Which really should frankly be the most discouraging thing in this relationship you apparently want? Because if he thinks you're getting married why would he expect you to be interested or express his own interest?

It's manipulation for the sake of manipulation. It's manipulation because there's just nothing else in a MAME story. It's manipulation that is actively working against the interest of the romance and thus makes even less sense than most romantic manipulation! At least when characters help their love interest flirt with someone else it's about getting to know them and help them and support them.

This is literally just pointless manipulation. It's manipulation specifically meant to make Nuea feel worse about himself, more uncomfortable and more likely to turn Lom down because, you know, Lom is supposed to be getting married to Yiwa.

It is manipulation actively making the romance harder, less likely and unpleasant. It is entirely about Lom placing Nuea in a horrible position where he is being flirted with constantly and feeling like he is in an impossible position and it just seems like the worst way to start a relationship possible.

Or she hunted him so mercilessly because she held him accountable for Anakin's actions and she'd tell him this and he'd go all "no, i am your father" or in this case "No Anakin Skywalker isn't dead. You know him by the name of Darth Vader". It would make her such a likeable character because this way god knows how she found out who he was. But Obi-wan doesn't need a confirmation who Vader is. Reva could have told him that "Your student butchered us but i stayed alive. Now i and Lord Vader will butcher you". And he just loses it because Vader??

every single time israel fires on people picking up food or humanitarian aid it truly cuts me to the core. obviously it's equally horrible to fire on civilians escaping the invasion or to bomb hospitals or refugee camps or people just living in their own homes. but there's something so brutal about hitting people right when they have gathered for life-saving aid. by firing on them there the IOF have set up an impossible dilemma where starving people have to choose between death by bullet or death by hunger. they have left no room for palestinians to choose life. i do not know how my government or any other government can just sit by and watch while innocent people continue to be gunned down for the crime of existing in israel's eyeline.

no offence but the reason tumblr is “dying” is, well, yes, of course the cursed like/reblog ratio and the change in user behaviour (because of people being used to how instagram and tiktok work) BUT also the lack of weekly shows. i say it with my whole chest, they don't produce captivating and engaging stupid weekly tv shows anymore because streaming killed that so you have spikes of activity here when Something happens in general fandom or up to three days after a new season of whatever drops and then it's a wasteland. this is obviously an old woman yelling at a cloud missing supernatural and the vampire diaries and pretty little liars and all these other shows type of post but honestly give me back weekly tv shows where i have something to watch for 40 minutes almost every day of the week after work so then i can read and reblog it on tumblr give it back for the sake of my sanity
