More Than Kittens: Tom Holland X Reader

A Tom Holland x Actress!Reader / Tom Holland x Gf!Reader / Tom Holland x Co-star!Reader Fic

Summary: Tom is jealous over his co-star/actress girlfriend ignoring him when they do the Buzzfeed kitten interview for their latest film.

Warnings: Minor mentions of PTSD (as part of a movie is all, like 2 lines), Tom being cranky I guess lol.

“Ahhhh I’m so excited!” Y/n screams as Tom places his hand on her lower back to guide her into the studio through the side door.

Tom shakes his head but can’t suppress the grin on his face at seeing her in such a great mood.

“Aren’t you excited Tommy?” Y/n giggles turning to look at him over her shoulder.

Tom smiles and shrugs, causing y/n to gasp and glare playfully at him before she turns around.

“But they’re sooo cute!” Y/n argues, clapping her hands in excitement.

“Love, you haven’t even seen ‘em yet. Besides, I’m cuter” Tom teases, rubbing her lower back calmly.

“I just know they’re going to be so cute and fluffy! And cuddly! And, ahhh!” Y/n says, not noticing his flirtation yet she cuts herself off upon seeing one of the Buzzfeed workers carrying a tabby kitten over to the set.

Tom chuckles and rolls his eyes, already starting to feel jealous of the kittens they haven’t even met yet.

“Welcome y/n and Tom! We’re pleased to have you here today” the interviewer greets as they begin recording.

Tom was seated next to y/n and smiles over at her. She looks at him very briefly before something seems to catch her eye.

Her eyes widen and she stretches her arms out in front of her as if asking for a hug.

Tom’s lips curve up at the sides as he adjusts to face her more so he can embrace her.

However, just as he moves his arms ever so faintly, he hears a loud meow behind him and realizes his mistake.

Tom disappointedly lowers his arms back to his lap in a sluggish manner in order to hopefully not draw attention to his misinterpretation.

The Buzzfeed assistant sets the tiny white kitten into y/n’s arms and walks off to get out of the shot.

The kitten is instantly smushed against y/n’s giggling frame as she cradles it and stares at it in adoration.

The interviewer’s laugh pulls Tom from his despondent state before he can frown on camera.

“We’re so happy you two are here to discuss your first joint movie, Whispers of My Past directed by David Fincher” the interviewer comments and Tom smiles and nods at them, before looking over at y/n.

The interviewer laughs, “looks like Tom needs a kitten too”.

Before Tom can protest or debate correcting her as to how it was the kitten he was jealous of not y/n having a kitten, they place two kittens on the set floor near him.

Telling himself to be pouty later when it’s just them, he focuses on the interview and the promotion of their film.

“We heard it is a fairly emotional film. Is that correct?” The interviewer questions, looking up from her place behind the camera.

Y/n nods and mumbles something incoherent.

Tom laughs and with his free hand reaches out to poke her shoulder, “no one can hear you love”.

Y/n blushes and looks up at the camera shyly, “oops! Sorry, it’s just he’s soooo fluffy!”

Tom swallows a jealous groan, after all, he can’t seriously be jealous over a cat, can he?

“Ooh! But, uh.. yeah, it’s kinda intense. It deals with some really serious topics but they’re really important ones to discuss” y/n answers, scooting closer to Tom so she can pet his kitten.

“We’re very excited to see it hit theaters soon! We understand it must’ve been stressful to film such intense situations so we figured some kitten therapy would help” the interviewer laughs as more kittens get set down near them.

Tom watches as y/n’s eyes glimmer at the rambunctious variously colored kittens roaming all over the set.

“I would say you’re correct” Tom teases, shaking his head jokingly.

“Tom, your character experiences some major life events that take place during the film. Did you have any personal experiences to draw from for that?” The woman asks, continuing with the interview.

“Good question. I did actually. For example, there’s a portion of the film where Michael’s PTSD causes him to suspect everyone in his college is constantly watching him but he feels guilty about thinking that” Tom explains, rubbing the back of one of the kittens as it clutches to his shoulder.

“While not the same as PTSD, I worked with a therapist to understand what that experience was like and realized it was a similar thought I had when first entering the MCU scene. It felt like all eyes were on me and I was embarrassed for thinking that way as it felt cocky” Tom laughs nervously.

Normally this would be the point where y/n would speak up and tease that ‘all eyes were on you Tom’ but she was too distracted by the gray and black kittens that were playing together on her outstretched legs.

“I can only imagine!” The interviewer agrees, preparing to ask the next question.

“How much are these guys?” Y/n asks, rolling over so she is laying on her stomach and is face level with the kittens.

Tom laughs and shakes his head, there’s no way they’re taking a kitten home.

Especially not when she hadn’t looked at him since they arrived.

Tom questioned if he was really that offended?

He knows y/n loves him but he selfishly wanted all her attention on him not the loud balls of fluff rolling around them.

“They’re actually all adopted! We held an event where it was discussed they’d be in this segment to help get them homes” the interviewer informs them.

Y/n smiles down at the kittens, “not surprising! You little babies are soooo fun”.

“Aren’t they? Say, y/n your character Hannah had a lot of different styles of outfits and character related props throughout the film. Did you get to take anything home?” The interviewer asks, returning to her task.

Y/n smirks and nods, “aaaaccctually, there was this incredible purple jacket Hannah wears in a few scenes that I loved. I’m not sure if I was supposed to take it home…. But it is in my closet and I’ve worn it like ten times since”.

Tom laughs and nods while looking at the camera as if admitting her guilt.

The interviewer laughs and comments that she knows which jacket y/n was referring to from the clips the press had been allowed to see prior to the movies release.

“Well, Tom and y/n how was it filming the scenes were you two were enemies given your real life relationship is drastically different?” The interviewer asks as y/n flops over onto her stomach to be eye level with the kittens.

“Good question” Tom compliments as he reluctantly snuggled the kitten y/n had been holding earlier.

It wasn’t that he disliked cats but these particular kittens had stolen y/N’s attention and he wasn’t a fan of that.

“It was odd. We kept breaking character during intense scenes when we were yelling at each other. It was hard to do that. But it was a lot of fun and once we focused on the emotions our characters had behind the fight it made it more real. Then it got a bit uncomfortable in that regard. Overall though it was a weird but fun experience” Tom laughs, running his free hand through his tosseled hair.

Tom looked over at y/n to see if she was ready to answer but she had her face pressed against the belly of a multicolored kitten as she played with it.

“Y/n was much better at keeping a straight face than I was though, gotta give her props for that” Tom says proudly as he watches to see if y/n heard his compliment.

When she doesn’t move, Tom pouts and crosses his arms, “y/n?”

“Hmm?” She asked, not looking up as she was no longer aware of her surroundings.

“Looovvvee” Tom whined, his eyes glaring in her direction but mostly at the kitten she was so focused on.

His eyebrows arced downwards towards his scrunched nose as the corners of his eyelids crinkled.

“Maybe we should have done this interview before shooting those scenes” Tom joked, sulking closer to the floor as he watched y/n and the kitten.

The crew laughed as Tom reached over and poked her shoulder to get her to respond.

“What?” Y/n smiled as she looked over at her boyfriend.

Tom swallowed hard to prevent him from cracking and telling her it was just as joke as her innocent smile faded into confusion at his body language.

Her eyes darted around the room for answers when she heard everyone laughing.

She knew she’d been too focused on the kittens but it was too late to fix it now, hopefully someone would at least clue her in as to what she missed.

“See, my point exactly darling” Tom sighs, biting the inside of his lip to not laugh.

Y/n squinted at Tom, one eyebrow raised in question hoping he’d get the signal to elaborate.

Tom shakes his head and jokingly glares at the kitten in her arms causing y/N’s eyes to move from him to the kitten and back seeking an explanation.

“She asked us what it was like to film the fight scenes” Tom said, waving his hand in the air dismissively.

“Oh! Sorry! It was weird because when we argue it normally isn’t as crazy as what the movie required so we kept laughing” y/n blushes, her embarrassment forming a rose-like color to paint her cheeks.

“That’s what Tom said too. The scenes we saw certainly looked emotionally charged, so bravo to you both for how it turned out” the interviewer says as y/n cautiously strokes the kitten in an attempt to find a compromise between the kittens and the interview.

“Wait” y/n says, turning to gaze at Tom who was still pouting.

“What were you referencing when you said I proved your point?” Y/n asked, her lips tugging down at the ends in a miniature frown.

Tom pressed his lips tightly together as he looked away from her feeling guilty.

He hadn’t mean what he said, it was meant to be a joke but repeating it in this context wouldn’t come across the same.

When he didn’t answer, y/n looked around the room silently asking someone to tell her.

Everyone tried to stop their laughter and just kept staring at Tom silently.

“Tom?” Y/n asked, her head cocking to the side slightly as she focused back on him.

Before Tom could begin to ramble about what he said and how it was a joke, the kitten in her arms tilted its head as if copying y/n.

Tom burst out laughing and smacked the ground with his hand.

Y/n gave the kitten a quick kiss before looking back to Tom, “You’re not going to answer me?”

Upon seeing the kitten get the kiss he wanted, Tom immediately went back to his exaggerated grumpy state.

Tom mumbled something under his breath but no one could hear him.

“What did you say and why are you sulking? There’s literally dozens of happy kittens around us” y/n reminded him.

“I said we should’ve filmed this interview before the fight scenes to make them easier” Tom grumbles, his arms crossed in his lap.

Y/n sets the kitten down between them and stares silently at Tom trying to determine if he is being serious or not.

Tom clenched his fist in a way the camera couldn’t see in an attempt to keep his dramatic presentation going, but y/n noticed and interpreted it as a sign that he might truly be angry with her.

Y/n didn’t want to get into an argument in front of anyone, let alone with them being recorded.

Sighing, she decides to try and make a joke out of it instead.

Usually when Tom would get upset over such minor things it was due to exhaustion and teasing comments or jokes always worked.

She knew she would be risking him getting more upset with her after if he was actually mad and not just tired or joking.

But, she also recalled how, like herself, Tom was careful to not fight when others were present and it didn’t seem like him to do this.

“Well, then I think it might be time to bring a new guy into my life” y/n smirks, reaching for a kitten she believes to be a boy.

Tom scoffs and shakes his head no, “no kittens, we don’t have room and they’re too distracting for you”.

“I think I’ll have room” y/n teases, setting the female kitten down and grabbing another.

“Oh?” Tom asks, still pouting but looking at her with his adorable pleading coffee colored eyes.

Y/n nods and turns the kitten around to check if it was a boy or not, “the new man in my life will enjoy taking over your old side of the king sized bed”.

Tom’s jaw drops open prompting the suppressed laughter from the crew to get louder.

“Are you actually suggesting you’re replacing me with a cat? Why?!” Tom argues, his eyes still not returning to their normal size.

Y/n smirks and shrugs, making eye contact with Tom through her peripheral vision.

“I think this little guy will do!” She cheers, holding up the male kitten as if it was in the Lion King.

“I knew this interview was a bad idea” Tom grumbles, “I’m being replaced by a cat”.

“A kitten actually, in other words, you’re being replaced by a much younger new man in my life” y/n giggles, bringing the kitten back to her chest.

Tom chuckles and shakes his head, unsure what to make of this turn of events.

“That’s why I’m being replaced? For a newer model?” He probes, raising his eyebrow at her as he crosses his arms yet again.

“Mmm, no. Just making a point. Mr…” y/n says, pausing to examine the hall of fluff in her hands and making note of it’s tiger-like coloring.

“Tiger…. Hmmm… Tommy the tiger!” y/n giggles as she poked the Savannah kitten’s cheek softly.

“HE’S GETTING MY GIRL AND MY NAME?!” Tom blurts loudly, forgetting everyone was there.

Y/n covers her mouth to hide her laughter at his outburst of jealousy over a kitten.

“He has brown eyes” y/n shrugs innocently, grinning over at Tom.

“Pretty comparable swap” the interviewer laughs.

Tom scoffs and shakes his head as he looks between the devil cat, y/n, and the interviewer in disbelief.

“Hmm, as long as he doesn’t get mad over little tiny innocent animals” y/n coos, petting the kitten in question.

“You wouldn’t treat me like that would you Tommy the Tiger?” Y/n asks, her tongue pressing against the inside of her bottom teeth to keep from smiling or laughing.

“That’s why?” Tom frowns.

“I can’t help that! The stinking cat stole your attention” Tom argues, hanging his head.

Laughing softly, she kisses the kitten before setting it down in Tom’s lap.

Tom glances up and gives y/n a confused look.

“He’s not replacing you dork! Just calm down and pet him” y/n laughs.

Tom pretends to hesitate before dragging his hand over the kitten’s head.

The kitten snuggles up into Tom causing everyone, himself included, to awe.

“See” y/n smirks, “kittens are much sweeter and more cuddly than you so they deserve my attention”.

Tom’s jaw drops again and he kindly sets Tommy the Tiger to the side before he stands up and walks across the few feet of distance between y/n and him.

Upon reaching y/n he plops himself back down and envelopes her in a tight hug.

Y/n laughs and tries to squirm free but he firmly but tenderly holds onto her frame and shakes his head.

“Tooomm!!! If I confess I like you better than the kittens will you stop squeezing the air out of me?” Y/n teases, tilting her head to look up at him.

Tom pretends to ponder it for a moment before a smirk forms on his face.

“Confess hmm?” Tom smirks, letting go of her body and leaning back on his hands beside him.

Y/n blushes and rubs her neck as she looks at the kittens before shrugging softly.

Tom smiles and gently pulls her in for a regular hug this time, whispering “I love you” in her ear.

“Alright well we have time for one last question. While it cannot be Tommy the Tiger as he’s already been adopted! Will you two now be planning on getting a kitten together?” The interviewer asks as the crew begins grabbing the straggler kittens who’d wandered towards the edges of the set.

“Yes” y/n says at the same time as Tom responds with a definite “no”.

Everyone laughs and Tom smiles down at y/n, his arm not leaving her body now that he finally has her attention.

“Thank you both” the interviewer says one last time as y/n and Tom grabbed their personal belongings.

“Absolutely, it was a blast!” Y/n cheers.

Tom laughs, “next time just warn me”.

“Are you really against getting kittens?“ y/n asked as Tom held her hand tightly.

Tom laughed and shook his head, “I had a feeling you’d ask that. Love, no I’m not but I also know how busy we both are and it doesn’t seem fair to the kitten to bring them into that”.

Y/n nodded and have Tom a soft smile, “I agree, I just was thinking… you know… maybe in the future”.

Tom’s cheeks emblaze with a fiery red as his smile grows deeper, “definitely in our future my love”.

Y/n grins and lays her head on Tom’s shoulder as they continue their walk.

“Hey so, Baz was telling me about this restaurant that isn’t too far-“ Tom says, stoping when y/n raises her head and steps away from him.

“Baby?” Tom asks, facing her.

She holds up her pointer finger before covering her mouth as she sneezes.

Tom smirks as he watches her sneeze at least ten times in a row.

“Told you those kittens were evil” Tom teases.

“They weren’t evil, just-” she says, sneezing again, “very furry”.

“To be fair love, I don’t think you’re supposed to inhale them” he laughs, prompting y/n to push his shoulder playfully.

“Come here my sneezy girl” Tom smiles, his hand around her waist guiding her back to him.

“I love you Tom” y/n whispers as they begin walking again.

“More than kittens?” Tom presses.

“More than kittens” y/n concedes, laughing at his childish inquiry.

“Good because I love you more than kittens too” he says, his lips against her cheek, “even the ones we’ll adopt together in a few years”.

Tom can’t help but feel a warmth take over him as he see her glowing reaction.

While he always said he’s a dog person, if adopting every stray kitten in the world meant he got to spend the rest of his life with y/n, it was easily worth it to him.

Summary: Peter skips for the first time in order to take care of his gf

Warnings: periods I guess, otherwise just Peter being unbelievably precious

Peter adjusts the bags in his arms so he can knock softly.

The door flies open within seconds and y/n blushes as she throws herself against Peter’s chest.

Peter chuckles softly, the sound warming y/N’s heart as she tangles her arms around his waist.

“Hey beautiful” Peter smiles, leaning down to kiss her head as it rests on his chest.

“Hi” y/n whispers, yawning right after.

Peter frowns and steps back, using his free hand to grab one of her’s and drag her into the living room.

“Next time please let me know when you can’t sleep” Peter pleads, guiding her to the couch.

“It was late” she shrugs.

Peter squints at her and shakes his head before setting the bags on the coffee table.

“I don’t care what time it is, if you want or need me, or help, please tell me” Peter says, grabbing out the bottle of over-the-counter medicine.

“Okay Pete” y/n says softly.

“Take these” Peter says, passing her a bottle of water and one dose of medicine.

Y/n smiles sweetly at him and tenderly takes the items from his hand.

“I have your favorite snacks, are you hungry or do you want to wait until after your nap?” He asks, showing her the contents of the bag.

Y/n quickly grabs y/f/s from the bag and holds it to her.

Peter laughs and reaches into the other bag, “I read this night help”.

Peter pulls out a heating pad and opens the box to plug it in.

“You didn’t need to do all of this” y/n coos, reaching for his hand.

“I know, now why don’t you get into some more comfortable clothes?” Peter smiles, stroking her hand.

Y/n nods and excuses herself to change.

When she returns, Peter has set up the couch with extra pillows and blankets, the heating pad flashing that it’s ready for use, and the snacks spread out on the coffee table while y/f/m is paused on the tv screen.

Y/N’s eyes water at how sweet her boyfriend is as she slowly re-enters the room.

“Hey! So- are you okay?” Peter asks, abruptly rushing to her.

Y/n stifles a laugh as he nearly trips over the leg of the couch in his rush.

“I’m o-okay, you’re just too good for me” y/n mumbles, sniffling.

She realizes she is being dramatic but the combination of her hormones and her insanely remarkable boyfriend has destroyed her ability to regulate her emotions.

To be fair, the lack of sleep probably didn’t help either.

“No, no, no. None of that” Peter shushes, wiping her tears, “you have that backwards my dear”.

Y/n shakes her head stubbornly making Peter laugh, “mm yes, now come on”.

Peter leads her to the couch, pausing as he prepares to sit and pull her to him.

“A-are you wearing my clothes?” Peter asks, noticing the I survived my trip to NYC shirt she had on over a pair of his sweats.

Y/n blushes and nods, “is that okay?”

Peter bites his lip and nods fervently, “ab-absolutely. You look great”.

Y/n grins and pulls him down so he is sitting at the corner of the couch and she is curled into his lap.

Peter wraps his arms around her so she doesn’t fall, placing the heating pad over her stomach.

“Peter?” Y/n asks softly as he presses play.

“Yes lovely?” Peter responds, his chin resting on her shoulder as she leans into him more.

“Have you ever intentionally skipped class before?” Y/n questions, her eyes on the tv screen.

Peter pauses for a moment in embarrassment, “no”.

“And you chose to today, on a test day of all days for me?” She asks, looking up at him.

Peter’s face is a vibrant red but he nods, “I’d do anything for you “.

Y/n grins and kisses his cheek, “thank you. I’d do anything for you my spider lord”.

Peter groans but the smile on his face causes his dimples to accentuate still, “oh no, not that”.

“You don’t want to be my spider lord?” Y/n teases, a large yawn marking the end of her question.

“I’ll be whatever you want me to be, now sleep” Peter laughs, stroking her hair in a calming matter.

It isn’t too long before y/n falls asleep, her limbs tangled with Peter’s.

Peter shakes his head as he grins down at y/n, wondering how he got so lucky and if there was anything else he should do for her.

The ABCs of Dating Andrew Garfield (Fluff ABC prompt)

A – Anger (What was their first fight about? Any big or recurring arguments?)

Their first fight was about them blaming each other for not having spent time together in what felt like forever. They had both been busy with work but neither wanted to accept their part in the distance that had formed between them.

Eventually they came around and set up a nonnegotiable (unless sick or hurt) date schedule that ensured a better work life balance.

B – Best (What would they say is the other’s best trait?)

Andrew about reader: compassion

Reader about Andrew: spontaneity

C – Camera (How do they document their relationships? Who likes to take pictures? Or videos?)

While he’s not on social media, he likes to take photos of them on dates or random times together on a Polaroid camera

D – Dates (What are their dates like?)

Very laid back and doing domestic things like going to the bookstore, non-premiere movie dates, farmer’s market, mini golf, etc.

E – Early (What was the first month of dating like?)

He was nervous as he wanted to make sure she was comfortable with his crazy life so he’d go to extreme efforts to keep her happy until she told him to relax and that she’d accept whatever came along with dating him.

F – Friends (How is their relationship with each other’s group of friends?)

Their friends became mutual friends of the other’s. They all get a long really well and it allows their friends to tease them

G – Gifts (Do they like giving each other gifts? What kind?)

Andrew is more about time and effort than gifts, he will however try to get something for the reader whenever he goes on a trip.

Reader loves to get him small gifts all the time and it used to make him uncomfortable because he didn’t want her spending money on him until he learned it was part of her love language.

H – Hugs (All things involving hugs)

Omg this man’s hugs are amazing. He’d have his arms secured tightly around his girlfriend as she hurried her face in his neck or chest. His face would be resting on hers as he squeezed her and rubbed her back, her arms around his torso.

I – Inside Jokes (Do they have any?)

He loves inside jokes. Their friends hate it because it will be the weirdest thing that makes them laugh until they hurt

J – Jealousy (Who gets jealous easier? How do they show their jealousy?)

Andrew was pretty good at remaining calm and knowing he didn’t need to be jealous as you’d usually brush the guy off right away. If he did get jealous, he would try and hide his jealousy but you could tell by his increased PDA and his normal glow in his eyes having turned dark as he stared at the guy.

His gf would get jealous easier given he had to work with many beautiful costars including kissing, hugging, s€x scenes, etc. They’d always talk about it until she was okay, or they’d find a way to make her more comfortable with it. If it was jealousy outside of his work setting, she’d be very clear about it and kiss him in front of the girl, asking “who is this babe?” Which only caused Andrew to smirk and kiss her back; only having eyes for you and having had wanted the girl to get the hint already.

K – Kiss (How do they kiss? Who usually initiates?)

Andrew would usually initiate the kisses, loving the feel of her lips and knowing that no matter how crazy their surroundings may be that when they kissed her focus was only in him. He’d kiss her hand, temple, and cheek mostly in public. But other times, especially when it was just them, he’d wrap her in his arms and squeeze her thighs until she would wrap her legs around his waist as he’d back them up into the counter or wall, his lips not parting from her’s until he needed air.

L – Love (How do they first say those three words?)

They had a cute park date and were walking hand-in-hand through the park, bundled up in their long coats and scarves. Andrew would be watching her as they made their way back to the car. When she noticed, she’d pause and ask what was on his mind. He’d blush and nervously tell her he was in love with her.

M – Movies (What kinds of movies do they watch together? Is it a regular Netflix ritual?)

Anything and everything of course. She’d demand they rewatch his Amazing Spider-Man movies over and over but he compromised to doing this only twice a year per movie so she’d break it apart. He would try and find movies she’d like based on her favorite actors/actresses or books she liked that were similar in plot.

N – Nicknames (Things they call each other)

He’d call you: angel, my queen, honey, beautiful

You’d call him: handsome, Andy, brown eyes, spidey

O – One (Tell us about the moment they realized they were with the one.)

For Andrew it was when she stood up to the paparazzi that were harassing them and saying hurtful things about Andrew and his family. He’d known by now not to take them personally and had worked with her to not listen to anything they’d say about her. But she refused to ignore their comments about him and his family. Andrew had to plead with her quietly to stop scolding the paparazzi so they could go home. When she finally did, he’d thank her endlessly and spend the night with her in his arms as he dreamed about their future.

For her, it was when she was watching him at yet another premiere. She was always proud of him but these events would make her nervous. He would always notice and make sure he took steps to calm her and get her back to having fun. This night it wasn’t working as there were huge artists around her and so many more cameras and fans than normal. Not to mention Andrew’s co-star was breathtaking. However, she soon noticed his attention was on her the whole time and even though she couldn’t hear what he was saying to the interviewers, he’d clearly be talking about her as he’d point or nod in her direction as he smiled widely. It was at that moment she realized no matter how impressive everyone else around them was, he’d be only impacted by her.

P – Pizza (What is their favorite food to eat together?)

Andrew was such a cliche, he always wanted to try to do the Lady and the Tramp spaghetti scene. While they’d tried it countless times, it was always a messy disaster but he loved it because they got to be themselves and mess around together.

Q – Quit (Do they break up? Almost break up? What happened?)

No, andrew knew from the beginning she was the one he wanted to settle down with. It took her a bit longer to get there due to their huge lifestyle differences but upon realizing what was truly important to him, she reached the same conclusion.

R – Rainy Days (How do they comfort each other on dark days?)

Whoever was upset would spend the day in the other’s arms, their partner whispering encouragement and sweet nothings to them, singing softly their favorite song, rubbing a bubble bath, and then ordering/making their favorite food before cuddling on the couch and reading.

S – Soft (Something one of them did that turned the other into absolute mush)

She was an absolute mess with anything he did. He always found new ways to make her melt with his displays of love for her. Whether it was him randomly bringing home flowers he hand picked for her, him taking her on a random road trip after learning of a place she wanted to go, or him color coordinating their closet to help with her ocd.

Andrew never ceased to fall in love with her over and over on a nearly daily basis. His favorite thing though that she did out of the blue for him was when she cleared a spot in their home and set up a little memorial area for his mom.

T – Texting (Do they text each other a lot? What do they usually talk about over the phone?)

They would be texting each other throughout the day about anything and everything.

However they would FaceTime at least once a day when they’d have a break if they couldn’t meet for lunch in person.

U – Unique (Tell us about some of their odd habits that surprised one another.)

Andrew had this habit of jumping up to hit the ceiling archway between rooms when he’d walk through them. She’d tease him about it relentlessly; “okay spidey, let’s not damage the wall” or “careful gorgeous, you land wrong and spidey won’t be an option anymore”

Y/n would always go through his messy workstation and organize his notes and scripts. At first he thought it was her ocd but he learned she did it because he’d be stressed when he couldn’t find a particular scene or log of details/feedback he made. She had therefore developed a habit of sorting his files and leaving little encouraging notes for him, but it took him awhile to notice she was doing it.

V – Vanity (Something they’re proud of in themselves and their partner)

Andrew about his partner: her charity work. He loved how she never failed to make a difference in the world. Himself: his work in tick tick boom as it was his big break after the Spider-Man movies and it was through getting the role for the movie that he met y/n as the director was working with y/n to have profits go towards related nonprofits (such as AIDS awareness/treatment programs, musical programs in schools, etc.)

Y/n about Andrew: his flexibility in his acting. He was always willing to try something different or out of the box even if society wasn’t ready for it. He would never stop pushing for what he felt was right even if the directors disagreed. Herself: her nonprofit work as she could always see how much it made Andrew smile.

W – Wedding (Tell us about your wedding head canon if they’ve gotten that far. Or if not, have they talked about it?)

They haven’t gotten married yet but are engaged and in the process of doing so.

They are looking at a small wedding of close friends and family, an intimate venue, traditional decorations, a fun dance number from one another but no garter toss, etc

X – X (Something they hate about the other)

Andrew about y/n: he hated how she couldn’t see herself the way he did. He knew it wasn’t right and wasn’t her fault but he hated seeing her doubt herself

Y/n about Andrew: how stubborn he was when it came to overworking himself. She’d try and get him to rest and he would refuse and then get sick by the end of filming because of it and she hated seeing him like that and knowing he did it to himself.

Y – Youtube (What are they like online? Do they post about their relationship constantly?)

No, andrew was used to the spotlight but liked their relationship being private. Y/n didn’t grow up in the spotlight and trusted Andrew about the negative implications sharing their relationship details would entail.

Z – Zoo (Are they into animals? Do they want pets? What kind?)

Yes, of course. They have an energetic rescue dog from the local animal shelter and plan on getting them a friend as well.

I've watched Tom Hilddlestone's appearance as Loki multiple times and this is where this idea comes from!

Conning Fans at Comic Con: Tom Holland x Reader

“You’re going to be able to blend in so much easier” y/n laughs as her boyfriend Tom finishes putting on his Spider-Man mask.

Tom nods extravagantly, already getting into character by showing emotions with his body language rather than facial expression since his face is covered.

“Ma’am, do you need help?” Tom asks, walking over to Y/n.

Y/n smiles at Tom through the mirror and nods as she continues to struggle securing her headpiece.

Tom reaches up and clasps the edges of her headpiece together so it sits securely in place.

“Thank you” she says, spinning around to face him.

“My pleasure, can’t ignore a damsel in distress” Tom says in his faux New York accent.

“Damsel in distress? Really?” Y/n asks, raising her eyebrow at Tom.

Tom shrugs innocently, “I meant no offense ma’am! We should probably get moving”.

Y/n sighs and checks herself in the mirror, still feeling her nerves on fire for her first Comic Con appearance as y/c/n.

Tom’s gloved hands resting on her waist pulls her attention away from the racing possibilities her anxiety is causing to float through her mind.

“You look incredible” he says, in his normal voice, squeezing her hips.

Y/n blushes and gives him a soft smile through their reflection.

“Besides ma’am, I’ll be there the whole time” he adds, back to his Peter Parker accent.

Y/n rolls her eyes and turns around and kisses Tom’s spandex covered cheek and giggles at the texture she’ll never get used to.

“Thanks, let’s go” she says, grabbing his gloved hand in her’s.

“Always, like I said, no damsel in distress when I’m around” Tom says as they walk, and y/n can hear the smirk in his voice.

Dramatically dropping Tom’s hand, y/n stops walking and turns to face him, hands on her hips.

“I’m not in distress” y/n glares.

“You are a damsel though ma’am” Tom says, pretending to shuffle nervously.

“Hmm perhaps, but whose fault is that?” Y/n suppresses a smirk at her tease.

Tom’s body freezes and while his eyes may be covered, she feels as though she can see his eyes widen.

“You- you want to get married?” Tom asks, his voice back to normal but catching.

“Tom, relax. It was a joke, breathe” y/n laughs.

Tom’s heart clenches at the possibility she may not actually want that. It’s been on his mind a lot recently but he wasn’t sure how to start the conversation about marriage in a few years.

“I would like to talk about this later” Tom says, swallowing the lump in his throat.

“Alright Tom, sure. But, we really should head to the fans” y/n says, grabbing and squeezing his hand.

Tom nods and tightens his grip on her hand as they walk to the dressing room door.

“It is probably a good thing you’re more in disguise, you suck at secrets” y/n teases quietly as they near the exhibition room door.

“Rude. True, but rude” Tom whispers back, a soft chuckle follows.

“Ready?” Tom asks, opening the backstage door.

Y/n nods reluctantly and shifts between her knee high boot covered feet as she waits for her cue.

Tom squeezes her hand before rushing over to hook himself into to the harness so he can swing into place upon the cue.

As they hear the cue begin, Tom looks over at y/n and nods encouragingly.

Knowing it’ll take a bit longer for her to walk onto the stage due to her nerves, Tom waits for her to begin her approach before he signals the attendant to pull him up so he can begin his entrance.

The second someone caught a glimpse of y/n in costume, the screams erupted.

Just as y/n reaches the center of the stage, Tom swings down and lands next to her.

Camera flashes and screams cause a blinding sensation for y/n as she proudly takes in the moment despite her nerves.

“Y/c/n and Spider-Man?!” The actor for the latest MCU villain declares as he “notices” the two of them.

Y/N’s character and Tom’s exchange a knowing glance before they begin their battle with the villain.

Upon finishing their scene, Tom rests his arm around y/N’s shoulder, facing the screaming crowd.

“Shush Tom” y/n laughs as they get into place behind the photo backdrop.

Tom places his gloved hand over his nonexistent mouth and nods.

“So, who is your favorite new character?” The photographer asks the group of fans taking a photo together.

“Y/c/n no doubt! She’s such a badass” one girl says.

Y/n silently goes to stand behind them and listens with a smirk on her face.

“I want to say her too as I love y/n, but I think America Chavez would beat her in a fight” her friend argues.

“Well, it’s a good thing we are on the same side then” y/n jokes, making her presence known.

The first girl let’s out a high pitched squeak and falls to her knees in shock.

“Oh I love you!” The other fan says, waving.

Y/n smiles and waves back, approaching the girl on the floor.

“I think we may need some help in here” y/n says, signaling Tom to enter.

The girl’s eyes widen as Tom makes his presence known as well.

“This is the best day ever” the second girl whispers.

“Would you guys mind doing a few photos?” Y/n asks, helping the girl off the floor.

“You’re asking us?! We were going to ask you!” the first fan laughs in shock.

Y/n blushes and nods.

“I really wanted a photo with both you guys but it wasn’t an option. Now I know why!” The second girl says, fanning herself with her hand.

Y/n and Tom laugh and Tom pridefully watches as y/n listens to the fans continue to gush about her and her character.

Upon the conclusion of the event, Tom smiles at y/n as he helps her get out of her costume.

At this point they’re both exhausted so neither one says anything.

However, their emotions are clear in their silent interactions and body language.

Y/n is feeling more secures in her new role in the MCU and Tom couldn’t be happier.

He is so glad she’s feeling confident and he can’t stop thinking about the conversation they need to have tomorrow about their future.

He would do anything to be able to keep doing this with her for the rest of their lives.
