So far this part 2 is almost equal parts dread and excitement for me so that's not bad? I'll do more once I get home from work and maybe even put them in, like, a list or rate them or something.

Alas that Jittirain has returned, though I knew my break from those books could never last. At least this one has two side couples and Jittirain mostly saves the worst for the main couple. I might even survive!

God I love Yuan. Mad at Qian and not talking to him, but he comes down and makes sure he's not drinking or eating anything unhealthy, then he goes back upstairs to continue ignoring him. lol

Yuan loves Qian even when he's angry and that's important to both of them. Especially when you consider Qian's childhood abuse and trauma and the questionable love of his mother and how she treated him... it makes it even more important that Yuan never stops loving Qian and never stops showing him that he loves him. Because this is the love that heals them and grows with them and it is love that is there for them to help them. It's important. It matters.

Haha I love how sly Yuan can be. He was like "oh you won't tell me what's wrong with Qian, San Pang? Guess I'll go ask Li Li then, cause surely SHE KNOWS!" He knew San Pang would be in serious trouble for knowing and not telling her.

Yuan knows everyone in his family and he knows them very well.

That's why he got the man and got him to take care of himself. Because he knew everyone and how to get them to answer him.

He's also not above a bit of blackmail. Very important. Never blackmail the man you love, but his best friend? His best friend can absolutely be blackmailed. Only lightly and only for his own good.

Hello, I love your take on Unknown so much so i'm here to get your perspective, some people say that Qian accepted Yuan's love not because he actually has romantic feelings for him but rather he just went along with it because he couldn't deny him anything and "went along with his delusions" as I've read someone write. I have to say I disagree with this, I just want to know your opinion. Thank you!!!!

Anon, I've got nothing. I cannot even begin to retort that because it has nothing to do with the show itself and much more to do with the viewers.

Any viewer who says that is... watching a different show than I did.

How do you argue with that? How do I retort that when I can see from the story of the show that it's about Qian learning to love and learning to be loved and to overcome the trauma of his childhood in order to finally find a future he can heal from and take care of himself?

The entire show lead up to this, from Qian's injuries protecting Yuan to his reaction to being kissed to the Yuan's love being what finally got Qian to actually take care of himself and go to the hospital.

There is nothing I can say to anyone who says that or to explain it to them or even to just... try to understand that. Because they're watching a different show than me, apparently.

Qian loves Yuan and had to disconnect from him to see how his relationship with Yuan is different than his abuse at his mother's hands, had to see what life was like without him in order to realize what life meant with him.

It is a love story about Yuan loving Qian until Qian learned to love him back and then taking all that love and teaching him to love himself.

And it was beautiful.

I just love Qian being the lil spoon. It's like Yuan is reminding him he'll love, care for, and protect him always.

Qian needs that protection. Both Lili and Yuan know that. He's always been protecting them and now it's their turn to take care of him and protect him so he can rest and take care of himself.

That's why Qian is the little spoon.

That's also why Yuan bit him.

Because Qian needs other people to look out for him and to help him take care of himself, to protect him, to hold him and to let him finally relax.

And Yuan has known that for a very long time. Only now does he get the chance to act on it, to love Qian and to make him love himself.
