard you?” You rolled your eyes at him. You hated having to spell such obvious things out for him.
“I had to or it was gonna get ugly.”
You frowned again. “Sure, Joot. And you didn’t tell me the level of threat these people are with the arrow. Is that the real reason you asked me to come?”
“What? No. Not at all. I can handle it. I just want you to be able to enjoy yourself.” He came over to you and rested his palm on your head.
You loved it when he made you feel small…
“Now, come on. We should get going before the evening hits.”
You tilted your head. “Where are we going?”
“That cake shop or dress boutique or whatever.”
You lit up, throwing yourself at him and snuggling into his strong chest. “You actually remembered. We should test all the sweets Morioh has to offer~!” You purred. The way you talked sometimes gave him butterflies.
Jotaro smirked. “And you thought I wasn’t listening.”
Jotaro was your guide around Morioh and you were his cute eye candy! He took you to the clothing shop you had been eyeing the most. You found it so romantic that you got to try on cute pieces of attire and have him be your personal judge.
It made you feel so warm inside when you would come out of the changing room with a silk dress on that hugged your curves and fit so beautifully while being so thin. The expressions he’d make…
Subtle or nonexistent to anyone else but to you was so obvious. His eyes would light up and look anywhere but your face.
“Jotaro…Jotaro!” You would wave your hand in front of his face to get his attention. “So, should I add this one to the Speedwagon bill?”
“Oh, Y-Yeah. Get whatever you want.” He told you, averting his eyes to something like a mannequin or a different dress that you had already taken off.
The one thing he was so grateful for was the privacy this changing room gave. No one else would see what you’d show him or how awkward he’d get when you asked him any questions that had to do with your body.
“But JoJo, I want your opinion.~” You spoke to him in a cute sultry baby voice. You only did it when you wanted one thing from him.
You walked over to the resting chair that he has been patiently waiting in and settled your self in his lap. You rubbed your cheek against his own like a cat trying to transfer scents. The only difference is that this “cat” was human sized, petite, sexy and wearing a silk mini dress with lace underwear.
“Okay okay. Just not here.” But his words didn’t match his actions. You felt his big hands secure themselves around your waist.
Without a word, you kissed the crook of his neck, making your way to his cheeks and before placing a chaste kiss on his lips. That set him off.
“Get what you’re getting so we can go to the hotel.” He commanded lowly. This only made you smile. He was just too cute.
“But we haven’t gone to the dessert shop yet. Let’s eat a little cake first.” You licked your lips and narrowed your eyes at him.
A groan escaped his throat, making you giggle. “Don’t worry. I’ll buy the dress and wear it for you soon. Let’s get going.”
You tried to get up but his hands were still holding you in place.
“Jotaro, honey, I’m gonna need you to let go.”
After changing, you went to the nearby dessert shop. Your simple little lewd interaction with him caused a change in his behavior. He wasn’t his typical dismissive self. You knew he disliked PDA but he was more tolerant of it and more likely to initiate it when he was in a horny mood.
It wasn’t you just grabbing his arm or his hand to guide him as you walked along. He began to take lead with an arm around your waist. His adorable version of holding hands.
“Do you think we should take some cookies and cake to go?” You asked politely. You really enjoyed getting his input on things. Jotaro nodded. “Yeah, sure.”
“Great!” You then turned to the baker. “Can I have this?” You pointed to various fresh sweets through the warm glass and felt a bit happier every time it was bagged up. “Are there any things you’d like too, Jotaro? You should at least pick something out for later.” You informed him. “I’m not sharing any of my stuff with you.” You then stuck your tongue out at him to tease a little.
Jotaro rolled his eyes before making his own order of baked goods, mostly consisting of brownies and cookies. After spending some time at the bakery,. The two of you found that it would be nice to settle down at the hotel for the night.
You decided to take a shower first so that when it was Jotaro’s turn you could surprise and you did!
When Jotaro had come back from his shower, he found you on the clean bed wrapped in satin, eating some of the desserts you just bought. Like a present waiting for him.
He had only been wearing some pajamas, not expecting you to actually, ya know…wear that.
“What are you doing…?”
You smiled. “Waiting for you.” You answered. “Now, come to bed!”
You guided him to the bed where you could really feel him physically relax. He was always on his feet.
“I really enjoyed today with you.” You whispered to him. “I appreciate you taking me here as a way to cheer me up as well. You’re so very sweet.” You then began to kiss his face. “I’m so glad I married you.”
All Jotaro could do was blush at your affection. He would be hiding the red tint on his cheeks with his hat if he never got ruined.
“Yeah yeah, woman.” He replied, letting you kiss all over him because it was undeniable that he craved them more than he’d like to admit.

“You know....Jojo was a man who thought he was a loner. But he knew it couldn’t last, so he left his home in Tuscon. Arizona. For some California grass.”
There was no mistaking the scent that clung to the teenager, and to his quirky little friend with the long hair. Argus? Argyle? A name just as weird and wonderful as he was, anyway. The older man gave Jonathan a look, eyebrows raised, waiting to see how he’d react. But Hopper couldn’t help the way his mouth twitched at the edges, glad for something to laugh about after the time he’d had.
He grinned, shaking his head as he went back to helping Jonathan dry the dishes. Somehow, the mundane nature of life always managed to go on, even if the world was crumbling outside.
The dishes, the laundry, they weren’t going anywhere no matter what.
“Hey, I get it. I get it, I was your age once. Seems like you really settled in over here, huh?”

P + Q + R + MALEFICENT / and [ taste ] for your muse to cook for mine from pete??
PARTNER.   what does your muse look for in a partner? looks / personality?
First and foremost, friendship. A close connection. Then, someone who is fun to be around but also a calming presence. Someone kind. Looks genuinely are not important to Dirk.
QUESTION.   would your muse ask the big question or expect their partner to?
He would ask. Once he knows, he knows and he won’t sit around debating it with himself or seeing if they’ll ask first. He will make sure that his partner is also up for taking that next step first, but he would plan a proposal.
ROMANCE.   is your muse a romantic or a cynic?
He’s the personification of this post. He’s a cynic about most things in life but when it comes to love... well, that’s different. But romance doesn’t come easy to him and he struggles to understand it, though he does want to.
MALEFICENT - What is the cruelest thing your muse has ever done? What is the cruelest thing they’re capable of?
Dirk is not a cruel person. He can be dry and sarcastic. He can be petty at times. But he has never acted cruelly, nor could he ever.

Jojo Drabble - Jotaro (Pride Month Special)
It's the end of Pride Month, and I haven't seen a single, not a single post about Aro/Aces...
I'm not really surprised. At all.
I'm linking some interesting videos and websites to help you understand this sexual orientation.
Asexuality: The invisible Orientation by Hippie Calico
I spent a day with Asexuals by Anthony Padilla
Asexuality by David Jay
Asexuality.org (available in 16 languages)
R/aaaacccccce on Reddit
R/asexuality on Reddit
(Both subreddits are very cute and full of funny memes and good positivity 💜🖤)
In regards to the visibility of this marginal and forgotten sexuality, I'll be making a drabble about it. With the only openly Aro/Ace character of Jojo that I know of.
※ Jojo Scenario • Jotaro - Ace to Ace
You opened the heavy metallic door leading to the rooftop, the loud clank and dry screech making you cringe. Hopefully the sound wouldn't alert the teachers or the class reps. After all, nobody was allowed on the roof. Especially during class hours.
You walked around, searching for a certain someone and, surely enough, the boy in question was there, just where you expected him to be.
"Man, you sure love to ditch, don't you?"
You chuckled and the male didn't even spare you a glance, his hat effectively shielding his face from the Spring sun as he laid leisurely on the floor, his arms pillowing his head.
"I could say the same to you."
Well, he wasn't wrong, you thought to yourself, but you would never admit it out loud and possibly give this smug man reason.
You slowly and carefully sat down next to him, groaning slightly at the painful difficulty of the usually simple task.
Jotaro perked up slightly at your discomfort, making sure you were alright. Thankfully you seemed alright and he relaxed.
"Yare yare daze, you shouldn't have come. You're still recovering, why are you walking flights of stairs now?"
That's right. You were still under medication and strict medical supervision for your quite severe stomach wounds. And you still weren't used to your prosthetic leg just yet.
It was purely a miracle that you managed to survive that fight against Dio, and you never ever took a second of your life for granted after that, thinking of the friends who didn't have the same chance as you, lost forever during that battle.
You looked down at your uniform skirt. You couldn't think about that now. You had to lift up the mood for Jotaro, and for them.
"Hey, I'm fine." You dismissed with a smile, "It doesn't even hurt that much anymore, it's been a while now." You reassured and he only mumbled his catchphrase again, laying back down.
You two kept each other company in comfortable silence. Despite everything, Jotaro was still taciturn and you were much calmer after all that happened the past few months.
It was already the end of the school year and your thoughts drifted to the future that awaited you, and what it had to possibly offer.
"Say, Jotaro..." You softly grasped his attention and he only hummed in response. "What do you think will happen next? After we graduate, I mean..."
"Hmm?" He opened a curious blue eye at you." ...Go to college or get a job. Or both. What else do you want to do?"
"Ah well..." You paused and thought of your next words. "I don't want to but... Guess I'll have to get married and stuff eventually... Have kids, cook for my husband, things like that you know..."
Jotaro clicked his tongue and scoffed at the disgusting idea. "...Bullshit."
"I know..." You sighed and looked back down at the male, only to see him stare at the now more covered sky, his usual glare softer on his face. You knew what he was thinking.
"Jotaro..." You called and he looked at you. "You're the same as me... Right?"
He didn't say anything, but his eyes spoke answers for him. You may not have known him for very long, but the adventures and experiences you lived with him were worth much more than years of friendship.
He huffed and closed his eyes. "Yare yare daze... Why are you talking about depressing things, now?"
"I mean... Can you blame me for being worried? I know you feel the exact same, Jotaro." You brought your knees up to your chest and stared ahead. "You'll have to get through the same thing at one point too... That's... What we're expected to do, after all... Whether we like it or not."
He hated to admit it, but you were right. What was the place in society for two outsiders with not interests in romantic or sexual relationships?
What were Aromantics and Asexuals besides loners, straight people craving attention and finding poor excuses for their lack of charisma?
Especially when everybody well knew that the only way to succeed in life, was to share it with a significant other and keep the bloodline going forever.
...Or was it really?
All these thoughts, your obligations as members of the patriarchal modern society, the implications behind all of it, the consequences, the fate you two would be doomed in. All of these were so painful. A lifelong struggle.
He was aware that he'd have to complete his other half of his life, achieve the ultimate life goals of getting married to a beautiful little wife and have cute little children running around the house and all that jazz.
But that's not how Jotaro Kujo had ever imagined his life would be like.
He had his own dreams, his own comforts. Being alone was good. So good. But he had no choice, he'd have to satisfy society's expectations. He'd have to make his mother proud and granting her the little grandchildren she always wished to have.
Jotaro looked back at your metallic leg. After all you've been through, after all he's lost to save his mother, pleasing her and making her happy was the least he could do to honor your sacrifices and the deaths of his loved ones.
But what could he do? Force himself? A man couldnt force himself to develop feelings, he could only pretend. But what good would that do him?
He'd have to, eventually. He couldn't help but think back at you. You were all the same. And you two would be judged for life for not following suit and do like everyone else, like little sheeps.
Was it so wrong to not want to be with a special someone? To not get attached or attracted? Why was it so weird? Why was it unacceptable? Who deemed it necessary, to get stuck into marriage just for the sake of being married?
And man, his thoughts rathered to drift to sex either, that's really the last straw and if possible, he'd love to shut everybody up about it. Shut up everybody who only validated a man's worth by his primal urge to knock a woman up.
You seemed to be the only one he could actually talk about this with, since people would just tell you the usual 'You're gay!' or 'You haven't found the one yet!'.
Just like telling a depressed person to 'cheer up'. Bullshit excuses of people who couldn't accept that mindsets and sexualities differ with each human being.
What were the two of you supposed to do? You were stuck, cornered.
He was a stone that knew nothing about affection, and he already pitied the unlucky woman who'd get to him.
And you were just as bad of a stone. He felt bad for you, for having to have to lay down and take it without batting an eye just to satisfy the needs of the greedy bastard that'd snatch you away.
"... We'll figure it out, Y/N. We've dealt with much worse to worry about things like that."
"That's true but... I don't know. It's hard to imagine a family life. I like chilling on my own. And I'm still too sad about them to be lovey-dovey."
He scoffed, hitting your back playfully. "So what? Let two hopeless rocks with crippling depression be themselves. Sounds like a plan."
"Now, hear yourself talking about depressing things!" You chuckled and pointed out accusingly at him, stealing his precious hat and putting it on your own head.
He sat up with an exhausted sigh and roughly pulled his hat down your eyes, as his own little revenge, gratified by a small 'Ow!' of response from your end.
He let out a ghost of a smile as you were blinded by his hat, thankful that you couldn't see him even though he knew you'd never tease him for being more expressive.
"Ow, that actually hurt, Jojo, you bastard!"
"Let's go." He stood up before stretching his huge hand out to you, making sure to be careful with your injuries as he pulled you up to your feet with surprising gentleness.
Before you could reach your classroom, you grabbed your friend's arm, prompting him to stop walking in the empty hallways.
"But really, Jojo... Wherever you are, and if you have been pushed into a life that unsatisfies you in the future... think about me, okay? You know that somewhere, I'll be the exact same... You're not alone."
He couldn't help but soften his gaze just slightly. You were a thoughtful person, that wasn't a secret. You already had proven yourself to be compassionate multiple times during your crusade, and you kept on.
You made him realise that he was normal and it was okay to not feel anything. You two could only rely on each other now, and it sure didn't matter to him what people say.
Oh of course he'd heard his classmates gush about how cute you two were and how uncharacteristically sweet he was towards you ever since you came back from your trip.
Because the infamous Jotaro Kujo wouldn't just have a soft spot for just anyone, right? Nobody would believe that he became so gentle just because you were injured, there must be something more, right?
No. Absolutely not. And screw society for fogging people' small brains into thinking that there's an afterthought or innuendo behind every male-female, or even same sex platonic relationships.
He knew well that it made you as uncomfortable as him, but you always brushed it off and let the people talk. Let them believe whatever they wanted.
He never wanted to think too much about it, but he couldn't help but worry as well sometimes. That was the kind of things that pissed him off.
It pissed him off so bad. If it wasn't for you he would have crushed so many skulls already. That would teach some people to shut the fuck up.
"What are you thinking about, Jotaro?"
He blinked, humming questioningly at you as you had taken him out of his transe.
"You just called Star Platinum." You said as you grabbed the Stand's big hand, shaking it around as if to greet him, to which he responded with a whispery 'Ora'.
He sighed heavily, calling his Stand back. "Nothing... Nothing at all."
You chuckled a bit. You've learned to read him quite well overtime. A skill only his mother and Kakyoin had mastered. "I'm worried too, Jojo. Hopefully it will be okay... For us."
You patted his back reassuringly and he smiled.
Wasn't that kind of love enough? Love without obligation, without commitment. Without the consequences. Without gender norms, without standards. Just people caring for each other. Wasn't friendship, camaraderie, sisterhood and brotherhood beautiful enough?
Platonic, unromantic love was much stronger than any other type of relationship. He was satisfied with this form of social contact. He didn't need anything more.
Jotaro Kujo was never a greedy man, after all.
The male was suddenly brought back to his sense when he felt a tiny hand tug insistently at his sleeve, hoping to wake him up from his rêverie.
"Papa, you fell asleep on your desk again..."
Jotaro inhaled tiredly, scratching his head and taking in his surroundings, his study back in his home in Florida. He patted his daughter's head, making her scrunch her face a little.
Was it that late already? He was so used to dozing off after working on his thesis, reflecting on his life and his choices. He had been overworking himself lately. He knew he shouldn't overthink, but he couldn't help it.
"Thank you Jolyne. Go back to sleep now, alright?"
The little girl nodded and trutted out, leaving her father alone to his thoughts.
Jotaro let out another breath, eyeing a certain picture frame, taken in the desert. Hopefully you were living a fulfilling life of your own.
And hopefully you two would get to meet again, and maybe talk again.
Ace to ace.

Hmmmmm. Tangled The Series Henris AU? I love that series.
Okay, this show was so interesting and Henry’s is a really intriguing ship and I’m finding that I actually like it more and more. I do have to be honest, I don’t think I actually watched every episode of this show. I think I missed a lot. I need to watch the whole thing.
So for this outline I will be using a lot of the characters that I typically put more in the background. This will be interesting.

Henry (Rapunzel)
Henry had always been special. Ever since the day he was born.
He wasn’t the only one who’d known that.
On the night after his birth, he is stolen, taken far away and held captive (unknowingly) by a greedy man who wants to have the power Henry was born with for himself in order to keep himself young and live forever.
For the first eighteen years of his life, Henry is unaware of this and believes this man to be his father, growing to trust and respect him.
But Henry had always had a dream to go outside and see the world, though he was never aware.
He has a dream to see the floating lights that always appear on his birthday.
When one day a thief breaks into his tower, mean to him at first, Henry takes his chance and gets out, going on an adventure that changes his life forever.
Along the way, he falls in love.
Now, he’s back with his family, at home at the castle, suddenly a prince who has no idea what he’s doing.
Forced to adjust to this new life, Henry tries to learn everything he needs to know. Taught for the most part by his trusted Valet, Mush, adopted son of the captain of the royal guard.
Mush and Henry are fast friends, pulling together after Mush finds Henry crying alone in his room, overwhelmed and terrified that he was going to screw up somehow.
Henry’s parents adore him, despite not knowing him for the first eighteen years of his life. He loves them just the same, but is hurt when his father placed restrictions on his freedoms.
See, in order to learn about the kingdom, Henry loved to ride through it and see every bit of it as often as he could.
He and Morris, the thief who’d stolen his heart and then kept it close, would go on nightly rides with Mush following them close behind
Henry’s father says it’s too dangerous.
That same night, the rehearsal for Henry’s coronation is scheduled and Henry is already on edge, feeling as though the walls were closing in on him.
Being locked in a tower for eighteen years seemed to make him a bit restless and a bit claustrophobic
When Morris proposes to him that night, the stress of everything and the thought of never leaving the castle again gets to him and he declines, running off to his room and trying to figure out what to do.
Mush suggests they run away that night.
Henry and him sneak out into the kingdom, actually leaving the walls of Manhattan altogether and stumbling across some mysterious rocks that Henry just seems to be drawn to.
Despite Mush’s insistence not to touch the rocks, Henry does anyway, unable to stop himself
While his hair does not grow back, his powers do, but this time it’s energy sources from his hands.
Mush rushes Henry back to the castle and helps him hide away, not wanting anyone to know.
It’s painful for Henry to keep such a secret from Morris, but he does for a while, not wanting anyone to know he’d snuck out.
Nightmares haunt Henry’s dreams after this happens, making him fear that bad things are coming to Manhattan
While Henry doesn’t necessarily have all of his healing powers back, he finds he can create force fields around him and those close to him to protect them from harm.
With the help of a young Alchemist named JoJo, Henry and Mush set out to find out just what the rocks did to him.
After confessing how his powers returned to his boyfriend, Henry explains to Morris why he couldn’t accept his proposal
The two remain in a relationship, getting married years later after all of the chaos is placed far behind them
Morris Delancey (Eugene Fitzherbert)
Growing up an orphan with only one brother, Morris learns how to be a thief out of necessity, finding that it came naturally to him
He is not necessarily a people person, but always did try, as the oldest of the orphanage he grew up in, to keep the littler kids entertained and hopeful and happy
He loved to read stories of a devilish, daring adventurer by the name of Flynn Rider
After aging out of the orphanage, he adopts the name until he nearly drowns and confesses to a certain magical boy with long brown hair that he’d tried to become a fictional character who had everything because it was better than being an orphaned kid with nothing
While parading around as the mysterious Flynn Rider, Morris begins to get more and more daring, eventually working up the courage to trick to other thieves into helping him steal the crown of the lost prince of Manhattan
After getting chased by the royal guards through a deep forest, Morris stumbles across what looks to be an abandoned tower, changing his life forever.
He meets the boy who would become the love of his life there, sending them both out on an adventure where Morris realizes that he wants to be able to turn his life around
After being arrested, escaping, dying and coming back to life, Morris is ready to turn over a new leaf, after being pardoned for seeing to the safe return of the lost prince
Morris is unaware of his parents origins for a long time, believing them to be explorers who he’d hoped were one day going to come back for him growing up
Even when they don’t, he still has hope.
It is eventually revealed that Morris and his brother were both sons of a king and queen who had to evacuate their kingdom and separate themselves from them when a threat awaits to plague and destroy their entire kingdom
The kingdom became known as The Dark Kingdom and was eventually reduced to ruin, the king and queen barely managing to escape
The queen died a few years later, but the king continued on, searching for his lost sons
Morris eventually reconnects with both his little brother and his father who he is stunned to see after so many years.
After returning Henry to his family and castle, he is relieved to know that the boy he’d fallen for still wants him around, even as he’s moving up in the world
Realizing that his heart no longer belonged to him, Morris gets ready to propose, fearing rejection all the way
When he does get rejected, he doesn’t know how to react.
Morris and Mush never really get along too well, constantly at odds with each other, though they both truly do want what’s best for Henry in the end
After not being able to see or talk to Henry for days, at Mush’s insistence, Morris climbs up the side of the tower to see him, shocked to find that his powers are somewhat back and he has no idea how
Despite finding out this secret, Morris is still left behind when Mush takes Henry to find some more help
Hurt by this, Morris follows along anyways, meeting a young boy by the name of JoJo who claims to be his biggest fan
Morris grows to like JoJo for a while, though is constantly suspicious of him, knowing that, despite his sunny disposition, a kid like him, who never had much, would do nearly anything when he got desperate
Overall, Morris does his best to constantly prove to Henry how much he loves him and how far he was willing to go to make him happy.
Mush (Cassandra)
Mush is a royal visor for Prince Henry
Adopted at a young age by the captain of the royal guard, Mush is very skilled fighter and spy, having been in training nearly his whole life
After the lost prince returns to the castle, Mush, who wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps as a royal guard, is assigned as his royal visor.
Mostly, Mush is placed in the position to provide a certain protection for Henry as the king fears someone will still be out to harm his son
Despite his insistence that he’d be more useful continuing to train to become a royal guard, Mush ends up taking a liking to Henry and actually ends up being able to call the other boy his best friend
After sneaking Henry out of the castle one night to try and cheer the boy up, he ends up accidentally getting the boy’s powers back
Now feeling responsible for this, Mush tries to hide Henry away and figure out what happened for himself
Mush ends up crossing paths with a young Alchemist named JoJo who offers to help as the word no is not in his vocabulary
While knowing that JoJo has a small crush on him, Mush views JoJo as nothing more than a kid and, while he does protect the boy, constantly pushes him away
Mush eventually ends up becoming a sort of protector to Henry and anyone Henry unofficially adopts into his family
Mush believes that Henry can do better than some former thief from nowhere, but puts up with Morris as much as necessary because he doesn’t want to upset Henry
He grew up a bit of a loner, not having friends and not really caring to have any
Growing up surrounded by a lot of older guys who constantly made fun of him and teased him, Mush grew to become very competitive
Mush slowly opens himself up to have friends after he meets Henry and ends up liking JoJo and a few others, though he is still very cautious and wary around everybody, especially when it comes to his feelings and his past
Eventually learning that his own father abandoned him after kidnapping Henry and showing the other boy more love and affection than the man had ever shown him, Mush becomes enraged, blaming Henry for all of the misfortune life had thrown at him
After more reminders are set in place to show him how he was constantly placed in tough spots, having to turn down opportunities for Henry, and constantly being stuck in his shadow, Mush finally has enough and, while out on a quest, picks up the all powerful moonstone, making himself the moon to Henry’s sun
This event leads Mush to be Henry’s worst enemy, vowing to destroy the kingdom and everyone who’d ever wronged him
Eventually, he kidnaps JoJo, who he forces to help him, he nearly kills Morris, who he claims he always hated, despite their insistence to get along for Henry, and he nearly lets monsters destroy all of Manhattan
JoJo De La Guerra (Varian)
A teenage Alchemist who does not believe in magic.
JoJo is very smart and is always willing to lend a helping hand, desperate to be needed and wanted and useful
He is the only son of the unofficial leader of Old Manhattan, a small town with old fashioned utilities and traditions
Despite his love for science and his genius mind, he often finds that his inventions get him into trouble as he has difficulty thinking things through
When the prince comes asking for his help, JoJo is more than willing to lend a helping hand, adoring the prince and developing a small crush on Mush
After meeting Morris, it is revealed that JoJo believed him to be the real life Flynn Rider
JoJo grew up poor, having nearly starved on more than one occasion and only having his father to provide for him and the rest of the town on a regular basis
The tales of Flynnagin Rider were a sort of escape for him and he grew to convince himself that these stories were real.
Morris tries to tell him that he was just a petty thief but JoJo doesn’t listen, still looking up to him a lot
However, after trusting Morris with a dangerous secret that Morris ends up spilling in order to save lives, he sobers and sees Morris as a normal person, though he still does look up to him
JoJo’s town is soon threatened by the mysterious black rocks that seem to be after Henry
After pleading at the castle for help and getting nowhere, JoJo feels betrayed and goes to try and destroy the black rocks on his own
An experiment gone horribly wrong entraps his father in Amber and, while at first blaming himself, JoJo makes a promise to himself that he’ll make the kingdom of Manhattan pay for taking away the only thing he had
This leads JoJo on an adventure that changes his entire demeanor, making him go dark
He goes back to the kingdom, stating that he’s forgiven the prince and enlists Henry’s help in finding something that will free his father
Henry goes, believing that JoJo has genuinely forgiven him for not helping him before but it’s quick that JoJo turns on him the second he has what he needs.
After he gets the flower that had been the original source of Henry’s power, he finds he needs Henry himself to free his father and kidnaps the prince and Morris, threatening to encase Morris in the chemical if Henry refuses to help him
After this fails, JoJo is arrested and treated as a criminal
Heartbroken and terrified, JoJo tries to beg for genuine forgiveness, trying to convey how scared he is before he is recruited by a group of bandits and ends up the brains behind a gang trying to tear down Manhattan from the inside out
After learning that Henry had never stopped trying to help him or his father, JoJo eventually turns on the gang and rejoins the quest to find out how to stop the impending threat on Manhattan
I know this ones short, but again, I have only seen bits and pieces of the show.
Let me know if there are any scenes you’d like to see from this one!

A Party to Remember - SDC and Reader
The lights shone brightly and the stage smoke billowed around your feet as you juju on that beat with your best friend Polneraff. The music was loud but you didn’t mind because you were having the time of your life. In fact, that's the song that was playing - you and Polneraff, along with the whole graduating class of 2020, screamed the words.
Despite the fact you were having the time of your life, you did need some fresh air. You shouted into Polneraff's ear that you're going to take a breather outside and he shouted back that he'd be out soon. You walk out of the hall and step into the inky blackness, the cold air immediately snapping at you. The music is muffled but still loud and the light attempts to penetrate the darkness surrounding the school hall.
You look back. This is the last time you'll be here. All these people, probably gone forever, swept up into their own lives. Some of them you definitely wouldn't miss. Some of them you would. And some you'd wonder who they really were and wish you'd got to know all of them a little better. Tears attempt to coat your eyes but you resist it. You see someone in the darkness, vaguely outlined by the light.
You don't recognize them but you go over slowly, to see if they are okay. You sit down next to him. It's Jotaro, the grades loner and outcast. He was in some of your classes but he never really talked to anyone except a kid named Kakyoin.
"Hey, pretty loud in there, huh?"
"Yare yare daze," he muttered, "Go away."
You were slightly taken aback. You wanted to try and make him feel better but you didn't want to make him uncomfortable by pushing him into saying anything so you just sat there for a while. "I'm gonna miss this place. It sucked a lot but at least it was familiar. Do you have any -"
"Shut up and leave me alone you stupid bitch. Why are you talking to me anyway?"
"Well I- " you started, the tears really threatening to come now. You tried desperately to try and stop them, but in your attempt at hiding them you just made it more obvious. Jotaro looked at you and if it wasn't so dark you would've thought his face had softened the tiniest bit. It looked like he was about to open his mouth but then someone called from behind.
"Jotaro, there you are," someone said from behind you. Noriaki Kakyoin was there, someone had put glitter in his long curly fringe. It looked pretty but you shudder to think how he's gonna get it out tomorrow. You always thought he was kinda cute and that wasn't helping.
You didn't know how Kakyoin and Jotaro got along - they were opposites - but it was always good they did.
"I was worried about you," Kakyoin said, walking over to you both, "thanks for keeping him company, Y/N, hope he wasn't too much trouble."
"No, no, not at all," you stammered, slightly flustered he knew your name.
Kakyoin sat down on the other side of JoJo. "I'm fine, Kakyoin, go back inside and have a nice night."
"I know your not fine. It's okay to not be fine. It's too loud in there anyway so i don't mind hanging out here." Kakyoin said. "Besides, who am I to leave Y/N stuck with you outside."
You couldn’t help but giggle a little bit. It was nice to be getting to know new people, even on the last day.
You hear another voice from behind. If we aren't careful we'll get the whole grade out here. You look around and it's only Polneraff.
"Ah, making new friends til the last minute are we Y/N? Or should I say, being a bother." Polneraff laughed heartily and sat down next to you.
"Absolutely no bother," Kakyoin said.
"Debatable," muttered Jotaro, and your heart sunk a little. Kakyoin death stared Jotaro for a solid minute after that.
Polneraff, as usual, was the one to break the silence. "It's really loud in there but way too quiet out here," he laughed, pulling out a Bluetooth speaker and hooking up his phone. "Take it in turns?" He said, putting on a song and then passing his phone to Kakyoin.
You spent the rest of the night like that. Kakyoin went and got some soft drink cans, you passed Polneraff's phone around until the lights went on inside. All your music tastes wildly differed but there was no judgement, just good vibes and good tunes. Polneraff usually put on something up beat, usually pop but the pop that you'd discredit on first hearing but actually really bop to when you gave it a chance. Jotaro generally put on some hard rock, heavy metal absolute bangers. Jotaro even gave you a thumbs up and a genuine smile when you put on Wake Up by the Living End.
The only issue came when Kakyoin played songs by Sting 20 times in a row.
"What is it with you and Sting?" you pleaded.
Kakyoin shrugged. "I just like him..."
"I mean same until I heard his voice so much I feel like I'm going to have nightmares about it," you replied.
"Please Kakyoin," Jotaro sounded like he was about to lose his mind, "choose another band."
"Uhhhhhhh...... Pass." You all laughed.
The lights went on inside and you went in and sat through a boring speech about how your lives are just beginning. Finally you walked out of the hall.
You were tired and happy and excited and sad all at once. And hungry... very hungry...
You and Polneraff had no ride home as your parents worked really weird hours - luckily you both lived only a couple blocks away. You stood looking at the hall for a couple more minutes, just remembering everything. You zoned out a bit, until you heard Polneraff shout from behind.
"Hey, Y/N, you coming?" You expected him to be walking home but he was standing at a car with Kakyoin and Jotaro. "Jotaros grandpa has offered to take us home - and to get ice cream!"
You ran over and squeezed in the back. "Nice to meet you Mr Joestar," you said.
"Why did you drag Advol out here?" Jotaro asked, and you assumed he was referring to the younger man in the passenger seat.
"I couldn't let Mr Joestar deal with you kids on his own!"
You all sung songs in the back and laughed together as Advol and Mr Joestar shook their heads in shame. You had ice cream, and Mr Joestar dropped you all off at your houses and you were so fulfilled and happy you thought you weren't gonna be able to sleep. But as soon as your head hit that pillow you were out of it.
You were wrong - even though you'd just met the night school ended, you all stayed friends. By lunch time your phone had blown up with texts from the 3 of them with plans to hang out for what seemed to be months. Road trips, sleepovers, movies, roller skating.
And most importantly -
Ice cream
